    Sweet hotel with nice location. Our room was on the highest floor and it was no problem, despite there is no elevator, so you have to climb some stairs . I am sure, we will come back to this hotel, it is a highly recommended place in Budapest. The reception was super friendly, and helpful. I had a lot of question about programs , and they helped me. It is very professional. The cleanliness was also great. Only the breakfast should be better, but it was good too.

    This was an amazing hotel. I loved taking a nice hit bath in their deep tub and then wearing one of their luxuriously soft bathrobes. The catering is delicious best I could ask for and the conference areas were large. I was here on business so I am not sure what it costs to stay here but if someone else is going to pay for it for you I would take them up on the offer. Also the staff was great so helpful! Ready to help with any requests I had.

    Before COVID went here once a year because my mom's company always hosted end of the year Christmas parties here, I was extremely young at the time and even at the time loved it. While not being in the ultimate a million dollar fancy rooms, the room I got was a really nice room, and every room I entered in the hotel was just amazing. 100% would recommend. From what I remember, the staff were all really polite and had great customer service, overall, 10/10.

    We stayed here for 10 nights in March 2020. I had high hopes reading the reviews but wow, this hotel was just awful. The rooms are small and not at all suited for a longer stay. There is hardly any storage space and the room was about as basic as it gets. The pool area is absolutely disgusting, old and dingy. Common areas are old, run down and sad. We’re Bonvoy Titanium members but that doesn’t matter at this property despite the fact that it was completely dead. Avoid this place and book the Four Seasons. I wish I did

    Overall: Amazing hotel, feels super classy and luxurious. Room: very well designed, with high end finishes. Lots of full length mirrors, with great lighting. Bathroom was spotless and very clean. Super tech first toilet. Bathrobes we're the most comfortable I've ever tried! Service: everyone I interacted with was super kind and polite. They proactively offered me a late checkout for being an Ambassador elite, which was awesome. Food: breakfast was delicious but pricey (as expected). Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to check out the gym, etc. I hope to try it next time!

    We stayed a few nights in this hotel a while back. We got upgraded and everything was amazing. The staff are super polite and friendly. The room is clean and has everything we wanted. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The temperature of the room was great. Usually I find hotel rooms cold upon Ariel and have to adjust it. But our room was perfect. The spa was great and highly recommend trying it.

    Toronto hotel experience—The Ritz Carlton Toronto [Let me tell you about my experience in this hotel🏨] 1️⃣Location: The hotel is on Front St, very close to the CN Tower. There are bus and subway stations just outside the door, and the transportation is very convenient. 2️⃣About the room: The room still continues the usual style of Ritz-Carlton - low-key luxury. Its design will incorporate modern elements into the retro luxury style. The collision of these two ancient and modern styles is really fascinating. 🌰The designer plays it clearly. 😏 3️⃣About hygiene: How can we find hygiene problems in 🌰? Everyone thinks so😜 ⭐It is worth mentioning: If you stay here, remember to go to the executive lounge, because this 🌰 lounge has a wide variety of food and drinks, and the fruits and other items are very fresh, and they are all made for me! 🐛🐛🐛 ⭐

    Just wow experience from start to finish. Rooms are expertly stocked with all amenities and essentials you could want, cleaned with precision and perfection in mind. Hotel gym was gorgeous and had two Pelotons which were always available for us. Plus, towels, cold towels and so much water and fruit were readily available..the things you expect at hotel gyms which you won't get at One Kings West down the road, for example. I saw staff each time I was there and they were disinfecting surfaces... We loved this hotel, it's location! My one nit is the grab and go wasn't open on Sunday morning (for whatever reason?) but we walked outside and found coffee and food at a nearby restaurant. Thank you - we will be back!

    Nice comfortable rooms and great food at the restaurant in hotel ! Beautiful and spacious! Staff in the hotel very friendly! The spa was good but booked and paid for a 60 minute spa treatment and only received a 40 minute which felt rushed, expected a bit more from a luxurious spa at the Ritz! Would have loved to use the spa amenities like the thermal bath and steam room which is what I believed was included in the high spa prices. It’s unfortunate to be the last appointment of the day as I didn’t feel like I got the same experience as perhaps the morning as staff would of given. Staff seemed to want to rush and get closed up , had I been told this I would of gladly went earlier to receive the full experience and time I booked for

    I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel and it was an awesome experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff were friendly and accommodating and the room was comfortable and inviting. The facilities were great and I had access to all the amenities that I needed on my stay. The location was convenient and I was able to explore the city with ease. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

    Here’s the thing about this Ritz. It’s a really frustrating mixed bag. I really want to give it less stars, I really do. The rooms are on par with a newly refurbished Grand Sheraton or a Grand Hyatt hotel. The rooms aren’t that special, completely fine rooms, but not to a five star hotel standard. The towels are the same towels you’d find at the Hyatt Regency down the street or the Hilton up the block and the same goes for the washroom. The bed is fine, a bit firm for my taste, but different people have different tastes. To be fair, at a certain point after 4 stars you aren’t really going to see much of a difference in terms of rooms across different portfolios. That said, the customer service at this Ritz is one of the best experiences I have had at any hotel across multiple portfolios and brands to include hotels across Asia and the Middle East. The customer service provided by the front desk was genuine and definitely not the Marriott fake smile I’ve grown accustom to over the years. So pretty much this hotel’s rooms are a bit overrated, but once you weigh the customer service at this hotel it easily brings it in line with the other five star hotels in the area.

    This is an amazing hotel. My wife and I spent a precious few days at this hotel a number of years ago, and we were not disappointed. Definitely up to the Ritz standard, in terms of room quality and overall service. It was the heat of summer, and we were there primarily to visit the Toronto Islands, to which we had never been. The Ritz is in the heart of downtown in the Entertainment District, so the location is prime, and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and special events. It is pricey, as would be expected with the Ritz brand in a major metropolitan area. Would recommend if you have the budget, as it is certainly one of the very nicest hotels in the city of Toronto.

    This hotel was much more than I had hoped for. I booked this hotel with my family of four to seize the exciting city of Toronto and overall have a great time, at first it was more so for the activities we would have during the day but this hotel made this stay better than my thoughts have told me! When we walked in we were greeted with friendly staff that wore constant smiles on their faces. One of the staff came right away to socialize with my children and slapped a smile right on their faces! The check in process was easy and went by like a breeze. When we opened our room for the first time it felt as if we found gold in a chest!We ran down to get a glimpse of the pool, which turned into an hour long of water fun. While we all took a soak in the large hot tub a very kind waiter from the Ritz cafe named Harsh brought us a free box of macaroons. Later we went to go eat and once we returned my children immediately noticed the warm cookies and chilled champagne brough by the very kind lady that checked us in named Elizabeth. We fell right asleep in the ever so comfy beds and had some very good rest! %100 recommend to anyone staying in Toronto!

    The streets the hotel is surrounded by is dirty filled with homeless and under construction. the service was nice but i asked for privacy and they gave none. THe only thing nice about the room was the bathroom. The room itself was super small and inconvenient. No walking space. Not worth the money. Wasted thousands for something i was expecting to be way better.

    A good experience overall. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, Tim and Audrie provided exceptional, top-notch service, and put a smile on all of our faces. Check-in was smooth, and our room was a good size and had great views of the CN Tower and Lake Ontario. The hotel itself had a good ambiance, and the saltwater pool was great, however, some parts of the building were starting to show their age. Unfortunately, one of the hand towels in our room had a brown/red stain on it-- I don't know what it was, nor do I want to know, and I'm glad I saw it before wiping my hands/face with it (see photo attatched, it's not super visible but it's there). That being said, the rest of our stay was very comfortable, and Tim/Timothy provided outstanding, first-class service throughout our stay which made it a wonderful experience.

    We stayed at the Ritz Carlton last weekend to celebrate my wife’s birthday. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, the level of service and helpfulness from the staff is something we have not yet experienced at a hotel. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was large, and had amazing finishes in the room. Valet, front desk, restaurant staff, and housekeeping all made us feel welcome at one point during the stay. The location is convenient to Union Station, as well as St. Andrews subway station. Eaton Centre is approx 15-20min walk. Countless bars/restaurants, coffee shops and shopping surround this hotel. The pool and hot tub are very small and can get crowded. The pool area is shared with residents of the attached condo. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would not hesitate to return.

    I have stayed at most of the Marriott chain hotels but this was my first at Ritz so I was quite excited to treat my mom here. Upon arrival, we noticed that the hotel interior was elegant and very easy to navigate. They used the right colors and perfect lightening. The room was a good size with a beautiful bathroom that I adored. Best yet was that the bed was very comfortable to sleep and noise was minimal. Temperature of the room was also spot on and wifi was very good. Bathrobes and slippers were super cozy that I almost bought them. The pool and jacuzzi was great with a view of the CN tower. Staff were all friendly and helpful at this location. I did have an issue with the bathroom amenities but it was quickly resolved by the manager. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

    Absolutely amazing service. When we checked in the valet service was fast and friendly. When we mentioned this was our first stay at the property the front desk staff came around the desk and shook our hands. The custom room key holder was a nice touch as well. I forgot my ID on the counter and the staff ran it over to us by the elevators. The room décor was very nice, room itself was very clean and it had many of those small extra amenities you do not get at regular hotels. We had two kids with us and had a knock on the door just after check-in...was a personalized note with Milk and Cookies for the kids. Needless to say they were thrilled. We went to the ball game later that night and upon return it was coming home to the family you didn't know you had. Greetings at the entrance, staff in the bar took the time to chat with the kids about the menu, food was fantastic and fast. Next morning we had the breakfast buffet, our reservation was exactly what we requested, food again was wonderful, service was great. Met my sister and her hubby for breakfast and they allowed us to stay until noon. Check out was smooth and no issues with billing. One of the best stays I have had in Downtown Toronto, and one of the best over the last five years. Great job, we will be back!!

    Superb hotel with RC’s legendary service. Post pandemic, the brand has not lost its touch. Incredibly comfortable beds and sheets, luxurious towels and amenities; everything just works. Great location. Yes, expensive, but why not pamper yourself with the very best after the last awful 2 years? Thx Adam, guest services director, for your wonderful welcome. Can’t wait to return.

    Always have an amazing stay at the Toronto Ritz Carlton. Excellent service/food at Ritz Bar - Robyn, Brent and Carleen are great. Olga from Club Level / Room Service made our stay last visit when so happy to see us again… Rooms are always clean/comfortable and luxurious feel without being stuffy. General manager make a point of checking in on guests at breakfast. Amazing spot.

    Stay in a Lakeview suite with my son to celebrate his graduation. Furniture looks new but in old style and dark color except bathroom. We found a dirty cloth in the closet. I guessed the housekeeper left it there after cleaning. We went to swim but was shocked by the dirty washroom (changing room). Both toilets were not flushed by the previous guests. It won't be that awful if staff can check the cleanliness of the toilets more often. There's only one box of tissue paper in the suite. It's placed in the bathroom. Would like to have one in the living room, too. During checkout, there's only one staff there. I don't mind to wait but unfortunately we have appointment with a sales representative and it makes me very rush. Anyway, it's a happy stay.

    Stayed here for my birthday. Hotel was gorgeous. The room was very clean and beautiful. I found it hard to get out of bed because the bed was so comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and had the most amazing lighting for doing your makeup. The staff was awesome. Very friendly and helpful - John the bellman was my favorite! I would 100% stay here again.

    One of the most amazing experiences I have ever had! This was the first time staying at the Ritz Carlton and I have to say that I will only be staying here from this day forward! The valet parking was delightful the staff was so welcoming and the aesthetic of the hotel was beyond luxurious! Our room and view was absolutely beautiful I felt like a celebrity for the time I was there! I would 100% recommend staying there! My children ages 2.5, 5 and 6 also loved the experience! 💗 You wl not be disappointed!

    I mean guys....cmon. 🤦‍♂️ Amazing service, beautiful rooms, but the mini fridge was not working in my suite. Nor do I have the patience to wait for someone to come and inspect or repair it during my partners birthday celebration. You'd think that for the price you pay, you'll be paying for top tier everything. But this was more of a 'motel' flaw if anything else. Disappointing. Luckily, I improvised.. I filled one of the two sink basins in the bathroom with ice and used that as a cooler for the beers, coolers and champagne. Atleast my partner found that funny, and romantic, instead of having someone in the room who may or may not be able to fix the fridge be there and make the moment awkward. Do better guys👌 your guests deserve it.

    Had a great trip there with my mother and sister who visited. Great location. Patio out back for evening drinks was lovely. Staff could not do more. Just wonderful. The only thing I would ask for is a better breakfast selection. Stayed 5 days and had already exhausted the menu.

    Had a WONDERFUL Anniversary weekend at the Toronto Ritz. staff is over the top Fabulous. Special shout out to Ali & Amy, Joella, Vincent and Zach from Toca and Emilya from Epoch. it is special to meet such genuine people who know how to make for a wonderful couple of days away. Highly recommend this property.

    The hotel is amazing. Quality of service is excellent. Gym and pool good quality, not very busy. Massage average. Breakfast average. Room dining great. Laundry service amazing - we received our laundry within few hours twice. Nespresso capsules and very good tea, water bottles all refilled twice a day. Cleaning service perfect. Pillow options and much more. Hotel is definitely highlight of our Toronto stay.

    We checked in today at the Ritz in Toronto and have to admit the service is better than any of the other locations around the world. A special shoutout to Mr. Tanvir who is an exceptional person. He connected so well with our kids and also organized cookies with milk for a night snack. Please see the hand written notes from our children. So far the experience has been top notch with a 5/5 star rating

    One of my least favorite things is being in a half cleaned room. I was very tired when I went to bed last night. So I did not do my customary bedding check before I turned in. I mean I shouldn’t have to at the Ritz, right? I woke up this morning and found a dark hair in my bed that was very much unlike my own. When I pulled the sheets back, I was disgusted to find a micro pile of crumbs that was unlike anything I had eaten the night before. I’ve been waiting for someone in management to call for going on an hour. You decide if this is how you want to spend your time and money.

    Room was extraordinary. I'm a business traveler and a desk would have been nice in the room but I enjoyed the super comfy chair and ottoman and the couch too. Beautiful place, I really enjoyed my stay.

    There is guy at the door Name Alan he is so disrespectful. According to the hotel standards I was not able to digest it . If I would be in the management I could have send him home right away with pink slip . I request management please give him personal coaching one on one .so that he can understand properly about customer service and how to treat everyone equally.     We stayed there this past July and had a wonderful experience. The night manager Nedim went out of his way to make my daughter feel special on her birthday and sent her a slice of cake and birthday card to the room. They also had a little scavenger hunt for the kids with small prizes for them to win which I thought was super cute. The room and amenities were amazing but the service is what made it for us. Our 4 year old still talks about our stay in Toronto and now expects all hotel stays to live up to this one. We may have set the bar too high 😅

    An all around amazing experience at the Ritz. The corner suite was fantastic. Great view of the CN Tower and Lake Ontario. Spacious, clean and supplied with nice Dyptique shower and soap products. The staff was friendly and cheerful.

    As with pretty much all Ritz-Carltons the rooms were beautiful, and the hotel itself lovely. The service I got here sort of soured the experience for me, especially since it was my anniversary. I have platinum status and I'm not asking for special treatment; but it very much felt like I was unimportant to the extreme. I wasn't asked about a welcome gift, felt like an imposition when I asked if there were any upgrades available and how much it would be. I asked a question to someone at the front desk and she just kept repeating "only if your name matches the one on the reservation." And not answering my question. Felt like they didn't think I belonged. Overall a fine experience and would be 5 stars with better customer experience.

    Overall, really nice hotel. Staff were friendly and the rooms were really nice. Only area of improvement would be I asked them to bring up a delivery and was told they would not do this. I expect this from 3 and 4 star hotels but when you're paying for the Ritz, I would like better service.

    Dear Ritz-Carlton, Toronto Management, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent experience at your hotel. I had expected the highest standard of service from a prestigious establishment like the Ritz-Carlton, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by several distressing incidents. Firstly, there was significant damage to my car by your valet service. I had recently had the passenger window wrapped and had placed a yellow sticker on the control pad as a precaution, explicitly instructing the valet not to open the window. To my dismay, I discovered the window fully lowered the next morning, causing the wrap to be completely ruined with numerous bubbles. This careless disregard for my property is unacceptable and has caused me unnecessary inconvenience and expense. Additionally, the behavior of your front desk staff during check-in was equally disappointing. The receptionist, who appeared to be under training, loudly announced that my credit card was declined, causing me considerable embarrassment in the crowded lobby. Such sensitive matters should be handled discreetly. Moreover, her fluctuation regarding the room rates and the prolonged check-in process, which took over 20 minutes, was not only unprofessional but also insensitive, particularly as my 7-month pregnant wife was with me. These experiences not only caused me great distress but also significantly marred our special occasion – our anniversary. I expected the Ritz-Carlton to exemplify excellence in customer service, but this experience was far from it. I trust that you will address these issues promptly and ensure that such lapses in service do not recur. I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter.     I now see why the Ritz has such a reputation... From start to finish, the entire experience has been fantastic. The staff are incredibly service-oriented and gives the hotel such a different personality compared to other hotels. We had visited another fancy hotel recently and the comparison is very stark. Why was the suite's bathroom my favorite part of the room? Anyway, I recommend.

    We stayed just one night at the Ritz Carlton Toronto and admittedly, I was expecting it to be a very nice high-end hotel, which it was! It is a beautiful hotel, very nicely decorated, of course, it had that Ritz smell but what set this hotel experience aside from many others that I have had was the exceptional level of service. In a time when I thought the art of service was lost, the Ritz Carlton has restored my faith! Every interaction with staff was exceptional from the valet to check in and even in their restaurant, Toca. A really nice added touch was a gesture from a very friendly staff member at the front counter named Yuya, who sent us a lovely arrangement of desserts with the Ritz’s signature tea along with a handwritten note. Wow- my husband and I were impressed! Not to mention, it was probably the most delicious chocolate cake I’ve ever tasted!! We will definitely be returning to the Ritz. In fact, I’m going to compare my hotel experiences going forward to this one! Added bonus-the location is outstanding!

    Love the best service and elegant bathrooms. Convenient location and functional interiors. Always wonder why there are not enough front desk staffs to respond. Most of the times I had to wait in a queue for a long time or even they skipped my room service orders in the morning and took long time to get the breakfast, bummer… The housekeeping was excellent esp. after I “evacuated” from the Sheraton for cleaning issues in my suite and stayed this hotel.

    Just wow experience from start to finish. Rooms are expertly stocked with all amenities and essentials you could want, cleaned with precision and perfection in mind. Hotel gym was gorgeous and had two Pelotons which were always available for us. Plus, towels, cold towels and so much water and fruit were readily available..the things you expect at hotel gyms which you won't get at One Kings West down the road, for example. I saw staff each time I was there and they were disinfecting surfaces... We loved this hotel, it's location! My one nit is the grab and go wasn't open on Sunday morning (for whatever reason?) but we walked outside and found coffee and food at a nearby restaurant. Thank you - we will be back!

    I booked a room block at The Ritz for my clients who were having their wedding at a different location. The fabulous Alexandru was my contact. He created a 5 Star experience! I had quite a few requests in advance as well as some last minute details. He always responded quickly and was extremely efficient. I was so thrilled with the level of service!! My clients expressed that they had an amazing experience at the hotel! Thank you Alexandru for making sure my clients were taken care of! Can't wait to come back!

    The staff is very friendly. The hotel is self is quite lovely. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are exquisite for a hotel. The only disappointment I experienced was the room not being thoroughly cleaned. There were partially ingested items left by the previous guest/s in the fridge.

    Myself and my family had an amazing 5 night stay at the Ritz Carlton in TO early July and it was a highlight with the gorgeous suite and impeccable service. I cannot wait to return someday hopefully soon! The location is perfect and the amenities (pool, spa) are all on point. Thank you to the wonderful staff who ensured our trip in celebration of my wife's birthday was an all-star we will remember forever! p.s. thank you for the birthday balloons and treat for my wife!!

    Amazing experience. Stayed here for my birthday and the staff went above and beyond throughout my stay to make it special. The hotel is beautiful but the service and staff is what really makes this place top notch. The new EPOCH bar is also stunning and drinks and food are amazing. Highly recommend.

    I returned from a one night stay on November 11, 2022, and for me, the attention to detail was lacking at this hotel. Rooms are clean but very basic, room service food (coffee and smoothie) was not Ritz quality, staff seemed competent but indifferent. Everything was just ok. Bar in lobby was better, staff were friendly and service was expedient. Location in relation to where I needed to go was excellent. I called the concierge (Carlos) a few days prior to my arrival and he recommended a great car service. Nothing really stood out at this hotel. Not sure I would return. I really love the Ritz Carlton Montreal and I don’t feel like the Ritz Carlton Toronto compares.

    The staf where?all fantastic. We had a little hiccup with our reservation and they took care of it. The cheese section was closed due to covid and that was disappointing but other that it was truly a five star visit. The breakfast was really good with freshly squeezed orange juice. The spa messauge was really good as well.

    The staff. Our recent stay at the Ritz Carlton Toronto was excellent because the staff went out of their way to make the trip memorable. Deven at the Front Desk checked in with us multiple times to ensure we were finding everything we needed. In addition, the staff in each of the restaurants went out of their way to ensure our kids were kept busy so the adults could enjoy their meals, including a kitchen tour at Toca. I can't thank the team enough, well done.

    Booked a one-bedroom suite for the night. The space was beautiful and spotless. The spa service and facilities were exceptional. The only service that left something to be desired was the in-room dining. Both the food quality and temperature was disappointing. Overall, it was a great stay and one to come back to for special occasions.

    Stayed here for a few nights, and the staff was wonderful. Loved that I was notified through a text message that my room was ready earlier than normal check-in time. Moreover, I was able to leave my car for extra hours with valet after check-out. Of course, the room was clean and spacious.

    My Fiancé and I had SUCH an amazing experience at the Ritz-Carlton Toronto this past weekend. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by their friendly staff at the front of the building and the check-in experience was so smooth. Special shoutout goes to Yuya at the Front Desk and Carlo at Concierge for being extremely welcoming, offering endless suggestions for dinner spots based on our interests, and ensuring we had everything we needed for the duration of our stay. The ambience of the main lobby is gorgeous and smells great! The rooms are also beautiful and the bed we had was so cozy - we booked a King Deluxe room. The team also sent up a birthday treat for my Fiancé which we thought was so thoughtful and sweet. In addition, we also booked massages and the spa experience was also amazing. There are so many amenities available to compliment your spa treatment like the steam room, lounge, pool, jacuzzi, and snacks to name a few. The staff there are also so kind and our RMTs, Raphael and Natalie gave us the best Swedish/Aromatherapy massages. We will definitely be staying at The Ritz again in the future! Everything was also within walking distance so we had no worries about going out to quickly grab anything if we needed to. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby as well for those who are visiting from out of the City.

    Update: Downgrading my rating from 4 to 3 as the manager Mr. Lukas who wanted to talk to me never called me and I do not appreciate it when businesses portray as if they care about customer concerns on public portals but never actually act on them. Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ritz Carlton Toronto during our trip to Canada. As first-time guests of the esteemed Ritz brand, we were excited to experience their legendary hospitality and service. We were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff and guest relations team were exceptionally friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure our two-year-old was happy and entertained. All our requests were met with prompt efficiency, from providing milk and cookies for our son to arranging birthday sweets and balloons for my wife's special day. The personalized interactions with the staff, who addressed us by name, made our stay feel genuinely warm and special. However, an unfortunate incident occurred during our departure. A few hours after checking out and driving away, we received a call from the hotel informing us that the valet had forgotten to return our key after placing our luggage in the car. They assured us their loss prevention team would contact us soon to rectify the situation. Disappointingly, we did not receive the promised call, prompting us to reach out to the hotel ourselves two days later. Our conversation with the loss prevention employee was regrettably unpleasant. The staff member was unprofessional, rude, and even mistook me for a hotel employee. We had to endure a needless and frustrating interrogation, only to be told we would have to pay for shipping to return the key – a problem that was not our fault. Thankfully, the manager was more understanding and ultimately resolved the issue. If not for this negative experience, our stay at the Ritz Carlton Toronto would have been a resounding five stars. Nevertheless, we rate the hotel four stars for their overall superb service, with the hope that this feedback will lead to improvements in their loss prevention team's communication and professionalism.

    Wonderful in every way. We stayed two nights in a corner suite as part of our wedding weekend, and the Ritz Carlton team went above and beyond to make our stay special. From ensuring my new wife had everything she needed for her getting ready, to finding a way to keep the top of our wedding cake chilled and safe at 2am and all the special touches along the way, we’re both beyond thankful for the hospitality.

    The service here is INCREDIBLE. I've performed weddings in the events space, the private dining area and the club suite. Every time I arrive, I feel so welcomed. I even arrived on my bike once and they gave me valet service like I had rolled up in a Ferrari. This is hands down my favourite Toronto hotel.

    The Ritz Carlton is very nice ritzy hotel with excellent service and friendly staff. It also has good views of the CN Tower and the lake from many rooms as ares did. It also has a very nice bar and lounge area with an outdoor patio that has good food but pricey. The Ritz is in a great location being in the heart of Toronto and is walking distance to many events such as a BlueJays or Maple Leafs games as well as much more. For it being a high tech hotel it is decent but it’s elevators are a little slow and can take a few a few attempts at getting it to work with your card. It is not nearly as high tech as a hotel I stayed at recently when on a work trip that was not nearly as ritzy as The Ritz Carlton

    Where do I begin? The Ritz-Carlton in Toronto has to be one of my favourite locations. Everything is beautifully designed, and the environment is very welcoming and enjoyable, and the suites are absolutely gorgeous. Perfect to retreat to after a long day out! The ladies and gentlemen at the Ritz-Carlton go above and beyond. They never fail to deliver an enjoyable and comfortable experience. I always look forward to returning because of them.
