After
reading
all
of
the
good
reviews,
we
booked
this
room
with
no
hesitation.
There
were
several
pros
and
cons
of
this
place
that
lead
to
our
rating.
Pros:
Location
was
perfect.
Right
off
Piazza
Castello
and
so
close
to
sites,
restaurants,
and
shopping.
Good
size
room
with
free
snacks
and
water.
A
stove
and
plenty
of
dishware
to
cook
or
eat
in
the
room.
A
spacious
private
patio
off
the
room.
Rainfall
shower.
Clean
towels
and
sheets.
Comfortable
pillows.
Very
friendly
staff
and
easy
check-in/check-out.
Elevator
worked
great.
Toiletries
provided.
Cons:
Wi-fi
was
not
working
throughout
our
entire
stay.
As
we
need
internet
to
check
into
our
flight
and
to
answer
emails
for
work,
we
specifically
made
sure
to
book
a
hotel
with
free
Wi-fi,
so
this
was
disappointing
that
it
was
not
working.
Next,
there
were
many
ants
in
our
room
coming
in
from
the
patio.
Although
the
patio
was
a
nice
space,
the
ants
made
us
not
want
to
use
it
or
open
the
doors.
The
drain
in
the
shower
had
a
poorly
fitted
filter
that
clogged
the
drain
and
made
water
go
out
onto
the
bathroom
floor
and
caused
a
big
mess.
The
air
conditioning
was
not
very
strong
and
had
an
odd,
sour
smell
in
the
room.
For
a
small
room,
it
did
not
cool
it
down
well.
The
bed
was
similar
to
a
sofa
bed
and
it
folded
down
from
the
wall.
The
mattress
was
not
very
comfortable
and
felt
like
a
sofa
bed.
Room
was
not
super
clean-
lots
of
dust
on
the
bed
frame
cushions
which
were
also
outdated.
Floor
had
a
lot
of
dust,
dirt,
and
hair
on
it
that
stuck
to
our
feet.
Dishes
provided
for
the
kitchenette
were
not
very
clean
and
the
kettle
was
dirty.
Also,
even
though
the
room
was
called
"silent"
(Suite
La
Silenziosa),
the
reception
desk
was
close
to
the
room
door
and
we
could
hear
a
lot
of
loud
talking
early
in
the
morning
which
woke
us
up.
A
bit
expensive
for
all
of
the
above
issues.
Overall,
a
fine
stay
and
if
the
above
were
improved,
it
would
be
a
great
place
due
to
location
and
the
features
in
the
room.
