My love for wings and the fan I was about going to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings have made me think twice about eating wings or at this location ever again. I ordered 10 traditional wings to go and only 3/10 didn’t have feathers on them. I’m very clean about my food and to see this makes me upset and disgusted. I don’t know how they don’t see that while cooking the wings or tossing them in the sauce. I called for a refund so let’s hope they do refund my money back cause I didn’t even end up eating them. I was just disgusted with them.

The Philly is fantastic and so are the fries and queso. I wish they had a better beer selection though. They basically have what I would call “beginner beer”. They don’t have a single local beer, and that’s what I was hoping for. Update: I did have a five start review for this place. Pick-up is not good at all. Placed an order online almost an hour in advance, they were 15 minutes late getting it out, and I thought maybe they were busy. She said “You’re the first person in 2 hours” lol. Why wasn’t my order ready on time?! What have you been doing?! I gave you the courtesy of using your online ordering option with an hour heads-up that I was coming. Plus, they left out our dressings for salads. When you plan ahead, select a specific time to pick up food, have two screaming kids in the car, and have to wait well past your pick up time for no reason at all… It’s never a good thing.

I visit this location to watch the PPV UFC fights, and it's always packed at 9 pm when the main card starts. The wings are always good to eat. However, the all-American burger and fries I got weren't that great. The fries were not firm they were limp like old McDonald's fries. There is not too much to say about the staff besides they are always really busy in the bar area.

What is there not to like about BDUBS besides the wait time?!? I'm a big fan of their blazin' sauce. The wings are sometimes either a hit or miss, but lately they've been a hit. They really are packing some meat into the bones. Traditional wings is always the way to go! Definitely try the blazin sauce if you haven't already. Will make you sweat, for sure.

I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings but I think it's time that I realize that I just love their sauces and start making my own wings at home. I ordered 15 boneless wings and a largo potato wedge with cheddar and extra blue cheese and my total was $28. Nothing about what I ate was worth almost $30 some of the "wings" were barely considered a chunk and even then were almost all breading. They must have been running low on cheddar because I had one little area that had cheese on them and the rest got skipped. I get the price of chicken has went up, but I can go to Chick-fil-a and get a 30 count nugget for $15.

Best experience we've had at BWW in a long time. Great food, fast service, love the remodel. Great work. *Just watch your receipt. We got brought a ticket, but when she left with cards to run, she added charges to both our tickets before running them without saying a word!

They had all the TVs on the Razorback game. Great! The sound was completely out of sync across the restaurant. It was annoying to say the least. Horrible experience watching the game with a hellish echo. The table next to me said it was like a nightmare! I’ll never go back.

Excellent service! Had a really good time. Waitress wasbattentive to our needs during a full house at 10pm! Very clean and a lot of TVs to watch. The match was easy to hear on the speakers. Good quality wings and very helpful during our ordering. Will definitely be back, for the food and fun time!

I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Incompetent workers. The waiters obviously pick their favorites. The party of 4 behind me (who were seated way later) were better taken care of a lot faster. Even Took over 40 minutes for a simple meal that I had to walk out before because I have a real job unlike them. Definitely not a place to go when you’re actually starving. You will literally starve to death there.

We stopped going here because of how dirty it was. Gave them another chance and I was impressed. They remodeled the inside and opened up the dinning room. Food was on point - very happy with the size of their wings. Will be going back!

I’m here in Springdale and I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life. I’m going to attach a picture of these dollar 50 a piece boneless wings with no sauce on them and then the manager was super rude and laughing at me about it. I can hear about once a week, but I never will again and I suggest you don’t either don’t waste your money. This place sucks.

-Totally incompetent when it comes to take-out apparently -Never had a good experience here -Would NOT recommend take-out from here Don’t even try to order off of the app or website they won’t even get the ticket. They didn’t know what we were talking about with the online order and pickup time. So we ended up waiting over an hour to get our order the first time. Second time- Ordered all ONE SAUCE to begin and still -Waited an hour OVER the time they said it would be ready. Second time ordering take out, we called it in and they told us 20-25mins and when we got there, they didn’t have the entire order ready so we had to wait an extra 10mins Wings are good but take-out is the worst

The wings we had we heated up, not made fresh. I was very disappointed in the freshness of our food. It has been a couple of years since we ate there and now it will be a while before we eat there again.

Don’t get me wrong, love this location! I met my buddy that came back from the military and in the midst of hugging him he accidentally knocked over a picture frame. No alcohol was drank, just old friends catching up! We were placing it back on the wall when a manager came up and snatched it away from us very rudely and stormed off. We expressed our apologies and she did not have it as she stormed off with an attitude and no response. He decided not to eat here after that and left, I already ordered food so I stayed. I loved my server and food, but did not appreciate the attitude that came from a minor inconvenience. I did apologize and try to fix it and there was no grace. Expected more from this place, just a disappointment.

I visited the restaurant recently and was disappointed with the quality of the food and customer service. I have dined at this restaurant before and the food was always good, but this time it was way below par flies were flying over our food. Hardly there were 20 people in the restaurant. Additionally, I encountered an employee named Sasha who was very rude to me and other customers. I believe that employees should be properly trained in customer service, and it seemed like Sasha could benefit from additional training. Overall, my experience was not up to my expectations and I hope that the restaurant can take steps to improve the quality of their food and customer service.

To be a chain they have good lunch specials. That said the main thing they are known far is subpar at best. Love the variety of flavors they offer and I enjoy their burger honestly. Service can be hit or miss sometimes. Waited 45 minutes the last time I went there for the lunch burger and minimum guests.

Waited for my order for 30 min last night the whole time being told they were just making it. To receive cold and soggy everything. No ice cream with my cake. Flavor wrong and no answer when tried to call. Took pics of it all very disappointed waste of money..

Very disappointing. We ordered pretty simple. My husband ordered there 15 wings, I ordered cauliflower wings and 6 boneless wings. And then a chicken tender kids meal for our 4year old. When ordering the kids meal they told us they were running low on kids menu....I get it. But then the waitress couldn't even tell us what was on the kids menu. Once she found out I asked if there were other choices other then fries or if we could replace it with a side item we didn't mind paying the upcharge. She told us they couldn't replace with a side item but that oranges were also a choice. When we received our food that's when she told us they were out of oranges and gave us fries....something my child would not eat. Had I new this I could have changed our order and just ordered her something off the adult menu rather then paying for food she wouldn't eat. When we received our food my husband's wings were hardly room temp, my wings were cold and the cauliflower wings were so cold they were hard. The fries my daughter got (and didn't want) were cold. But her chicken strips were so hot they burned her finger. I dont understand why the child's plate was so hot it burned her yet the adults food was cold. Very disappointed and will nit likely go back.

Great service, Very fast and efficient. The food is always delicious, I love that they have vegetarian options such as a Southwest Blackbean Burger and cauliflower wings. Very clean, always able to watch the game.

As always the wings are great but too pricy and the service is always super slow. If you are in a hurry, this is not your restaurant. If you have the time and money it’s some of the best Buffalo wings around! Id like to say the service is good, but the quality of service is always based on your server, I have had great servers at BWW, but then again, I have had some of the most apathetic servers of my life at BWW. Often your drink run completely out, and while you wait forever for your food to come you wait with an empty glass. …and this has been my experience with all the BWW I have ever eaten at (over 10). The only thing that keeps me coming back to BWW is the great wings, otherwise I’d never return for the roulette of service.

My wife and I have been to the Springdale location several times. We like to sit at the bar area and eat lunch. The time before last we met David our bartender. What a pleasant experience. The food was good (cauliflower chicken-Asian zing) and the conversation was good. Give it a try if you like wings.

The new staff & upgrades are 10/10.I felt the need to write a great review because this place was going downhill a few months ago.Im not sure what they did but the staff was amazing!!! Our food was out in no time!! & it was perfectly cooked.The new place is great as well.No wait time anymore.Before you could be standing forever and nobody would seat you.Now there is actually a hostess.Great job to the management for lifting this place up & making it better for the town! This is my new favorite BWW!!!

its ok, hostes are really nice and do serve your food warm and delicious. I give it 3 stars because after delivery, you only get one check--- out the door.

Love the Mango Habanero wings. Service was slow, but understandable. Super short staff like all the rest of the restaurants around here. Our waitress was doing all she could to survive.

Food was great I order a pickup for 20 traditional and 20 boneless. The only complaint was when I got home it was all boneless. To me not a big deal, but would have been a 5 star if the order was right

It has been a few years since I have visited a “B-Dubs”. I must say the menu and the food has improved greatly. My burger was fantastic. Only downside side was the gin and tonic we ordered. I don’t believe the bartender put any gin in the drink at all. All you could taste was the lime and the tonic water.
