I’m
aware
this
is
a
long
review,
but
it’s
worth
the
read…
If
you
are
unsure
where
to
live
and
are
looking
to
relocate
from
a
different
city,
state,
or
country
to
Buffalo,
or
even
a
different
property,
I
lived
here
since
2020,
let
me
explain
to
you
why:
I
have
had
the
pleasure
of
living
at
the
Grid
Apartments
for
the
last
three
years,
from
the
opening
date
of
November
1,
2020.
I
can
be
considered
a
“day
1”.
I’ve
experienced
everything
some
of
these
other
reviews
stated
rent
increases,
changing
of
management,
etc.
I’m
not
claiming
the
validity
of
any
other
review
whether
good
or
bad,
we
all
may
have
different
opinions.
Yes,
I
have
had
moments
where
things
frustrated
me,
but
my
attitude
towards
my
living
experience
here
has
been
nothing
short
of
great.
Before
moving
into
the
Grid,
Joelisa,
who
is
now
the
Regional
Manager
did
a
great
job
on
selling
me
on
the
vision
they
had
for
the
Grid.
Everything
she
stated
turned
out
to
be
honest
and
true.
Andrea
and
Cody,
the
property
managers,
have
been
exceptional
in
their
dedication
to
providing
a
wonderful
living
environment.
They
are
ALWAYS
professional,
transparent,
approachable,
and
incredibly
helpful
when
it
comes
to
addressing
any
concerns
or
issues
that
arise.
Their
commitment
to
tenant
satisfaction
is
truly
commendable.
Do
whatever
it
takes
to
retain
these
two!
One
aspect
that
has
always
stood
out
to
me
is
the
cleanliness
of
the
building.
Jose
and
Maria,
the
cleaning
staff,
do
an
outstanding
job
of
maintaining
a
clean
environment.
It's
always
a
pleasure
to
come
home
to
a
clean
living
area,
thanks
to
their
hard
work,
and
dedication.
They
are
truly
appreciated.
I
must
also
mention
Mohammad,
he’s
in
charge
of
maintenance
at
the
Grid.
I
have
never
seen
someone
work
as
tirelessly
as
him.
He
is
always
on
a
mission
to
ensure
that
everything
is
in
perfect
working
order.
His
dedication
and
efficiency
are
truly
remarkable,
and
it's
comforting
to
know
that
any
maintenance
requests
are
promptly
taken
care
of.
I
never
seen
someone
work
harder
than
him.
The
community
of
tenants
at
the
Grid
have
always
been
great.
I
never
lived
in
a
place
where
so
many
people
are
so
sociable
with
strangers.
The
residence
are
diverse
is
many
ways,
which
creates
a
welcoming
and
inclusive
atmosphere.
It's
great
to
interact
with
friendly
neighbors.
I
didn’t
know
a
single
soul
moving
here
and
I
met
so
many
great
people
I
now
consider
friends.
In
December
2020,
Buffalo
experienced
a
severe
snowstorm.
For
several
days,
residents
found
themselves
snowed
in,
but
it
was
during
this
challenging
time
that
the
tenants
embraced
the
'city
of
good
neighbors'
slogan.
Tenants
came
together,
strangers
and
all,
to
offer
support
and
assistance.
One
great
example
of
this
was
the
sharing
of
food
during
dinner
time.
Everyone
provided
what
they
had,
ensuring
that
no
one
went
hungry.
It
was
a
beautiful
display
of
kindness
and
solidarity.
Showed
me
what
a
true
community
is.
Overall,
I
highly
recommend
the
Grid
Apartments
to
anyone
looking
for
a
great
living
experience.
I
lived
in
other
properties
since
moving
to
Buffalo,
and
my
experience
at
the
Grid
has
over
succeeded
my
expectations.
The
building
continues
to
enhance
with
the
Papa
John’s
pizza
shop,
the
Strive
Market,
Dark
Horse
barbershop,
24
hour
fitness
center,
conference
room,
virtual
reality
room,
and
the
beautiful
rooftop
lounge
area.
It’s
close
to
the
hospitals
which
could
be
convenient
for
travel
nurses
or
people
who
relocate
to
the
Buffalo
area
for
their
Residency,
Fellowship,
or
in
the
Medical
filed.
It’s
also
walking
distance
for
the
Medical
students
who
plans
to
attend
the
Jacobs
School
of
Medicine.
Which
could
be
essential
when
choosing
a
place
to
live
when
you
relocate
to
Buffalo.
However,
you
don’t
need
to
be
in
the
medical
field
to
live
here.
I
just
wanted
to
express
myself,
I
am
grateful
to
be
a
part
of
this
community,
and
I
have
no
doubt
that
future
residents
will
have
an
equal
experience.
The
overall
positive
atmosphere
of
the
building
make
it
a
truly
exceptional.
I
love
to
call
the
Grid
my
home.
