Good hotel and good location within walking distance of most places. Large comfortable beds. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself has a cafe in the foyer and a restaurant. Really friendly guy in restaurant who was the server when we had breakfast. But of a mix up with vegan breakfast, but was quickly sorted and discount applied on bill. There are some god views from this hotel overlooking the water, although we had a street view. Couple of things that could make this a better experience. Soap holders in bathroom could be changed so that you can actually get the liquid out of the bottles! Bathroom ceiling showing signs of mould and flaking paint, but clean enough. Beds are very squeaky! Our son moves a lot in his sleep and the bed noise woke me up on several occasions. Rooms are not well soundproofed, we could hear the cleaners conversations out in the hallway. Some more vegan options would be great in restaurant and cafe (everyone can eat vegan food) none of these factors would put me off staying here again.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. This web site will compare countless booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the best in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you choose this place you will love it I'm sure! Great stay at the Radisson with my daughter. Room was a good size and clean. Pool was a nice set up and we ate quickly at the pool lounge. Quick service! Staff were helpful with any question I had. Would definitely stay there again as it is also a great location to many attractions!

This is NOT a 4 star hotel. The staff are 5 stars but the hotel is worn, and used. Pro's, excellent front desk staff and housekeeping. Good pillows, mattress and sheets. Great central location. Con's, cracked tiles in the shower, where mold is growing, peeling paint, minimalist design that does not feel warm or inviting. Something stained the chair in the room and we would not use it. Refrigerator was broken but we only found out the next day after we went to retrieve our drinks and food, which had spoiled. I've stayed in Comfort Suites with 2 star ratings that were much nicer. Really disappointed by the hotel, not the staff.

Very good hotel with an amazing view, close to the lake and other amenities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The outdoor pool is warm and has a very beautiful view. There are a lot of dining options around the hotel. We will definitely come back.

Can I say, I was okay with this place until the last day. I gave it one star only based on my housekeeping service. They cleaned my room so well, that they threw out my food that I had saved. It was left in it's packaging and no where near the garbage. Sustainability is a huge thing I take with me everywhere I go, and I assumed hotels like the Radisson share the same value. Apparently not. What you think is garbage may not be garbage to another, especially when it comes to food that has been packaged. Now, not only are we filling landfills with unnecessary garbage, but I am now needing to take a taxi to drive to a food store, to purchase more food by paying double for a meal to drive back to the hotel just to eat an hour later while consuming and disposing more waste just because the housekeeping team did not have a standard of procedure when it came to guest rooms and personal items. There needs to be more training on sustainability and to have a more thoughtful approach when entering a room. If there is food that is packaged, this is not considered waste nor garbage. Please be considerate to the guests personal items.

By far the best client experience!! Thank you Flor for making my stay feel one of a kind, she was attentive to details & catered to every need without me asking. She made my stay feel SUPER special and her smile really made me feel at home. Overall, the room was very clean and cozzy & the location is one of a kind. Walking distance from everything. Can't wait to come back!!

This is our second stay at this lovely gem of a hotel/apartment. We have stayed in the apartment each time as we needed a family suite. I love everything about this hotel. The location and service are excellent. The affordability is a great value. The breakfast is hearty always good. The staff is very accommodating and customer focused. It’s a well kept secret and I will always stay here when in Budapest.

The hotel experience in general was probably 4 stars. The staff at the front desk was exceptional - Jordan was so lovely when we checked in and anyone that was there when we walked by was great. The room was nice, comfy bed, great view and a pretty decent shower (though the shampoo & conditioner dispenser was broken in our room). We went to the breakfast offered by the hotel and had a very awful experience. We waited to be seated for some time (this should have been our first red flag). Once we were seated we happily ordered. My sisters water glass was dirty and without an apology the waiter made a fuss about it and took it off to the kitchen. After sitting for almost an hour we had to flag down the waiter to get him to pay any attention to us. He didn't apologize for the long wait but instead asked if we had somewhere to be and told us there was only one chef and he had to go downstairs to deal with something. Long story short, after waiting for an hour, we finally left and had to find breakfast elsewhere. I do not recommend eating there. I may opt to stay there again, but I wouldn't go or recommend going to the restaurant.

Had a great experience here! Spent one night and everything was perfect. The staff were great with any questions and fast check in/ check out. Even the housekeeping staff was very friendly. The rooms were perfectly clean, which is always a relief! Every room also has a fridge. Location downtown is perfect, especially if you're doing touristy things. Only thing is parking was 28$, but that's understandable in this area. It was also an underground garage so no snow!

Excellent hotel for a staycation! Will be back. The rooms were lovely, large, bright and comfortable bedding. The outdoor pool is amazing and lots of room for people there. I didn't want to leave. The staff was helpful and approachable, very friendly and generous

We had a fabulous one night stay. The hotel is clean and quiet and we appreciated that the room was nicely renovated. The location on the lake is great and within walking distance to downtown attractions. The pool area has a great view of the lake. Would happily stay there again.

The location is good because you can visit the city very quickly and there are several pubs and restaurants and it isn't necessary to take a bus or a car. You can walk pretty much everywhere. There is a nice pool, the room was great (not the best I've seen) comfortable and clean which is the important part. The staff was nice and helpful. The only thing is that there is no breakfast in this hotel. There is a small bar inside the Hotel which is very nice but it is not the breakfast you usually want to do in the hotel. The price of the room was regular, perhaps too high compared to other hotels that offer more things, but the location of this one indeed is the best.

On first impressions the hotel appears clean, modern and spacious. In reality it is getting a bit tired and would require some upgrading. There was signs of damp by the window in the room and the carpets in the hallways is looking old. The beds were extremely squeaky resulting in an interrupted nights sleep. The room provided a coffee machine but only a few coffee pods and had to ask for more. They also provide paper cups but this is unhygienic if reusing them and not good for the environment. The bathroom shower had hair stuck to the wall, a remnant of the previous guest. The bathroom would also benefit from an extractor fan as everything was soaking after the shower was used due to the steam and condensation. Overall the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful (especially the gentleman working the breakfast service, the location good for the waterfront (not great for the city centre) but this is not the Radisson Blu I have experienced in the past, a poor advert for a great name.

Perfect location to stay and very accommodating! You get complimentary water bottles when staying at this hotel. The room was cozy, smelled lovely unlike other places I've been to, not stuffy at all! Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel and would come back again next time I'm in town. 100% recommend it!

Our stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional, largely thanks to the incredible efforts of the hotel manager, Deepti. From the moment we arrived, her attention to detail ensured that we were treated to an amazing room and impeccable service throughout our stay. Deepti's dedication and professionalism truly made our experience unforgettable. Everything about the hotel, from the amenities to the ambiance, exceeded our expectations, making for an excellent and thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Very clean, courteous staff. No bells and whistles on normally priced rooms, but the price was great for being so close to both the waterfront and the CN Tower/Downtown loop/Aquarium, etc. Walls are admittedly pretty thin, and some noisy neighbors throwing a fit at 1am kept me up. This is in NO WAY the hotel's fault, and even comped our parking fee for the inconvenience. Would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and we were really happy with the location, the view from our room (8th floor) and with the amazing staff working in there! The bed was very comfortable and the room provided everything we needed for our stay. I personally think that the bathrooms could be a little bit cleaner but overall everything was clean. I will definitely stay here again!

Don't forget to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you won't be let down. Nice place! Good beds and they had curtains to give you some privacy. Bathrooms were clean. Met some nice people during my stay!

This hotel was an absolutel dream! From the comfortable beds, to the outdoor pool with the CN tower in direct view, the bar right downstairs. Everything was amazing, we were also upgraded to a suite at no extra charge witch made it even better! Would absolutely stay here again.

After reading an advert not published by the Radisson that the rooftop pool would be open to guests outside the hotel, when we arrived we was told we was too early. However Miranda and Carol were very accommodating and allowed us to go up. They was very polite, professional and perfect in what you would want from any staff member in the hospitality industry. The rooftop is clean and allow free use of towel and we also received a complimentary gift which was a pleasant surprise. Us group of girls had the best time and are very grateful to Miranda and Carol, they are an asset to this establishment. Thank you again for your kindness it is most appreciated.

Patricia at the front desk is the best. Professionalism, personality and patience. She listened to me. I loved the view of the waterfront. It was relaxing and romantic. My first impression of Toronto begins with my hotel experience. I'm looking forward to coming back with friends and family.

Comfortable room, friendly and curtious staff. Hotel is bye the waterfront and a 10 minute walk to the Rogers Centre idea for taking in a baseball game. Shower has a slippery floor so make sure you get a mat. Room was spacious, clean and mattress was comfortable.

First time on Canada Day. Decent alternative if you planned on a beach day and still wanted to get some sun and get wet. Service was slow but they were attentive afterwards, pool could be cooled not so heated. And little overpriced for a pool deck the day pass, $25 would be fair.

Stayed at this location with my girlfriend for a night to celebrate our anniversary and with this knowledge, the staff upgraded our room and left a beautiful note also in the room. The location of the hotel is perfect, parking is available for a good price, the room was beautiful and the staff were amazing. Will for sure return to this hotel in the future.

Great Location, Renovation Needed, and Mixed Value for Money The lakeside hotel boasts a prime location right by the water and in close proximity to downtown. The view is breathtaking. However, the hotel has seen better days and could benefit from much-needed renovations, as the decor appears outdated. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. However, I found the value for money to be somewhat unbalanced, considering the need for renovation. A refresh could elevate the hotel to a top-tier choice.

Place seemed nice upon arrival . Went to take a shower before bed . I take a facecloth to wipe down the shower. Brown corner was left on the facecloth. I then showered I have red hair dye in my hair so I wrapped it in a white towel (which is all the hotel has ) . I feel asleep I woke up to realize my hair was out of the towel and dye was on the 3 pillowcases . Check out was at 12 by 9 am they were knocking at the door to see how much longer before we left . Again 20 minutes later . When I handed the keys in I advised that there was hair colour on the pillow cases I was told No problem. (Keep in mind it was all over my pjs also when I got home I put them in wash and it came out no issue ) . So we spent the day in Toronto, went out to dinner then credit card got flagged we checked a charge of 799.00. So 800 for 3 pillowcases . I drove back to the hotel and asked for management spoke to a man named Kevin. He said I would hear from them tomorrow (I called back 4 days later ) . So when he called me he said he would charge me 300.00 . He did refund me 499.00 , but I have requested to see before pics and pics of after he washes them because I guarantee if they do wash it and especially with bleach it will come out , as my pj ‘s I didn’t even need to use any. I have yet to get this . So if anyone has hair colour in there hair DO not go to this place as it’s ridiculous.

Cons: -Way, waaaay overpriced. -Parking lot super tight to maneuver. -Breakfast not included (should be for what you pay). -Toilet makes a horrendous noise for 2 minutes after flushing. -Shower is not completely enclosed, so you have a puddle of water waiting for you when you get out. Also, the dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are set up in the shower, in a way that you almost can't even pump the dispensers. It's the dumbest set up with those. -Spotted a couple drain flies. -Refrigerator wasn't cleaned. Neither was the bathroom. Hairs were left from previous guests. -TV picture kept breaking up. -The hotel needs renovations. Should be done sooner than later, with how much they charge. Pros: -Front desk was very nice to interact with. -Parking has in and out privileges, which public parking does not. -LOCATION. Excellent. Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Aquarium, and more, easily walked to. -Views are fantastic. -Beds were comfy. Bottom line is you're totally overpaying, and the hotel needs to step it up. The prices certainly do not match with what you get. This place could be amazing, but just not where it needs to be. Good for a night. If prices drop a few hundred, I'd definitely recommend then.

Title: Exceptional Stay at Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown My recent stay at the Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff, setting the tone for a wonderful experience. One of the standout features of this hotel is its fantastic location. Situated in the heart of downtown Toronto, it offers convenient access to many attractions and amenities. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, the Radisson Blu's location is a major plus. The hotel's decor is modern and stylish, creating an inviting ambiance throughout. The spacious, clean, and well-appointed rooms were a pleasure to retire to after a long day of training. The modern amenities and attention to detail in room design truly enhanced my stay. The shower in my room deserves a special mention for its excellence – a refreshing and invigorating experience. It's the little touches like this that make a big difference. Each morning, I enjoyed a delightful breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast selection was varied and satisfying, providing a great start to my day. In summary, I highly recommend the Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown. The combination of friendly staff, excellent location, modern decor, spacious and clean rooms, and great amenities like the shower and breakfast make it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. My stay was truly memorable, and I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

Beautiful hotel located near the lake, Ripley’s Aquarium, Rogers Centre, and the CN Tower to name a few attractions in this area. We chose this hotel so we could park the car and walk everywhere during our stay. We were not disappointed! You can walk on the boardwalk or sit by the many chairs and benches along the waterfront. From the hotel you are looking at the Toronto Island and the Island Airport. You can’t see the vastness of Lake Ontario from here but it’s beautiful just the same. Our room (633) had a partial view of the water which was nice. The hotel was very clean. The beds were super comfortable as were all the other amenities in the room. I love hotel rooms which have been updated to wood floorings - it’s so much better!! We were a bit surprised to find a used K-Cup still in the coffee maker, but we didn’t plan to use it, so we didn’t fuss. The underground parking is $35 a night but it’s well worth it. Beware, however, that their underground parking is not for the faint of heart or for anyone who is claustrophobic! You need to maneuver some pretty tight turns to get in and out of the parking lot. The ceilings and hanging pipes are quite low and the parking spots tight. It’s definitely not a place for a large car or SUV. The many scrapes on the walls in the turns tell the stories of many who tried and failed to come out unscathed lol… We had breakfast at the restaurant on the 5th floor of the hotel. It is picture perfect offering glorious views of the lake and all of its surroundings. Our breakfast was extremely delicious! And the coffee was very good!

Clean and quiet hotel, work nice and attentive staff. I had a single king room, and it was clean and well equipped. It looked like it had been renovated in the past 5 years. Beds were comfortable too. I'll be heading back for business and staying there again next week.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU USE HAIR DYE I stayed here overnight about a week ago for a concert. The location is fantastic just a quick walk away from the Stadium. The room was really small but fortunately we weren’t spending a lot of time in the room except to sleep. We went to bed and my friend who uses hair dye showered before bed. When we woke up the sheets did have dye on them however so do her sheets at home and her clothes as anyone who uses hair dye would know you can wash it off. The Raddison however charged me 800$ and claimed not only was her bed ruined but mine was too. Apparently they want you to make your bed before you leave since that’s the only thing that was wrong with my bed. Furthermore room service knocked on our door at 9:30am waking us up to remind us that we need to check out which was at noon. Will never stay at this hotel or any of there other hotels ever again. Complete scam to charge that for some hair dye.

Straight up. If you want a good location and not gonna spend too much time in your room other than to sleep..this is your jam. Otherwise spend a bit more somewhere else. My room phone was disconnected. Room service shuts down by 11 pm. As advertised the Rad Blu online its supposed to run all night. Basic stay good location. Staff are just punching in and out with little attention to detail. Enjoy!

Great place in the city! Great views of the city and Harbour. Walking distance to all the downtiwn venues and transit is just outside your door if need be. Rooms are spacious and the suites with a fireplace make it that much more cozier in the winter months. Stay, visit, relax and enjoy!

We enjoyed the room with a mini fridge and ice just down the hall. In room coffee and tea. An extremely comfortable bed, and we love the location. We can easily walk to the waterfront and many restaurants. And the rest of downtown is just a short Uber away. Anything you might need is totally walkable.

The hotel is good if you book a lake view room. The building is not super high storey that could give you nice view. Our room was with city view but not as shown in the pictures. We could see the parking garage of a building right from the window of our room. Not a 4 star hotel at all. I would not want to come here and spend so much money next time.

I drove 6 hours to have a relaxing stay away from home only to arrive and find out that the restaurant was closed. The parking was confusing, there was no valet greeting, the lobby was weird, the restaurant was closed, the free breakfast was not available, there was no actual breakfast available, it was a complete waste of my money and my vacation.

A lovely hotel. However do not expect any conveniences of home. No coffee. No fitness. Vacant amenities. Security at he door. I get it is covid, but enough already. Charging between 200-400 a night. Disgusting.

Room was ok, but no hair dryer and some issues with the finishing touches. Service would not accept a late check-out (max 1 pm) which was very disappointing.

Good localisation. Outside pool on top, noting special else than its in center. No bar or restaurant on top. Hotel is correct but I was expecting better. During our time here its was really noisy during night. They charge 28$/day for parking with hotel but parking daily cost is 17$/day at machine. Housekeeping is not scheduled well and come to much early or not come. I recomand only for location in downtown center place at side of water.

I wish I can rate 0 regarding the experience that I had. My wedding night was totally ruined which I will not forget throughout my life. The building was leaking right on my wife face and when we wake up, all the pillow is full of dirt water. We have no idea if it was toilet or what! Instead of celebrating our honeymoon, we started worrying about my wife being sick of the building toilet leaking on her face whole night! I took the picture and recorded a video of the situation and showed a manager and ask to compensate me for the incident ruined my special day but they lied to me and they did nothing about it. I’m happy that my wife health was good after that however, it create a bad experience and unforgettable memory; which the hotel management doesn’t care about your health once you paid. I never rated anything like this in my life but I want others to watch out if you have special day like mine. Since the memory do not go away and the hotel management does not care about that.

First stay in this hotel but we love everything about it. My wife and my 10 months old baby was waiting in the lobby while I have to return our rental car. The staff offered her water and to check them in without me. Superb location and great area to walk around and enjoy our time.

I was expecting a little bit more for the price. The rooms are clean but very basic. I was looking forward to the shower but there was minimal pressure when it was on hot. The toilet paper was so cheap it separated while pulling it off the roll, and although they supply towels I would suggest bringing your own because these are very rough. The service on check-in was excellent, even with a trainee learning - very friendly. When leaving though the room was supposed to have been paid for through a work function and despite having a receipt proving it was paid for we were still required to pay for our night out of pocket and *hopefully* get reimbursed. The manager dealing with us for this came off quite rude and dismissive though which made the ordeal worse/embarrassing

The GM was amazing and helped us out tremendously when we had a dinner reservation and a taxi couldn’t pick us up in time. The staff has been super helpful and very friendly. My only advice would be for towel racks in the washroom as there is no place to hang towels to dry and a hotel directory in the room with info about the hotel. We had no idea where anything was like the pool, or the hours etc.

The hotel is very close to many restaurants, and I could see Harbourfront from my hotel window, which was nice. I’ve been here a couple of times with my husband and we really enjoyed our stay. I’ve been here only during winter time but hoping to be back again when the weather gets warmer😊

I would give this hotel a 5 star rating in a heartbeat if it wasn’t for the insanely squeaky bed! Every movement made a noise throughout the night which kept us both awake. Excellent sized rooms, great pool area, friendly staff and an unreal location. Pop into the Amsterdam brewery behind the hotel if you stay here, the beer flights are great! Literally if I could rate it 95% I would, just need those beds to not make such a noise!

We stayed here over several days before and after our wedding. The staff from start to finish were nothing short of incredible, always friendly and professional and went the extra mile. When we asked for bar stools in our room for the makeup/hair artists they were delivered within 10 minutes! Along with an unexpected special bottle of wine and fruit platter on the wedding day which was so generous. Rooms were beautiful, especially the lakeview. The facilities including pool, gym and lobby/cafe were all fantastic and having Shoeless Joes the restaurant on the main floor of the hotel was super handy. Great proximity for waterfront, Union, Jays games etc. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone.

The stay was good but the walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the hallways. On top of that there’s also a lot of construction in the mornings. If you can sleep through it it’s a nice place. I also feel like the shampoo is cheap and it made me feel unclean. Please update your amenities. :(

This hotel was a great choice to attend a concert at the Coca Cola coliseum. The tramway made it a breeze to get there and come back. The staff at check-in was courteous and super helpful in providing us with directions. The room was quiet and clean, the bed really comfortable. Great views of the marina. Highly recommended.

Nice place! Good beds and they had curtains to give you some privacy. Bathrooms were clean. Met some nice people during my stay! Ladders to reach the top bunk bed are quite tricky to use and not recommended for everyone. Lockers beneath bed do not come with a lock, these must be purchased separately. Would consider returning!

Room was modern and clean. Wish it was warm enough (and not during) a pandemic as the view from the rooftop pool looks so cool!

Had a private even on the outdoor pool deck overlooking Lake Ontario and the CN Tower. What a spectacular setting. The event went very smoothly thanks in large part to the amazing bartender, Karina. She was such a delight. Professional, personable and so helpfull. She kept about 40 people's orders correct and remembered them when the approached to order additional drinks. She is a real asset to the hotel!

Beware!!! Warning!!! 80% chance that you will get your vehicle damage, car broken into, belongings stolen. If you care for your vehicle, belongings. The parking at this location has many criminal activities. I've caught several people trying to open car doors not once. I stayed for almost 2 weeks and my vehicle is equipped with motion sensor, within my stay my alarm woke me up 14 times, less than 2 weeks. I've met several people around the area from the bar next to the hotel, the souvenir shop, convenience store across the street, Amsterdam employees. All of the people I've met had over 3k of vehicle damages and belongings being stolen. I did my own surveillance and research. It seems they have no cameras, security patrols. I've chase 2 different people, 2 different day and time, it seems they know this parking lot with exit for them to get away quickly. I've been told this happens often from many people around the area and even employees from Radisson have said this happens a lot. They will not pay for your damage or stolen properties. Just because they have a parking attendant for couple hours does not mean your vehicle is safe. Once again, this parking lot has no visible signs, cameras, security patrols. 6 victims that I met within less than 2 weeks of stay got their vehicles broken into. I share this advice to you all that are planning to stay at this location. Beware that you have an 80% chance that your vehicle will be broken into, damaged, belongings stolen. I work as a personal body guard for a celebrity, she was in the city for her concert. From a personal bodyguard prospective, protect your assets and do not booked a room at this location as I will share this to my network contacts for future concerts, events. Being nearby convenient is not worth it.

Rooms are great but the area at night isn't safe. I've witness some person walking around the parking lot looking into every car and trying to open them. I hunk the horn until then he started walking away. I was worried and my wife and I decided to check out the next day. The rooms are great but safety is our priority. My car is worth to much for someone to break into. I should have read the previous bad reviews. Not coming back here.

The hotel went above and beyond for us and we truly enjoyed our time here. The room was cleaned every single day and they did an excellent job ensuring so. The workout room was pretty big, and we had it all to ourselves despite the hotel being at full capacity. I truly enjoyed being able to have breakfast with a view or even a delicious coffee in the hotel lobby’s coffee shop. Our room had such a wonderful view of the harbour and waking up every day could not have been more spectacular for me and the people I was staying with. The upgrade at a low cost for a deluxe room with a view whether it’s the harbour or the city is so worth the money at the price and the parking was not even expensive. It was a fixed price of around $30 and they do not charge you every single time you need to enter an exit the hotel which was actually very helpful for us since we did not need to waste our money on Ubers. I was also very pleased when it was pouring and I needed to attend a conference, and the hotel actually lent me an umbrella and catered me to my Uber ensuring that I got there safely. I also appreciated the fact that there were three restaurants and a ton of services to hotel as well as being right next to the CN Tower and other activities. None of this would have been possible had it not been for Deepti. She was such a great hotel manager, I’m pretty sure that was her role and always made sure we were taken care of as if it were my first time visiting the hotel, every time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for another amazing experience.
