This place is terrible. We found the staff rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. The restaurant staff was very unprofessional, and forced us to only do take out despite lots of people eating in. I booked this place with my family, to go to the airport early the next morning. Arrived at 2 p.m. and 5 a.m. shuttle already booked up, and there is no shuttle at 4 AM. They recommended to me to book the 6 a.m. shuttle, but that would have been too late, for our flight. So, we grudgingly booked a taxi for 5am, the next morning vat 4 am, because of a snow storm, the taxi company could not guarantee us a pick up. Upon leaving, we found out that another shuttle had been arranged for 530am, and we had not been informed of this. We feel that we should have been put on a waitlist, for a 530 shuttle if one were to come. Besides this, if their service says free shuttle then they have to respect this and if there are too many people for the shuttle then they should find another vehicle and driver to drive guests at the appropriate time. Thus is the cost of doing business. We booked this hotel because of the free shuttle! They do not supply any more than 1 extra blanket. On the other hand, the rooms were clean, and it is close to the airport. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I am always nervous when booking a hotel, you never know what you are going to find. My Husband always says I am to picky. I spend hours before booking a place reading reviews. We ended up picking this one. I am really glad I did. Had a great stay, we were there for 2 nights. We stayed in the jetted whirlpool king room. Bed was really comfortable. Room was clean. Tub was great after a long day of walking. Breakfast was good, wish it went a bit longer but food was good. They have it posted what each day is which is nice. Sausage, egg, beans, hash-browns, toast, mini bagels, orange, apple and cranberry juice, water, coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, cereal, waffles, fruit, muffins, oatmeal and I am sure I am missing something. In the lobby they have a coffee and tea station that has a lot of different teas, I don't drink coffee so did not pay attention to it to much. The ice maker is right by the front desk and has a water fountain that you can also fill bottles up. Staff was really friendly. We will be back. (sorry my pictures are not good, I was very tired and wanted to get in the tub so took them fast)

I had the most great experience during the time I spent in the hotel. I arrived at midnight and I couldn't find anywhere to stay overnight. The hotel was fully booked. However, the receptionist helped me to find a great and affordable room for one night. I lost my marriage ring and they found it and sent it back to me via Express post. Moreover, the breakfast was great and snacks were available 24hr.

Overall it was a great stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Complementary breakfast was tasty and filling. The airport shuttle was very convenient as well. The only thing that could make it better is they paid more attention to the small things like including bottled water and slippers. I would definitely book again.

I can definitely say this wasn't a very good experience. Right off the bat, as soon as we walked in our room, we smelled a strong odor similar to that of cat urine. We immediately let the front desk know. A lady came in and confirmed that it did indeed stink. At first she told us that we can get a key for another room, but after she saw that two of the people with me only took a seat on the bed, she said she couldn't give us another room even though there were more rooms available. Before this, she claimed that they were sold out completely, but afterwards, she offered a key for another room, but after seeing the two people on the bed, she she said we couldn't get the key and handed us a fabric refresher to deal with the odor on our own. We didn't touch anything, all we did was sit on the bed. We didn't open any of our things. A day later she started arguing with us regarding all this. Customer satisfaction should be above all and our stay certainly didn't meet the satisfactory mark. Could be a lot better.

We had a tough travel day so it was such a treat to find this house. Free shuttle service that was prompt both picking us up at the airport and returning us the following day. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable Access to piping hot coffee in the lobby early in the morning was wonderful. Free breakfast had lots of selection and accommodated some food sensitivities. I really liked that they posted daily breakfast special. All the staff we met were friendly. Thank you.

The hotel was clean and breakfast was decent. The room was little small but since it was clean, it did not matter much for us. What I did not like were the questions about my kids from the front desk lady. I had booked a room with two queen beds and I did mention about my kids' ages when doing the reservation on the phone. So, not sure why the front desk lady was so suspicious. The maximum capacity of the room was four, my kids are small and we were not violating any rules. So, not sure why the questions and suspicion from staff.

Returned from a long trip late Nov. 29, after flight delays. Shuttle picked us up, (grateful for that) yet then proceeded to alternate between parking and circling for 40 minutes to get other people rather than take us to the hotel to get our car. Then, once at the hotel, she dropped everyone off at the front, and my husband nearly slipped and fell while walking to the very back of the dark parking lot to find our vehicle. The shuttle driver said "sorry!" when I told her we needed to be dropped at our car since we had so many bags, and instead got in her car and drove away, leaving us to walk through ice and snow with 6 bags. Do not recommend for shuttle services AT ALL.

Stayed one night before my flight. Felt safe in and around the hotel alone. Enjoyed running/walking in the park nearby. Room was clean and front desk people helpful and informative. Not many attractions or eateries nearby but the trade off is being close to the airport and getting a free shuttle. The restaurant attached to the hotel was a pleasant surprise.

Good hotel with good quality breakfast service. Also the rooms are clean and nice. Location is also good. The breakfast service and has decent options to choose from. They have a menu for each day. Also the quality of food is very good. Clean and nice setup with good in house facilities. I wish if they also had a pool. Also a plus would be if they can provide some in room drinking water.

Best near-airport hotel I've stayed at. The staff were excellent, they provide airport shuttle on call, and though breakfast was not technically available before 6am which is when our flight was, they had a full spread of grab and go which I really appreciated. Check in and out was a breeze. Bed was so comfortable. There is a gas station nearby as well for toiletries.

  • 4/5 Carolyn E. 1 year ago on Google
The hotel is a very good place to stay when going to or coming from the airport. The shuttle service is good and reliable. The room is clean and comfortable. My only disappointment was the free breakfast. Better quality and healthier options would be desirable. But all in all, it is a very good experience.

Simple clean room. Polite. Needed to be close to the airport. The only issue was we wanted a shuttle at 530am but they only had 6am. No big deal as we still made it on time. They had food to go that early- apple, juice boxes, coffee etc

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and nice. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel also provided a shuttle service that was available at all times to take me to the airport. The best experience I've had in my life.

Airport shuttle was easy to find and prompt, the driver was great. Front desk check in was quick and easy, even at 11pm. Staff were all friendly and helpful, room was clean. Would gladly stay here again.

this was my first time travelling by myself, first time booking and staying in a hotel and doing other adult things by myself. i was very nervous but the check-in and check-out process were extremely easy and made me feel at ease. the room was the perfect size, had everything i could possibly want in it. housekeeping was very friendly, front desk was very friendly. i love this hotel so much that the next time i come to toronto i’m going to be staying here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well kept. We had dinner at the attached Bite restaurant, and the service and food was fantastic there too. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of great lactose and gluten free options - as someone who is lactose intolerant, this saved me so much stress while traveling. Plus they seem to stress trying to take only what you'll eat and not to waste food, which I definitely respect. The shuttle service was prompt and got us to the airport with lots of time to spare. Will absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in Toronto!

Great hotel for families and travelers who need to be close to the airport. I really enjoyed my room, which had a really high ceiling, maybe 20 ft. Breakfast was delicious, and included omelets, waffles, well-seasoned fried potatoes, and sausage with peppers and onions. There's a free shuttle to the airport which runs every hour (6-11 I think). I booked the jacuzzi tub room, it worked nicely, there was plenty of towels and the tub felt nice and clean. I noticed there is also a whirlpool available for guests in rooms without the jetted bath, which I think is nice. There's no convenience section, but there are vending machines for when the restaurant is closed. I also thought everyone at the front desk was pretty polite and helpful.

Had a very comfortable k-sized bed. In room hot tub would be better in an oval and not a heart shape. The breakfast room was satisfactory but should open at 6 AM, not 6:30AM. The BITE restaurant was good and service was excellent.

Rooms are clean and fairly comfortable, the housekeeping staff seem great. Breakfast isn't bad at all and hard to complain anyway since it's included. Except the seating, tables and chairs are wobbly. The front desk staff however seem to resent your existence. Checking in it seemed like I was bothering them, didn't feel welcomed at all and upon checking out, I couldn't even tell if the guy was talking to me or was on the phone and I wasn't even asked how my stay was and felt rushed out. The best thing about the place is the attached restaurant next door.

The staff here were kind, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The hotel is comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfasts had pretty much anything you could want and well run. Hotel bar/restaurant had good food and service. So thankful that this hotel actually picked up the phone at 1am when I called (other hotels never did.) We were stranded in Toronto for several days due to Air Canada issues but at least we had a good place to stay. Highly recommend. Staff was fabulous.

We booked a room at one of the hotels next door but they refused to work with us and demanded we only use credit cards. Not willing to and seeing how rigid they were we went to the Best Western right next door. When we told them we don’t have credit cards, they said no problem we could use cash and as long as we paid the deposit we could pay the rest before checkout. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was awesome with plenty of options. I ate as many waffles as my heart desired. Thank you for excellent service!

Very well kept hotel with great free shuttle service to airport. The room was very clean. Free breakfast in the morning is a huge plus (the coffee was way too strong and bitter) but the food was all delicious. Tables were cleaned promptly and staff very nice and very polite. I would greatly recommend this hotel.

Stayed last night for a mini shopping trip first thing that was upsetting was the hot tub was closed and that was a selling point for us. Was put in room 218 on the 2nd floor the moment the elevator opened we smelled the worst smell. Went to our room and the smell was in are room and seemed to get worse all evening had to sleep with the window wide open. The smell gave us both a headache. Not sure what the smell was but we have never smelled anything so gross. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely not staying there again.

The hotel was super clean with extremely friendly staff members. The breakfast served was actually very good and wholesome. The exercise room was small but had enough to get the job done. For the price, you can't beat this hotel!

I called to have reservations for 3people and need a airport shuttle arriving at 7pm. We waited 1.5 hrs t9 arrive the shuttle with no show up. Called the hotel and said it wasn't note. Ask me to wait another 20min. The person arrive after 30min which is okay. When we arrived the reservation was good for 2people. And told me they upgrade. I am with my seniors parents.okay fine they upgrade. When we enter room the beds wasnt clean Like intentionally the guest who just leaves intended to leave her hair everywhere inside the bedsheet. Called the front desk. They gave us bedsheets and pillow case for us to change it. Seriously? We are tired from the flight. This is unacceptable. THOSE WHO WANTS TO BOOK HERE BEWARE! THEY DONT CHANGE LINENS AND WILL ASK YOU TO CHANGE. I got charged 194.00 for overnight with membership discount.

We stayed at this hotel from 24 to 28 June in room 319. The room is at the back of the hotel so no noise from cars. During the weekdays there are more flights and you hear the planes earlier. Breakfast consists of hot and cold dishes. No plastic crockery or cutlery. You will be asked to complete a survey about breakfast. For a Best Western Plus, we expected a more refined finish and operation.

Hotel was very clean, rooms were nothing exceptional but certainly nice. It is conveniently located near restaurants and bars, as well as the airport. Breakfast was actually very good, served in the restaurant area. Very nice for the cost. Follow for more...

Stayed here on Thursday 14th for one evening, after arriving in Canada and waiting on a flight the next door. Easiest and quickest way to get here is to ise an Uber, there is a shuttle sevice, but you have to ring on your arrival at YYZ to book it, I could hassled to do that, so took an Uber was only $15 from YYZ terminal 3. On arrival lady checking me.in was friendly, checking was quick and efficent, my room was 242, I have posted a couple of picturea. Room was large, bathroom was large with shower and bath. Room was clean. My room was facing main road, so was a little noisey, bed was comfy (although not the comfiest I have slept in). Breakfast, was basic, coming from UK, not the standard breakfast we like. Checkout was quick and I used the shuttle bus to Airport which runs every hour from main enterance. (Note you have to book this the day before). Overall I would recommend staying here.

Stayed here overnight between flights - was expensive for what it was - but often the way with airport hotels! The free transfers were really helpful - I called from the free phone in arrivals and they told me where to wait and that it would be a female driver/would be there in 20 minutes. The shuttles from hotel to the airport were only once an hour in the morning so something to be aware of. My room faced the road so was quite loud, even when windows closed etc. There was a large fridge in the food with a loud buzz as well as an unpleasant smell in the room. I also received a call to my room after I'd gone to sleep for an early night - I'm not sure who it was/why the call as didn't answer - but woke me up. All in all the staff were friendly/helpful, the transfers were handy and I managed to sleep as exhausted between flights so noise didn't disrupt too much - but wanted to give an honest review!

Exceeded our expectations. Comfortable quiet room with nice bathroom and sofa and coffee machine and microwave in room. Free coffee machine in lobby with various specialty options. Wonderful included buffet breakfast with fresh fruits and juices, cereals , pastries, toast, premade omelettes, sausage, plus waffle making machine. Efficient and friendly check in/out. Free shuttle to/from airport. Can't find a single complaint.

Great hotel, staff were extremely friendly. Free shuttle to and from airport. Little far from Central Toronto, but with uber, not a problem. Rooms were clean, really lovely hotel. Definately recommend. We booked twice as such a great hotel on our trip to Toronto. Breakfast was adequate,

A fantastic stay for a couple days. Breakfast was very good and unexpected. Paying a little extra for late checkout was a great touch, so I didn't have to spend so long at the airport. I'd definately recommend this hotel for its proximity to the airport if that's what you need, they also have a free shuttle.

Third floor smelled awful, first room smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast is odd, not great. Service was great from one front desk agent, the rest seemed annoyed of your presence. Shuttle is convenient.

Fast check-in and friendly front staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. The parking lot was quite full and it was a little tricky to find a spot.

  • 3/5 Henry X. 2 years ago on Google
Bob was very friendly with our late night check in. Room ceiling height on main floor was satisfying. Our room is close to the cleaner room, the door was loudly slammed often during the daytime which is disturbing, this needs improvement. Housekeeping lady will start knocking on the doors one by one around 8-9am. You could still hear it clearly while you put on the don't disturb hanger. Wifi started being slow after first day. A baby was crying hard late night yesterday, that was awful experience. No sleep last night. Avoid here if you usually wake up later than 9am or cannot stand loud baby crying at night.

The staff were nice and everything was clean and lovely. When we checked in we were asked if we wanted a wake up call. We said yes, for 4:30am to catch the 5am shuttle to the airport. They never called and we woke up at 4:50am in a panic and had to rush and nearly missed the shuttle. Thankfully the shuttle driver waited for us. This is a big deal for an airport hotel - you can't just offer wake up calls and not make them! I wouod NOT count on a wake up call from this hotel.

I'm usually a fan of the Best Western hotels and to be fair this one was average until I noticed that my remote was left dirty from the previous rooms occupant. This is disgusting on an average day, with this pandemic and surge of COVID cases it is absolutely unacceptable. I did not inform the reservations worker as I was only there for one night and elected not to watch TV or touch any other items in the room (aside from the bed which I'm hoping was clean)

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for a week. I have to say, Best Western Plus Travel Hotel Toronto Airport on Eglinton exceeded my expectations. The room was immaculate, the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and managerial staff were so friendly. The hot tub is a great addition to end a long day of travelling and their AC unit is powerful. The gym has all the basic equipment you need, such as an elliptical, treadmill, free dumbbell weights, leg press, leg curls, pulldown with ranges of handles, and pec flies. The drive to downtown is about 40 minutes if you take highway 427. My favourite was the all inclusive breakfast, the food was seasoned nicely and their coffee did not taste cheap. I would 100% recommend this hotel to my friends and family, and without a doubt I would visit again.

The Manager at this Best Western is the rudest individual I have ever seen in a service role. His name is Binder Brar and he treats guests with an attitude. He is not helpful and is combative. He made my stay here absolutely miserable and he appears unkempt and dirty. I am surprised Best Western would give such an individual a managerial role. He is very unpleasant, head office should really review who they hire as employees as this is a horrible look for Best Western. More like Worst Western.

The front desk lady was amazing BUT what throw us off this whole stay is the shuttle guy , he was supposed to come pick us up at 5am then it turn into 5:10 and he finally came up a lil but before 5:20 , we missed our check in baggage bcz it has to be before 90 min of departure . When we called back the hotel for them to come pick us up to go back to the hotel & wait for our next flight the shuttle guy came to us really rude cursing at my husband telling him its our fault that he never came in late smashing doors telling my husband β€œi would make sure that you receive bad energy & feel the pain in the next life” like how unprofessional is that ?

Had a wonderful stay, all of the staff (reception, housekeeping, waiter, other staff) are very helpful. The bed in the room we stayed in was very comfortable, they offer great discounts if you stayed there for 2 nights & a lot of different promos to choose from based on your preference. The room is very spacious. They also offered early check-ins and late checkout options, with very minimal rates compared to other hotels. Shuttle service to and from the airport is every hour which is great. They also offered a wide variety for breakfast (included on your stay!), they have coffees, teas, juices, hot foods (different every day!), waffles, yogurts, different kinds of bread, etc. The hotel is very near to the airport so it's very convenient, I was able to catch my meetings after we arrived in Toronto because of the location of the hotel and its shuttle service!

  • 5/5 Dave L. 2 years ago on Google
Friendly and helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable & the late checkout option were great. I was well rested and not in a rush at checkout after a late arrival. Andre at front desk was very accommodating. He & the young lady that drives the shuttle made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Will be returning and recommend this hotel to anyone needing a hotel in the area.

Great place to stay if you're traveling. My husband and I stayed the night before and after our flight. We left our vehicle there and when we returned, everything was fine. The location is secure and the staff is friendly. We booked through park, sleep, fly and the rate was fair. They have a nice hottub in the main lobby (in a separate room) that we enjoyed after a long day of traveling. They have towels to use while in there and a hamper so you don't have to bring it back to your room. They also have hooks if you have a robe or swim cover. We were the only ones in there, but it's big enough to enjoy if others were in there as well. The hotel also offers breakfast. It was a typical Best Western breakfast. My favorite is the waffles!

  • 4/5 Kelly H. 1 year ago on Google
Despite requesting to pay for the two rooms booked separately upon arrival, both rooms had already been charged to the holding credit card. Aside from that, service, people and our rooms were excellent. Would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel overnight and we were very pleased with our experience. The front attendants and breakfast staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was super cozy and soft. Plenty of hot water and great pressure from the shower head. The towels and face clothes were soft and fluffy as well. I definitely rate this a 10 out of 10!

Pretty good place to stay. A little pricey for my taste considering the age of the hotel (the roof leaked during a storm). Staff is very nice and efficient. We slept very well and the kids liked the breakfast. So a solid 4/5

I am Japanese. I am not good at English so I use a translator. I stayed one night because I could not catch a flight back to Japan. I was impressed by the kindness of all the staff. When I called and asked for a transfer from the airport to the hotel, they politely explained in simple English many times when I told them I could not speak English. The bus driver gave me a piece of candy. My travel agent made the hotel reservation on my behalf and it just so happened that I stayed at this hotel. I had a wonderful memory in Canada. I would stay in this hotel again if I have a chance.

Exceptional service! There was a change in our flights and we, a family of 4, found ourselves stuck in Pearson airport for two days waiting for a flight out of Toronto. Luckily we stayed at this amazing hotel with staff that went above and beyond to help us with all our needs! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. If you find yourself needing accommodations near Pearson this is the right place!
