I've been going to this place for karaoke and trivia at least once a month (and usually more) for at least a dozen years. I came into Google Maps to write a review about another place, but I was asked to write a review about this place, and now I kind of feel like I can't in good conscious go without giving it a great plug. The food is solid, and the tap selection is both varied and rotated regularly. The staff are really friendly. This is a neighbourhood bar with a lot of class and soul. I can't think of a bad evening I've had there.

food is cheap but to be skipped. wide selection of draft beers. WC must be cleaner. best neighborhood atmosphere is before dark; it becomes too loud after dark

My partner and I came here on a Wednesday afternoon to watch a sporting event. The pub was about 30% full, had one bartender on and a manager, who chose to partake in watching the sporting event rather than manage. We were greeted quickly by the bartender but after that there was a lack of care about the rest of the experience. We each ordered a beer and shared an order of wings but unfortunately the hot wings never came as the bartender forgot to ring them in. I understand that it gets busy and these sort of things happen. We asked about the wings after waiting for 45 minutes. 15 minutes later, and an hour after originally ordering them, they arrived but were the wrong flavour. Again, not a big deal, it happens. The things that bother me are that we were never checked on, never asked if we wanted another round when our drinks were empty, plates weren't cleared from the table, had to ask for our bill and nothing was offered regarding the poor service. When I suggested maybe we get a discount, the bartender was nice and went to ask his manager, who was sitting with other patrons and watching the game, however, the manager seemed annoyed and waved his hand as to sluff us off and did not care that customers could see his reaction to us asking for a discount for poor service. Things happen, I understand that as I worked in the service industry for many years, but at least show in the slightest like you care about customers. I usually do not write bad reviews or even complain to servers about things as I understand what it is like, but I feel like this is worth while. Oh, and the wings seemed to have feather still in a few of them.

Beer selection is only what you could find in the grocery store, but the chicken and pulled pork quesadillas were very good and the portions were generous.

It was our first time here. The food was okay, was asking for the dressing on the side of the salad but they forgot. I like the grill chicken (in my Caesar salad), which was very tender and delicious, but portions could be better. My partner got the bbq chicken sandwich, and he liked it. but he was hoping if they could toast the buns, then that would be perfect. The popcorn shrimp was good, and we both enjoyed it. The server was okay, a little bit unprofessional and barely checked out our table, but they were trying to do their best, which I was appreciated. Overall, we had a good experience and will definitely be back some time.

I was seeking a venue for my music school's 25th Anniversary staff party, so I was calling all the pubs on the subway line to find one that has karaoke on a Saturday night. When I called Kramer's they were very friendly and took my reservation. I was worried that maybe the food would be sub-par, but wow was the food ever amazing!!! Our servers were Maddy and Clarissa and they were outstanding. The karaoke was fun too! Recommended for a party or to eat their delicious food any time :-)

The karaoke was SO fun, and is also free which makes it even better. I’ll definitely be back just for that. I have yet to try the food but perhaps on my next visit.

Somehow I felt comfortable here from the start (have been two times by now). It's so good to have a nice place like this in our neighborhood. Nothing pretentious, just a place for people in the neighborhood to hang out. I have seen how people support each other's karaoke singing. It gave me a warm feeling. I also liked the range of songs people chose to sing.

The rudeness of one of the staff members is astonishing. 1st they make me wait there while clearly seeing me standing there and some guy cuts me off for service and gets served before me and this person rudely tells me to relax when confronted. Spend your money where customer service is valued!

Bartenders remember us when we go in, food is very good. Good draft selection and hours. Street side patio as well as upstairs level. Mediterranean sampler is very nice to enjoy with your drinks. Will be visiting again for sure.

I love this bar a lot and have so many positive memories. However recently when I have attended for karaoke the DJ has been very rude. It has happened consistently on 3 occasions and I don’t know what his problem is. He is clearly a capable DJ, but his unfriendliness has really negatively affected my perception of the bar.

Waitresses are amazing!! Small place ,not overcrowded. Fun karaoke. Food was great and large portions. Reasonable alcohol prices.

Kramer's is a staple in the Yonge/Davisville community. The food is exceptional and the servers are so personable and attentive. The atmosphere is warm and unique from every other place in the city. If you haven't been to Kramer's before, it's right by the subway and definitely worth the trip.

Stumbled upon Kramer’s for an early lunch and was so impressed by the service and food! Burgers/fries were delicious and the beer was perfect! Good selection of food and drink! Staff were so accommodating with our kids and had a booster seat available. No change table in the washrooms but was not expecting one. Overall I’d recommended Kramer’s and will hopefully be back soon.

Used to be our go-to, but recently we started getting very watered down liquor and frequent over charges on our bills. Saddening, as I really liked the vibes here but gave too many chances and was let down often.

Amanda made our experience and expectations very satisfactory. Very honest server that does not take advantage of one such as me that is not used to drinking by ensuring that my friend I left behind got my change and actually said to him I hope he gets home ok. I live close by so that was not an issue. No one bothers you and the staff ensure you bother no one as they keep an eye out.

The drink selection is somewhat small but good nonetheless and the food is good too. Shoutout to the one guy in the kitchen who pumped out orders like he had a whole team in there! That being said, the music was deafeningly loud and I struggled to hear a single thing my friends said. Maybe this is because it was a karaoke night, but it still pit a damper on things and is highly unusual for a "bar and grill".

I (we) have been frequenting this place for 3 years. In this time we have had our Shih Tzu with us while we sit in the outdoor patio sitting area. The last time we were there (Sat June 10 / 23) for food and drinks, our pet was with us. We were served. No issues. Today Sunday June 17 / 23, I was refused service. The server gave me a reason of "Not dog friendly". No further explanation was provided. We were discriminated against as dog owners, who may very well could have a Service dog with us. Which to my understanding are allowed to accompany their handler into an outdoor patio.

So wonderful as always. Steven is th best chef ever. Today I was served by Ronza who was so sweet and helpful yet another reason to return ASAP.

Karaoke night out (Sat) for a birthday party. Staff was excellent. Great karaoke show. Had a wonderful time. Food was OK.

Pretty dysfunctional service tonight with our waitress completely forgetting to enter one of our meals and not even clueing in after she delivered three plates to a table of four. Messed up simple drink orders and didn’t even bring napkins until we asked mid-meal. Food was fine, nothing special, but the price helped justify it. Wouldn’t recommend for anything more than a super casual drink and light bite, but even then there are probably better spots in the area.

Came here for the leafs game. Stayed for the food and drinks. The food was awesome, wings are huge and generously sauced. The tater tots are bomb. The service was super quick despite it being a busy night. Also drinks were cheap which is rare in Toronto. Great spot to catch a game or just hang out.

small local pub. there was only one bartender/server when i went on a thursday, the place was pretty busy but she was still as attentive as possible. You rule, thursday bartender!

Forced to give tips; Bartender forced a tip upon each drink order. Would place the order on the machine, then tap the tip button himself and confirm before handing over the machine.

For years we have been enjoying Kramers patio with our dog. The first time we confirmed with staff she could join us and they were very welcoming of our canine companion. We were even there last weekend for dinner with her. Today we were informed Kramers is not dog friendly and they wouldn't serve us. No signage posted to this effect ans no answers to questions as to when and why this came in to play. Please, in support of all canines BOYCOTT Kramers

Fun . Lots of taps. Good service. Karaoke on Saturday night. Looks like it's turned into a good local for the new density at davisville. On the list.

A few weeks back I visited for lunch, on a Friday. I ordered the quesadilla, and it was supposed to have pinto beans in it, but it had baked beans instead?! It was edible... But I would not order that again. I asked if they had coffee, the server said yes so I said can I have one please... But it never showed up. at least it didn't show on my bill at the end though. My friend that was there with me ordered a vinaigrette salad as advertised on the menu and she was brought some other type of dressing that was not vinaigrette, and when she asked for vinaigrette they brought white vinegar. The server had no clue what malt was. Meanwhile the server was taking frequent smoke breaks out front in full view of our seat. Overall not a great experience. I might go back one day but only in the evening

love this place! the food is made from scratch and delish. they have a cozy main floor easy to access, where they host PubStumpers Trivia every Wednesday night, which is a hoot. they also have a lovely patio upstairs too that doubles as a party room for events. great spot for a casual drink, check them out

Great roof top patio. Delicious honey garlic wings and nachos with pulled pork. But best coconut cream pie home made!!! And great service.

I had an awesome visit at Kramer's. Friday night Karaoke at its best. The crowd was very friendly (and forgiving), and just a great time had by all. Can't wait to visit again.

Very friendly place. We went in without a reservation to have some drinks and were pleasantly surprised. Very laid back crowd and surprisingly all of a sudden we were joining their karaoke night - probably Friday's only-. Nice variety of beers and appetizers.

DOUBLE BOOKED THE UPSTAIRS PARTY ROOM, LEAVING MY GUESTS (20+ PEOPLE) AND ME WITHOUT A VENUE ON A SATURDAY NIGHT!!!! First off, I have been a regular customer at Kramer’s for about 4 years, and have 4-5 times rented the upstairs second floor “private party” room for various celebrations. I have always had a great time here, but yesterday I had the worst experience ever! I had rented the upstairs floor for another event for about 20-25 people. Turns out there was a DOUBLE BOOKING, and another big party was happening upstairs when I arrived!!! I called and the manager called me back a few minutes later, saying there was a confusion/misunderstanding and that he is going to see if we can “share” the upstairs with the other party. Turns out they had a huge guest list and it was not possible (that is what the server who was at the restaurant told me). I then tried calling the manager who did not pick up, and later sent a text: “Hi, I'm trying to figure out how and where. I'm so sorry, look like there was a reservation that I never saw”. Then nothing thereafter. I said I wanted the downstairs floor to ourselves but because it was karaoke night they said it wasn’t possible!! Can you imagine how it felt expecting 20+ guests to a private event and your booked space is not available??? On a Saturday night??? There was a minimum spend of $1500 which we could have spend downstairs! Instead they offered us 2 tables! And I have never heard a word from the manager!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, and none of my friends or myself will ever go back here.

Great local neighbourhood bar @ yonge and davisville. Staff are great!. Karaoke on friday/Saturday. Trivia on Wednesdays. Staff very accommodating for sports events on the tv's. It's alllllll good!
