Here we picked out the perfect engagement ring that we had set with our own stone, and then had a custom wedding band made to match. Years later we purchased a white gold pendant that we set with a blue sapphire, and it was simply breathtaking. I love this place! John takes such good care of me. I recently took my wedding ring in to have a prong holding the diamond fixed. My mom wanted him to check her wedding rings too. Whenever I am in town looking for something new, or in need of repairs...Palazzos is where I go. They have a wide variety of beautiful jewelry and the customer service is unbeatable. John has been in the business his entire life, he knows his craft! Palazzos is just as good, if not better then any big chain jewelry store.

John and his staff are amazing! I stopped in and they helped me put together some ideas of what I wanted, with the intention of returning the next week. I wasn't able to make it back for another month but John remembered exactly what I had picked out and was able to put it together for me. After purchase, I brought my fiancee in and he was able to slightly resize the ring in fifteen minutes and cleaned it while we were there. Absolutely the most honest, jeweler ever! I went to a jeweler to get my ring sized because it was close to home and they wanted to charge me $500. I went to Palazzo jewelers and they only charged me $80. It was worth it, not only for the financial aspect, but the personal aspect of doing business with a jeweler who leads you in the right direction not takes you in the wrong one. When fitting a ring for me that my husband gave me over 30 years ago, they didn’t try an upsell me, but respected the fact of how much that meant to me and that type of attitude is priceless.
