If you HATE fresh vegetables, meat, great sauces, and OUTSTANDING service then this isn't the place for you. Over the last year and a half this us my go-to spot for lunch whenever I have a close(-ish) job site. Good value for terrific food. I can't recommend it enough.

Super yummy and a bit hit with a diverse group of friends. I love coming here to get fresh, tasty bowls and one of the best tabbouli salads I have found in OP! They are always fast and super friendly when I visit and you can order online or in the store. Max has been a wonderful person behind the counter making my bowl delicious each time! Try everything - you won’t leave disappointed!

Only Saudi food in the Metro. The food was great. There is no atmosphere at all (think Saudi Chipotle). Our server didn't seem especially friendly, but she may not have spoken very good English. Hidden gem. Was in the area running errands, came across this place and I am so glad I did! The staff was kind and helpful, authentic good fresh food. I ordered the Falafel Wrap with all the toppings and Tahini. Came out of the warmer wrapped beautifully and perfect temperature. I will be going back and telling everyone I know they MUST try this place 🥳👍🏻

Wonderful refreshing food. Both the wrap or bowl options with different proteins to choose from. I got the bowl with rice, gyro and multiple toppings. You can add as many toppings as you want from the list. Gluten free options + other accommodating meals for your specific ask. It’s a long drive for me but it was worth it. Can’t wait to go again.

Good food, good and friendly service. I had the Arabi wrap that came with fries,and the wife had just a wrap. For the price the wrap should also come with fries. The Arabi wrap is highly recommended. The Tzatziki ,needs some work, too minty, this coming from a Greek Cypriot 😉 where I make my own and not not considered the traditional way, bit still good.

This place is straight up a gem! The young ladies working there tonight were so sweet and friendly. I asked for some topping and sauce recommendations on my custom wrap that they would recommend. My custom wrap came out tasting absolutely amazing. I addition to my wrap, the sweet young lady who took my order brought us water and their house blend tea, without us even having asked. Then she brought us a free side of hummus. Everything there was so flavorful and fresh. I would highly recommend. This will be one of my new go to spots.

We come here several times a month. The food is fresh and delicious. My arabic friend always happy to eat here w my daughter and I. They get the chicken shawarma wrap. I get the kids bowl. The hummus, baba ghanoush, pita & tahini are a must with every visit.

This place is single-handedly a reason to come to Kansas City! Must have the wrapped grape leaves with whatever amazing dish you choose… kind, friendly and inviting owners - will be back!

Hands down, the best falafel bowl in Kansas!! We moved from Virginia in May and have been missing the Mediterranean bowls at CAVA. We tried many places but this has been our favorite. Warm wholesome food, healthy and fresh ingredients that taste amazing! Great recommendations from Mr Ali who knows this craft and food well! If you’re craving a great Mediterranean meal, this is the place to go! The lemonade in the photo is soo soo good too!

LOVE this place. Great food and the owners are so friendly and helpful. They have a build your own bowl option that is fantastic, and some of the best falafel I’ve had.

Edit: Editing my review to a 1 star. We came back tonight after having a great experience the first time a month ago. Tonight was the complete opposite. We got here 5-10mins before 8pm, the girl working behind the counter was all flustered, from what I gather they had a difficult customer before hand complaining about the prices being too high. It took her a minute to take our order. She was nice & I didn’t mind it at first until another lady came out and started slamming the chairs and tables. This was 30mins. prior to closing. My husband & I drove almost 30 mins away to sit down and enjoy some good food. But that wasn’t the case tonight because they put the tables and chairs up 30mins. before closing. You can hear people arguing loudly in the back, the girl was all over the place complaining. I’ve worked in customer service, if there’s one thing instilled in me, it’s that the customers shouldn’t have to hear about what kind of day your having. We came to have a nice, quiet dinner not to hear about your bad day. Food was still good, but our experience tonight was terrible & uncomfortable. It was our first time trying out this place today. Customer service was really good. The food was so tasty. We will definitely be back.

Tried this place for the first time a couple of weeks ago - had the beef and lamb wrap, and the falafel. Really good! The only thing that was a little strange was that the wrap comes in a tortilla instead of a pita type of bread, but it still tasted great so I didn't mind! Definitely better than the other mediterranean style places I have tried so far in the area, can't wait to come back and try it again and also check out the little grocery next door.

After trying some Falafel Express at a get-together last night, we picked up dinner for take home tonight. So good, great flavor! Friendly and welcoming. Now trying to decide what to try next time. 😃

My husband and I have been eating here for several years. We get carry out monthly and sometimes more. The staff is great! So friendly and nice and the food is extra good. The hummus is honestly some of the best I’ve had. My only complaint and it’s a small one, is that I don’t know how many calories I’m eating but I rarely care because it all tastes so good and healthy!!

Customer service was excellent! Food was hot and delicious! They even gave me a sample of cake. Can't wait to go back!

My new favorite restaurant. The staff was fantastic, the food was some of the freshest I have at a restaurant in a long time. Prices are reasonable, servings are generous, and the options for toppings are great. Our party ordered a variety of dishes and all of them were very good. The pita served with the hummus was excellent. I'll be back often.

The meat quality was good. Portions are decent. Baklava was disappointing. Parking is great.

wonderful people, wonderful food, wonderful prices. I've gone here for lunch nearly every day since the value is so good and the food is always perfect. I've found the Kid's Bowl is the perfect portion size for lunch for me, but all the other options are still affordable and keep great as leftovers. the employees are very sweet and make sure your order is right. every time there's been a delay or issue, they've quickly and kindly solved the problem. I look forward to continuing to eat here and I love supporting this business!

Delicious and Fresh! Falafel express provides excellent customer service and a variety of delicious menu options - many of which are allergen friendly! I was able to find gluten and dairy free options marked on their menu and they answered all my questions! My chicken shawarma bowl was fresh and flavorful, I would highly recommend adding the pickled beets. My husband loved his gyro wrap as well. All the sauces were yummy and made for nice variety. We also tried the Vimto lemonade which was unique and delicious! My husband recommends the Saffron cake as well. You really can’t go wrong. We will be back!

I ordered the gyro bowl with a half-rice and half-salad base, and garlic and ranch sauces to go. It was delicious overall, but it had an odd cinnamon taste that clashed with the rest of the flavors. I'll be back to try something else.

DELICIOUS! and the service is Awesome! The atmosphere is casual and nicely done and reserved parking for Falafel. They provided pita bread and hummus as starter. We had the chicken shawarma wrap and arabic wrap. Both are very tasty. Arabic roll comes with fries and pickles. We got one dessert as complimentary as well. I would highly recommend this restaurant for meditarian food whenever you are in the area

My boyfriend and I went yesterday.I got a bowl he got the wrap, both were tasty. I also got 2 slices of baklava.1 slice of regular and 1 slice of spicy.The young lady at the counter was super nice and asked me to let her know how I felt about the spicy and I must say It was Delicious !

Their falafel is delicious - crispy outside, crumbly and soft inside, and well cooked throughout. Love the crunch from the sesame seeds on top! Yum desserts too, definitely coming back!

We visited during lunch. We shared the Friday Lamb special and it was delicious. Another member of our party enjoyed a swarma bowl. We also had a side of Hummus, which was flavorful and came with plenty of peta. The staff was helpful, and friendly, willing to take time with us to answer any questions, even after we got our food. We would be happy to return.

Owner is very nice and ladies working there were equally nice. I didn't like the food though. They were out of chicken and lamb. What was substituted was not edible. The Tziki sauce was not to my liking. For some, the food may be right and delicious. For us, it was not good and we won't be back.

Some of the best food in OP! I get the bowl w rice & hummus base, then on top the falafel, veggies, feta, pickled turnips (must get!), and then taziki & Zuzi sauce. And such a great staff! This is a little hidden gem you absolutely have to check out.

My wife and I went to this place on the recommendation of the owner. I am not an adventurous eater but my wife is. From the time we entered to the time we left it was a phenomenal experience. Superior Customer service and the food was exquisite. The falafel’s were crunchy and tender. I have a Gyro wrap with a tortilla which is a unique idea. The mango shake was to die for and the Pistachio pudding was amazing. Would recommend and will return.

Yooo this is so Cool this place is just like chipotle where you build your own bowl .Hands down I am so in Love with this place really great customer service they offered me Falafels to try and some of their team lemonade drink, the food here is similar to back home I will be back for sure for more Hummus because it was delicious. Again best Falafel I ever had!!!!
