Artisan ice cream and pastry bar located right on the main street of Tiburtina (near the Eni Station petrol pump and the florist located at the Guidonia crossroads), more precisely in Via Tiburtina Valeria, 162/164, 00019 Tivoli RM. Starting from the fact that they have an artisan workshop inside their structure (therefore the possibility of redoing some croissants and various desserts, if they were to finish earlier) and continuing with a very nice veranda which has enough seats available, I would say that the point of I found strength in the welcome of the polite staff and in a small attention that I noticed in some of their tables, where on the chairs (as shown in a photo I uploaded) there were plaid covers for those who were perhaps slightly more sensitive to the cold and needed a little extra heat. Another very nice thing (mainly for the warmer seasons) is the place outside which is set up and expands the seats available to them. I would say very highly recommended.

As a regular customer, I have always appreciated what this bar offers. However, recently, I have noticed that the Croissants have become significantly less fresh. 🥺😞 I hope this is only a temporary problem and look forward to the return to the usual quality of their delicious pastas. Update: I had the chance to speak with the owner and thanks for the transparent discussion. The wholemeal croissants are supplied by an external supplier. the owner has informed the supplier of this revision and to better verify future delivery. I appreciate the owner's dedication in maintaining high quality standards.

We gave this bar two possibilities, in the end they are, indeed we arrived at a single conclusion: good quality of products inherent to breakfast, but stay away from the aperitifs. What is most unfortunate is that you lose a lot due to the lack of courtesy found in the girls who work there, while we were paying a lady appeared from the kitchen with some unpleasant jokes, they don't make jokes about customers or at least, if it's a necessity repellent, have the decency to wait until you leave the room. Definitely, we will not return again, neither alone nor in a group!
