What a jerk. I called just to see if they would do a ring resetting and they guy A) answered the phone with "yeah" like i was interrupting him by calling his store and B) when i asked about a ball park figure to get my ring reset he laughed and told me "i have no earthly idea what you got" Number one, if you want customers you need a better attitude and being a person that doesn't deal with jewelry repair often i had no idea you couldn't give me a round-about figure for the cost. Next time, if you want customers, try being a little nicer and helpful. Definitely would never recommend this guy to anyone. anybody that wont take the time of day to talk to prospective customer does not deserve my business. work on your customer skills buddy

Picked up my wedding ring today after necessary repairs, it looks AMAZING! Price was extremely reasonable and jeweler was very professional. I would definitely recommend Jack Hale Jewelry to family and friends.

Dropped my wife's wedding ring to be repaired on Thursday, he said come back Tuesday. (next day he's open) It was ready. He charged me $10. It looks like new. I love businesses like this!

He has been repairing & sizing my jewelry for years. He is amazing his prices can't be beat. His work is exceptional!! He sized a ring for me that sales said couldn't be sized due to the diamonds on band. He did it 2 yrs ago & it's perfect!

Had my ring re-sized. Dropped off on Tuesday, picked up on Wed. For downsizing cost was only $20 (WAY cheaper than I was quoted elsewhere with a longer wait) and it was clean and sparkling. Would recommend to anyone.

Replaced one diamond on my wedding ring that had a total of 5 diamonds. The diamond was a poor match & the holding prongs for the replacement were poorly flattened/smashed to hold. I attached a good photo but It is not showing on the review.
