(I'm writing this review in English since I don't speak Italian and this could be helpful for people who are temporarily in Turin like me) The short story: They solved all my pain and I was extremely happy with all the help they offered me. Everyone was super kind with me all the time. The human factor of Dr. Enrico's team was something I wish I could find in all dentists/business. :) The long story: I was temporarily in Turin due to work and unfortunately I had dental pain. I waited to see if it improved but, of course, it just went worse. So I searched for a dentist on Google Maps in Turin and I was amazed with the high number of 5 stars reviews of this clinic. "There must be something wrong", I thought. But then I checked the website and I was amazed with the good quality of the design and content. I am telling you this because I was in another country with no possible references and just by looking at the quality of the website, I could feel this clinic was very professional. So I sent them an email in English praying they would answer that they could see me and that they would speak English, and in just 20 minutes they said "Sure, no problem, what about tomorrow morning"? I was so happy! Enrico, the director of this clinic, saw me personally and did his best to explain my problem in English. Apparently I had a root canal that wasn't done properly, so they offered me a re-retreatment of the root canal. Enrico was very professional and I felt I was in good hands. That's when I met Giovanni, the endodontist/root canal expert. He did lots of tests before treating me so he could be 100% sure of my problem and how to do the re-treatment. I really appreciate that, everything seemed so professional to me! Giovanni spoke English very well and he was very nice with me all the time. In the end, after working very hard to try to save my tooth, Giovanni told me that it was impossible to continue the re-retreatment with a good chance of success. This is something that can happen, and I remember my dentist in Spain told me some years ago that that particular tooth was in a very bad condition because basically the wisdom tooth next to this molar almost destroyed it. Giovanni and Enrico offered me the possibility to do a "crown lengthening", which both Enrico and Giovanni explained to me in detail, but in the end we decided that it would be much wiser to just extract the tooth in terms of success rate/money. However, I am very grateful that they were very honest to me all the time and that they tried very hard to save my tooth. And, since in the end everything failed, they just charged me for the extraction. I said I wanted to pay more, but they said that wouldn't be ethical, so I was really impressed with their honesty since I honestly think I wasn't "profitable", so to speak. I really valued that! :) During the extraction, I felt a bit stressed since it was a complicated molar. However, Enrico said several times "Don't worry, everything is normal, it just needs time", which I really appreciated as a tooth extraction is not definitely a happy moment in your life. Well, that's all, right? No! Unfortunately, my extracted tooth had a complication some days later called "dry socket" (alveolitis). This wasn't anyone's fault (I also did my best to take care of me after the extraction), it can happen to anyone and I also had it when another dentist extracted me the four wisdom teeth in the past (I read that this means I have a predisposition for dry socket). But the important thing here is that I called them and they told me I could visit them right away as an emergency visit. Enrico saw me and solved the issue in a couple of minutes for good. Finally!!! I need to finish my review because I can't write more characters, but please listen to me - no matter how far you are from this clinic, it will be worth going there because Enrico, Giovanni and all the clinic team will be delighted to help you and be pain-free. :) THANKS TO ALL DR. I've been to quite a few dentists in my life, ranging from some high-end clinics in Stockholm all the way to some pretty basic ones in Mumbai and I have to say, Enrico & his team are running this operation really well! I've always felt very comfortable with them, they've done an excellent job doing some complicated root canal treatment. Certainly highly recommended, finally I have a dentist I can rely on!

Ottimo servizio, anche per quanto riguarda le tempistiche. In 3 giorni ho effettuato una seduta di igiene orale e diverse cure conservative con ottimi risultati! Le ragazze della segreteria sono meravigliose e sicuramente un valore aggiunto dello studio Del Malvò, super consigliato

Consiglio assolutamente lo studio, ha un team super competente e preparato, sono eccellenti! La prima volta che sono venuta qui è stata per la seduta d'igiene dentale e per delle cure, ti spiegano tutto nel dettaglio e anche dal lato "umano" sono molto delicati. Mi sono trovata molto bene dal dottor Enrico Del Malvò, gentile , disponibile e molto professionale . L’ho trovato bravo sin dal primo appuntamento, un urgenza per un dente rotto l’anno scorso , soddisfatta del lavoro ho avuto nuovamente bisogno e non ho avuto dubbi nel tornare . Ho trovato lo studio del dott. Del Malvò cercando online un dentista che fosse specializzato in faccette dentali e dalle recensioni positive lette ho deciso di chiedere un appuntamento per un preventivo. Il dottore mi ha da subito ispirato fiducia: dopo il controllo accurato e dopo aver ascoltato le mie richieste mi ha spiegato in che modo sarebbe intervenuto per migliorare il mio sorriso e in cosa constasse l'eventuale trattamento, si è poi preso del tempo per studiare meglio il caso. Convinta dal progetto che mi ha poi proposto mi sono affidata a lui. Seduta dopo seduta ci si accorge della professionalità e competenza del dottore. È scrupoloso, attento ai dettagli ed è evidente la grande la passione ed entusiasmo che ha per il lavoro che svolge insieme all'attenzione per il paziente. Inoltre non manca di dare spiegazioni per rendere il paziente sempre informato ed è disponibile ad eventuali chiarimenti anche una volta tornati a casa. Tutto lo staff è disponibile e gentile, in particolare l'assistente alla poltrona Roberta che con il dott del Malvò sono un' ottima squadra che crea un ambiente disteso e piacevole. Il risultato del lavoro è stato eccezionale. Le faccette sono fatte talmente bene che non ci si accorge della differenza con dei denti non trattati, dando così spazio ad un bellissimo sorriso naturale e per niente artefatto (cosa che temevo di più). Non posso che ringraziare lo studio e consigliarlo a tutti perchè merita davvero.

Ho trovato lo Studio Del Malvò mentre cercavo un dentista qui a Torino per una seduta di igiene, ma essendo specializzati anche in faccette ho deciso di chiedere un preventivo. Ad oggi abbiamo concluso il percorso con tanta soddisfazione rispetto alla situazione di partenza. I denti sono perfetti e molto naturali, con molto impegno e cura dei dettagli il dottor Enrico ha accolto tutte le mie richieste e ha realizzato il sorriso che sognavo da tanto!
