Very
poor
customer
service.
We've
been
staying
at
the
hospital
in
the
ICU
waiting
room
for
a
week.
When
we
were
told
that
the
Ramada
Plaza
hotel
offered
a
discounted
rate
for
family
member
of
ICU
patients,
we
called
to
make
a
reservation.
After
going
back
and
forth
with
the
reservation
desk
(they
were
very
uncooperative),
we
finally
got
a
reservation
at
a
discounted
rate.
When
we
arrived
at
the
hotel,
the
front
desk
refused
to
honor
the
discount,
told
us
that
they
could
not
find
our
reservation
in
the
system,
and
told
us
we
had
to
sign
the
document
agreeing
to
the
full
price
rate.
When
we
refused
to
sign
the
document,
she
attempted
to
lie
to
us
telling
us
that
the
document
wasn't
an
agreement
to
the
rate,
but
simply
for
parking.
We
proceeded
to
read
the
document
out
loud,
where
it
clearly
stated
that
if
we
signed
the
document,
we
agreed
to
allow
the
hotel
to
charge
our
credit
card
the
full
price.
So
not
only
were
they
uncooperative,
but
they
also
lied
to
our
face
and
tried
to
trick
is
into
paying
more.
These
ladies
were
not
helpful,
so
we
decided
to
call
the
reservation
line
again.
The
reservation
people
were
able
to
find
out
reservation
without
any
problem,
at
the
discounted
rate,
and
finally
after
confirming
with
the
reservation
desk,
the
lady
suddenly
was
able
to
find
our
reservation
(obviously
she
lied
about
not
being
able
to
find
it
before)
and
then
said
she
was
"taking
a
risk"
by
offering
us
the
discounted
rate,
as
if
we
were
putting
her
and
her
job
on
the
line.
Terrible
service,
I
won't
ever
be
returning
to
this
hotel.
