We went here for just one night but the service was fantastic and the in hotel gym was pretty decent compared to most. The lobby has a cool ambiance mixed with the restaurant and bar. The service was quick and well done even when I forgot something in my car. I recommend taking the 25-50$ room upgrade if it’s offered as we had amazing views. Bathrooms could us renovation a bit but didn’t affect our stay experience.

Be prepared for a small room, even a smaller shower. Nice to have small appliances, even a washer/dryer if you are staying a bit. I just don't care for the crunchy sounding and feeling linens, not comforting to me. Towels were also not soft, which I guessed would be at this price point. The rest of the room was nice. I would probably pay extra for the valet parking if I visit again, as my phone did not scan and had to ring for assistance going in and out of the Commerce garage, recommended by the hotel. I do have to commend the staff. They are always willing to help with a smile. The concierge desk was exceptional. Side notes: If you want a very nice romantic dinner, try The Keg. If going to a Jays game, try Kelly's Landing (we ended up with great sirloin, although we were looking for burgers which have to be well done!???!!) If you walk, the PATH be prepared to go fast and get lost. Also, taxis in line at the ballpark after the game may try and hike their price. We walked to another area and called Beck Taxi directly for a 3rd of the price. Overall, it was a nice trip and stay.

I stayed here for a night with my son when we had a concert booked. Unfortunately for us our concert got cancelled so we tried to just make the most of it. We really loved the room and hotel. The ambiance of the hotel is very exquisite and charming. They are located on the other walkway which was neat to check out as we walked to the Eaton centre. I saw security in place for the entrance of the pathway to be used during certain hours. The room has every thing you ever need in a room. We didn’t get one of the super fancy rooms yet ours had a mini kitchen, equip with everything to cook meals there, plus in room laundry. Their beds were super comfy as well. I was super impressed by how they utilized the space within the room based on how the room space wasn’t all that big. The service was also really good. We had lunch downstairs and ordered room service in for dinner. It’s conveniently located downtown. However parking is a bit tricker down there. Overall, an amazing experience and will gladly stay here again

Stayed here for a work trip. The room was really big and had a great view, although a little outdated. The bell man (I think his name was Matthew) was super welcoming when I arrived and throughout my stay. The gym was small but had what I needed, and I also enjoyed the sauna/hot tub one night which was quiet and clean. Will schedule my next trip at this hotel again.

First time staying at the One King West. It was amazing. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was beautiful. We had a mini kitchen with everything you needed. We had our own living space as well. Very clean hotel. The bathroom amenities such as shampoo and such felt like you were at a spa. Very quiet as well. Had a amazing sleep. Would definitely stay again. Lastly the location is amazing. Close to the Eaton Centre, Union Station and Scotia Bank

We had an amazing time here. We arrived on a very early flight and were exhausted. Ana Luisa on Reception worked with the housekeeping staff to get our room ready ASAP and contacted us when it was ready. Amazing! Room was gorgeous, bright and modern. The food and cocktails downstairs are not to be missed. The staff on concierge was lovely and friendly, Faisal had a smile and a hello every time he saw us, staff are top class here. The location is very central, a short walk to the Eaton Centre or Harbour front. Loved it!

Perfect location, clean and spacious room (we had a Suite), the gym is just big enough for a quick workout and it has a Sauna. The staff was super friendly. The hotel is right in front of the train station and is center to all the main attractions, 5min walk to St Lawrence Market, 15min walk to the Ferry for Toronto Island, and quick and nice stroll to the ROM and Queen Street for shopping.

There are so many things I LOVED about this hotel. As soon as you enter the lobby, you are filled with smells and sounds. The restaurant is within the lobby and the atmosphere is cozy. There was even a band. We ended up going to the hotel restaurant since it was really nice. The service was good from beginning to the end. Everywhere i walked in the hotel, employees were making sure you had a nice experience; even in the elevators, holding doors and helping you. The rooms we had were HUGE with everything you might need (kitchen, living room). Everything was so clean. Did not know about this hotel before my trip, would definitely go back. Hotel was in an old bank, and the historical aspects around it are fascinating. You can even visit the old vault.

The property was exceptional, with great decor and ambiance right from the moment you enter! The service was great with everyone being super helpful and attentive. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well stocked with provisions. The views from the room where we stayed were great: you could see Lake Ontario on one side and then the city on the other.

Ideal location being right beside King Station, and near plenty of tourist attractions and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious. Loved having a kitchen, washer/dryer in. My room. The bathroom is a little small, but it was just me. They’ve got a gym and a large hot tub. Both are open late. The bar on site is great, nice to be able have a few drinks and the. Stumble up to my room. Will definitely be back.

What good is a “fancy” hotel if they don’t provide any services? If you want breakfast, they don’t have any. Need shampoo and an extra pillow? Best of luck. I wouldn’t wish this place on an enemy, so I feel pretty stupid for paying money to stay here.

I was shocked to see that this hotel had such high reviews. It seems my experience might have been a 1/100 chance. Rooms that are extremely old and not well maintained or kept. Carpet that was crunchy, stained, and not appealing to look at. Bathroom that was dirty and hadn’t been updated in years. Beds that were uncomfortably and had awful bedding. Loud and noisy even on the 6th floor. You could hear the subway running all night when trying to sleep. I understand the hotel is ‘heritage’ on one but ripped carpet and falling wallpaper just isn’t appealing. The staff when checking in were not prompt and didn’t seem to care that there was a large line. When checking in, it seemed like they’d rather have you stay somewhere else. Cleaning service came at odd times, 8:30am when I was trying to get ready and get out the door, and then they didn’t even show up one day. For the price I’d look elsewhere.

We had problems when we arrived as our travel agent hadn't informed the hotel of us arriving later due to our flight change, hence our accommodation was cancelled. Chloe on the desk was very helpful & managed to rebook a room. So that part was exceptional. But & a big but, the room we had was not good it was dark with no view which is what we had originally booked. It was dusty & the bins hadnt been emptied. The bedside light didn't work and the main light which was a tall stand light flickered when you put it on. I was very upset with what we had as this was a special trip for my son's graduation & we couldn't move rooms as we were told that the hotel was fully booked. I will not be returning.

This was our first time staying downtown in Toronto. Rachel at the front desk is amazing!!! This place has access to the underground path way system. Amazing for cold or wet weather. So close to hockey hall of fame. Scotiabank arena and rogers place. The rooms show a very small bit of age, but they were awesome. Great coffee shop attached and underground valet parking.

Reasonably priced hotel in the heart of downtown Toronto. Super accessible to all of the shopping, sites and transit. This isn't for someone who's looking for a super fancy place to stay but I recommend it if you're looking for an affordable and decent hotel in Toronto.

What a beautiful place to stay. Centrally located, with access to the underground and a beautiful bank vault walkthrough. From a service perspective, it was great. All the staff were incredibly friendly and competent. We paid a little for a room upgrade, and it was well worth it. Instead of going out at night, we opted to stay at the hotel after dinner. The tub was great, the bed was comfortable, and the room had a great view of the city. I wouldn't change a thing.

Great location for getting around Toronto, the Path (underground walkway) goes directly to the hotel and from there you can easily get to many key places under cover from cold and wet (and heat!). There are plenty of eateries nearby as well, and a bar at the hotel itself. Beautiful building with a lot of history. We had a little bit of trouble with our rooms, but this is partially our/our travel agent's fault, in that we had a room booked for check in on the Monday afternoon, but didn't manage to get to the hotel until 6am Tuesday due to our flight, and hadn't called ahead to state as much. We had assumed our travel agent would have informed them of our arrival time. They recorded this as a "no show" and cancelled our room. They managed to find us another room on arrival after we explained, which was apparently the same as what we would have received had our booking not been cancelled (Deluxe King with a view). If that is the case then we were disappointed as the "view" we had was of an internal wall of the building, and the room had not been cleaned (bins were full, there was makeup on the desk, dust on the surfaces etc). It was extremely dark, with no natural light. Half of the lights also did not work, and when they had maintenance come to check on this they changed the bulb in one and did nothing with the other. We were told at check in that another room would be available the next day for us to change to for free if we so wished, but when we went down to do this we were told there would be a $40 fee PER NIGHT (so an extra $160). Otherwise it was a nice hotel. The majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful - the cleaning lady in particular was absolutely lovely and we always had a natter to her when she came by. Always plenty of coffee available to make in the room, and plenty of toiletries to use as well. The sofa bed was comfortable, as was the normal king bed. Just a shame about the room confusion, which we would have made more of a fuss over, but we also accept we were partially to blame for the initial problem.

Absolutely love everything about this hotel! The location is perfect, the staff amazing, and the rooms always fantastic. I love staying on one of the higher floors as Toronto looks beautiful up there any time of the year. Lots of space and the kitchenette is so useful. It’s one of the highlights of coming back to the city! I recommend booking direct with the hotel as they are always looking to give you upgrades then.

Folks - hands down. This is THE hotel you will want to go if you wanted to experience first class touch. Everything you might need is within a walking location. Alcohol, bars, mall, subway, or theatres all with one block walk. This now has became my preferred hotel for my business trips every time I come to Toronto. Even better, they even will communicate with you via texting only which was godsend. This is THE one that is worth every dollar value.

Great location, spacious rooms, and good food. It is a historic building, and you can still see the old bank vault, and a separate old elevator ride. Parking is a pain though, and be prepared to wait for the valet. The reception staff is overwhelmed and takes a long time to get anything done.

Another perfect stay !! We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains. The staff is amazing and room is extremely clean and comfortable. In the past years we have stayed at One King West Hotel and it has always been so incredible that we would never have second thoughts about staying anywhere else. To the One King West staff, your effort and hard work is immensely appreciated!!

Rooms are a little dated but everything worked perfectly. It’s in a great location in downtown Toronto. The bar and restaurant was also pretty good. The gym was well stocked for a hotel gym, and there is also saunas there.

I was here for a wedding. I have been here before for a conference. Great facility! Just could not be better. The bar is located where the tellers used to be. Original ceiling paintings, arched walkways, just great! The food was fantastic! I mean you get what you order, but the multi course meal was really good. But the service... The service! From Makhita (sp) who checked me in to the staff working here are just too notch! I spoke to some of the staff and they had nothing but praise for their manager who was in charge at the November 11 wedding. I tried to catch her to thank her, but she was always on the move! The staff were polite, attentive and cheerful! Now, the staff did say that this crowd was the nicest bunch that they have had in a while. I argue, we were having such a good time, thanks to the staff! Well done. No pictures of the rooms, but they are okay. We had one in the historic wing. My biggest criticism was the beds! I thought we were getting two Queens, but they were two doubles! Now width was not a big problem, but the length? My feet were hanging over the end of the bed! Anyway, first world problems....good place!

The rooms are definitely outdated, the handles on the cupboard fell off when touched, wood chipped, holes in the carpet. However the beds were comfortable and the location great. Would stay again but it really needs a revamp asap.

Overall, we had a good experience at One King West. Good location, impressive lobby. Staff at the check-in desk were efficient. Special mention to the porter/concierge Mathew, who is a legend and was super charming and helpful to us. Rooms are fairly tired and need some updating, particularly the bathrooms. The air conditioning was very noisy, so I did not sleep particularly well. We found it helpful to have the fridge and also the washing machine for clothes laundry. The spa is small but tidy. We had a fun time in Toronto and were happy at One King West.

I am supposed to be check-in Nov 12 to 14, 2023. I chose this hotel over others using my Asia Miles points. We checked-in almost 6pm and we were out 730p because we received some bad news that my son was involved in a motor vehicle accident. We had to go to him immediately in the hospital. I explained to the Manager the reason we were leaving immediately but was not helpful and said that I should talk to Asia Miles not him, and that one night will be automatically charged. I was hoping we could use the two nights' stay some other time. But with the stressful situation we were in, there was no consideration at all from the management. Very disappointing customer service for a so-called 4-star hotel. I am just reading other peoples' reviews. When a high rating is given there is a response from the Management. When you are not satisfied there is no response at all.

Stayed here for one night for my bday. Room was super clean. Shower was a bit small in the historic room but not a huge deal. Food was good, and I enjoyed the bar. The bartenders, especially Jurad (hope I got his name right) were very friendly; great conversation. Also perfect location as it's literally two minute walk to my work. Will definitely do a staycation here next time!

Great spot. Best part of trip was our visit to Red Rock Cannabis at 6 Church St. As soon as we dropped our bags we went to get some herb. Staff helped us navigate the Canadian market and we left with some gas! We went back for breakfast the next day. go check them out!

Our wedding at One King West, with wedding specialist Angela De Buono, was a flawless and delightful experience. Angela was always easy to communicate with and provided a wealth of expertise. The venue's historic charm and modern amenities provided an elegant backdrop, while Angela's expert guidance ensured a seamless and memorable day. The food was superb (thank you chefs!), the staff attentive, and the overall atmosphere was enchanting. Highly recommended for couples seeking a remarkable wedding day. Truly an unforgettable experience! Thank you One King West!

The service rating is especially towards an older gentleman that works here, I believe his name is Matthew! He was so friendly, helpful, and was very good to my friends and I by helping us with all our luggage multiple times! He definitely made us all smile after a long day of travelling!

Me and my three kids are currently staying in 1 King West Hotel in Toronto The room service is just pathetic we had to call everyday for room service and only then we were helped around 4 pm Washer dryer not working and after so many requests no one has looked at it. They promised to do our clothes but till now no one came in to take the clothes Are we supposed to beg them We need clothes for tomorrow to fly out 3 to 4 calls were made to the front desk yet no one attended to the issue Much respect would have been shown in another cheaper hotel

Attended a wedding here and it was absolutely STUNNING. The aesthetic, atmosphere, food & service were all top notch. My husband and I were so impressed! It was interesting to learn that the building was once a bank. We will definitely consider One King West for future events.

The wife and I were visiting Toronto for the weekend and tried One King West for the first time. We were upgraded rooms with no charge which was nice for a first visit. The room was nice but the layout was odd with the bathroom 1 step from the foot of the bed and the TV sort of in the path. Somewhat odd but ok .. the location of this hotel is perfect if you want to wander downtown Toronto. Enjoy your stay. Not sure if we will be back as there are many hotels in the area.

Stayed in September 2023. Perfect location, clean, spacious suite with an outstanding view, but the bathroom and kitchen appliances need updating (given the price of the room!). FYI when I stayed the hotel's Wifi network was unsecured, which may be a concern for business travellers (it was for me). The staff were very responsive, communicated well and worked diligently to provide a resolution to any issues.

Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. We had a suite that came with washer/dry a mini kitchen area. The best part was the live music, food and drinks. I highly recommend staying here and I would be back.

Located in Downtown Toronto, this classy hotel is centrally located to pretty well everything. A block from the Hall of Fame, Union Station and hundreds of stores and restaurants. Elegant entry to the hotel, and the customer service was top notch. Rooms were spacious and had amenities I've never seen including a dishwasher and a clothes washer and dryer. Room rates were what you'd expect in downtown TO. Will stay here again

Everything about my stay at One King West Hotel was fabulous! The staff were all super friendly and nice, and it was comforting to see maintenance staff on duty in the evenings. Our room was beautiful and large with a full kitchen and washer and dryer, and the bathroom was gorgeous with separate tub and shower. It was located in the middle of everything and I would stay there in a heartbeat again.

Prime location in downtown Toronto just steps away from King subway station. Had the chance to get a room on a higher floor with view to the lake and the city, which were amazing. The bed was comfortable, room was clean. Staff is helpful. TV doesn't have French language channels available however there are plenty of options in English. Historic rooms are the ones on the older side of the building.

Our family collectively had eight rooms booked at this hotel. The hotels location is good for exploring Toronto. I would probably not stay at One King West in the future. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The rooms need maintenance/updating and the elevators were very slow. The hotel hosted weddings that also seemed to takeover the small lobby and the elevators. I had a drunk hotel wedding guest tell me she had to use our elevator to go to the washrooms on the 3rd floor. When I called down to the desk to complain that the actual hotel guests were waiting for elevators longer because of this they confirmed that the wedding guests did use a washroom on the third floor. There were no amenities open (at this point COVID is not a good excuse, hotels across the country have adapted). The staff were unremarkable. Twice people from our group asked the front desk for suggestions for open drugstores only to walk to the location and find them closed. The small lounge/lobby was always very noisy with loud music. Our group would have met for cocktails there if it had been quieter.

Great experience overall, really good food from the restaurant. Amazing bed and amenities in the room. The elevators are really slow in the newer building you have to be patient. Always try to get a room with a city view as internal hotel view rooms kinda suck. Other than that I highly recommend this place.

  • 2/5 Ajlcto 2 years ago on Google
I think you need to add more functional elevators. And maybe clean your guests room. Don’t use Covid as an excuse, you can easily clean up the guests room when they’re not around.

A pretty good hotel for a night stay. The elevators could be quicker as it is a very long wait at the checkout time. The room was nice and clean while the bathroom could be a big bigger. Overall though, a solid 4 star...

Always my top choice when i stay down town. Its definitely my vibe. The Lobby bar is perfect place to meet and socialize. Cocktails are spot on and the food is great to. I've stayed all over this hotel and my favorite rooms are on the top floor in the corner facing south. Best view of the lake.

My wife and I stayed only one night in a very comfortable and clean room. One King West Hotel has an indisputably good location to explore and enjoy downtown landmarks: St. Lawrence Market, Distillery District, Massey Hall, Hockey Hall of Fame, to name a few and at a walking distance. King Station is just right in the corner, and Union Station is not far away. Without any concern, I can stay again when I visit Toronto.

We stayed one night overall it’s a great hotel. Friendly staff. Smooth checkin. Room was clean, new furniture, bathroom was okay not “fancy” and basic amenities available in the kitchenette. Loved the front text messaging feature from front desk. Location was great 10-15 mins walk anywhere. Would definitely return.

I've stayed here twice. First time it was fantastic and the second time it was just okay. My card got charged for eating at the tellers bar which I didn't. The suites have different layouts so make sure you get the layout you actually want. I was supposed to have cot in my room and they gave me the smallest layout which was impossible to fit the cot into. Had to complain to get a better layout.

I loved this hotel! The service is excellent, the employees are super nice and very attentive, the food is delicious, the drink is really good and the rooms are comfortable. In the photo (at the end) you can see the plate of fish and the plate of pasta with mushrooms and truffles. The prices are very affordable for the quality of the food. It was really delicious!

Forever thrilled with the level of service I encounter when I stay at ONE King West Hotel & Residence (which is pretty frequently, as I'm a big believer in treating oneself; I often purchase solo stays for 1-2 nights to make my weekends feel extra long/special). I'm consistently greeted at concierge with a smile and by people who actually CARE about my comfort. Rachel, in particular, is always on shift when I check-in and she goes out of her way to ensure I have a pleasant stay: what's truly lovely and impressive, is that she remembers me each time, and what I like: ie, a room on a high floor in their Tower, a tub and King bed, as well as a late checkout. It's the little details like that that make a WORLD of difference. This last time I booked a room because I was tired of sleeping in a cold house (it's December, and Enercare has taken over a week to restore the heat and hot water in my home). Rachel and the overnight crew provided me with as many of my preferences as they could, so last minute, and encouraged me to call down to the front desk if I needed anything that would make my stay more comfortable. I almost cried. 10/10 would recommend. Love you guys, and thank you for making this commoner feel like a princess/VIP no matter what.

An excellent hotel in the heart of the city! It's located downtown close to everything except the suburbs! Which one is not looking for here! 😂 It's not too big of a hotel, but they have all of the amenities of any other hotel including food, great service and friendly staff. The rooms are well equipped and spacious. The view from my room was great also. It's a new building on top of an old bank and the original vault door is there which is really cool. I will definitely stay here again when in Toronto.

Hotel is fantastic. Location is amazing. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. My husband and son spent 8 full days and felt at home during our entire stay. The place could use a few more amenities but it is what it is. Still, 5 stars are well deserved. Special shoutout to our kind bell boy, Mathew. He was always smiling and helped us during our arrival and departure. A true gentle soul. Thank you to all the staff members at One King West! Cheers!

All the rooms have these interesting modern geometry to them. Some work better than others. We decided not to spend the extra money this time and there was a difference. It was still cool and clean and comfortable but the view was not as spectacular, particularly from the bedroom. Overall it's a great place, clean, an interesting setting in an old bank, attentive staff and a perfect location in downtown Toronto.

Loved the ambiance and views from my room. Matthew in the lobby was so pleasant and always gave great suggestions. The only thing I'd suggest is finding a different vendor for their personal hygiene products as the lotion smells like ginger and hand sanitizer. No actual complaints and I'd love to come back. The hotel bar and lounge is pretty dope with a great smoked old fashioned

Our recent stay at One King West was fabulous!! From the valet attendants to Matthew that handled our luggage and settled us in our room. Girls at the front desk we friendly and accommodating and informative. Our room was very spacious, fully equipped kitchen , lovely livingroom/ bedroom was nice and comfortable. We had a great view of the city from our room in the historic tower. There is a great lounge in the lobby , great drinks and food options . Checked out the bank vault , that was pretty cool !! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend staying here. We will definitely be back here again .

Convenient downtown location. Nicely laid out rooms with microwave, stovetop, fridge, dishwasher and laundry. If you are visiting downtown for an extended period this is the perfect place. Lobby bar is convenient and friendly. One caveat: parking is limited. Fortunately Commerce Court parking access is directly across the street. Pet friendly but with a significant up charge for deep cleaning.

The Hotel was awesome we had a really great experience. We were in town for a convention and the concierge staff was incredibly accommodating. We specifically enjoyed Mathew. He was always there to take care of us and ensure our packages were safely stored until we arrived. The restaurant was amazing, room was great, all in all we would definitely stay here again.

Excellence is exemplified at this hotel. Attentive staff at every turn. Our check-in experience was incredible. The front desk professional was warm and let us know about the live music in the lobby that evening. When she disclosed which floor we were staying on, she stirred our excitement about the view we would have from our room. She was spot on. I'm going to miss this view when I check out tomorrow.

Beautiful hotel, great rooms, and very friendly staff! The room was spacious and clean, I like how it had its own little kitchen with pans and utensils too. Bathroom had a tub and a separate shower. The location is also pretty great since it’s right in the heart of the city, at only a 10-minute walk from the station. My only complaint is that you can hear a lot of noise from people talking or playing music, and the rumble every 5 minutes from the streetcar that comes right by the hotel. Attached is the view from my room too!

I think this hotel is great. Not only are the rooms well equipped for business travellers, but the bar is lively at night, and the concept of having a coffee shop embedded into the hotel is great. The hotel building itself has some character and history and is much more interesting than the usual boring "cookie cutter" chains. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I have travelled a lot in my life and if you are in Toronto, I recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel! We loved our two nights here. Our suite on the 46th floor was amazing! The views were spectacular! Everyone was helpful and nice. Such a great location too! You can easily get to the PATH (underground walkways). Very cool old bank building combined with the new hotel. We will definitely stay here again!!

Beds were super comfortable. Rooms had everything you need including a mini washing machine/dryer for your clothes!! Very close to subway system and tourist attractions, it was easy getting around. Loved that this hotel is in a historic building! My only complaint is that there is street/subway car noise but that’s what you get anywhere in downtown Toronto. Thanks for the great stay!

My absolute favourite hotel. Me and my partner discovered this hotel during COVID I believe and it has never let us down since. Every room is a suite complete with a kitchenette which comes in handy when you're staying a couple of nights and may have leftover takeout to refrigerate or re-heat. Their prices have gotten a bit more expensive lately, most likely to compete with the other hotels in the area but I will say you definitely get the most bang for your buck when staying at One King West. It is ALWAYS super clean when we come here. The cleaning staff does a phenomenal job. This was of course very important to us during the pandemic and we have never once entered a dirty room. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and always go above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable. One King West has converted us from our previous favourite hotel over to them. It's also in a super convenient location if you're staying in the city and want easy access to all of the major attractions. They are now our go-to hotel whenever we're staying in the city. Keep up the great work!!

I was absolutely satisfied with the stay. We had a very clean room and staff took their job seriously and in an orderly fashion. The location was magnificent and we were extremely close to the top sights on Toronto. There was also a kitchen on our hotel room. It was also extremely clean. It was a nice and fantastic time and we absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Extremely professional employees, from the moment of arrival to departure. Starting with the valet who were quick to assist me with understanding how and where they will be taking my vehicle and how to properly check in with the front desk. Front desk was quick and efficient and had me ready to head into my room within minutes of walking in. Rooms were clean and orderly with proper and working amenities. Overall a very pleasant and inviting experience. The hotel itself is in the perfect spot when it comes to being able to explore the city. An arms reach of various shops, restaurants, and entertainment areas.

We had a wonderful time! The hotel is beautiful. The staff is top notch. Franz the bellhop went above and beyond, providing us with tips on what to see and how to navigate public transport. We are retired bankers who especially enjoyed the irony of spending our holiday in an old bank.

Nice hotel and staff. Provided us an upgrade right away and made sure to extend our stay in the most guided possible way. Staff helped us save money. Couldn’t recommend more!
