The management raise the rent every year. Very unorganized. Make up new rules to benifit themselves without considering the residents.

I've lived at The Links at Springdale for over 3 and 1/2 years now and also worked for Lindsey Construction coming on 3 now. I can not compliment the management and staff enough for always being so kind and quick to fix any problem I have. I will continue living here for quite a few years to come. It's a quite neighborhood and the yards are always kept up and the plants and trees always look so beautiful. Thank you again for giving me a wonderful place to call home!

Absolutely awful, after renting from Lindsey properties for 10 years Lindsey management is a joke at best, but this property is awful. They up the rent every single year by an average of $45 a month, only to have a dangerous parking lot people fly through because of a lack of speed breakers, facilities that are falling apart and no new improvements are made. They leave construction equipment all over the property. And this is all before you get to the fact that the crime at the facilities is a daily routine. My vehicle was broken into twice. Save your money. The maintenance team is helpful and very nice.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I have had two family members live here and management handled their situations poorly!! Worst management that I have ever heard of. They had issues with the apartments and management would not fix it but raised the rent. They both had to end up buying out of their lease. Do NOT rent here.

i have lived at the links for 18 years.. and i drive for uber and all the appartment i go to have speed breaker. except the links and i see people speed up to 50mph every day here. and all appartment have speed breakers except for the link.. so if you move into the links keep your kids and pets off the street or they will get ran over.. SO BEWARE

Just finished out our lease after 2 years at the Links. We had good unit, only complaint was the parking. People fly through the parking lot since there are no speed bumps and you’re not able to see them while pulling out of a spot. There is a huge condensation problem with the windows and it causes mold if you don’t clean it regularly. Otherwise, it was a nice little apartment. Maintenance was wonderful and very attentive, never had an issue with the office either.

Definitely not recommended. I got recommended to come here by corporate that they have some apartments available next month. I walk in the lady tells me no apartments available until July. I’ve been a current resident for about five months and my experience has been great. The other reviews worried me seeing they are pretty bad but, The maintenance men have been always on the ball if you have a complaint, The office women have too. As soon as you put a request in and their office is open, They call you. Everyone has been pretty friendly, I work nights so I never see anyone. When you compare them to other apartments like Turtle Creek they’re perfect I’d say!
