We stayed at the sandman Toronto airport hotel on Saturday afternoon and checked out on Monday afternoon. During our stay, we had stayed in the pent house suites on the highest floor. The room was huge and spacious! It had brand new pots and pans never used and even had a stove and fridge for any time cooking. The bedroom was beautiful, with a nice soft, comfy bed for a long goodnight sleep. The room came with two TVs which were working perfectly with live tv channels. The balcony is pretty spacious with two chairs and a cute little table for a nice view of the city in the evening. The staff at the front desk named Julie took great care of us and made sure we had all the basic necessities to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She gave us extra towels, crayons and colouring books for the kids etc. She was so kind enough to ask us if it's too loud in our room upstairs as the airport is right beside the hotel. She did an excellent job in making sure my stay was the best as possible with friendly and great customer service experience. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Toronto airport sandman hotel and I will be coming back again shortly for another stay! 😊

Nice hotel, close to YYZ (Toronto Pearson Airport) parking normally available. Shuttle service was quick and efficient. The room we stayed in was clean and modern with plenty of space. No complaints, great value for the price we paid.

Spent one night here on an unexpected layover. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful when the key programming system broke down and we couldn't get into our room.

I really had high hopes for this hotel. The reviews seemed good for a 3 star. It is under construction, so I dont know if maybe we got an old room, but the room was really rough. To me, the rooms have cheap motel vibes... maybe not quite that bad, but very unmaintained. Our fridge had food left in it, the bathroom door didn’t work and the bathtub didnt drain well. The hotels site pictures make it look way nicer than it is. Maybe if I wasn't expecting more, it wouldn't have felt that bad. Update: Our sink stopper also broke, toilet didnt work great and we asked for house keeping but didnt get it.

Tasia was absolutely amazing at the front desk! We had an amazing weekend in Toronto but unfortunately we booked through Flair Airlines. Our flight was delayed over night, so while we were sitting at Moxie's trying to figure out what to do, we really needed a room to rest. I spoke with Tasia at the front desk. She was so helpful and empathetic and hooked us up with a room for the night. The customer service here is beyond expectations and the room is gorgeous to boot! Great work Sandman hotel!

First the good stuff, the location is amazing. The hotel is a 5-mins ride from the airport. Overall the room was okay, but the toilet floor was really sticky. I'm assuming it was not properly cleaned or maybe the cleaning stuff that they used was not appropriate. Now the NOT good stuff. The check in experience was terrible (my worst check in experience by far). The guy in the desk was absolutely rude. He asked me to insert my card in the machine multiple times arguing that my card was not working, then we discovered that the machine was broken (which I told him before). He seemed to be in a rush to check us in. When we asked him question he responded in a very rude/bossy way. Completely different story with the girl that check us out, she was really nice and extremely helpful.

I've stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and enjoyed it, but this time it was horrible, we stood in line for 30 min to get our room even though we did everything online before hand, the room was way smaller than anticipated, nothing in the mini fridge, when asked about room service we were told to get something from the restaurant and bring it upstairs ourselves. The room was a little run down, no AC in the lobby or hallways, people were openly drinking in the hallways and in the parking lot, we went to the restaurant attached to the hotel and it was even worse, zero service, no AC. They had really loud obnoxious music playing and we couldn't hear anything. Felt more like staying in a cheap roadside motel. The best experience was the little old cleaning lady that made sure to talk to us in the hallway. But all and all I will never be staying here again, especially for the insane prices they are asking.

Sandman is a great hotel. Our room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff were always available. Julie was very friendly and helpful. She was clearly working very hard the whole weekend. There is construction ongoing but it was not intrusive at all and was only during reasonable hours. Also, it seems like a safer location to park your car compared to other airport hotels because it is geographically bound by a golf course. They charge for parking but this charge is essentially the same at all the airport hotels in the area. It is still a great value for the quality of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

When i checked in the room had been cleaned, the bed was made - BUT the bed sheets hadn't been changed from the previous guest. A quick call down and house keeping had my bed completely remade, clean everything looking new. It's just a turn off to find a dirty bed as I love staying at this location on business trips

Definitely had a good stay, the airport shuttle was very convenient and had a timely performance. You pay for what you get. However be prepared to pay a very hefty security deposit. Normal sure, but I’ve stayed at surrounding hotels with much lower security deposits. You can save more money at other hotels for the same price and a more modern hotel. Probably won’t recommend. Also very outdated hotel.

The rooms are comfortable, we had everything we needed, staff was wonderful and we had a pleasant stay. The food from the restaurant was delicious! The room was a bit dated but it was good enough to us because we got a special price for attending the CTF Conference, and therefore we hardly spent any time in the hotel. The hall to the restaurant had wallpaper coming off the wall, so I'm guessing some renovations are on the way soon.

Everyone was amazing, but I must mention Sahil and Tasia because they went completely out of their way to take care of me. They are incredible staff members! I was treated like a Queen! Julie was so kind to me as well. I love this Hotel and the staff were superb! Hard to find people like that these days! So caring and truly didn't mind helping you with anything you needed! The rooms were super clean too! The bed in the room was super comfortable with great pillows. They have a pool and a hot tub! Talk about a bonus!

I stayed for one of the days last week and the stay was simply fabulous. It was not just that amazing room and the area but was the wonderful staff. I had the best time talking with one of the front staff Mr Sahil who took care of everything so easily that my check-in and check-out was done in a second. Great service.

I absolutely enjoy staying at this hotel any time I am in the area for business! The service, cleanliness, and support getting to the airport was excellent. Any requests or accommodations needed are handled by such a sweet and friendly staff. The rooms are well-made and are perfect for a good night's (or day's) rest. I personally love that they have huge windows letting in a lot of well-needed light (the blackout curtains are great too!). The fitness and pool rooms are also greatly appreciated to start your day off right. The hotel also offers great spaces to hold business meetings or conferences. The on-site bar is also perfect to unwind after a long day! Highly recommend! :-)

$250 preauthorization for accommodations that are NOT 4 STARS! 2.5 AT BEST. Staff was unhelpful and downright rude at times. Bed was clumpy and room was cleaned very sloppily. Ropms and hallways have a strong, musty smell hard to get out many better options for hotels within walking dim⁰ the area. Highly over-rated.

Excellent greeter experience once you entered. No smell to the hotel ( great). Room was beautiful and comfortable with extra blanket and pillows for sleeping comfort and support. Loved that! Lots of hangers for all our dresses. Had such a great experience. Thank you.

Friendly, efficient service at 10:30pm. Room was clean and nicely designed. No complaints about the size of the room because I understand that this is in Toronto and space is at a premium. Only problem was the brownish water coming from the taps - no bottled water available, so I had to drink it. I would stay again if they fix the water quality

Hafsa was amazing!!! She was attentive, focusing on what we needed and wanted. Always smiling and very informative. It was my first stay and the hotel staff and service was amazing. She let me know that they were renovating and proceeded to educate us on everything they offer. We became members immediately.

I recently stayed at the Sandman Hotel, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a warm welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, and the amenities provided added a delightful touch to our stay. From the comfortable bed to the well-appointed bathroom, every detail was carefully considered. The hotel's convenient location also made exploring the area a breeze. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend the Sandman Hotel for a delightful and comfortable experience. Thank you Julie!

We stayed here on our way to the Caribbean and then on the way back. The hotel room was clean, comfortable and the hotel was quiet. All very important to me. The concierge Sahil was very pleasant. I was very impressed at how quickly the transfer bus came to pick us up on arrival. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The entire experience throughout our stay was great, the room was standard and as expected, plus a great view. Very clean and properly equipped. The lady on the front desk, Tasia, gave absolutely stellar customer service!

Our stay at the hotel was terrible. The tv was on in the room next door all day/ night and VERY loud. I called the front desk and they actually went and turned it off. This was at 1:20 am and we had to get up at 3:00 to go to the airport. They are doing renovations and there were 2 large ropes hanging in front of our window and they hit our window all night long, which was awful.

My husband and I had a great stay. We got the shuttle bus from the airport and check-in was quick and easy. The front desk clerk, Tashia, was friendly, efficient, and kind. Our room was modern and clean. We had a great sleep on the comfy bed. Will definitely recommend and choose and choose this hotel for any future layovers.

Great location near the airport and 18 km from Canada's Wonderland and Vaughn Mills shopping center. Rooms are mostly renovated, and the whole building is also currently under renovation. Many restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Rooms very clean. Enough towels in each room. Pool was nice and the hot tub. Breakfast at moxies was delicious. The carpet in the rooms and halls was old but clean. I was a little worried when I walked in and saw the renovations but everything was clean and we had no issues. Staff was very nice as well.

Taisa received my sister and I, she was so delightful and it really made the start of our stay! She was super helpful and provided us with such a warm welcome! The rooms were spotless, and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The construction didn’t bother us at all, as we were told ahead of time of noise in the morning. Overall great stay! Will definitely come back! Thanks again Tasia!

Loved the view from our room. Watching planes take off at sunset! Comfy bed, comforter, and pillows. Our front desk agent was so friendly and helpful. I do wish there were plugs/usb beside the bed to charge my phone at night. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff are excellent! I am from out of town and my credit card had been compromised! The front desk involved the manager (Julie) and she worked around standard procedure and accommodated me! Very good use of management skills!

Great service when we checked in, we were warmly welcomed by Julie at the front desk. The room was very clean and had good accommodations. The shuttle bus took us back to the airport on time and was free of charge. Definitely would stay here again if I have a long layover in Toronto.

An absolutely fabulous Hotel. I think I got an incredible deal for how much money I spent. The room was spectacular and the staff was awesome as well. I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you come to toronto. We visited Canada's wonderland, Toronto Mall, and Niagara falls.

The room was ok. Room service is as needed. Location is good if you want to be near the airport but there's nothing else near there. Parking on site but you will be charged for it. Lobby under construction it was difficult for me to speak to the clerk during checkout due to all the hammering and drilling right by the front desk.

The over all experience at sandman is alway really nice, great staff, nice rooms… all though to be honest they could be a little cleaner, a pretty heavy layer of dust on the furniture in the room… The absolute best part was the service, particularly from the wonderful lady at the front desk who was extremely kind and accommodating, she went above and beyond and made our stay a great one! Thank you Tasia :)

Sandman is a great night-before-flight hotel. We’ve stayed there many times and love the ease when it comes to food and lodging. Moxie’s is a great addition to this place, offering a predictable kick-start night time meal before your travel. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. About a 10min shuttle to airport.

We enjoyed our visit very much, we stay here every time we attend one of our trade shows. A special thank you to Julie and Hafsa… They went out of their way to try to accommodate our team with the overlapping rooms. They were determined to make our stay a pleasant one, and we loved our experience with both of them Terrific team Only one complaint in the rooms is the lighting. Three women sharing a room with only one good lighting system in the bathroom. There is a lovely large mirror in the main part of the suite but no lights to assist with make up application, etc..

Our shower handle was busted. The panel on the AC unit was busted. No free breakfast? For that much money, you can get much better value. The guy who checked-us in, didn't tell us that we were set to go, he was too busy laughing with his peer at the counter, cracking jokes.

Sahil was working the front desk upon my arrival. He was kind, attentive and very helpful. Everyday had a great smile and friendly hello. Even on his days off from managing the front desk, he can still be found working the Starbucks in the lobby. Such a dedicated hard worker. All the staff were very friendly.

Tasia was amazing. Having employees like that makes all the difference. Amazing customers service. That being said everyone i cam into contact with from other members at the front desk to the cleaning staff were great. Thank you for another great stay!!

I stayed at his hotel for one week during a corporate training session. The place itself is clean and nicely furnished. They were doing renovations around the building, but there wasn’t any noise/mess which disrupted normal operations or any guests. The staff were all phenomenal. Everybody was attentive, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. This was really the best part of the whole experience. The food was surprisingly great. I don’t expect much from hotel food, but their kitchen was on point. Hats off! The only not-so-great thing was the location. It’s literally in the middle of nowhere. For business events, it’s fine - but my event had people who flew in from out of town, and there was NOTHING for them to do in that area. I can’t blame the hotel, though - it’s not their fault that Mississauga sucks.

We were going on our honeymoon and met Tasia, the front clerk. She showed great enthusiasm for us because we were off the Mexico in the morning. She was super pleasant and helped start our trip off with a nice bonus by being a genuinely sweet individual. We just came back today and I personally thanked her for doing that. She remember (Timothy), so thank you again for a personal class towards us.

We always stay at the Sandman Toronto Airport when we travel south. Clean, comfortable and good value. This stay (November 19-21 in room 421), we had exceptional service from Julie at the front desk. We inquired about a battery, and she managed to find one (perhaps from her own possessions) and dropped it off to us! Very impressive! She is friendly and efficient. All staff that we encountered were very nice. Thank you Julie!

Rooms are nice but be carful leaving your vehicle here over night. The windows were smashed out of my truck the first night of my stay. Luckily, I had nothing in it so just the frustration of replacing a window. The staff offered nothing to compensate me for the inconvenience, not that I was expecting them to pay for the window or anything like that, but I thought they might have offered to refund me the $15 they charged me to park overnight.

I had a great experience with Abdul at the front desk. I had a long day and when I got to the check in counter there weren’t any rooms left with kitchens. They only had a kitchenette. I had two huge bags of groceries and after getting to the room I found out that the fridge wasn’t working. I had gone up and down a few times already because the room keys stopped working less than half an hour after I got there. I was tired and very frustrated. I went back down with all my luggage and groceries for what I was hoping the last time this night. Abdul was very accommodating and patient with me and even found me a room with a kitchen. Thank you!

Every trip to Toronto this is where I stay. I always request the rooms with the kitchen, it feels like home when I stay here. The views of the planes coming in and the golf course are very nice as well. The staff is always friendly and nice. Hafza is my favorite. She does such a wonderful job whether it’s welcoming you, or upon check out offering to book for my next trip. She is a wonderful asset to The Sandman’s! I once needed to stay an extra night because I was sick and she was able to book me another night on very short notice. Very accommodating! Excited to see the completion of renovations when I return again in the future! It’s the perfect location and close to downtown as well!

Loud rooms with even louder doors slamming all night long. AC is either on full blaster and loud, or the room is too hot. The housekeeping staff had a LOUD, animated conversation outside my room before 8 AM. LOUD! Brutal location. Just an awful area (YYZ). My room had a bunch of towels, robes, and cups left over from the previous occupant that housekeeping left in the closet. Modern rooms that are in decent condition. Choice of soft or firm pillows, thank you! Would I stay here again? If I had to, yes, but as you can read, my expectations wouldn’t be that high. I’d bring earplugs, too.

I was impressed with everything, particularly the standard of customer service from the desk staff, who were dealing with a challenging situation of a number of us there because of a flight rescheduling. The contrast between how the airline dealt with us and the helpfulness and compassion of your staff was stark ! Thanks to all

Upon arrival Manya was extremely polite and welcoming. I requested a room with a tub and she made sure before I went to the room that it in deed at one. I highly recommend this place.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at! Airport shuttle came quickly and was faster than any Uber or taxi. The front staff was so friendly and the service was top notch! I like this place, this is the second time i’ve been here and honestly it’s just the best. I love the rooms but i they are a bit dated, they are very clean and the bed was so comfy. I highly recommend this place and it’s also really close to the airport so that’s useful.

We had a beautiful room with a King Bed & Kitchenette. During this time of covid we were able to book a time slot for the pool. The next day they gave our booking to someone else by accident and gave us another slot and a later check out. Which was really nice. We also liked how Moxies Restaurant is attached to the Hotel.

Helped me get a room close to the airport after my flight was cancelled at 1am. Was easy to book a room over the phone as well. They do take debit as a form of payment for rooms, but the front desk attendant seemed annoyed that I had to use my debit, after my credit card wouldn't work. My room was clean and came with a lot of neat toiletries!

Unfortunately our room was not cleaned properly. Tub was dirty. Dirty Kleenex on the floor. Garbage behind nightstand. Open bottle of hand sanitizer in the bathroom. Staff was excellent and our room concerns were left with the front desk.

I called all over the area and could not find a hotel with a jacuzzi tub available for the night, granted it was last minute. I called this place and not only did they have a jacuzzi tub room available, they were extremely accommodating, friendly and professional. We had a beautiful room with everything we could possibly need close to all amenities. Thank you for a wonderful visit, I will definitely be back 😊

Just spent the night at this hotel. Room was very clean. Customer service wasn’t great. People were walking through the hotel without masks on, and staff did not say anything. Beware, the ground outside the front lobby is very uneven. I fell and badly hurt my leg, no one even bothered to help me or as if I was ok. When we checked out, I told the staff at the front desk and her response was “I’ll tell someone. This isn’t the first time someone has complained or got hurt”. Great thanks… Also no water bottles in rooms or milk/cream for coffee as well as no filters to make coffee.

Very nice. The rooms are spacious and modern, very luxurious bedding, thick beautiful duvets etc etc etc. There's a big fridge, microwave and a stove with an oven. You will not be disappointed staying here, and when covid is over, the gym and the pool look great. Can't wait.

Unfriendly staff. We weren't welcomed at registration and no "Bye...have a nice day" on departure. No signs on website re charging for overnight parking. Came as a surprise. No room cleaning or making up of beds. Also came as a surprise. No mention when booking and no sign in room. When I go away I look forward to having someone else make my bed. All in a very negative experience. Will not be going to Sandman Hotels again.

We've been staying at the Sandman for years. Usually we use their park and fly service, obviously can't this year but had work that brought me into the area and they hard some great rates for the night. The beds are always comfortable, rooms are clean, and the hotel is quiet. I liked as well that we got a $15 credit for a meal, that was a really nice touch.

Lobby felt luxurious. Waited here for an hour before meeting someone for lunch at Moxies. Staff interactions were pleasant, public restroom was comfortable.

Excellent Hotel with service to and from the airport. The front desk was very accommodating. The attached restaurant was very good. This is a must stay when travelling out of Pearson Airport !!!!

From check-in onward, our stay was excellent!! Matt and Rica at the front desk showed extraordinary human Kindness and consideration! They accommodated every request and beyond the call of duty!! 5 stars across the board!!

Excellent hotel honestly. the bed was very comfortable for a hotel, I was able to sleep on my side, which is a test for a good mattress. The fitness center has adjustable benches and dumbbells up to 50lbs so I was able to get a light workout in. Hafsa was super helpful at the desk and housekeeping was great. Highly recommend this place, great value for the price!

Rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet. There is a restaurant which we were told would be open late. When we got there, they said they were closing at 11.30pm. However, they did stay open, and the food was good. A shuttle is provided from the Airport, but instructions were not clear where to wait if you are not familiar with the levels.

Every time I'm coming down for work I always stay here. The Sandman is always neat and very clean. Great stay. The best part is always the staff, specifically Sahil, Hafsa and Tasia at the front desk. They're always warm and accommodating and I am thankful for their service. The hotel maintains a strict regiment of cleanliness and go above and beyond for any need their guests have. Good value compared to other hotels in the are, nice modern rooms and comfortable beds! This will always be my go to spot.

Definitely not my first hotel of choice even for a few hours due to an overnight flight delay. Upon walking in the lobby I stopped dead in my tracks and apparently my face showed my unpleasantness as well. This is where Sahil, front desk attendant, jumped in and stopped me from walking out the door. He explained that major renovations were happening and the rooms were more upgraded than the lobby. He described our options and we chose a balcony room. The balcony was nice, the bed was comfortable but there's still room for improvement. The shower only has a rain shower head soooo prepare to get your hair wet even if you don't want to. There was no place to put your soap or shampoo in the shower so yeah you either hold it or put it on the floor. And there was someone's personal hand sanitizer left in the bathroom in a "clean room." Book at your own risk. Hopefully Sahil will be there to greet you with his vibrant energy, professionalism, and he has a trendy professional look which I love to see. He's giving Cosmopolitan Hotel vibes.

This airport hotel is near the airport. The rooms could be a bit nicer/cleaner found a few hairs and a nail poking through one of the boards. They are putting work into it, so should be better sooner.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Lovely lobby, rooms were very nice and clean. Bed was like a cloud, so comfy. Was really nice having the Moxies below. We arrived at midnight and were still able to grab some food and drink which was really nice after a long day of travel and not being able to grab food on our layover. Checkout out the next day and left my leather jacket in the closet. Was worried, and hoped it would be there. The room service / cleaning staff was amazing though. They had carefully put it aside for me, and were so helpful in arranging for me to retrieve it. Spoke to Peter in housekeeping and he was incredibly friendly, helpful. Seriously, shocked on the value of this place. Would never stay anywhere but here when travelling through Toronto.

This place was great. It’s not the room that makes a stay amazing, it’s the people there. Hafsa has an infectious smile that will brighten your day! While I was at the front desk Sahil and Hafsa were very quick to help all of the customers with a cheerful smile and great manners. Thank you VERY much to both of you…. Your kindness and hospitality is what will bring me back.

Great location, easy access from the airport. Shuttle service was a great add on and an added complimentary service. Staff was great ! Easy check-in and rooms are pretty spacious and super clean.

This place was used for our compay forum. The conference room held a good number of people. Barely heard the staff setting up our breakfast and lunch even during presentations. The staff kept our areas clean and coffee/tea filled. It's the second time I've been to a forum here and been happy with the service and food both times 👍. Just make sure you bring a light jacket as you might get a bit chilly depending on your seating area due to the AC.

The room was great. We chose this location because we could leave our vehicle for the duration of our vacation. We were told the lot was full (even after specifically asking prior to our stay) and we had to go to the park n fly 1.5km away and take a taxi back. Not even an attempt to accommodate us or compensate us with maybe the cost of the cab?! We parked at the Residence Hotel next door and they were amazingly hospitable and more than happy to let us park there. No question where we will stay next time.

Everything went well here . Considering construction is happening in hotel. We are always amazed at Sandman how terrific all the staff are . Looking forward to our next stay in about a week .Tasia was awesome at checking made sure everything was in order upgraded us to a suite nice way to recover from a long trip. Ricca also at checkout made sure to take care of us efficiently. Breakfast was delicious best French toast my wife had ever had according to her. Kudosto all your staff including the lady on the 7th floor that was making up the rooms she was a delight to chat with.

This is usually our favourite but it seems like the hotel is more run down than it used to be. The room cleanliness was not great. Friendly staff and comfortable bed. They also had the water shut off over night which is understandable if the city requires that but the room should have been severely discounted.

Not impressed with my stay here for a few reasons. I checked in at a separate time than my friend who was running late, asked if I could leave a key for her and gave them her information. When she arrived, she said that the front desk gave her a key without even asking her name or who she was, just cut her off and asked the room number. They didn’t even ask for ID, can anyone just say they needed a key for room X and get it? Scary. Booked a suite with a kitchen while while unpacking groceries I found that the kitchen cupboard doors were falling off hinges, went to use the bathroom and the lights did not work. I went downstairs to let the front desk know and they said no one would be able to fix anything until the next day. So, I showered in the dark and went to bed. The bed was so comfortable and the only reason I’m giving the extra star. The next morning I reminded front desk about the cupboard and the lights. When I returned to the room in the afternoon, the lights had been fixed but not the cupboard. On my last night, I went to bed before my friend, so I figured I would watch some TV. Surprise. The TV didn’t work. By then it was a bit late so I just said forget it and went to bed. Checkout time was supposed to be at 11:00am. Not once but THREE times, cleaning staff walked into our room unannounced while we were getting ready for the day between the hours of 8:30 and 10:30am. Just a bad stay overall.

Room was spacious and quiet. The airport shuttle was very convenient and the restaurant although pricey had delicious food. Just don't trust the front desk to get a taxi for you. Book it yourself or use Uber. The driver that she knew charged us almost double. Instead of 46$ he asked 87$ for a 15mi/24km trip. Otherwise I would recommend the hotel.

Unfortunately I didn't stay long enough to check out what the hotel had to offer. From what I did experience was polite staff at the front desk. Clean hotel, the suit was nice and the bed was comfortable. I and my spouse had a good sleep. It was quiet to my surprise of being right next to the elevators. Come the morning it seamed like house keeping is a little pushy as while we are waking up and getting cleaned up they tried to enter my room twice. I have been here twice now and over all its been good experiences I would return.

We ended up at the Sandman Signature hotel by chances after we missed our connecting flight. The Front desk receptionist was awesome. She took the time get us settled comfortably after a long day travelling with a baby. Rooms were clean and updated. There is also a storage room to keep the luggage you don't want to bring to your room. Room service was great and friendly.

This hotel was beautiful to stay in. The lobby entrance was gorgeous, and the room was beautiful. I personally loved the beds as they were extremely comfortable. I stayed in a king suite on the top floor, and the view was astonishing. I’m very very picky with cleanliness and this place was very clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and charismatic. Sahil and I bonded over the fact we’re both moms and made a very personal experience with me during my stay. My ONLY comment is the pool is a little small and that’s the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 but overall like 9/10, loved my stay and the hospitality.

We had a great stay overnight! Exceptional customer service especially to Julie. She's been really friendly, welcoming, approachable and has assisted us with our needs. Priced reasonably and room was excellent.

I would never recommend this hotel. We fly out at 6 am flight to Toronto we got to our hotel at 3pm and the moment we get to the room we all went to sleep when we woke up at 6pm we all were getting ready for the wedding. That's when we find out that the toilet was clogged and when we td the front desk about it. They left me a plunger to unclog myself. I felt like I was in a 1 star hotel. When I told them someone need to come do this for me. They accuse me that we clogged the toilet. Also they didn't told us that we have to request room service to clean our room everyday from 12 to 3pm. I was shocked. I paid more for airport location and would not recommend anyone to stay there. I have stayed at holiday Inn, Marriott hotel, etc. But this was my worst experience.

Fantastic rooms, clean and quiet and beautifully appointed. But the staff were downright rude. It started from the start when we pulled in with our luggage to unpack it before going inside. The shuttle driver was in front of us and began honking and yelling. We were parked in a parking zone, not to non-parking zone. The shuttle driver was not blocked by our car but wanted us to move from a designated parking spot for convenience. He could have pulled by us safely. After being berated, with him nudging the bus aggressively at us I moved my car to a different parking spot. The next day I called down to book a time to swim. The front desk staff immediately starting telling me I needed to check out as they had lost our second night reservation. I told her, multiple times, that we had two nights authorized. I offered our reservation confirmation number and she interrupted me many times. After involving my husband it was determined that our second night stay was lost after a communication breakdown by front desk staff and we were able to stay. We received no apology for the treatment we received. We truly love the Sandman hotels but this harsh treatment by staff is unnecessary, rude and unprofessional.

NA -- Our stay was short and this was our first time staying there. Not sure what perks I would want. -- We enjoyed our short stay. The room was quiet and very clean. It had everything we needed. The only other thing we would have liked would to have more sugar for our coffee. Not a big deal though.
