Honestly, this use to be the best place to get Nike items. But as the years pass by, the selection isn't as good as it use to be. You can find discounted sneakers and clothing, and they seem to have a sale every week. Understand this, the sneakers and clothing is a season or two older. If your not into the latest fashion, then you could find some really good deals here.

I love Nike outlets 100% of time. 1 star rating right now due to COVID restrictions...LINE WAIT to get IN...and once in check out line was CrAzY too ugh! Pic. Included of line wait upon arrival..45 min-1 hr.. Wait!

GREAT customer service 👍🏽 from the time of entering until we left. Very professional and store is neat considering there is a lot of foot traffic. We didn't find what we were looking for this time but that's okay this wasn't our first visit and it wouldn't be our last. 👍🏽☺️☺️

Used to be better before now a “clearance” outlet so has everything no one wants with sizing that is a little ridiculous for the average person.

Used to be an outlet but now a clearance store. Staff isn't the most pleasant and all seem pretty miserable to be there. They can't answer questions and certainly don't initiate helping you. I did buy some sneakers for my daughter though because she needed them for basketball.

Waste of time to go. Clothes are nothing any wants or can never find mens MD/LG. Got a inside that employees get first pick and buy all the good stuff before hand..

Honestly the best store in the entire mall. Shorts and shirts were on sale at 19.99 from like 49.99. Good deals, an actual good variety of clothes.

Place is ok. Prices a bit high still even for outlet. Not bad overall. Walked thru. Couldn't bring myself to pay the higher prices. No sales at moment that make it worth it.

They need to organize better the clearance items. Just a little parcel of items are in clearance (in my 3 visits I have done). Clear store. Employees leave us in peace to browsing and decide for our best choice or no choice (whatever). If you need assistance, they will help you and they are so nice. Good store to buy a new shoes and with patience you can find a great deal.

One of the not customer-oriented manager I’ve ever seen in any Nike locations. Just bought couple things for my daughter and wanted to change the size in 2 day. All 2 things was with stickers. Wanted to change, because something wrong with size-label, not with me. My daughter has size «  S »as I’ve bought. I thing needed XS another L. That’s it. Ask the manager to help me, and heard from him that nobody will help me because he told that. I wish him to have same Father Day in future as I’ve had today about him.

2023 January 3★ A decent size store offering Nike branded products including shoes, accessories and clothing. ALL SALES FINAL at this location, so be sure you've tried it on. While this is a clearance store, their prices don't seem as cheap as before. While you're likely still able to find one or two items worth buying, it's debatable if you should given the price. You might be able to find it elsewhere for cheaper.

Clean and nicely organized. Check out was very speedy. A ton of variety from baby up to size 18 men. Worth a visit if in the area. Scored golf shoes for half price

Great experience dealing with the team at Nike in Niagara Falls, I don’t live close but was visiting and purchased a pair of sneakers that I realized only after I’d driven for 5 hours were not the same shoe in the box. The manager overnighted me the correct shoes and I sent the wrong ones back. Thank you Nike team!

I wish I took pics. This store was really nice compared to CT. stores but everone knows CT sucks when it comes to prices. They had a lot of options and the prices were average for middle class working people.

Great Products. Friendly Service. It's a large store, a lot to look at! The expensive and "more new model" sneakers are in the middle racks of the store. On the outside, or against all the walls are where you find a really good deals, they're the "discounted" sneakers from "this year and last year's models." I personally got 2 pairs of Nike sneakers. I could have spent all my money on 1 pair in the middle of the store. I chose to take that money and buy 2 pairs. They have a lot of really good clothing, and many other products- such as these amazing sunglasses I got, only $49.99 for these Nike sunglasses, polarized, with a unique style- a matte white frames w/blue lenses- that blow "Oakleys" out of the water, on both style & price. Sadly, I have no picture for those, not yet anyway. (I can provide picture for the sneakers.)
