Non conoscevo questa Casa di Cura, perché troppo lontano da dove vivo. Ho fatto delle terapie nel reparto di fisioterapia. I terapisti sono stati gentili ed educati e cosa più importante competenti sempre pronti a rispondere a tutte le domande. È un ambiente sano, non ho percepito competizione tra loro, questo tranquillizza il paziente. Sono stati flessibili con gli orari trovando sempre una soluzione (data la distanza), questo farà si che se mai dovessi aver ancora bisogno terrò sicuramente presente questa struttura Non conosco altri reparti ma per sentito dire sono altrettanto validi. Per me struttura consigliata.

Non conoscevo la clinica e non conoscevo neanche i medici che ci lavoravano pertanto inizialmente ero un po' perplesso. sono stato visitato la prima volta dalla dottoressa Sara Federici (per me molto competente) per un problema vascolare alla gamba destra, e successivamente sono stato operato da lei e dal dottor Pirozzi. lo staff chirurgico oltre che è simpatico ti mettono a tuo agio durante l'intervento, sdrammatizzando un po'. Mi sento di ringraziare anche le infermiere del quarto piano molto disponibili, che ti considerano un paziente da assistere e non un numero. Ho ricevuto assistenza da quando sono entrato a quando sono stato dimesso. Una struttura che consiglio.

Non conoscevo la struttura. Il personale amministrativo mi sembra molto gentile e competente, i dottori professionali. In altri ospedali l'intervento alle varici, per le liste di attesa, sembra impossibile. Qui, in breve tempi, ho avuto un appuntamento per toglierle ed operarmi tramite SSN. A distanza di un mese confermo la mia prima impressione, e il Dott. Pirozzi un Dottore serio e competente. Gli infermieri mettono le persone a loro agio, svolgendo il loro lavoro al meglio e la struttura è pulita.

Struttura buona, hanno degli orari da visita assurdi dalle 16:45 fino alle 17:15 e la domenica non può venire nessuno. Esperienza di ricovero più che pessima. Ho portato mio figlio ed il dott Mandarano ha fatto un vero macello. Il giorno dopo lo ha dovuto riportare in sala operatoria con urgenza per provare a sistemarr l errore fatto. Dopo 40 gg deve ripetere l operazione perchè di fatto ha sbagliato ancora. State alla larga da questo posto vecchio e fatiscente e sopratutto dal questo medico. Se volete maggiori dettagli scrivetemi in privato.

Appena effettuata colonscopia. Mi sento di dare un giudizio eccellente sia alla struttura che ai medici la dottoressa Giarratano, l 'anestesista dottoressa Testa e allo staff del day hospital. Non mi hanno fatto attendere, aspetto non da sottovalutare quando si è provati dalla preparazione all'esame e all'anestesia, e sono stati tutti estremamente gentili ed umani oltre che professionali.

I had to deal with the physiotherapy department, VERY BAD experience. I had booked 10 postural gymnastics sessions which, in line with my insurance plan, I would have had to pay 150 euros in total (15 per session). A month before starting, I made sure to activate the agreement and that I would be offered the requested treatments, I then received all the necessary communications by email in order to proceed in the most correct way possible and make everything go smoothly. Unfortunately, after having carried out the first session, I was informed by the manager that the agreements, made a month earlier, had changed. In fact, issues had arisen relating to the relationship between the structure and the reimbursement of services by my insurance, issues that had already been ascertained a month earlier, which did not concern my position at all and for which, apparently, the solution was to ensure that I could add further treatments (not prescribed by a doctor) which I would then have to pay in full. Having understood the mistake, I asked for a refund by telephone which was surprisingly granted to me with a free gift for the first session carried out since, after all, they are good and do charity, so I was told by the manager. I then went to get my money, and the same manager informed me that, being very stressed, unlike what she had told me on the phone, I would have to pay in full for the physiotherapy session I had used. It is easy to understand that, exhausted by this form of exploitation, I allowed the 60 euros for the first session to be withheld unfairly (as if I had disregarded the agreements made). But in the end the manager, in the throes of a wave of benevolence, perhaps also tired of playing cat and mouse, gave me back the 150 euros in cash saying that it was mainly an ethical question. Ethics. Yes... the treatment received was all very ethical. I lost a month of therapy not to mention the stress and annoyance that all this alternative expertise caused me.

Nulla da segnalare per quello che riguarda lo staff medico ed infermieri, tranne un Medico il Dott. BOVI persona troppo ansiosa ed incapace che non fá altro che scaricare le sue insicurezze sui pazienti ricoverati.Trovo invece inadeguato il personale di controllo probabilmente messe dalla clinica per regolare l'ingresso corretto dei pazienti e visitatori. In particolare la signora bionda del quale non conosco il nome, seppur rispettando il regolamento di ingresso si mostra con modi a dir poco arroganti e maleducati.

Oggi ho fatto operazione corda vocale in questa clinica. Mi sono trovata benissimo. Posto accurato e pulito. L'anestesista che mi ha sedato è stata tanto simpatica e carina . Non ricordo però il nome . Il mio otorino Enzo de Angelis davvero bravo, calmo e esaustivo nelle spiegazioni

A seguito di una visita oculistica effettuata presso di questa struttura, ho dovuto recarmi al pronto soccorso oftalmico per una iperemia congiuntivale. Il dottore che mi ha visitato al pronto soccorso sospettava che l’avessi contratta durante la precedente visita. Oltretutto sempre alla Nuova Itor mi era stato prospettato un quadro abbastanza preoccupante, successivamente smentito sia dal pronto soccorso che da una nuova visita da me effettuata presso un’altra struttura. In sintesi, Nuova Itor da evitare, almeno per quello che riguarda le visite oculistiche.

Mia moglie si é rivolta al servizio di endoscopia per un esame presso la clinica! Ottima organizzazione ed efficienza a partire dell'accettazione amministrativ e organizzazione dell'esame. Personale infermieristico e medico professionale ed estremamente gentile! Sicuramente in caso di necessità ci rivolgeremo nuovo alla Nuova Itor!

Sto frequentando molto la clinica Nuova Itor, tra gastro e colon, fortunata ad aver incontrato la Dott.ssa Giarratano e la sua equipe, tutti bravissimi, non solo professionalmente ma anche umanamente. Un ringraziamento va anche alla signora bionda della mattina, che è al centralino, con la sua disponibilità e gentilezza mi ha risolto molti problemi.

Hanno sbagliato specialista. Ho atteso 1 ora oltre l'appuntamento per scoprire che il medico non era adatto al mio problema. Tra l'altro due specialisti molto diversi tra loro era impossibile confondersi.

Servizio di fisioterapia VERGOGNOSO. Ho prenotato un mese e mezzo prima 10 sedute di ginnastica posturale parlando periodicamente con il Fisiatra che si occupa di prendere appuntamenti, per ritrovarmi il giorno dell'appuntamento senza fisioterapista e appuntamento preso. Dopo aver chiesto delucidazioni al Fisiatra che si era occupato dell'appuntamento mi è stato detto che dovevo far cambiare la ricetta medica e che non poteva star dietro ad ogni appuntamento. Ovviamente i soldi mi sono già stati presi per tutte e 10 le fisioterapie. SCONSIGLIO A CHIUNQUE POSSA LEGGERE
