I've been a patient of Dr. Szymanski's for over 7 years. When he told me he was going out on his own with MDVIP, I was excited. This meant he would have few patients and more time for each of his patients. I get access to him whenever I need it. I can call or text with him questions or concerns and he responds right away. Every appointment, I get to sit and speak with Dr. Szymanski and he takes as much time as needed to make sure all of your questions and concerns have been addressed. His staff is always friendly and courteous! Since I've started seeing Dr. Szymanski, my wife and in-laws have also become patients and are just as happy as I am.

Dr Chad is very accessible. When my husband who is on dialysis had foot pain the doctor saw him within hours. Also when he needed hernia surgery he facilitated getting in to see a surgeon quickly. We are very glad to be participating in MDVIP.

Dr. Szymanski is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. He has genuine concern for patients and I highly recommend him to manage anybody's care.

Dr Szymanski is always ready to answer questions & will see his patients promptly, whenever a problem requires immediate attention. I left him an email last night, & he almost immediately returned with a text to see me the next day. That's great service

Dr. Chad has been my primary for over 20 years. I followed him to WNY Primary and followed again when he went to MDVIP. Always personable and professional. He takes the time to ask questions and listens to my answers. He always gets back to me in a timely manner whenever I have an issue. When I needed to see him I called that morning and he made time for me before noon. I can't recommend Dr. Chad enough.

He was my choice as a doctor because of his skill, knowledge, bedside manner and compassion with not only the patients, but their families as well.
