    I joined Burn Boot Camp a month ago and it has been an incredible experience. The trainers, staff, child watch workers and the people are amazing! As a mom of three littles it’s always been hard to get to the gym and I’m so thankful for the child watch at Burn! My kids love it and want to go to workout with me! It’s a win-win for me and my kiddos! I love the workouts at Burn and am so thankful to have found a place for me and my stage of life!

    Burn Bootcamp in Springdale is not only a gym but a fitness community. If you are looking for a place to be encouraged and motivated, look no further. Burn is a quick 45 minute bootcamp style workout that is never the same. You will leave sore but craving more. Even when I was pregnant, burn trainers modified exercises so I would be safe but still get in a good workout.

    I love Burn! It is a place where I get to spend 45 minutes uninterrupted on making myself stronger. The trainers and other members are so encouraging and you feel like part of the family from the moment you walk in. The trainers are also great at demonstrating each move while also offering options to modify up or down depending on your fitness level. The best part is the sense of community within those doors. Whether it’s encouraging words, high fives in the gym, or an accountability partner or messaging group you are sure to find what you need to keep pushing yourself here! Come try it out and see why the members bleed Burn blue!

    I started Burn a little over 3 years ago, fell in love with it hard and fast! I came from a different gym where the struggle to get weight off and build lean muscle was real, this is where Burn changed my life. I’ve lost over 10% body fat, 40+ lbs have been shed and I’ve learned a whole new way to challenge myself mentally and physically! If you’re looking for a safe place to change your mindset and physique I challenge you to try Burn in Fayetteville or Springdale, tell them I sent you!! I promise you won’t look back!

    I was so hesitant to join - thinking I couldn't do it, it was expensive, I wouldn't fit it - All of that is a lie! Burn welcomes you - no matter where you are in your exercise journey! They work with you to make sure you do everything correct and have the opportunity to mod down if needed. When you consider the 1 on 1 training - that in itself is worth the money! Camps are only 45 minutes - fast, fun and intense! But you have the support of the trainers and the Burn family! So thankful for this journey!

    Burn is everything I didn’t know I was looking for in a gym. I started with a 30-day trial on opening day and have been hooked pretty much from day one. I love the accessibility of the trainers through Focus Meetings, and the emphasis on eating healthy and counting macros, rather than fad dieting. The trainers are knowledgeable and work with the members to find what works and is sustainable for them rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. That Focus Meetings can be used for a variety of things from discussions about diet and nutrition to practicing specific exercises is another plus. Basically, the meetings are tailored to the needs of the member. Speaking of members, I’ve formed amazing friendships through the Burn community with people I’d likely never have met without Burn. I have tried a lot of different gyms and fitness studios over the years and Burn is the only one I’ve found that keeps me walking through the doors day after day. I love that the protocol varies from week to week and that no two workouts are exactly the same. The trainers are encouraging and helpful. They meet members where they are and provide modifications up and down from the base exercise so that everyone can benefit from the exercise regardless of ability. I can’t say enough good things about Burn Springdale. I am stronger both mentally and physically because I walked through their doors, and I know the work I put in today is only going to make me even stronger in the future. 10/10 recommend giving it a try!

    My husband and I LOVE boot camp! We've recommended it to family members and friends. Michelle and Kenzie are always so sweet and kind when greetings us when we arrive. All trainers are wonderful, we are so thankful for them! You will definitely find out that your body is capable of doing so much more than what you give it credit for. It's only 45 minutes of your day, and all other members are just as encouraging during class. All exercises are different each day, works different parts of your body. We are so happy with the results that we are getting and so happy we joined the Burn Boot Camp family! :)

    Burn is the best of the best! Challenging workouts, supportive trainers and an inclusive environment! If you are looking for a gym that is more than just a gym, take the plunge and give Burn a try. You will not be disappointed!

    I've honestly never experienced the kind of community and drive in a gym like Burn Bootcamp Springdale. It's unbelievably special. The trainers will make every single person feel seen and welcome. I love the fact that they will provide modifications for EVERY SINGLE exercise. You will find people from all walks of their fitness journeys at Burn, you WILL fit it and you won't be judged. It's incredibly special.

    Love it! Super challenging but accommodating to meet you where you are in your fitness journey. Love the community and accountability as well as the fact that they have childcare.

    I attended an amazing event for Small Business Saturday, was glad to be back in a gym environment after years of working out on my own. Tried the friends and family and was sold to join! The instructors were terrific, class was challenging, and people were supportive! My kind of gym! Can’t wait to get started!
