Chicken and sides were pretty standard for a KFC, but… who looks at these biscuits and decides it’s acceptable to give someone? Big yikes. Someone needs to step up when it comes to quality control.

The taste is great. No complaints there. But the portions, wow! I expected more. Based off of the pictures of the food on the menu they have there. A three piece at Popeyes is enough for 1 person. Is this normally what they serve or was this just an unfortunate circumstance?

. I ordered a week or two ago and it was horrible, gave yall another chance because I get it stuff happens and then it's even worse than before. Not even covering the bottom on the container is crazy 😭😭

I don't understand the attitude from the people working. I work in service. I understand having a bad day but the two separate employees I interacted with were just blatantly rude and mean, made me feel very unwelcome. They gave me the wrong drink and no sauces for the tenders I ordered. At that point I wasn't going to turn back and be treated horribly for a second time and I honestly wouldn't trust that they wouldn't spit in my drink after the way they behaved.

It was horrible. A family tradition is to get KFC on memorial day weekend. The staff was rude, the food in edible. I complained to KFC directly and only got half of my purchase price refunded. From now on it’s Popeyes.

Dissatisfied customer. Not what i ordered and not fresh. I just picked up an order . When I ordered I was told that I was waiting for fresh fries. I got old dried up fries and mashed potatoes instead of mac and cheese. Don't be fooled, CHECK YOUR FOOD¡

My son in law stopped in to buy family a large family bucket of KFC chicken & other products. We ate the wraps they were good but once home we discovered the biscuits were hard as a brick. Some of the chicken wasn't fully done either. So my son in law & his wife had to order dinner elsewhere. I also see a number of similar complaints over months so this store is showing ongoing not corrected issues for several months. I would suggest district or higher up than district do a surprise visit after 2pm but before 5pm during the week & as part of the visit do an in store inventory & cash audit. I'm a retired Head Store Mgr. I don't expect perfection but i do expect quality products for the expense paid. Next time I'll do a walk in myself & order for dine-in & record the experience. Lord help if i get the same product quality i drove home with.

Last time I go here. Service is a joke at best. Over charged me. Then got an attitude because I caught the mistake they made. Not only once but twice. And still didn't give me my due change back. The chicken was old and the biscuits was hard. The Mac an cheese was burned. My family meal was inedible. Not to mention the guy who came in ten minutes after me got his food before me. I waited at least ten minutes before I was greeted. I can tell you that the people working that day would be fired if you worked for me. P.S your KFC IS GOING TO GET SOMEONE SICK. OR KILL THEM EITHER WAY.
