Loved my stay at the Four Seasons! I went there for work and spent three nights. The staff is welcoming and helpful. They are all smiling and respectful. The rooms is beautiful with a nice bathroom. The TV in the mirror was a nice surprise. I recommend having better toilet paper quality. It sounds silly, but I was expecting the Four Seasons to have thick toilet paper. The ones they have are extremely thin. Anyway, everything else in the room was perfect. Super clean and spacious. The amenities are great. The bed and pillows are like a cloud. The pool looks good and has a nice view. I didn't swim but I visited the area to take a look. The gym is great. I worked out while watching the sunset. It was great. They offer snacks and water at the gym. You also have access to towels. They have a large and beautiful collection of art at the hotel. Perfect addition to the decor. Awesome experience. I would definitely come back!

First of all let me say the hotel is a 5-star hotel. The place is stunning and the rooms beautiful. So why 1-star. Well I was there for a business meeting and was having some drinks at D Bar with my business partner and another colleague. This was last Thursday (Feb 8). My colleague ordered a glass of red wine and the server, who was great btw, accidentally tipped the bottle of red and soaked my business partner in red wine. It’s not the end of the world really. His shirt, which is a lighter colour, might be ruined, but again, mistakes happen. What surprised me was that they did nothing really about it. Yes, they offered to pay to get his shirt and sport jacket dry cleaned, but this was at like 9pm and our flight was the next morning. They didn’t give us a dime off the bill (which was around $150) which was surprising. They even charged for the glass of red wine! You know at $30+ for a drink, I’m fairly certain they have the margin to make that bill go away, but I guess they didn’t care. What burns me is that if we had been complete jerks to the server/manager, we would have gotten everything comped. If we had made a scene about it. But we didn’t. We were polite and understanding of the situation. I would have thought the Four Seasons would reciprocate and do something other than offer dry cleaning services.

Lovely room, great view, the staff was professional. The elegance and the professional of a true 5 star hotel can be seen in the Four Seasons. The staff served with a smile from the valet to the concierge and the front house. Housekeeping staff were excellent. The floor manager left a small gift in our room, welcoming us to the hotel. Our 3 day staff was absolutely fantastic. They made us conformable. My kids and wife loved the the hotel. My kids enjoyed the collection of cars in the foyer. It’s was an amazing stay and I think we will be back in 3 years time. Well done Four Seasons and keep the flag flying…..

Very disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Checked in late, had a shower and their was a leak in the overhead shower plumbing, resulting in the ceiling filling with water.. Plaster rained down on me. I phoned the front desk, they sent maintenance up who was able to repair the plumbing leak, with the use of a dirty ladder in the shower and then did nothing about the plaster all over the shower floor. I expected more, and frankly it's insulting to call this a 5 star hotel compared to the other 5 star hotels in the city. Definitely will not be back.

If you are looking for a spa experience that will have you transcending time and space look no further than four seasons spa. The four seasons knows how to serve relaxation and tranquility like no other spa in the city. The staff were friendly and professional. The space is beautiful modern and soothing. The robes plush. Loved the pool and jacuzzi. Deep tissue massage was life changing. Great snacks and yummy beverages. Don't spend your money anywhere else but here! You won't regret it!

I had an amazing weekend at Four Seasons hotel. Not a surprise the service is always the same around the world! Hats off to employees constantly showing phenomenal service and managers for doing good job. Happy with everything as it’s my first time in Canada

This is exactly what you’d expect for a Four Seasons property. Excellence all the way around. Room was great and the service was excellent. A well run hotel. The spa and pool were phenomenal as well as the gym. Service was impeccable. Everyone from the concierge to the valet were awesome. Upon requesting your car the guys literally sprint to the garage. We travelled with a Tesla and they ensure it was charged up every night without fail. The concierge helped arrange a beautiful birthday bouquet and cake. Top notch and great value. If I had to give any areas for improvement I would say that the robes at the spa are superior to those in the rooms and the sheets and towels could be upgraded in the rooms. No questions asked this is my go to Toronto hotel.

This stay was 1000/10. We came for an Amex Agent Stay. Loved the room, the view and the service is UNDEFEATED! When we arrived, Neal, the bellman, gave us a quick tour. Once in the room, they had drinks and charcuterie board waiting for us. The valet was phenomenal! The restaurants were delicious! Will be returning with my husband and more friends. Spa staff AMAZING! they go above and beyond here! Definitely worth the stay and money!

Our weekend stay at the Four Seasons was a truly exceptional experience, where every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. As expected, the room was not only comfortable but also beautiful, making for a delightful stay. The pool and jacuzzi area provided an additional mode of relaxation, particularly during the adult-only hours. The locker room was also a great spot to unwind, with a steam room and a seating area offering tea and snacks. The fitness center was another highlight of our stay, as it was spacious and equipped with a vast selection of equipment, making for a fantastic workout. The Four Seasons staff paid close attention to even the smallest details, such as noticing that we moved the floor mat to the toilet stall from the shower, resulting in another mat being placed in the toilet stall. Additionally, housekeeping went above and beyond to organize our iPhone and cable cords, a small touch that made a big impact. Although the turned-down service was a nice touch, we’d have loved it even more if they had left a piece of chocolate. Nevertheless, the hotel was immaculate inside and out, with friendly and attentive staff that made us feel welcome and valued.

Honestly this is probably the best North American Four Seasons hotel I’ve stayed at. The rooms are huge, comfortable and perfectly appointed. Location is great. From room and comfort of stay for a business trip, edges out the Vancouver, Beverly Hills, Austin, Chicago.

A hotel more than $1000 per night should be nice to stay and have a nice experience. However it is the worst soundproof hotel I’ve ever stayed in! I can heard every single word from the people in hallway. The worst thing is the building beside the hotel is under construction, it wakes me up every morning around 6:00 A.M.! I asked to change a room that would be more quiet. Guess what happened……they gave me a room which is more noisy

One of my favorite hotels in Toronto. The rooms are really nice, the beds extremely comfy. I also love the amenities, the pool and spa are gorgeous. The one thing that really stands out for me really is the overall quality of the service from the staff. All your needs are really cared for, and you have that boutique and personal feel in a big hotel. I would recommend both for business and leasure trips.

Beautiful hotel lobby. Rooms are nice but you will get better value elsewhere. Paid for a one bedroom suite $1390 which looked quite normal and smaller than another hotel I stayed at which costed $1000 per night and was bigger as well.

Used the spa today. I suddenly had a coughing fit as I was leaving the hotel and waiting for my car and the staff at the front desk and host were SO incredibly lovely and thoughtful. My gosh. Thank you for the complimentary tea and honey. The spa was top notch as usual.

I love the location of this property. It's is a great property, although it gets busy at times. The ambiance felt luxurious, and you could rely on the staff for any kind of help you need. I came here with friends to visit the restaurant, although you go through the hotel lobby before getting into the restaurant. I used the valet parking option, and it was rush hour at the time of my check-in/out. It took some time before bringing up my car, which i understand how hard the staff work to make things smoother. That's the only downside. Otherwise, everything is great!

First time staying here. If you're looking for an exceptional hotel experience in Toronto, look no further than the Four Seasons. Impeccable service, from the moment you step through the front door and throughout the stay, you are welcomed by friendly and knowledgeable staff passionate about making your experience unforgettable. The service every where in the hotel is genuinely exceptional. The staff fixed issued I had as soon as I raised them and they go above and beyond to ensure your experience is perfect.

Remember to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. This website will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is the best rated in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be disappointed. The Four Seasons is where luxury gets its definition. The service, staff, decor, rooms, lobby, everything operates on the highest level.

Honestly feels very dated. Couples massage was low key awkward. There were two masseurs there who asked us both the same questions like twins from the shining and the music was way too low. Also the fact that the steam rooms are separate is pretty dated. For $600 a couple I’m looking for Othership quality service. But I’m sure it’s great for Gen Z

Great location (Yorkville, quiet with a nice premium shopping area). Fantastic rooms and service… everything is well-thought an makes you feel well. Always a pleasure to stay here, one of the very best hotels of the chain (overall quality, service/people) and I would not stay elsewhere in Toronto!

This used to be a great place but the new managers have made the spa horrible in service. They have no value for clients time. They book you for a therapy only to know upon arrival that it is cancelled or may be 10 to 20 mins before quoting reasons that therapist is not seeing any one. Then you walk in to see the therapist taking a new client. Extremely bad service. Detoriating and unapologetically bad. Miss therapists like jeff and istavan. Amazing therapist.

Exceptional service, with the only hiccup -- costing that one star short of perfection on service -- being a negligent waitress at one dinner. But there were so many good things about this hotel during our 4-night stay that it is forever an essential part of our memories of a great vacation. I'd return anytime I get another chance.

The service really lives up to the hotel brand. The amenities also reflects a five star hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious and luxurious. I love how there’s an iPad where I can request housekeeping, food, service, etc. The valet staff are also always so keen to help me flag down my Uber. Four Seasons hotel really stands out compared to others. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Need a street sign. We met for drinks in the gorgeous lobby, had delicious appetizers and the service was amazing… but walking to the hotel… no sign on street level - anywhere! Nice to consider yourself a landmark - but for visitors to Toronto- and Google - you are not recognizable or visible

The hotel is beautiful, as most Four Seasons properties are. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The staff friendly, and the concierge helped us score a difficult dinner reservation. What’s more, both the bar and restaurant are quite good. Modern elegance throughout. My guest remarked that a cocktail she ordered at Cafe Boulud was a top three of her life, if not the best. The negative: service here was simply not up to Four Seasons standards. Seemingly every time we called downstairs with a request, it was neglected or forgotten entirely. This was surprising to me, given FS’s typically strict standards of quality. Additionally, the room service breakfast we ordered arrived cold — not just warm, but entirely cold. This was eventually taken off our final bill, but it was a bit of a disappointment that we couldn’t enjoy an outstanding breakfast in-room as I’m accustomed to.

The location of the hotel is perfectly placed in downtown Toronto. The rooms are very nice and have a gorgeous view. The restaurant has an incredible breakfast and all the staff are very friendly. The front desk concierge has gifts for kids that my children loved. They had a few twist vending machines that my young kids could put in give tokens and get candy or a toy from. Very cool!

This was my first stay at this hotel. Delightful and attentive staff. The decor is top notch. The floral arrangements in the hall are amazing works of art. Housekeeping was on point. Everything was thought of during my stay. Front desk staff were thorough and efficient. The only thing I would improve is the valet service. There were so many valets and they all congregated around one podium. I would suggest more than one podium.many of them did not seem to know what to do. It caused some waiting. It wasn’t a major problem but I’m sure wealthy people would mind and probably say something. Don’t do a swan dive on the bed. It’s not as plush as it looks. There is a secret door with the ice machine on your floor. Ask where it is located. The pool was nice. There is an outside seating area just beyond the pool. That was lovely and serene despite the construction outside the hotel. I did not try the food or the spa. I went elsewhere. I’m not accustomed to 5 star hotels. It’s not too bad. It’s a beautiful property. It was a nice vacation and a nice view into how the wealthy live. Thanks Four Seasons. Job well done! If you ever need a spokesperson I’m for hire 🤣

Loved our stay here for a little staycation. The room was beautiful and spacious. Loved the bathroom and the small hangout area with the beautiful sofa. The rooms seemed super clean as well. There was not a flaw in the room.

The service I received at the Four Seasons was top-notch! Being addressed by my last name is always nice 😌. I treated myself to room service for breakfast which I ordered from the iPad in the room. It was super easy to use and convenient to speak with staff. The room and bathroom were very spacious! I had the option to use the bathtub or standing shower. I brought my own Bluetooth speakers, but I didn't even use it because there was a nice Bose waiting for me in the room. That was a nice surprise!

I have stayed at this hotel now countless times and they always impress. They treat my daughter like a princess and always go above and beyond to make us feel special. However I especially appreciate their customer service. As with any building and establishment things are not always perfect but the Four Seasons always comes up with creative problem solving and I’ve never been disappointed with their solutions. We will be back!

Stayed in rooms before but I usually go for spa services mostly. Love the layout of the spa. You get to use the steam room and pool if you have spa appointment. My favourite is salt stone. I'm lucky to try all usually go with my mother. Sometimes in a room where they accommodate both of us or single rooms. The masseuse always are pleasant and welcoming. Theres also small snack bar area to refresh with some tea and things. Overall I always end up going back despite the price. I tried my best to go and venture but haven't found one near me that satisfies me like this one.

Beautiful spaces. Incredibly well appointed rooms. Everyone in staff was friendly, helpful and supportive. Food and drink were perfect, both at Le Bar and room service. Walk ability to things in the center of downtown is a little distance but not too bad. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

The FSHO's attention to detail and service is unmatched. We enjoyed a lovely workplace holiday party here. While the food was of high quality, the buffet style items were lukewarm at best. There weren't enough seats for all guests in attendance, making it difficult for those who were eating a chicken leg, or slice of prime rib. Perhaps cocktail style bites would be a better idea, especially if not everyone can be seated for the meal.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and the last time I stayed there they were sold out of the room selection and instead they graciously offered the Belair Suite, what was supposed to be a few days and turned into a week. Great service! I had a bout of food poisoning which can happen anywhere and I did not leave despite that. I haven't tried out any amenities but I plan to. I'm also going to a host a business seminar later in the fall for my Retail Fashion Academy because their event space is also impeccable. Also Paul was amazing each visit so ask for him. The staff is very nice there!

Beautiful hotel, rooms were clean and bathroom was well renovated with modern and minimalist themes. Awesome service from the staff. Although the rooms were not ready for check-in, they made sure all my luggages were in the room upon my return. I had forgot some items in the room after I checked out and they were able to locate and secure it for me after a short WhatsApp communication. One of the best hotels I've stayed at so far

I stayed with The AMX FHR program. My stay was seamless, and pleasant. I was truly impressed that my bags were in my room at the same time that they advised that my room was ready. Received a beautiful serene upgrade. I don’t believe anyone talks enough about the gym, or has enough pictures on line of it. I have stayed at very amazing hotels around the world, and I believe it was one of the nicest, and largest hotel gym that I have been in. *At the writing of this review there is construction going on at one of the floors and you need to access the gym from the spa. There was no attendant there during the listed times. Simply walk down the stairs to the gym. Shout outs to my check in team member, valets, and my servers in the restaurant.

We had a one night stay at the four seasons hotel. Probably one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. Pros: The room was equipped with a king bed, a couch and a nice desk for people that are business trips. The washroom was very spacious - consisted of two sinks, a soaker tub with a view of the city and an enclosed shower. There was a fridge filled with all kinds of snacks, and various alcoholic beverages. A weighing scale, hair dryer and iron were part of the room. The hotel was very clean, the front desk and all the staff members were very accommodating and friendly. This hotel also offers valet parking and can arrange transport upon request. Cons: the shower was a little weird. Not sure if I was using it wrong or not but it appeared to be that you had to turn the nozzle to the C in order to get hot water and vice versa. A little confusing at first but not a big inconvenience. Overall, this place was amazing and worth every penny. Would definitely come back for a few nights to stay at this place. I highly recommend everyone to stay here if they are visiting Toronto or for an occasion.

Had breakfast here while my sister was visiting town and staying here. It was much better than I expected, I got the New Yorker, it came with a bagel, smoked salmon, cream cheese, tomato, lettuce and capers. Super filling and yummy! It also came with a choice between tea and coffee and also a juice! The coffee was questionable according to my sister and boyfriend who had it but nevertheless it was a pleasant meal.

A little late on this review. It was an amazing experience! 👏 the service from start of our stay to finish is great. Room was clean, well stocked and felt like a comfort of oasis. Location is perfect! You can walk to all good cafes and restaurants. They also have a beautiful swimming pool with part of the city view.

The rooms were beautiful, and most of the staff were amazing. We had one bellman judge us and ask us where we were going with a tone that sounded like he didn't think we should belong there... when we pulled up...we replied to our room? He then didn't get a tip. I do wish they had a firmer pillow for sleeping. The pool is calming and beautiful. Pool is open 7am to 8pm..a bit short..I wish it was longer😍 Bed was comfy, the view from the room was great on the 17th floor:)

While my stay was limited to just a spa day with my partner, the experience was 10/10 exceptional. My massage therapist, Chloe, was phenomenal. She was so personable and was really making the experience just so inviting and comforting + her massage was A+. Everything from the spa staff to the spa design and pool was perfect. I’ve never felt so relaxed and cared for ever, so thank you. I’ll be back to stay at this hotel for sure.

We stayed at the Four Seasons in Yorkville for our wedding and couldn't have had a better experience. The rooms were gorgeous, there was excellent customer service, and they went well above and beyond (e.g., dropped off sparking wine and chocolate-covered strawberries as a complimentary gift for the night before). It was a high price point, but well worth it.

Lobbies are what make hotels great, of course add on service, rooms. This hotel was designed without an open lobby. Most of the sliver of a lobby is actually a bar, the DBar. For this I would rate this hotel less than what it should be as service is very good, location is good, but it assumes it is more than what it is. The driveway however is wonderful for such a small footprint.

Our stay was ruined by the unprofessional valet service. Beware they WILL damage your car and get away with it. Your word against theirs and they couldn't care less. They excel at placating and look at you as if your valuables don't matter to them. They figure that you are rich enough to pay for costly repairs. It is such a horrible way to treat customers! My belongings are valuable to me and I entrusted them. Bad customer care and service.

I stayed at the Four Seasons last weekend. I was very impressed with the whole experience. The team was professional and helped make my short stay a memorable one. The suite and amenities of the hotel I saw were nothing short of stunning. I did notice a few minor things in the suite that I would like to bring to managements attention; nothing major just small items that can easily be corrected. I look forward to future stays with the Four Seasons.

Everything was perfect, except was not a fan of the 2 double beds. A hotel at this price point should have queens. Beautiful hotel, service is excellent (although COVID-19 check at front desk could have been handled better as had to go back to room in order to get proof to use pool). Personally I would suggest the St. Regis is the better all around hotel, but you can't beat this location.

Spent Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend at this hotel and it exceeded our expectations. The service was beyond excellent and the rooms are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in. We ordered room service from the d bar and the food quality was great (pro-tip the cranberry cookies are amazing) We spent time at the spa, they were kind enough to loan us fresh sneakers and gym clothes to use the gym equipment which were all close to brand new equipment. Parking is outrageously expensive, but other than that; you get what you pay for out of FS Toronto!

Incredible experience at our recent stay in January. Staff were super friendly and were nothing less than phenomenal. We loved the pool, and had a wonderful breakfast in-room. They made us feel welcome and cared for in typical Four Seasons fashion. Can’t wait to go back!
