This saloon has a mechanical bull ride which you can drink on many times you’d like after signing a waiver. If you ride the bull over a minute mark to the second round you get free drink tickets. The saloon plays country music, and the dress code is country. They also teach you how to square dance. This saloon is definitely a great time, bring lots of friends when you go. You also have to pay at the door unless you buy tickets ahead of time.

The bartender was very rude and deliberately overcharged my vodka soda by a large amount. When I inquired after the fact regarding the exorbitant price I was met with apathy and sarcasm. Will never come again.

Popped in briefly last night, they've raised their drink prices and it was half top 40? This place used to be all country all night, wouldn't recommend if you're looking to hear mostly country music.

We're visiting Toronto from San Diego, CA. We stopped here because it has a decent looking crowd outside. First, we made friends with people in line-love how friendly this city is. Next, were greeted by friendly staff. Then, we danced the night away. Finally, we left the night smoking a joint with some of the patrons outside. Thanks for welcoming us Cali folks and showing us a good time.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting this place that left me feeling uneasy and, quite frankly, disgusted. The overall vibe was peculiar and uncomfortable, which was not at all what I was expecting. Allow me to paint a picture of my experience, so you can understand why I simply cannot recommend this establishment. Upon entering the venue, I was immediately struck by the oddity of its design. Huge pipes adorned the ceiling, which seemed like a questionable choice for aesthetics. The situation was only worsened by the fact that they were dripping water all over the place. This not only created a sense of unease but was also a potential hazard for guests who could easily slip on the wet floor. The cleanliness, or lack thereof, was genuinely shocking. Garbage was strewn about the floor, making it feel as though I was walking through a landfill rather than a reputable establishment. The staff seemed oblivious to the mess, which only made the situation more baffling. But what truly pushed my experience from bizarre to downright repulsive was the smell. The air was thick with the stench of human feces. I couldn't determine if someone in the vicinity was suffering from severe flatulence, if the odor was emanating from the washroom, or if it was even coming from the very pipes that loomed above. Regardless, the odor was overpowering and made it nearly impossible to enjoy any aspect of my visit. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend this venue to anyone. The strange atmosphere, lack of cleanliness, and repugnant odor make it a place that should be avoided at all costs. It is my sincere hope that the management takes these issues seriously and works to improve the conditions in the future, but until then, I suggest looking elsewhere for your entertainment needs.

This place is a blast! Someone told me it's the best country bar in Canada (It's not. Lol) but it's definitely the best country bar in Toronto!! Drink prices are reasonable, always great music, great dance floor (lots of room for line dancing) there's a mechanical bull and the bartenders are always awesome, especially Courtney! She's taken care of me a couple times and as always so fun!

Used to love this place and sing it’s praises to all my friends. Went back recently and instead of coming back to the country music bar that I love, I heard more 2000s pop music than anything. Really disappointed and not planning on going back now.

Me and my friends had an incredible time at the Rock N Horse Salloon for their two step Thursday night. The atmosphere was great, music was great, drinks were great, and the service was incredible. We all took turns riding the bull multiple times and had a blast. Special shout-out goes out to Jay (the bull operator - one of three licensed ones in the city) and Maddy, who led line dancing lessons earlier on in the night. Would highly recommend you visit this bar - 10/10 experience.

First time here and loved it. Service was great. Food was very very good. Loved riding the bull. Music was great. Went on a Friday night, got there early...good thing because it got packed. Great crowd of people. Had a blast.

Paid for the line bypass, security at front told us we still had to wait in line. A member of a different group who was next to us complained, so we were able to get in and have a great night. Concerned that other people who had paid for the bypass had to wait in line, one piece of feedback is to make sure that security running the front knows their own policies!

I recently planned an event at this venue and it was incredibly successful - in large part because of the wonderful staff and event planners onsite. I was working with Sabrinna who was very efficient and timely in her communication and great with her attention to detail to make sure that everything was exactly as promised the night of the event for all of the guests. It was a great experience in the months of planning leading up to the event and an absolute seamless, fun and engaging event the night of. Now not only will I be back, but so will all of the party/event guests. Thanks again everyone!

I place is great I love their mechanical bull it is free to ride you just need to sign some consent and they will put something in your arm to know that you already sign the consent and you can ride the bull plenty of times, I love vibe of the place the service is good and they are really helpful. They also have billards on the other side. The down side for me is their corona taste different from the previous bar that I went.

Pretty cool place. Would recommend to anyone considering inebriation or a slight buzz. The saloon is spacious and there are several TVs on display, with different sizes (perhaps a 32 inch TV doesn't cut it for you and you want a 70 inch OLED display? They've got your back). They also take reservations , because we had to relocate from the baxk closer to the bar since the big tables were reserved (this was close to Halloween time, so perhaps people wanted to drink their sorrows and fears away as a group? Or perhaps have a good time? Who knows noawadays). I believe they serve some food as well, but you have reataurants for that, don't you? ;)

I had a blast at this place! 90% country music (which is why I go), country decor such as cowboy hats boots, saddles, steer heads, line dancing, super friendly staff and fun bunch of guys ! Recommended if you like country music.

The stairs and entrance are terrible. The security guard was beyond rude. Its ridiculously hot. Everyone was complaining about how hot it was. I regret paying cover, wasn't worth it. I don't understand how they pass fire code. Not fun at all.

Legitimately a great bar with a decent sized dance floor. Has a water station as well so you can always have free water without asking the bartenders. Has a mechanical bull as well, no charge to ride it. Music is iffy but im not super into country

Good. Went here for line dancing. Was fabulous. There is also a bull ride inside which you can get for free. The entry fees to bar for males was 14$ and for ladies was free. Didn't understand the logic though, but was a good experience. Thanks.

Mechanical bull is fun to bet the over under on. Drinks are a little expensive but it's Toronto so everything is. Good music, mix of new and old country. Everyone that goes here seems to be a Packers fan so choose your words wisely if you are talking football (if you want to provoke them, just say realistic takes like "Packers won't make playoffs") .

I planned to met some friend at bar and went to Rock'n'Horse by mistake. I realized it after 2 min inside that I was at the wrong place. I explained the situation and the manager Ray said he was going to refund me the $42 I had paid to entry. This happened in December 2023 and I did not get anything so far. I have sent some emails and at first they reply saying the refund was going to be done. Nothing. As of now, they are not even replying the emails they are. Very disappointing. Terrible customer service.

The music is amazing and the dj rocks! But some staff don’t prioritize the safety and enjoyment of the guests. Bring back Kelso, the most elite employee there!

Pretty fun bar, good for young people. Taking away a star because they don’t have themselves listed as a food and beverage service with American Express so you don’t get the points you should from there.

It's a good place for anyone who is fan of country music. Mechanical bull is an added bonus to have some fun with friends. Nice bar with clean washrooms.

Are you ready to rock your socks off? Are you ready to hang out will all of the girls who drove from the boonies to Toronto only to experience the exact same thing they could’ve experienced at home? You came to the right place. Get ready to see your home town girl in the wrong spot. You’re welcome.

The blonde female bartenders are extremely rude while the bar charges insane price on drinks. $13 minimum for anything from someone rolling their eyes at you.

Most incredible experience I have been apart of. I went to the Halloween Event with some of my buddies for the first time. I had such a great time, the staff was very nice, music was unbelievable, vibes were off the chart here. It's a bit expensive but it is totally worth it. I would totally recommend this bar to everyone I know.

Went here to celebrate my birthday last night. It was a great spot. I have never met staff who were this accommodating to my many requests throughout the night. Servers and hosts were so energetic. The music was a good mix of newer country music and pop. Just as a heads up so other customers know, there is a $10/person cover after 10 for every person not on your reservation. We thought this was odd considering the bull and the dancing was not open due to covid. Heard it may be opening in December and we will probably be back to check it out. The food also took awhile to reach the table. Overall it was a good night!

Belive it or not, we had our department town hall at his venue, followed by food and a live band comprising of members from the department. Best town hall ever. Great social event.

Horrible experience. The bouncers don’t know how to do their job and will deny 22 year olds with real ID’s into the bar. The bouncer is a child for plugging his ears and not letting us show him our friends student cards, credit cards and debit card with her name on it to prove her ID was real. If you’re a girl and got your ID photo taken 5 years ago, don’t bother coming to this bar they won’t let you in.
