Visited yesterday and it was everything I expected and more! The ladies who work there are so wonderfully friendly and helpful! I came in knowing very little and Lauren was happy to walk me through the entire process, set me up with everything I needed, and explain every step. The owner came in later and she was a delight to speak to as well! Smelling all of the different types of tea was such an experience, and they're very well stocked with both different flavors of tea and all sorts of pots to brew in. I absolutely recommend visiting and exploring what they have - I definitely can't wait to visit again!

First time going and they have a large variety of different teas. I love that they sell small samples so you can taste a few before committing to it. I also appreciate that you can bring your own canisters, definitely helps my journey to be more eco conscious. Will update when I try the teas I bought.

Among the most awesome selections of tea I've seen, with some of the best customer service to boot. They always have a nice cup of tea available...worth stopping in just for that. Without a doubt, this is *the* place for tea in Buffalo: casual and ardent drinkers, alike.

Best local tea shop. They always have every tea I'm looking for. A bit pricy, but they are so knowledgeable and have the highest quality of teas!

This is a wonderfully homey store that specializes in loose leaf teas and items for tea lovers. I especially love their jasmine pearls green tea. Syd and her staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Fantastic quality of teas! They have really potent oolong which I like. Also, you have to try the green tea cinnamon...wow!

I have discovered this wonderful store within the last six months. Now, I go in every other Saturday to purchase new teas or repeating. The owner was there a few times, very sweet and helpful. So are the ladies grabbing the teas for you! I recommend this place to anyone within the buffalo area who loves tea. Teavana employees can't offer you a great tea or allow you to purchase less than $20, if you choose too. Tea leafs is great, go give it a try :)

Easily my favorite store on Main St and in my top ten stores I've been to in my entire life. Taking a trip to Cup of Community is, for me, an instant mood-booster and always a lot of fun. As an avid tea lover (I make a pot of tea literally every day), I can't recommend this store enough to other tea lovers or anyone who has a passing interest in tea. Every employee I've talked to is very knowledgeable about tea and tea accessories and has been able to answer all my questions thoroughly; it's quite easy for me to spend ten or fifteen extra minutes just conversing with the wonderful people behind the counter. The store is open and inviting (particularly when the sun's out), with great detail to use of space and colors. There are sample jars on one side that you can smell before purchase or look at the ingredient list on the back to make sure it won't trigger an allergy. Most of the tea accessories (like teapots and reusable teabags) are on the other side. Overall a fantastic store and I always look forward to my visits.

I went here to get raspberry leaf tea for the end of pregnancy. Everyone at this establishment is so kind and lovely and willing to help! They have a large tea selection and other products— including local honey, etc. The tea was absolutely delicious and I will definitely be returning for more soon!

This little gem in Williamsville is worth the trip! The atmosphere is charming, and the ladies who work there are so pleasant and helpful. As a tea “noobie,” I wasn’t sure what I was looking for, but the ladies helped me. The tea is loose, so you can bring your own little jars if you want. The tea I bought was delicious! I will definitely be back!!

Fantastic tea shop with over 200 different teas, plus all the fun stuff to go with it...mugs, teapots, honey, scone mixes, etc. The owner and her employees are very knowledgeable about all the different types of tea and how to brew them. They can provide guidance in choosing something you'll enjoy. They even offer inexpensive sample packs that make 2-3 cups of tea so you can try out a selection before buying more. Highly recommend this shop!

This shop is definitely a hidden gem. Although maybe not so hidden any more or at least wont be very long. They have such an amazing variety of tea for ANY tea drinker or even if you dont usually drink tea. The staff and the owner are incredibly knowledgeable, pleasant, and always do their best to help and please the customers. Justine is always extremely creative in getting her customers engaged and feeling welcome, whether at the store or virtually through her events, fundraisers, live sessions, or at the retail shop. You need to check this out on Main St in Williamsville. Something for everyone.

I loved the vibes, clean place, they don't have a bathroom available, but I was there for something else. They have a great variety of teas and sample sizes for those who just want to try. It's not cheap, but it's also not a Walmart quality tea, no qualms with those who do drink that, I've just refined my tastes over time and that's what led me her. The staff was friendly, and there's so many options. You're able to smell them and they're organized by the type of tea, they have black, green, white, herbal, and pu-erh ( which is a fermented tea I learned later after visiting) . You can also buy tea cups aling with tea accessories for making your tea a different way. Totally recommend 10/10 experience and an definitely coming back.

Very knowledgeable staff, an amazing literal wall of different teas to pick from, and a great section of tea cups, tea pots, anything you need for the perfect cup of tea. I can't recommend this place enough

Wide range of teas. They have a section that allows you to smell all their tea selection. My favorite that I tried there was the Atlantico lime. Must try!

A very cute and wonderful tea shop!! They've got loads of flavors, and while I've only tried a handful, they've all been so delicious. Definitely the best tea I've had!

I went for specific tea and left with so many small bags! The lady who helped me was very nice and knowledgeable.. They have variable kinds of tea and honey as well.. I like that they have small bags of all the kinds so you can try different things before you decide on something. I recommend the Russian tea.

Must check out if you're in the area and you like tea! So many kinds. You can buy a cup of tea to drink and you can take some home. They also have tea pots and items for sale. The woman who works there was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Have really enjoyed the honey ginger chamomile we purchased.

My daughter just decided she likes tea but she has only had grocery store single serve bag tea. So we brought her here and the selection is honestly overwhelming for a first timer! She finally made a few selections which are slowly being tried at home. The person working there was knowledgeable and helpful in the process. We will be back for more!

This is so much more than a store. It's an educational and informational experience. It's clear that this space and concept is curated with a great amount of care and consideration. Great spot, great people, great tea!

Lovely workers, good tea selection. Not a fan of having to pay for the bag that the tea goes in AND a bag to carry my purchase..

  • 5/5 Brian R. 4 years ago on Google
The prices on the teas are very good considering. The non-loose leaf tea items are on the privacy side. Friendly owner. She makes her own tea blends. The teas are good and fresh.

Bought a tea pot for a birthday gift and decided to return. Store credit only.. $100 wasted. I could understand no returns for tea, but this was a retail item & store credit only is ridiculous.

Awesome local tea shop. Always has teas to sample, and awesome selection of fresh loose leaf tea!

  • 5/5 Josiah L. 5 years ago on Google
Very interesting tea shop, the store is different than most that I am used to in the sense that normally loose leaf tea places use a strainer, and this shop simply just puts it into a cup with a filter lid. The teas that we had sampled were quite good, and if you’re a fan of loose leaf tea this would be a good option for sure.

This place is amazing! The smell of tea is not overpowering unlike at other tea shops/stores. The tea options are out of this world and they're so reasonable too. I've fallen in love with their organic raspberry leaf tea(doesn't taste like raspberries) because it helps with pain, colds, etc.
