Ma possibile che più del 60% dei corsi di fitness non abbiano un istruttore in carne ed ossa ma un "virtual trainer"??? Peccato perché è l unico centro sportivo a offrire corsi in orari fruibili per chi ha un lavoro fulltime e può allenarsi solo la sera o nel weekend. Ci fossero stati ingressi singoli o pacchetti avrei provato lo stesso, ma con queste premesse e dovendo pagare obbligatoriamente un intero mese per fare una prova singola non lo farò. Peccato.

La struttura ha potenziale,ma la gestione dei corsi e della segreteria è ridicola. Sembrano tutti caduti dal cielo un istante prima di qualsiasi domanda...lezioni soppresse,la piscina ,dove l'acqua è spesso freddina ,che una volta su 3 ha problemi,prima dei valori ,poi di mancanza di acqua calda per non parlare del tempo impiegato per il rimontaggio della copertura(due mesi di attesa con anticipo del pagamento già effettuato)...gli spogliatoi(sempre della piscina) pieni di bimbi che non ci sono nemmeno gli spazi per spogliarsi, la fila per la doccia, una sola assistente che salta da uno spogliatoio all'altro..insomma,tutto da rivedere..

La recensione inevitabilmente negativa va al bar interno che non si preoccupa minimamente di rilasciare scontrino neppure se richiesto. In compenso potete mangiare i gelati Algida al prezzo più alto di tutti i bar di Roma e dintorni: un calippo 3€! Per non parlare di tutte le bevande e alimenti preconfezionati. Ho visto gente spendere meno (e con scontrino) a piazza Navona che qui! In risposta al commento di Wellness: Come sarebbe bello che mettiate la stessa attenzione con cui precisate che i gelati non sono Algida ma bensì Sammontana, nel lasciare i prezzi del cartellone originario e iniziare a fare gli scontrini che continuano a non farsi vedere a noi consumatori!

Sono abbonata alla struttura da qualche anno ma devo dire che l'attenzione al cliente da parte dei gestori è andata sempre più peggiorando con cambi continui di orario dei corsi quando non addirittura soppressioni, nella più completa incuranza delle richieste e/o rimostranze dell'abbonato. Per non parlare dei tempi biblici e delle modalità con cui è stata rimessa in funzione quest' anno la piscina dopo l'estate : riaperta solo oggi e con una temperatura dell'acqua al limite del congelamento

Una stella perché meno non è possibile. Mi riferisco al servizio prenotazioni del Padel. Al telefono sembra che ti facciano un favore a controllare le disponibilità e ogni volta non sono visualizzabili le disponibilità dopo 7 GG e ti consigliano di richiamare ad una certa ora e quando chiami i campi sono già presi nel giro di un minuto da quando sono disponibili. Beati loro che nonostante il prossimo servizio reso abbiano lavoro

Volevo rientrare con un abbonamento Full per un anno, dopo aver per molti anni precedenti acquistato tanti abbonamenti. Mi aspettavo un offerta come normale, 12 +1 mese in omaggio o 2 mesi magari, non dico 3. Una piccola carezza al cliente come è prassi in qualunque struttura sportiva privata. Nulla di tutto questo, la freddezza assoluta. Per ora ci ho rinunciato.

Besides, I didn't write. The girls at the reception are cert professional and Will provide customers of all the informations he/she required. You can reach wellnes town by bus nr 716, 160 and 670, 'via sartorio' stop.

Excellent sports center with gyms, padel and swimming pool. The only flaw is that you don't have the opportunity to attend swimming lessons for the little ones since the pool is in a tensile structure.

Sports center not up to par for a capital city. It's 2024 and they don't even let dogs into reception, so it's an area where anyone comes and goes. The pool area does not have a suitable location for those who want to see their children but in short you are in the pool with them, too bad. I expected a very different structure.

great structure. one of the best in the southern part of Rome. between all i've tried I found Wellness Town the most officient and organized. 25m x 8 lines pool always clean and perfect for all the levels: from the beginners to professionals. serveral course in water and in the main structure. 4 restrooms in total. during the summer lots of space outside. tennis, soccer, indoor activities and outdoor. thanks to the organization to make everything perfect. highly recommend.

I've been going to this sports complex for a long time, I mainly did swimming pool aqua gym and now I'm taking the swimming course. I must say that all the instructors are very good at both water aerobics and especially swimming. Compared to other centers where I have gone previously I must say that the changing room is very large and comfortable in terms of phone. The only flaw in the changing room is that it is starting to look a little worn, but overall it is excellent and also very clean. The girls at the reception are always very kind. For the moment I'm feeling very good.

Se vi dovesse capitare di parcheggiare la vostra autovettura all'interno del loro parcheggio videosorvegliato e La stessa dovesse essere danneggiata Sappiate che per la tutela della privacy del danneggiatore sarà impossibile accedere alle immagini. Dopo 15 giorni di richieste di spiegazioni alle quali seguivano spallucce è bastato fare un commento per ottenere una risposta.

Struttura con tantissime potenzialità che però vengono poco sfruttate :( Servirebbe una manutenzione nelle docce degli spogliatoi( i pannelli hanno la ruggine). Adesso novità...gli abbonati per potersi cambiare e lavare se fanno balneazione e lezioni in acqua devono utilizzare gli spogliati di sotto, invece gli esterni quello davanti alle piscine....bha...scelta poco comoda ma é un mio parere da utilizzatrice del servizio. molti armadietti non funzionano, servirebbe manutenzione anche per quelli. Post covid ho apprezzato molto che la sala pesi e cardio sia stata spostata all'ultimo piano. Istruttori molto preparati. Mi piacerebbe che riprendesse anche la lezione di gym floor (Un total body mooolto più leggero del classico)

Frequento questo centro sportivo da quando sono bambina e mi sono sempre trovata bene. Purtroppo gli insegnanti dei corsi purtroppo troppo scortesi e saccenti fino a due anni fa erano gentili, disponibili e pazienti, capisco il caldo ma una persona viene in palestra per rilassarsi e scaricare. Incompetenza dei proprietari, non rispondono mai al telefono, promettono cose che non riescono a mantenere e l’ultima volta che ci sono stato l’acqua della piscina e delle docce era fredda, per non parlare della manutenzione🤢Stipendi sempre in ritardo (anche oltre i 2 mesi) 1 stella solo perché è il minimo

Scandaloso che nel 2023 non ammettono i cani, non nella struttura che potrei anche accettarlo, ma sugli spalti all'aperto. Quello è l'unico posto dove è possibile vedere le partita. Aggiungo che sono scortesi e maleducati senza alcun rispetto di quelli che dovrebbero essere i loro clienti. Vergogna!
