Ideally located for access to the historic centre of Turin. I was on business so unfortunately didn't have time to sightsee 🫤. Good value and friendly helpful service.

excellent location, the rooms were large and nicely decorated. the breakfast was varied and tasty. staff are very nice and helpful. parking is a bit complicated because the centric location- there are some garages nearby but it is hard to understand how to get to them because a lot of streets around are one way and under construction

The bathroom is veerrry small and not usable to take a good wash , the room is same small, staff is good, locality in center close to train station

Hotel was ok. My room was very small with single bed for about 110€ per night. Quite expensive. It was clean but everything very old. The bathroom smelled a bit like a wet dog. Breakfast was good and a reasonable choice possible. Staff was very friendly. And the location is very close to the main train station (2 minutes walk) and the old town/city center (5 minutes walk) In the night around 12, there where loud noises for a minute. Rest of the time reasonable quiet.

A decent hotel with a fantastic location next to Porta Nuova. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The service is fantastic - super nice and understanding. It’s possible to leave your luggage in a storage for free - that is awesome. The rooms have everything you might need although some of the equipment seems obsolete (works fine though!)

Lovely hotel, rooms are excellent, clean and modern. Breakfast was really good, with an excellent selection to choose from. Breakfast staff are lovely and very friendly. The reception staff are so nice and extremely friendly, made me feel very welcome, Doina the receptionist was amazing, so helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond her job remit to help me when I needed. Thank you so much x I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back x

It's a two minute walk from Porta Nuova train station and five minute walk to Piazza San Carlo. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The prices are very good considering the location and breakfast satisfies everyone's taste buds. From English breakfast to cereal, yogurt, fruit and cakes.

The hotel was really nice, the service was really kind and helpful at all times and gave us recommendations when we needed them, they also spoke spanish. The room was big overall, but the bathroom was a bit on the small side. The buffet was really amazing cause it had a bit of everything you need for a filling breakfast and more. The building was really new and good looking and it was right at the center of Turin so you could go on foot everywhere cause in 5-10 min you got to Piazza Castello and in 3 min to the Egyptian museum.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located within walking distance of the city center and very close to the last stop of the airport bus. Good size rooms, very clean, kind and helpful staff. A good choice in Torino.

+ perfect location in city center + nice vegan breakfast (soy yogurt, vegan croissant) + 24/7 desk + staff is very nice and helpful + the room is clean - can be noisy on the night because of a close bar - in early morning supply trucks come stand in the street below and make a loud noise and a smell of diesel..

The hotel looks new, but it is very noisy as it is next to a university and gym. We could hear people moving furniture around late in the night and in the morning. This seems like a hotel for people training in hospitality. The only plus was the breakfast, as it’s a nice buffet from cereal to fruit and hard boiled eggs.

Very good location, clean rooms, very good breakfast. There are some parking places nearby but pretty expensive if you need a whole day long.

I stayed here last Feb. It's a five minute walk from Porta Nuova train station. Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby. I plan to stay here again next year. Special thanks to front desk agent Elisa who recommended area attractions and local eats. THANK YOU

Nice hotel, room was super clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. It's pretty much on the doorstep of the Porto Nuovo Station also. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here since 1994 in one of biz trip, my Principal booked this hotel for me, the room is clean & tidy, customer service is good too. Located within the shop houses, very convenient, will revisit them in the near future.
