The Tourist Information office is housed in this medieval tower, discovered in the 1940s and reconstructed from a different location. On the northern is a recently built Gothic style balcony.

I disliked how the persons on the desk are not welcomeful! I find it awkward to see a touristic agent being so cold and without any smile in their faces. Moreover, they communicated false informations!

We asked 2 things (whether we could skip the queue at Palacio da Bolsa with buying tickets at the tourism office and wether we would go by train to Regua with Ruto do Douro) and both pieces of information were wrong

Girl told us the wrong place to get the right bus to our onward journey. Only one type of map available. Waste of space of a beautiful building

Visit Porto is awesome! I can’t recommend enough they are very kind and understandable quite possibly the best Tourist information in the whole of Portugal!🙌🤩. Telma is very kind and goes above and beyond to assist she is a credit to the tourism office and I can’t recommend enough! High recommend you go. They also offer a paper brochures to European countries which is just amazing and is a great service! I would encourage you to continue to offer this service as it’s just awesome! Unlike some other tourist offices in Portugal that sadly don’t offer this is just one of the reasons that makes visit Porto tourism amazing! Can’t wait until a visit this wonderful city Oliver!❤️🙌💙
