Amazing host and beautiful people. We stayed here for a while through Workaway. The host was really warm and welcoming and we had a great time. Open minded people and always fun, everybody enjoys life together and shares everything they have. And really sweet and cute pets. The view is magnificent. Overall amazing experience and would love to come back sometime. Thanks for everything

Really great place to stay for a while. Great facilities as a kitchen, fridge, washing machine, toilet and shower. Enough to do for the young and the old ;) pool table, a bar, a swimming pool in summer and load of other fun activities. Super close to a beautiful lake and plenty of river spots. The owner is friendly and always makes sure everything is perfect.

We spend 14 days on Ash's Rock Plateau in our Camping Bus, while doing the last formalities buying a property in the sourounding area. It's a lovely Off Grid place with all the basic facilities you need, phantastic views, lake or river-beaches nearby and such a loving friendly, free athmosphäre with jamsessions and good music, perfect pool table, cold drinks and good food/ cooking together or served as a meal. Ash, you realy rock it...!

We had a fantastic night at The Rock Plateau. We arrived on a Monday which we were happy to find was Movie Night!! They had a projector screen set up inside a huge marquee, us and the kids had a great time watching Kong Skull Island. I was even more pleased to find that the owner and his partner had built a Pallet bar inside with plenty of cold beers. There was also a great pool table. We stayed on the land an In the morning tried some pine needle tea and had a lovely French Toast breakfast. The views were amazing! Thanks guys for an amazing fun time and we hope to be back again soon ✌🏻😁

Amazing place, amazing host, extremely friendly an off grid paradise. Toilets showers and washing facilities are spot on for off grid! Regular events, solar cinema, poker and more surrounded by nature and beauty. Highly recommended

Ash the perfect guide to introduce you the region. Not that it needs mentioning, he is also extra helpfull and has the most peoplefriendly dog I have met. My boy is 16months and I was not ever 1second worried. I could lower my guard. Really nice off grid place to stay. Please call him in advance to get the exact pin off his location when you arrive at his road. It’s an adventurous continuation.

Extraordinary Rockstar vibes at this place in the middle of the forest. Always good to be here for cool special events happening in the area. You will have plenty of fun times around the pool table. Ash is a great host and amazing guitar player. Cocktails and yummy food for your chill out summer jam...

Incredible place in the middle of nature but still easy to get in to. Good space were to park your van or camp with the tent Owner of the place suuuuper nice and gentle. Highly recommend

I really like to come here. And when i am here, there is nice food, nice people and a nice place. On mondays there are movie nights. On Wednesdays there are poker nights. But there is always fun.

Great off-grid site. Friendly folk and great communal area. The night we arrived there was a pool competition & movie night and we were welcomed and invited to be a part of the party. Washing machine and shower available. A bit of a drive in but manageable in our 4.5t truck.

Warm beer, motorcycles, mayhem and poker. But deep down ash loves teddy bears and long walks on the beach. Happy days!
