The service design is very streamlined and very convenient. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly even if the are very busy. All items are categorized in a very logical pattern, which makes shopping their vast catalog very convenient.

This store is very well located, inside a shopping mall. There is a good variety of options for sports equipments. I usually come here, but soon they will open a new store closer to Ostiense Station. I cannot wait!

Service was very good. I changed my rain protector two times, because of it didn't fit my bag. Each time the stuff was very friendly and even if product was not present on store, they delivered if from other store to me.

Very good shopping experience in sports items

Staff are few but they are very approachable. Not as big as the other dacathlon but still have many shoes to choose from. The do it yourself counter is a bit buggy but there's always a staff to assist you.

Convenient store where one can find many sporting items such as swimsuits, running, yoga and Pilates pants, sport light towels, bathrobes etc. I really had a problem in understanding the sizes as only the french size and others are marked on the clothing labels. No correspondence to the Italian or to the EU size is clearly indicated.

I am a decathlon loyal customer and I went to the shop on 12 March morning by 10:30.I directly went to the workshop because my bycycle had some problems with its break cables...there were three guys and I asked the first one I saw if it was possible to change,then he said this place is italy so you have to speak in italian or I won't check it,because I spoke in English......the Baldy,specky guy had the problem and he was showing some kind of racial discrimination..he was humiliating me infront of other people...my question to decathlon is don't you train your staff how to politely handle your customers or do you deliberately make it a platform for racial discrimination like this,...??Such guys will tarnish your reputation...
