I stayed at this hotel and used their park-and-go services in December 2023 and now have to deal with a parking ticket because of this hotel's mistake. I called multiple hotels near the airport to get quotes for staying overnight 1 night and parking from Dec 7-24. The price I was quoted was cheaper than airport parking and other hotels in the area. A month after my stay I received a notice of overdue parking penalty from the City of Toronto. When I called the hotel to inquire about this parking ticket, I spoke with their front desk manager, Hanan, several times on the phone. When she looked into the issue, she realize the agent who booked my stay made an error and I should have been charged for additional days of parking. Because of the error the hotel made, the hotel did not pay for my parking ticket. I was told by the front desk manager that I should be happy I was not being charged for the additional days of parking. Because the employee I spoke made an error in my quote and reservation, I am now dealing with the additional, unexpected burden and cost of a parking ticket. EDIT: the hotel has responded to this comment publicly but when I reached out for support, I did not receive an answer to my support ticket within the timeframe outlined in the auto response email. When I followed up, I was advised that the hotel will not be paying for my parking ticket.

The Park and Fly service is amazing. The shuttle service is pick up at post #13 around C i arrivals. When you call on arrival, they come so call after you get through customs. Can't say enough good things about these guys. They made our trip great.

Its a convenient location next to airport if you are looking for a stay near airport. Front desk employees were helpful and courteous. Room was clean. Paid parking was easy and painless with easy gate less in and out. Warm breakfast was also good. One thing to remember is that there is not much to walking distance for food or shopping. Overall good experience.

Super positive overnight experience at this hotel. Cleanest premises I've ever experienced in a hotel and staffers were quick and efficient. Everything was hassle free and welcoming. My kids and i enjoyed having the heated salt pool to ourselves. Only negative is no smart TV. You'd think in this day and age that hotels would make their TV's Netflix accessible by now... even for an extra fee, I'd pay it! Kids and I watched movies on our phones at night. That's truly the only negative but hotel stays aren't for TV watching! Otherwise we had a great time.

We were given a room with a very loud vent in the bathroom which could not turn off, so I had a sleepless night. In the morning we asked to change the room, which was more quieter. Why assign a room you know is not comfortable? During the check in we were not told they offered complimentary water. Later we found out about it but the receptionist was irritated we asked for it and said we should have been given it in the morning. We had two queen beds - definitely one of the smallest beds we slept in. The shower had mold. Breakfast was nice. The pool was nice and clean.

Will definitely stay here again. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. They even provide Extra toiletries if needed. There is a huge variety of breakfast dine-in from 6 am-10 am, you can also bring the breakfast tray upstairs to your room. Check-out time is 12 pm so gives the guests plenty of time. The only issue I experienced was some loud guests opposite my room who woke me up at around 2 am. But Overall had a great stay experience.

Absolutely appalling, bus service didn't turn up, phoned the hotel, no answer so had to pay 40 dollars to get there which they would not reimburse. Arrived at about 11pm exhausted having flown from the UK. Girl on reception was excellent and was the only thing we could not fault! Got to our room and no towels, they arrived after a phone call to reception in a plastic bag. Went down for breakfast which was disgusting, awful make your own waffles, hard scrambled eggs, horrible white bread and some fruit, which all had to be eaten with wooden cutlery. We should have been told that the hotel was mainly occupied by refugees, we were in the minority. Will never stay or recommend a hilton hotel again.

Parking is a major issue. The city should not have approved the two hotels to share parking. We arrived around 8 to get a last spot and ran out to get food but came back to no spots. Staff suggested to park in tow away zone and we received a parking ticket from the city which is more than the two rooms we had for the night. There is no on-site restaurant except for breakfast. The hotel staff were nice but the management need to negotiate for alternate parking. Hotel room was comfortable. Breakfast was standard.

Checked into the Hampton Inn near Toronto Airport with my dad for a one-night stay and it was a 'flight' of fancy! The airport shuttle was our 'wingman,' arriving promptly for both takeoff and landing – talk about first-class service! The complimentary breakfast was the 'toast' of the town, a feast that left us 'egg-cited' for the day. As for the beds, they were so comfy, we felt like we were 'cloud' surfing. A truly 'suite' experience that deserves a five-star rating!

The hotel was pretty nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good - definitely a step above your usual “continental breakfast”. The room was mostly clean, but the shower and towels had a few hairs in them and underneath the bed was very dusty and had a bunch of things like bottle caps and pills underneath. Hotel staff doesn’t come to clean, grab the trash, or give new towels or sheets or anything unless you call and request. I definitely would stay here again though.

I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were pretty clean and comfortable. They definitely lacked towels and other amenities like soap and shampoo. They left enough for 1 person for one day. I clearly let them know there are two of us. Wasn't an issue getting them from front desk but good luck getting through when calling the front desk from your room.

This place is simply awful and not in keeping with the Hilton brand. Unfortunately, the challenges are at the core of the building, rather than operational and cannot be easily resolved, worst of which was the hot water pipes generating a terribly loud knocking sound adjacent to the headboard when someone in another suite is taking a shower – was enough to wake me both nights of my stay. Beds are not terribly comfortable and was worried about bedbugs the entire time after reading / seeing how this hotel plays host to refugees – whilst admirable, not idea as a guest. Paper cups and wooden cutlery at “breakfast“ sums it up nicely -whilst claiming an environmental position – is just a shoddy way of being cheap…

Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Great breakfast, convenient location. Was disappointed that they wouldn't let me adjust my booking 2 weeks in advance because I missed a flight but I can accept that. However I needed some small accommodations, (giving my girlfriend permission to check in first) and although they made them for me I had asked them to confirm so that I could count on it and have peace of mind but they never confirmed so it was wasted and had to inconvenience myself and break plans. They never bothered themselves for my sake it seemed and I only got a robotic impression of their customer service.

The Hampton Inn by Hilton Toronto Airport hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a hotel close to the airport. Could use a few more parking spots. also the scenery around the building is pretty flat and nothing really around except stores and gas stations and a bus stop. The staff is very kind. The room is beautiful and you can even see the sunset from it. There is a snack store downstairs and they provide general hygiene items which help a lot. The bed sheets and bedding is clean. Just overall well run inn.

Excellent staff. Nice rooms. Pool area not great needs upgrade. Breakfast lounge is quite nice. Not too far from Pearson Airport. Has an airport shuttle which is convenient. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. Was a good stay. Staff was very helpful and they allowed us a laye checkout.

This is not where you want to stay during stressful travel. Breakfast starts at 6, exact same time the shuttle leaves so if you have an early start, your complementary breakfast is a cold hard bagel and a bottle of water. I’m sorry, bagels need to be toasted. Why can’t they start the real breakfast at 5:30 or 5:45?! Also, no restaurant in hotel. Need a glass of wine to wind down after cancelled flight(s). You have to purchase the entire bottle ! Have they not heard that mini bottles exist?! Simple solutions !

The digital key app, which is supposed to allow you to bypass the front desk, does not allow this. Photo ID and a credit card is required at g the front desk. I’ve stayed in other Hilton properties in three provinces that didn’t have this problem. Clearly they don’t trust the clientele, ergo the low rating. Update July 8, 2023. I’m pleased to say that arrival today went exactly as it should! Yes, I did have an issue after checking in on line. However the person at the front desk with whom I spoke by phone did as she said she would, and corrected the issue with the digital key. My arrival experience at the hotel was perfect. I’m happy they were able to rectify the issue, as I find this is the Hilton property with the best parking availability in the area around Pearson airport.

A really well run airport hotel with complimentary 24h shuttle. All the staff was courteous, room very clean and breakfast was your standard Hampton included fare. The gym and pool (shared with the adjoining property) are a nice addition as well. I appreciated that the cuttlery and plates provided are compostable, but yet the property doesn't actually have compost bins. That would be a point to improve if they truly want to be as eco friendly as they say they are.

Picked this hotel because it was close by the airport and easy access to the freeway. Rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful and super friendly. Breakfast was fulfilling. I love that they have coffee available 24 hours.

During my stay, the hotel was very noisy and the restaurant was busy all the time, so it was hard to find a table. Also, I had a large air condition fan at the front of my room that caused continues noise. Overall, I had a poor experience and I don't recommend this hotel.

This is one of the best hotels i have been. It's very clean and there's one specific receptionist Russian Woman with a black hair, that is very polite. I recommend you to visit this place and overstay

Needed a place to stay close to a client. Room was pretty good. Issues with the hot water and shower not running right. Staff was friendly and polite.

Beautiful hotel the room was very roomy awesome bathroom i loved the walk in shower. Very good breakfast lots of selection very nicely set up. Everything was very clean and i loved that it was pet friendly. Staff was friendly and helpful. My stay was very enjoyable.

Everything was really great and convenient. We mentioned in passing that we were in town for a Jays game for my boyfriend’s birthday and they gave us a bunch of treats! It was so thoughtful!

Went for a company conference in one of their rooms which was also catered. Large room with all the amenities that you need. Food was excellent and ready on time. I only issue was it was a little confusing to find the room as you have to enter one building walk through a series of hallways and doors to get to the event room. Also, keep in mind that there are two separate hotels that are connected to each other, ensure you're entering the right one.

Very good customer service throughout my stay. Clean room, clean bed and, overall, serene environment. The breakfast was excellent and the front-desk staff was very professional. Above all, the airport shuttle lady driver was very, very professional and kind person. I will stay at this hotel next time I am in Toronto. Good job to you all.

Fantastic stay. Everything worked out well. Airports pickup arrived within 20 minutes of calling the hotel. Breakfast was adequate. All facilities (including bathroom) was clean and functioning. Bed was soft and comfortable. Staff were very helpful with all our queries. Overall we enjoyed our 5 days' stay and found the hotel to be value for money.

The roome was clean and large. The bathroom was also spacious with plenty of counter space. The closet contained plenty of hangers. The food was kept separate from guests and served from a central hub for safety. Parking was included and while busy a space was easy to find. Would definitely stay here again and next time try the pool.

The staff was so friendly and really on top of things. Raquelle checked us in and it was the smoothest check-in I have ever had. We also needed something printed early in the morning and the front seat staff was so helpful and accommodating. Best stay we have had in a long time!

Our experience at the hotel was wonderful! The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The room was roomy and beds so comfortable. The bathroom was large, with a lot of counterspace. The breakfast was very nice! The servers were friendly, patient with all of us and helpful. The coffee was great!!

Great location near airport. Room was very clean and wipes were at our disposal if we wished to clean some more! Some guests came late and were noisy..but that happens everywhere. Complimentary breakfast was good but it was almost cold (hashbrown,eggs) when we received it at the counter. It was very busy at this time of the morning.

Nice big comfortable room with mini fridge & microwave. Friendly staff. Free airport shuttle. Nice breakfast (had to rush b/c of flight). No onsite restaurant but have frozen meals for sale.

It’s our 3rd time staying at this place and will definitely be coming back for sure. The service exceeded my expectations not to mention Jose and Raquel who were very attentive to our needs. These staff should be commended for a job well done!

My daughter & I stayed here for a shopping trip. It was a great location, with both the 427 and 401 easily accessible. There was plenty of parking, which was included in the price. The staff were very friendly & helpful throughout our stay. The hotel & our room were very clean, with sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer available everywhere. The room was quite nice with no repair issues. The included breakfast had a wide selection of foods, including lots of protein & fresh fruit options. I'd definitely stay here again.

My stay was amazing!! Raquel at the front desk was AMAZNG!!! She went above and beyond in getting me situated after having oral surgery, ensuring I could access liquid foods and that i had a pleasant stay. She is so sweet and truly has superb Customer Service skills. She made my stay a 5 star stay!

The staff was so friendly and extremely nice. They do serve breakfast and it is delicious. I felt safe at this hotel because when my husband and I were checking in the front desk asked to see our Covid vaccine cards which I thought was pretty cool and it’s the first place we’ve ever been to that has asked to see our vaccination card.

Use to be great. Stayed there over 20 times when we come to Toronto. Room felt like a smokers(gross) And windows didn't open. Spout broken and leaked . Shower head was B S and lame. Management please replace!!! These details at eimportant to your visitors!!! Who is running that place? Many hotels to choose from so gonna shop for a new place now

My kids and I stayed here for two days, and we loved it. Their breakfast was delicious. They have fruits, coffee and tea throughout the day. Housekeepers were super friendly and welcoming. My son continues to ask to go visit toronto so we can stay here again.

The staff here was AMAZING. Cory was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Price was excellent as well. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the free on-site parking was a bonus! We didn't need it, but they also offer complimentary shuttle service to/from the airport.

First night everything was excellent. Second night we had a problem with our reservation but front desk help me a lot to solve it. Everybody was awesome, polite, and friendly specially front desk personnel. Hotel very clean and quiet. Me and my family we were traveling by car from Texas to Toronto and we stayed in several hotels, but this one was the best in service. Thanks you so much guys!! P.s. Great and friendly service: loved the breakfast! Hot and fresh.. too bad there’s no hot tub.. cute little pool. Loved the size of my room. And the little Kitchen with full size fridge … perfect we spent 2 days and no complaints

The employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and bright. We were 3 adults with 2 vehicles. We did have to pay for parking for the 2nd vehicle but only $20 for the stay. We were in an accessible room that had a tub rather than a walk-in shower. The tub faucet was not attached properly and the shower head assembly was confusing to operate. The closet is oddly divided into 2 making it difficult to hang longer clothing. There are lovely benches at the end of the beds adding extra seating. The room is spacious, comfortable, and well laid out. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Great staff that was helpful and fun while I got into my room. Answered all my questions and some. Rooms were nice, the temperature was ideal getting into the room and location was close to the airport with, may I add shuttle service. Most importantly the shower head gave great water pressure for a great hotel shower with hot water. Loved my stay.

Do not stay here if you are expecting a restaurant meal after an exhausting flight, They said the restaurant was open until 11 pm when I booked but there is no restaurant! Packages of noodles you can microwave in the lobby. hahaha. I ate a box of trail mix for dinner. Unbelievable.

We held our Board and Staff retreats there back to back. The staff were very accommodating. The meals were tasty, there was good variety of meal choices, the rooms were big and comfortable and the conference room was efficient. Special kudos to Veronica at Sales and Perla in hospitality who were especially warm and accommodating. We all had an amazing time! We’d go there again.
