I frequent Tallboys regularly, it's become one of my favourite spots in Bloorcourt to grab a drink and some pub food. The selection of Tallboys is impressive (obviously) and the back patio is a great spot to relax on a warm evening. Whether I'm in the mood for a quick beer or feel like settling in for the whole night, this pub always feels welcoming and comfortable. The pub food menu is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Every dish I've tried has been tasty. All in all, this small pub has a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and tasty food and drinks. It's definitely worth checking out if you're in the area and looking for a spot to unwind and enjoy a cold one.

Checked this place out after hearing many good things about it. Staff was super friendly and very attentive. I had the poutine, it was greets, made with care and full of flavour. We didn’t stay long because we had a comedy show to get to, but the place had a good vibe and fair prices. The food definitely seems a step above the regular Sysco truck buffet most places are offering.

Update!!! April 2023 Super cool renovations!!!! And as usual great food and beerz local hangout, with a large selection of beers and good food!- fries are a bit too greasy though Super friendly staff , highly recommended if your into craft beer!

I had an unsettling experience at this establishment. I felt unfairly treated and was asked to leave without a clear explanation. Exercise caution when considering spending your night here.

Phil is the nicest most amazing bar owner in the city. If you are looking for a chill spot to have drinks where you felt comfortable and at home, look no further. Is a must visit.

Pretty decent little find. Good beer, good burgers, good service. Will come again next time I’m in town. Only small bit of critique I have is that, even tho the burger was great, 2 patties were too much for me, so would’ve been good to have an option of single patty burgers also on the menu.

Look, this is the best bar in the city. The blossington burger is perfection, the owners are the nicest guys you’ll ever meet, the patio is a hidden gem. It’s unpretentious, family run, and a great time every time.

Amazing and helpful staff with huge selection of local craft beer. Their nachos were delish. Clean with a great lowkey atmosphere. It's easy to have a conversation and enjoy a few beers or ciders with friends.

I always enjoy going to Tallboys. Their burgers are great, there craft beer selection is amazing. They just got a beautiful new oak bar. It's great to see that they seem to be doing well. Let's not forget to mention the excellent service.

I had the most fantastic experience at a burger place in downtown Toronto! The atmosphere was incredible, with a fantastic selection of music that added to the overall ambiance. The burgers were simply mouthwatering, cooked to perfection and loaded with delicious toppings. The drink menu was equally impressive, offering a wide range of beverages to complement the meal. The attentive staff and stylish decor made this place a top-notch dining destination in the heart of the city. I can't wait to go back for another memorable evening!

This is a great watering hole in Toronto! I love the location, lots of ample parking, along a bike lane and easily accessible by TTC. The selection is varied and there’s so many different beers to try and I love how there’s particular emphasis on Canadian craft beers. The staff are welcoming and nice! Highly recommended!

The server this evening was both arrogant and unhelpful. Food was good. Service was awful. She should not be in customer service. Truly horrendous attitude. Ignored us and then said would bring our food if it didn’t get too busy. There were two tables filled at the time. Unfriendly.

Been having my burgers here for the past few years and I'm always satisfied. Tonight I had a double banquet burger, juicy, tasty and filling as always. And the staff is always great. No matter how busy it gets I never feel forgotten.

Great selection of craft cans, but the beers on tap were very good and plenty fresh. Both the chicken sandwich and the chicken wings are also done very well. Service was great as well. Would recommend as easily one of the best places on this stretch of Bloor.
