Food
and
drinks
were
incredible
and
the
only
reasons
for
the
two
star
review.
The
back
of
house
and
bar
team
work
hard
to
perfect
their
skills
and
it
shows.
My
low
review
is
for
the
service.
This
was
my
third
time
dining
at
this
restaurant
and
this
time
we
had
a
large
party
of
six.
No
one
alerted
us
of
the
automatic
gratuity
of
20%
and
the
service
did
not
warrant
this
tip.
For
a
$700
bill,
you
would
expect
care
or
interest
in
your
patrons
but
we
did
not
experience
that.
This
was
my
friend’s
birthday
and
I
was
honestly
disappointed
that
there
was
no
acknowledgement
of
this
nor
was
there
a
standard
level
of
customer
service
for
the
entirety
of
the
experience.
The
server
was
inattentive
and
cold
throughout
our
dining
experience.
When
we
addressed
this
concern,
management
said
the
tip
was
standard
and
that
he
was
sorry
that
they
did
not
inform
us
but
that
was
not
something
they
could
remedy.
He
gave
is
his
business
card
and
blamed
“a
busy
night”
for
why
the
service
was
terrible
on
a
Tuesday.
After
speaking
with
the
manager,
the
server
was
supremely
rude
to
us
(more
so
than
she
was
throughout
the
night)
and
spoke
condescendingly
to
my
group.
Overall,
it
was
a
really
great
experience
despite
the
atrocious
customer
service
which
dampened
every
other
aspect
of
us
dining
there.
