Great staff, good variety of all sporting goods. Would like to see a better range for kids though as in shoes and clothing.

I had a really great experience with Emily today while buying some shoes. She went the extra mile to make sure I got the shoes that suited me.

My son was after special shoes, very helpful and knowledgeable staff assisted him.

Zero footwear actually in stock even for common sizes, and some of the staff there held very obvious contempt for customers. Bonus star due to the other older gentleman working there being friendly and respectful.

David at Rebel Toowoomba helped us with shoes tonight. He was so lovely and patient and had a really good understanding of the products he was selling. He went above and beyond with the customer service he provided and even made sure that the sizes we wanted to order were the correct ones. We need more people like David in customer-facing careers.

Poor customer service from the staff including the manager Sonya. Basically yelled at us in front of customers because their system had gone down after we paid and they could produce receipt for us. We showed on our bank app that payment had gone through but she wouldn’t let us take what we had paid for. As long as she was managing I wouldn’t be going back there.

Had a very helpful fellow with the shoes , ended there the staff throughout the store are pushy when it comes to sticking their stickers on products they did not help you with , almost stalkerish , made for a very unpleasant experience.

Completely self served. Greeted when we came in but no offer to help, found shoes, sourced sizes, tried on ourselves. Staff members talking to eachother, saw me looking for somewhere to try on. No help. Bizarre experience. Surprising because always excellent service in old store.

While in Rebel Sports the product i was after was out of stock, however the help the staff in both stores gave me to find the product dare i say it in a competitors store and on line with Rebel Sports was second to none. Great attitude within the staff. Got my vote.

Excellent Customer Service! I bought 2 pairs of runners. I was reluctant to return one pair as there was a issue when I started to walk in them. I went back and they exchanged them no questions asked and replaced the pair with another style which are perfect! Thank you!
