Wow.
The
food
at
this
place
is
incredible.
I
went
with
my
fiancé
for
a
special
date
night
and
we
were
blown
away.
It
definitely
lived
up
to
the
hype!
Our
server
was
very
attentive
and
lovely.
She
was
very
knowledgeable
about
the
menu
and
the
sourcing
behind
it.
She
could
answer
all
of
our
questions
regarding
the
wild
ingredients,
about
the
founding
chef,
and
also
gave
us
a
thorough
overview
of
their
drink
menu.
We
got
the
bread
with
the
truffle
butter
to
share,
which
was
one
of
the
best
appetizers
I
have
ever
tasted.
I
also
got
the
Scallop
Crudo,
which
was
heaven
in
every
bite.
For
our
mains,
I
got
the
Venison
pasta,
while
my
fiancé
got
the
Game
Burger
with
the
Antler
Fries.
It
was
so
delicious,
although
very
rich
and
filling.
But
I
expected
that,
since
venison
is
so
rich;
I
happily
took
my
leftovers
home!
For
drinks,
I
got
the
strawberry
lemonade
with
mint,
and
my
fiancé
got
an
Old
Fashioned.
Both
were
very
refreshing.
For
dessert,
I
got
the
lime
cheesecake,
which
was
so
zesty
and
not
too
sweet.
My
fiancé
got
the
smoked
mousse
cake,
which
just
melted
in
the
mouth.
This
is
a
Michelin-starred
restaurant,
so
it
is
expensive.
But
the
food
speaks
for
itself.
Sustainably
sourced,
wild
ingredients,
this
place
utilizes
some
of
the
best
Canada’s
nature
has
to
offer
in
its
dishes.
I
highly
recommend
coming
here
for
a
fancy
night
out.
