😐 Not even... A service not up to the large influx of people and poorly filled sandwiches, sold at their weight in gold taking advantage of the exclusivity within the fair. The only advantage is the availability and courtesy of the staff, which ensures that there are more than one stars 😉 People often mention people,

Internal catering at Lingotto and as usual for the chain's restaurants, the quality is very low, both in the food sold and in the behavior of the staff. Unfortunately the worst image for Italian catering even in an important event like the book fair.

Nothing to complain about the food, but what I was given instead of what I paid, yes. At the checkout I asked for a Capri sandwich (n.b. with cooked ham, tomato, mozzarella and lettuce)... I was asked several times if I wanted caprese and every time I specified Capri. I received a sandwich with tomato and mozzarella. Oh well...I had to eat what the cashier decided.

Valid for quick refreshments.... Of course there is a lot of competition and therefore 5 stars cannot be given... Great for young people....

Normal food too few tables to sit on not a bench a chair to sit on not well organized in comfort because standing for hours without sitting down there wasn't much youth but we were at an age where a break every now and then is needed I hope that next year there will be Excellent seating areas for the fair, I really liked it

I still wonder how prices in truck stops can't be controlled. There's no way the prices are that high

I worked at the Book Fair and our meal voucher had an agreement with this restaurant. Apart from the "supervisor", (I think: a very kind boy who helped me understand what I could eat with the voucher compared to the fact of being a vegetarian) and two people in the area dedicated to first courses (a very nice tattooed woman and a 'another lady, a little older, who worked with her) the kindness and professionalism of the staff leave something to be desired. More than a few people were rude and there were some embarrassing incidents. Working ten hours a day on my feet, I enjoyed my hour lunch break by lingering a bit at the end of the meal and was asked to get up (without a minimum of kindness) because they had to wash. Then they were scolded (by one of their superiors, I think) even though I, stunned, got up and said nothing and left. Another girl who served the second courses responded very badly to me by asking what I could eat with the voucher. "Well, what do I know?". Should I perhaps know this, since I came to Lingotto to photograph people? I understand the amount of work and people on days of events like the Book Fair, I really know what it means, but you can't be rude to someone who is asking you a question just because you're nervous. Bad experience (average food, perhaps the prices - I repeat, I had the voucher - too high compared to the quality)
