My first here, the service I received was great!!!!! I ordered their “3 from the sea” for only $19.99!! I had clam chowder + coconut shrimp + shrimp linguine alfredo ! The food was good but could be better, especially for the pasta….. it tasted a bit too sweet for me. On the side they gave us some bread, that bread was amazing!!! Very yummy!!!! Recommend!!

Service and food preparation were on point at this location! It's been years since my partner and I had red lobster so we decided to pop in and try their endless shrimp. Food was prepared well, portions were good, and value is excellent. Tastes and flavours were just as I remembered, basically butter and salt, but expectations were met and everything was cooked well. Service was absolutely amazing and our server Sherif went above an beyond to be accommodating and ensure we were well taken care of. Definitely made our experience extra enjoyable and would be back strictly because of the service. While there's many better options for seafood across the city, Red Lobster holds that iconic family seafood restaurant status and this location holds up well. Great for a date or family outing, we'll definitely be back when craving some buttery biscuits and endless shrimp!

We visited Red Lobster at The Atrium at the Bay for a weekend evening family dinner and had a wonderful time. One of the things that impressed us was the lack of wait time, as we were seated promptly upon arrival. The wait staff was attentive and friendly throughout our dining experience, contributing to our overall satisfaction with the service. As for the food, it was delicious, just as we have come to expect from Red Lobster. The menu offered a variety of seafood options, and each dish we ordered was prepared to perfection. The flavors were excellent, and the portions were generous. The restaurant itself had a cozy atmosphere, which added to the pleasant dining experience. However, one suggestion I would make is for the establishment to consider a facelift. While the ambiance was comfortable, it felt slightly outdated and could benefit from some modernization. Despite this minor recommendation, we thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Red Lobster in The Atrium at the Bay. The lack of waiting time, friendly wait staff, and delicious food contributed to a memorable family dinner. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to others who appreciate seafood and a cozy environment

Had a reservation for 8pm, was not seated until 8:06 so sometimes you still have to wait a bit for them to clean up tables. I definitely recommend the escargot as starter The main dish I chose was the ultimate feast where you get to choose 2 premium(maritime lobster,7oz sirloin 2classic(jumbo coconut shrimp, garlic shrimp)from the selection. They ended up being really good and it will probably be my go-to meal when I come back. My Wife got the all-you-can eat shrimp(which had 7 variations you can choose from). Service was excellent, the waiter we had was attentive and was always around when in need of requests. Would definitely advise for anyone to eat here and make reservations beforehand.

Good food and nice customer service, the staff was attentive to us and checks at all times. Even gave us some starters on the house for waiting a little longer. The lobster tail was juicy and the chicken on the pasta was tender.

I have always loved coming to this location of Red Lobster but my last visit on Valentine’s Day exceeded my expectations. I brought some friends from Montreal and Quebec City and they fell in love with the service and delicious food here. Jorge, our server went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service! This was hands down the best service we have ever received. Highly Recommended!

I had great meals at Red Lobster before so I am eager to try again. James did an excellent job serving us and the food was good, though not outstanding as before. The biscuits were excellent. For a $40+ meal, the lobster tail was tiny compared to what I had a few years ago. Inflation? The taste was great though. The scallops were overdone. Overall, I was still satisfied but not as satisfied as before.

Overpriced for what you get. I wouldn't recommend it here just due to the price. The starter I had was $12 and it was 6 frozen shrimp with sauce. You can buy the exact same thing at the grocery store for cheaper. Food was good, not amazing. I would rate higher if the food tasted better. Service was good, nothing to note here.

SESAME-SOY SALMON BOWL 22.49 Grilled salmon, crispy Brussels sprouts, rice, edamame, mixed greens and crispy onions with a soy-ginger drizzle. Absolutely amazing, delicious and exactly what I was looking for. I love their shrimp however was craving something different so I tried this and glad I did. Highly recommended.

Centrally located in the heart of the city! Great location with very friendly servers! Reservations are recommended as they are usually quite busy! Love their menu and tons of yummy seafood options available!

I recently dined at Red Lobster in Toronto and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff and the comfortable atmosphere immediately made me feel at home. As a seafood lover, I was thrilled to see the wide variety of dishes on the menu, featuring classic options like crab legs and lobster, as well as creative and innovative dishes using the freshest ingredients. The portions were generous and I was able to enjoy my meal without feeling overly full. I also appreciated that the prices were reasonable, making it an affordable option for a special night out or a casual dinner with friends. 5/5 will visit again.

This is a Red Lobster with a big heart! I came here on May 22 for the $20 endless shrimp promotion (now increased to $25) and I was not disappointed. Although the five different shrimp selections may not seem like a lot of variety, the four that I tried each had a different, distinctive flavour that tasted good in their own ways. I especially enjoyed the coconut shrimp and the colada dipping sauce. Plus, each person gets a free side! And the complimentary bread/roll was so soft and tasty!! The value was just unbeatable given how much prices have increased in the past few years. I’d like to give a big shout-out to the male server that evening. I didn’t ask for his name but he was a cheerful dude and super friendly to us throughout the meal. Additionally, it was actually my first time dining at Red Lobster and I had a chance to check out (although not order from) the rest of the menu, and they seem to have a wide selection at reasonable prices. Now Red Lobster has a new fan!

I went on a date with my wife to Red Lobster and our experience was amazing. It is a convenient treat for seafood lovers and the food portion sizes were generous. While its seafood is delicious, it’s a reality that it will be more expensive than your standard restaurant. If you are looking for affordable seafood, go to your local crab shack or fish house, that will be a cheaper alternative to this fancy place. But if you want to give your relationship the best seafood experience there is and supreme quality service, then the king is Red Lobster 🦞.

One of the best places in Toronto to have seafood. Starting from their complimentary biscuits to Seafood Pasta, Lobster each and every item were amazing. They don’t have halal options but you can tell then not to put any alcohol or meat broth in your food. Their complimentary bread was really warm and soft and they will refill it if you need. The seafood pasta was flavourful and the lobster was juicy, buttery and meaty. The service was incredible. This will surely be my go to place in Toronto.

Amazing dinner. Crab alfredo and the ultimate feast plus their unlimited garlic bread. The ultimate feast consists of crab legs, breaded shrimp, garlic shrimp, and one lobster tail and choice of one side. We rolled out of there. Dinner was ready quite fast and it was hot. Mike our server is A1, great service. Thanks Mike. Less than $80 with a good tip for Mike. Clean and quiet atmosphere, definitely go there again.

Honestly I came here for a date and the food wasn’t the best but the service makes up for it. We only had to wait maybe 2 minutes before we got to our table and our server(not sure of his name) but he I believe is hispanic and he was so kind. I would only come back because of him. He let us know what the best sellers were and any specials and told us what drinks are popular. He always was attentive to our table and brought water and bread any time he came to our table. Just because of him my review is high but the food was a little cold and underwhelming. My favourite part of my dish was the walts shrimp.

First time trying the create your own ultimate feast that has 2 premium choices (we got maritime lobster tails) and 2 classic shrimp selections (shrimp linguine alfredo and garlic shrimp) + a side (mashed potatoes). The feast was $54 and we loved everything on our plate. We also ordered the fried scallops, it was okay but won’t order that again. Overall a great meal for two!

The Dundas and Bay restaurant is a nice lunch spot. Get a window and enjoy the street theater. It's a busy corner and there's always interesting things happening. It's convenient to the Eaton center, but it's never rowdy and usually not crowded. The food is always been reliable. I have a family member with allergies, and they were always excellent at accommodating that. I want to compliment them as well for excellent customer service. When I recently had a concern, they were prompt, responsive and genuine.

Loved the clam chowder and lobster!!! AL and his other co-worker (Pity I didn't manage to grab his name) went above and beyond. Their high standard of customer service added points to our visit besides the yummy food. Its a shame that we're not locals - If not we'd definitely visit again!

We visited for a couple of friends birthdays and the dinner dining experience was just okay, could improve. The food took forever to come out. The food was good. Wish that this location offered a birthday treat to my friends. I requested and the server said they don't do that, he did not seem enthusiastic when I asked if they could sing. I have been to other locations and they have offered birthday sundays. I wasn't a fan that the tipping options increase, 18% being the minimum . I don't think that that's appropriate for a business to do. Don't think I will be returning to this Red Lobster. No parking at this location. We have had a exceptional and continuous experience at the Etobicoke location.

shoutout to Shannon for being excellent this evening! you were 10/10 and i hope you enjoy your week, don’t work too hard! :) every time i have ever come here it has been nothing short of exceptional! host/ess is always friendly and i’m greeted with a smile every time i visit. this location is always pretty busy but i’ve never had to wait for a table! i’m always sat right away, granted, i’m one person. serving staff is always attentive and knowledgeable. i’m greeted & offered water almost immediately after i’m seated and biscuits come out shortly thereafter! i love ordering the roasted garlic & herb crab on top of crispy potatoes, it’s delicious and fresh every single time! garlic is perfectly roasted and the butter & herbs are a good blend of flavour! i’m disgusting and also get regular butter on the side so i can do some more dipping! food comes out hot & quick and everyone i’ve ever spoken with at this location is super great! lovely staff. bathrooms are also clean & stocked! rare for downtown toronto ;) keep up the great work & keep doing what you’re doing! i’ve been back a few times and you’ll surely see me again! thank you! :)

Our server Mia was truly wonderful to our large group birthday party. He was prompt, polite, hilarious and anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them! 6/5 stars for Mia and also the host who doesn’t eat seafood and made our non seafood eating friend feel super comfortable. AND she brought a biscuit with a candle in it for our friends bday. 10/10 will be back for more endless shrimps

Never having experienced lobster or crab before, I was told this was the place to go as a good introduction. Boy oh boy, it was awesome. Not only was the food fresh and delicious, we received a table-side demo from our server Shannon (who was wonderful!!) on how to crack open crab legs. Shannon was personable and engaging but not hovering. She was prompt for refills and always arrived with a smile. Great service (even with a huge table of 10+ people next to us!)

Food was excellent, always a busy place but they are doing a great job with Covid management. Was put on a waitlist but I received a message very quickly that my table was ready. Seafood options are always good. I left very full and satisfied with my meal and the service. If you're not having a pasta based dish, would strongly recommend an appetizer or you'll be hungry again. Portions of the seafood dishes are a little small.

Excellent service. It was my first time at Red Lobster, I love seafood and was not disappointed. The buns were probably the best I have ever had, fresh and hot, with what I think was garlic butter on top. I could've just kept eating the buns. I had the Admirals feast. And calamari, the breading was light and crispy. It was all cooked perfectly, definitely some of the best I have had. I will be going back.

Ordered the 7pound sirloin with garlic shrimp and the coleslaw salad. Plus lemonade and an extra lobster mashed potatoes, perhaps i overdid it with the mashed potatoes, but everything was very pleasant. This red lobster is very very good. Awesome service by the way. 👍 ✌

Exceptional dining experience at the Red Lobster last night! Soumya's impeccable service added a personal touch to our meal. The atmosphere was delightful, and the food was absolutely delicious. Looking forward to returning for more culinary delights and outstanding service from Soumya!

Went there last night for my friend birthday to have dinner. Everything I ordered came wrong or I don't get what I ordered then I have to wait again then the server apologize but the same thing keep happening then she The server began kissing up to me and offering me stuff on the house as I'd I couldn't afford what I ordered. You know I'm not recommending this place to anyone or going back there I didn't even ate the food because I got turned of. Sigh.

The service was good and the restaurant was very nice. We got their seafood stuffed mushroom, but there wasn't any seafood in there. Their burger was okay, but the patty was a bit dry. The seasoning for their dishes are on the salty side. I would recommend the shrimp pasta.

great service by Sherif! the only down side is that we waited about 20 mins to be seat, they block a lot of table because of covid, but a lot of space is lost and a lot a tables could be use and still be respecting social distancing.

A great location downtown, close to the Eaton Centre, City Hall, and easily accesible to TTC. We really appreciated such a wonderfully warm and welcoming staff! Jen was terrific taking care of our food allergy concerns, and was so courteous and cordial! It's been a while since we ate at Red Lobster, but we weren't disappointed! So glad we had lunch here...

Pleasant evening and the food did not disappoint. Though they may not qualify as trendy by any means, they remain a reliable restaurant for good seafood. Given current prices on seafood, the value was excellent. Service was very friendly, not just from our waitress, but a couple of other staff we interacted with as well. Washrooms were clean. Would happily return and recommend. AMPLE PARKING directly below (enter off of Edward St.)
