stayed
at
this
hotel
and
used
their
park-and-go
services
in
December
2023
and
now
have
to
deal
with
a
parking
ticket
because
of
this
hotel's
mistake.
I
called
multiple
hotels
near
the
airport
to
get
quotes
for
staying
overnight
1
night
and
parking
from
Dec
7-24.
The
price
I
was
quoted
was
cheaper
than
airport
parking
and
other
hotels
in
the
area.
A
month
after
my
stay
I
received
a
notice
of
overdue
parking
penalty
from
the
City
of
Toronto.
When
I
called
the
hotel
to
inquire
about
this
parking
ticket,
I
spoke
with
their
front
desk
manager,
Hanan,
several
times
on
the
phone.
When
she
looked
into
the
issue,
she
realize
the
agent
who
booked
my
stay
made
an
error
and
I
should
have
been
charged
for
additional
days
of
parking.
Because
of
the
error
the
hotel
made,
the
hotel
did
not
pay
for
my
parking
ticket.
I
was
told
by
the
front
desk
manager
that
I
should
be
happy
I
was
not
being
charged
for
the
additional
days
of
parking.
Because
the
employee
I
spoke
made
an
error
in
my
quote
and
reservation,
I
am
now
dealing
with
the
additional,
unexpected
burden
and
cost
of
a
parking
ticket.
EDIT:
the
hotel
has
responded
to
this
comment
publicly
but
when
I
reached
out
for
support,
I
did
not
receive
an
answer
to
my
support
ticket
within
the
timeframe
outlined
in
the
auto
response
email.
When
I
followed
up,
I
was
advised
that
the
hotel
will
not
be
paying
for
my
parking
ticket.
