We had an excellent experience staying at this hotel. Huge and clean suite, polite staff! Nice bonus to get a complimentary drink at happy hour and the breakfast included the next morning was tasty! When we found out our flight was delayed, they allowed us to check out a couple hours later at no charge. Shuttle service to and from the airport was slick. Underground parking was hassle - free. I will definitely stay here again.

Our truck was stolen from their gated, paid parking structure that turns out is not theirs. The night manager said the only thing he could do was reduce our room rate from the stay, park, fly rate to a normal night rate. We had 2 nights under the S/P/F deal and our truck was gone within 4 days of the 14 it was to be there we think. He also seemed quite proud to tell us that a car had been stolen the day before from right outside the desk window! He was completely unprofessional. The morning manager was more understanding and helpful but they have no control of the cameras or video as it's not their parking structure! I guess the police will have to follow-up on that. The offer from the morning manager to reduce our 1 night will help pay our deductible. The truck was a 2020 and fobs were away with us. The staff at check-in on April 29, 2022 were wonderful. May 12th was the bad experience and what my rating is based on. The rooms are still beautiful and very comfortable but it will not make up for the rest of our experience.

Clean, well-appointed rooms. I really enjoyed my short stay, my only criticism was the breakfast staff. I had free breakfast included and they pushed for a tip. They were pushy about it and I felt it was poor taste for them to present a bill with a zero balance just to tip them. They didn't bring me anything just cleared my plate. I made my own bagel, why would that warrant a tip? I might tip for amazing service but that wasn't received. Other than that really great stay and I'll recommend this hotel.

We did a Park and Fly for Pearson at this hotel and were very pleased. The staff are very friendly and check-in/out was easy. The rooms are large and very bright and clean. The shuttle to the airport was on-time. We didn't eat at the restaurant but I would expect it would be good too. We would definitely stay again.

A very chic place. Very nice ambience reception and restaurant. Free complimentary drink was a nice gesture. Expensive paid parking is the biggest downside of this place and resulted in 3 star, which otherwise would have been a 5start. As they had a gated parking, Hotel guests should be given free parking and others charged.

This is a mixed review as while the rooms and location are great, the front desk service was terrible and overshadowed the whole stay with issues at check in and check out. I am a gold member and booked two rooms for myself and my coworker weeks in advance. We went to check in at 5:30pm and the rooms weren't ready. As they fumbled with their system for 15+ minutes and went back and forth to the office, they finally said 1 was available. They said we needed to wait 15-20 minutes for the second room yet another person came in and they had her room ready and a number of rooms with keys on the counter. So we put all of our things in the one room and waited. She checked back with the desk over 30 minutes later and 30 minutes later had a room. She asked them to move her room to her credit card and they "did" and gave her the key. We finally got to head to dinner... As we checked out she checked and they still had everything on my card. What did they do for 30 minutes when she went up the second time? Who knows... but it concerned her as they typed her information into something she said. One other issue was noise. Very modern rooms that echo a lot...especially with all the kids that were staying there the first night and planes overhead. The hotel can't control kids, so I don't blame them but it was annoying. There are a lot of choices around that area and I will be trying one of those for the next trip ... I am loyal to Hilton brand hotels and hope they figure things out.

Best location to stay in GTA. Everything important is half an hour max from here. 4 star because no pool, and they couldn't provide a foldable bed for us in our suite. Breakfast is included and really good, but it's too early: ends at 9.30am.

One of the best airport hotels that I have stayed in. The room is clean and spacious. A very good view from the room and can watch the beautiful sunrise . The staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby and the restaurant are nice too. Their shuttle bus service to the airport is every 30 mins , it runs for the whole day 24 hours. This is very good for travellers. Will visit them again for sure.

I've been a loyal customer of Embassy Suites and I love their service, they have always been my first choice for every travel. However, I can't say this for this location. They are the worse! Check in service was rude! And breakfast hostess was rude! They all seem to interrogate every person's stay and the amount of people in their party! I will never come back to this hotel and will not recommend to anyone to stay here.

Staff is friendly but the hotel is poorly managed. Rooms are reasonably clean but we had to call about a blanket with stains, not enough towels (not even 1 per person even though they ask how many people are staying in the room when you book), empty soap dispensers. The manager on the day we checked out was a lot more helpful and understanding - he only charged us for 1 night and waived all parking fees. I mean our car was stolen out of their lot - waiving parking fees was kind of the least they could do.

This hotel feels really new (or recently remodeled). The suite was perfect to have two separate private sleeping quarters. Bed was comfortable. Two large screen TV's in each area. Was able to checkin via my app and obtain a digital key. Good size gym. Great breakfast. Free shuttle to/from airport. The only downside was loud construction nearby which woke me up way earlier than I'd like to be woken up so bring your earplugs.

Room was great and spacious. Manav (I am guessing the night shift manager) was really helpful. All you can eat buffet was great. However, they don't have cook to order (omelette or any other eggs) for weekends. It would be great if they have it on the weekends also. They didn't refresh the room everyday. Not sure if you have to request or not They gave free water is only for when you checked in. However, when we asked about it with the front desk, they gave some to us. Not to many food places around the hotel.

The hotel lobby is very welcoming and nice to look at. The rooms are very nice, although some things are a little dated. The staff at the front desk are nice, the manager Sachin is very helpful. The free breakfast and happy hour is a nice touch. Jessie who works there is very attentive. Highly recommend if you don't need to go downtown.

Excellent place to stay that is very close to the airport. Free shuttle running every 30 minutes 24 hours a day. Free breakfast which can also be offered as a bagged breakfast to go for early departures. Our family of 6 often finds it difficult to find 1 hotel room but we had plenty of room with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. Everything was exceptional with our stay at Embassy Suites. Thank you

Clean and comfortable rooms, although the pillows were all flat and hard. I used a throw cushion from the sofa. Breakfast tasty. Shuttle service to airport on time and quick.

Overall : A PERFECT STAY ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ This is the cleanest hotel I have ever been to. The rooms are in excellent condition. EVERYTHING in this hotel is clean and smells good. The rooms are large and the set up is perfect. Yesterday we had dinner at the lobby restaurant, THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS, it was DELICIOUS and the price was good. The front desk staff welcomed us with a smile, the check-in process took 5 minutes. Definitely, if you are looking for a hotel near the airport, without a doubt this hotel is the BEST OPTION. btw: BREAKFAST, GOD!! DELICIOUS with TOO many options.

Clean and modern rooms. I love the fact that they do not have carpets so the rooms are free of the terrible "hotel caret smell" Despite this, I would hesitate to stay here again do to the fact that my rental car was stolen. Parking area is gated and you need to scan a ticket to exit. I am not a conspiracy theorist by any means but I would not be surprised if this was coordinated. I checked in just after midnight and the car was gone at 8am. No broken glass, nothing..simply vanished. Excellent location near the airport but I would not stay here again if I have a car rental.

Great location , right next to Pearson Airport. There's a 2 am chicken joint nearby for late night munchies. Beds are nice and comfy , and toiletries are top notch. Free shuttle service from ground floor pillar R3.

Average 3 star hotel experience except for how noisy it got one of our weekend night stays and a couple of bathroom fixtures coming off the wall- shower was a bit leaky. Also, the link for the room service menu didn't work and no one was reachable by phone- not the front desk, house keeping, or anyone. Positives: room was clean, good a/c, and buffet breakfast was great

Complimentary water provided - although cleaners forgot to stock up in the morning. The bedroom was satisfactory in size, coffee makers in room was dirty. Breakfast is good - lots of choices. Be warmed, they do ask for tip for breakfast service. Easy check in and checkout. Close to the airport but nothing to explore in this area.

When we checked into the hotel, we were really tired after a lot of walks around the downtown area on a hot day. They told us there is a complementary drink and water that we can get. After we got into our room and had a bit of rest, we went downstairs to get the water, they told us that we have missed the time and there is no water any more. When we were disappointed and went to take elevator, we found one of elevator seems to be broken. My husband asked a worker nearby about it. He just said they were looking into it. But they didn't even put a sign to indicate the elevator is not working. The next day, I found my right upper arms were bitten with two bumps which took almost one month to heal. The management and cleanness are questionable!

Rooms are decently appointed but could use a deep clean; missing some attention to detail. Fire alarm went off and most hotel guests followed automated orders to evacuate their rooms. There was zero direction from hotel staff on when it was safe to re-enter; guests were left to figure it out for themselves. Upon re-entering the hotel, the staff seemed completely indifferent about what was happening and had no leadership skills.

Good value for money. Pros: Complimentary alcoholic drink between 5-6.30pm Free snack bar 5-6.30pm Shuttle bus to the airport Ice makers on every even floor Bus stops outside Cons: Breakfast area is not big enough to serve guests at peak time. Expect 30min waiting time for a table. I doubt that the room was cleaned much every day during our 4 day stay.

Poor experience with a lot of noise issues until late in the night. Guests running around and screaming in the hallways with no one to tell them not to. Kids knocking on random door. Totally unacceptable. At the breakfast the lady marked off all 4 of my family members even when clearly it was just me and my son there and then with no table service, yet someone came to drop a $0 check and told me if I wanted to leave a tip. While leaving the parking lot lever did not work and was a hassle as the Uber guy charged us for having to wait while he figured it out with the reception. Only thing decent is that it is not far from the airport but i realized that there are other hotels that are closer and would have been a better choice

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights on the 12th floor and got very sick due to the following reasons. 1. AC unit was making loud noise all night. 2. AC vent blowing the cold air right on my face when sleeping. 3. Pillows are so soft that it end up hurting my neck. 4. Bathroom door keep on making noise when opening and closing. I would not stay at this location ever again.

Comfortable, affordable, convenient and friendly! This is my 2nd time staying here before a 20 hour flight back to Taiwan. The shuttle service, free drink coupon and awesome amenities adjoined with helpful staff makes a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

This was Horrific!!! One of the worst stays ever! This hotel is unsafe, my truck window got smashed while I was parked infront of the door and literally under the room! No security! Staff couldn’t care less acted like this was so the usually and commented I should consider myself luck that my car was still here! And all Toronto is like this u safe! Bro! Just horrible for 900$ for 2 night! Do Better!!! Highly NOT recommended!

An excellent option close to the airport! Have stayed at many of the others nearby and found that this is one of the best including a separate area for our daughter to sleep on the fold out couch with closing doors between the areas! I see other people blaming the hotel for theft and damage to their vehicle, hate to tell you that this is a problem in every city, nothing to do with the hotel itself. I had my car broken into attending a ball game in a secured parking lot so maybe I shoulda blamed them Jays?! Great comfy beds and sheets, very clean modern room. Self check in is fantastic and the key on my phone even better! Gotta say, excellent included breakfast in the morning. Much better than most and kept me good until early dinner! Well done Hilton!

A very bad experience, the Duty manager Abhinav Vats was very impolite, not sure on a hospitality industry why a very unkind personnel . They are charging the guests additional 30 CAD per night which is not obvious in the booking. No easy entrance to the hotel, please don't get carried away by the nane Hilton. Couldn't give a negative for the attitude. The floor wasn't clean, very unpleasant start.

Just a few minutes from the airport by shuttle. Beautiful lobby and great check in. Rooms are modern, clean, and very spacious. Well equipped and comfortable. Cozy beds and linens. Shower is exceptional, great water pressure. Breakfast buffet is very complete and well made.

a truly pleasant stay. like some other reviews i like how they use entirely tiles or wood flooring and it's the cool shade of greyish blue which i love. breakfast selection is nice, social hours snacks are replaced frequently, and staff all very friendly. i will definitely come back for my next toronto biz trip.

Easily the best value close to the airport. The staff are amazing, the restaurant food is delicious and a top notch breakfast in the morning tops off the greatness. Thanks, Embassy Suites. You're my new favorite airport hotel!

Don't pay PARK-N-FLY for a week of parking at approx. $30/day. Instead, grab a room the night in advance of your flight and they include your parking into the cost of the room. Really nice rooms with all of the amenities you'll be looking for, at a fraction of the price of parking alone!

My business partner and I have worked here many times facilitating workshops for companies. This is absolutely one of our favourite hotels. The staff are incredibly thoughtful, attentive, and helpful. Suki in particular deserves high praise. She was incredibly helpful, took great care of us during our workshop, and was a joy to work with. The restaurant is great. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. We can’t recommend this hotel too highly.

A great place to stay for a layover. The hotel shuttle arrives about every half hour. Check in was fast and simple. They provide a cocktail event in the evening. A small variety of complimentary appetizers are available. You also get two drink vouchers. There is a large garage for paid parking. The hotel is close to several nice restaurants. Coffee and pastries are complementary at check out. The room was nice sized and clean. Complementary bottles of water (2) are in the mini fridge. There is also a coffee maker. The staff were friendly and professional. I would stay here again.

I had to stay here for my mandatory quarantine. The staff, in the reception as well as security, was very professional, courteous and helpful. I was quickly responded whenever I called on the intercom. The rooms, so-called suites, were quite expansive, neat and fully loaded with amenities. You’d certainly love to be inside. In fact, I liked the suites more than any other hotel I’ve stayed world-over. However, some maintenance work was going on the 8th floor during my stay which annoyed me. Also, I booked a different room but was assigned a different on arrival. A couple of buildings right in front of my window obscured the view of the Pearson Airport. The price CAD 400+, although fixed by the government for 3-day quarantine plus 3 meals, felt a little on a higher side. It’s maybe due to its close vicinity with the international airport.

  • 3/5 Ryan L. 2 years ago on Google
Booked for the quarantine hotel but luckily we called to confirm our reservation. On the website it stated a price for two people staying but when you show up they will charge $1900 for two people, an extra $700. Either it’s an error in their booking system or they are running a little quarantine scam. We got a refund so it’s all good. Either way be careful and be aware! Stay safe Canada!

The Embassy Suites was clean and tastefully decorated with modern furniture! The staff at the restaurant were very friendly. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of foods, I especially loved the omelet station and red grapefruit sections! I was very disappointment that the room was noisy due to the heavy traffic by airport. Then half way through our stay we had to call down to front desk to ask to have our room cleaned. We were booked at the embassy for 1 week, (7 days) I'm wondering if we were supposed to use the same washcloth, hand towel and bath towel for 7 days! (we were given one of each). Were we supposed to take out our overflowing garbage cans too? This is my point of view, if Embassy suites can take our booking/collect our money, they should have their maids do basic light cleaning of rooms for guest who are staying for more than three days. No hotel should subject their guests to having to reuse the same towel over and over again! At least leave more than 1 towel per guest!! Aside from these hiccups, it was a decent experience!! By the way, I give reviews to help businesses improve how they serve me, their customer and what needs to be improved. I believe in customer satisfaction and the only way to hold businesses accountable is to use my voice to ensure I get what I pay for!! It's simple: Bad service equals poor reviews. Great service equals to excellent reviews 👏 👍 👌

This hotel, was really nice and clean. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is not that great I think you’ll be be better off going somewhere local to have better food. Other than that the room is great has like a mini loft feel. With a cool view to the airport.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, location was great, room was clean and staff was helpful. I specifically want to call out the service I received from the shuttle service associate, William. His van was so clean and he was also very pleasant when he picked me up at the airport. When leaving he hadn't officially started his shift yet, but I needed assistance finding where to go in the airport to get a covid test to go home and was nervous I was going to miss my flight. William made sure I got to where I needed to be and I got a negative test in time to make my flight home. I really wanted to thank him for his kindness and because he went the extra mile, I will absolutely stay here again when I am back in Toronto!! THANK YOU!!

The hotel was not very effective communicating its free shuttle service to YYZ. No where on the reservation or on their website indicates where and how the shuttle service runs. It was only after we call the hotel that we were suppose to meet the shuttle and how often it runs. They do not offer any room service after 11pm - I can understand this from some hotel but this is an airport hotel when guest like myself can check in near midnight - if there is no room service, it would have been helpful if the hotel can offer some available meal suggestions nearby that are open or can deliver. The room and the staff and the free breakfast were good and pleasant but we found their amenities lacking.

Very clean rooms and super friendly and courteous staff. King bed suite has plenty of room for a couple. Angela at the front desk and Ed the shuttle driver were super helpful as my trip was my first time in Toronto. Hotel shuttle runs all day and day to and from the airport. Great location minutes from the airport and a convenient bus stop. You can easily access public transportation from the airport or bus stop. There is a charge for parking but there's a safe garage next to the hotel. I'd definitely stay there again!

  • 3/5 Ani G. 1 year ago on Google
This particular one does not have the classic Embassy Suites look and feel; they have made it too modern and the room configuration feels like upgraded Homewood Suites. The kitchen area really needs a strong exhaust system, you can smell the breakfast area smoke in the front lobby. Overall, the experience was underwhelming. May be it is a rule everywhere in Embassy hotels, but the bar person refused to allow for just a tasting of a tap beer, when I was already drinking another and wanted to see the difference for the second round! Anyways, this is good place but just not for me.

Wonderful, modern and immaculately clean airport hotel. I would definitely love to stay here again and would definitely recommend. Also the restaurant had a pretty good butter chicken masala.

One of the best hotels here in Toronto. It’s my go to hotel. It’s clean classy and tastefully decorated. There’s no carpet in the rooms which makes them even cleaner and no lingering musty smell. The king one bedroom suites are awesome, with the bedroom decorate with double doors and both living room and bedroom have TVs. Also a dinning table with chairs. It’s like your own little apartment and you can invite people over without them having access to your bedroom. Even as you walk-in at the front foyer nothing but elegance and upscale feel. Plus if you have the app you can check in and out at the app. No need to go to front desk. The food at the restaurant is also great. For such a moderately priced hotel. Definitely try here feels expensive and everything is new and fresh.

Manager is inconsiderate and rude! Hotel put me in a room with toilet water leaking all over the bathroom floor, dirty tub and someone else’s long black hair all over the bedding! They fixed the toilet BUT made my family clean up the toilet water! They only gave me free parking in return to “make up for it” but we didn’t even use the parking because we returned our rental car. No refund or future stay offered. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN NOR REFER THIS HOTEL! Worst customer service ever!

I have stayed at this property many times. During the pandemic, it was not so nice, but the blame lies on the Canadian government rules. Now the hotel has come back strong. Nice breakfast, Manager's Reception and restaurant. Try the Butter Chicken. It's delicious. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Location is excellent. Very nice fitness center that's fully equipped. The staff goes above and beyond. I will return to this property again when traveling to this area.

I loved every minute of being in this hotel! The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean (although there were hair strands from previous guests) and spacious. It felt like a home away from home. The ambience of the hotel was spectacular as well. What I really liked is the fact that our room came with a complimentary breakfast, a complimentary drink each day, the shuttle to and from the airport and the ease of getting into town via the train. The staff were equally lovely and we always came back to a clean room and replenished toiletries. This is my first pick hotel whenever I'm in Toronto.

Front end and dining service was great. Housekeeping staff was nice and serviced the room well, but they would never replenish towels and washcloths. They always said they would but never did. The front end supplied them when asked so it wasn't a big deal. My stay was good. Location for where I was traveling was good. I'm booked for a few more stays. No real complaints.

Great experience here stayed 2 nights, the outside doesn't do the inside Justice. Very clean and spacious rooms modern and elegant! The lobby was very tastefully decorated and the Thanksgiving decor made it feel very homey. Complimentary breakfast buffet was very decent although we didn't get to try the evening reception it was a nice offer from 5-6. Definitely recommend staying here!

The rooms were nice and spacious for a hotel. The complimentary breakfast added to the experience. The front desk staff are courteous and friendly. The parking is a Lil crowded but I guess it's a well liked hotel. It was unfortunate that my ac wasn't working for the time I was there. And the white piano at the front desk was closed shut with a vice which is peculiar. Other than that it really is the best place to stay in Toronto. Upscale.

The property is very nice the lobby and restaurant are well decorated and modern. The front desk staff were also very nice and accommodating. However, the property seemed to be very understaffed in areas such as the restaurant and housekeeping. The property needs to staff up for service efficientcy. Our server, Jessie took such good care of us in the restaurant it seemed as though she worked every shift but was always upbeat, professional and offered great service. The shuttle bus driver was also very gentle spirited and accommodating. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the property is very well maintained.

My family spent two nights at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Hotel near Toronto airport last month, during our two overnight layovers en route to and from our Caribbean destination. What a perfect place to spend the night in such circumstances. Mere minutes from the airport (and they offer a free shuttle every half hour). The room was very spacious, with two sinks as well as a desk with three chairs where my little family of three could eat comfortably after a long travel day. The beds were comfy and it was quiet. Though our flight left before their complimentary breakfast was being served, they anticipated this and had breakfast to go waiting for us in the lobby - muffins, croissants, bananas, apples, oranges, yogurt, juice - very convenient and much appreciated! The best part of our stays, though, was the staff. Anshula at the restaurant was a genuine highlight in both our travel days. When I mentioned that my family was exhausted and would prefer to eat in our room in order to get to bed as quickly as possible, she set to work taking our orders and getting them to us straight away. The food was surprisingly delicious (as I went in with low expectations of an airport hotel restaurant). Anshula explained to us some of the ins and outs of the hotel (which we might have otherwise gone unaware of). On our return for our second stay, she greeted us warmly like old friends and took excellent care of us yet again. This is the sort of staff that makes people remember a hotel fondly and want to return.

Had a great time here! Upon arrival we were treated to free snack and drink from 5-6PM. So make sure to check in before that! For snacks, there were chips, grapes, few types of cheese and vegetables with dipps. they offered wine or beer as the free drink. Our room had two queen beds, one kitchenette (with sink, mini fridge and microwave), a couch and a dining area. It's spacious; It's definitely the biggest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The breakfast was good. They had french toast, eggs, sausages, hash browns, fruit, cereal, tea, coffee, small pastries and toast. We used the free shuttle leaving every 30 minutes to get to the airport. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here.

This is my favourite Toronto airport hotel. Although they don't have a pool and the parking fee is exorbitant- the rooms are beautiful and a great size. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Perfect location near airports and restaurants. Good service, evening reception snacks were sufficient, with 1 free drink per person. Would definitely stay here again.

Stay was ok, the view is decent. I went and stayed two seperate times in one week. Rooms were clean and the two person tub was nice. My issue was valet and front desk staff. They're not very welcoming, they're extremely nosy and will micromanage your every move. Don't bother trying to get a word in, they will talk over you. If I came to Niagara falls again I would stay at the casino. Better vantage point and hopefully valet isn't so rude!

All hotel staff have been a great host and helpful! We have been provided with information regarding the airport shuttle, given extra amenities, and the hotel purchase includes a great complementary breakfast. We have been extremely satisfied with our stay during this difficult time of flights being cancelled.

Great customer service from check in to check out! Will definitely stay at this hotel again once back in Toronto! The restaurant on site also has great service! Wish they had more gluten free dinner options…but still great service! Breakfast was great with gluten free bread available. Manager Deepak ( Deep ) I believe…was absolutely great with kind service! Thank you for making this a great 4 days to stay!

Nice hotel. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Very close to the airport, which can come in handy!

My husband and I had a generally good experience during our stay at the hotel. The staff at the complimentary evening reception left a positive impression on us with their warm and welcoming demeanor. The continental breakfast served from 7am to 10:30am was particularly enjoyable. However, it's worth noting that the peak hours for breakfast are typically between 8:30am and 10:00am. During this time, it is advisable to anticipate some waiting in line until a seat becomes available. Occasionally, due to high occupancy, sharing a table with other guests may be necessary. Despite this minor inconvenience, the breakfast options were delicious and satisfying. Furthermore, we found the room to be comfortable and clean. The amenities provided contributed to a pleasant and relaxing stay. Overall, apart from the occasional breakfast rush and the need for shared seating, our experience was great. We appreciate the efforts of the staff and the comfortable accommodations offered. We would recommend this hotel for its welcoming staff and the tasty breakfast options.

Looks like an older building on the outside but very nicely remodeled and clean on the inside. It's by the airport which is good and bad when you're traveling in business. Water pressure and volume is awesome! There's a Rapid Covid testing facility just down the street for travellers needing a refresher before heading Stateside.

Spacious and clean rooms. They clean the rooms everyday everytime we had breakfast downstairs. They offer a free shuttle to the airport and some snacks and beverage at around 530pm. Our family loved our stay here.

Room was clean! Check in and out was quick and easy! Only issue was breakfast was not very hot.

I believe this is one of the better hotels in the area. A lot of the airport hotels are very shabby. Embassy had nicely renovated rooms and they all feel like a suite the way they are designed. It was very clean, breakfast and a complimentary cocktail hour were included. I will definitely come here again if I need to stay in this area.

Went here because we were looking for breakfast. The hotel we did see was clean & fresh. The staff at breakfast were attentive and friendly. Will probably stay there next time. We got a better price elsewhere but with the free breakfast it would have worked out the same. Live and learn.
