I was really excited to stay here for a conference. The hotel looked great and esthetically it was pretty nice. My room was nice, well thought out and I had a good view of the water. However I can only give a few starts given how bad the service from the front desk staff is. (I don't know if they even know what this word means.) They had an issue billing my corp card, and I was happy to pay with my own card. I asked the manager if they'd mind just sending me an email confirming the issue so I could submit it with my expenses. She said she was happy to do so. A few hours later, no email so I popped down and gave a friendly reminder, which they confirmed they were on it. I was never sent an email. A few days later, I had an important meeting schedule and I needed a quiet place to take it. So, I called and asked for a late checkout, which I was happy to pay for. At 9:20 AM the phone rang about 30 times for guest services, eventually someone answers and rudely tells me they aren't doing late checkouts. This organization markets (and prices) itself as high end, and while the facilities are nice they really don't get what service is. Would I stay here again? Maybe, but it won't be the first hotel I look at.

I photograph weddings all over the world and Hotel X is easily one of my favorite venues.The hotel is LOADED with something to do for everyone! It has the most amazing rooftop pool and bar that I’ve ever seen, golf simulators, an art-room, gorgeous lobby and so much more. My couple booked the Pearl Room and Bow Tie room for their getting-ready, and I was blown away by how spacious and well designed the space was. New Fort Hall is absolutely STUNNING! At sunset, the room glows with beautiful golden light… it looked like something out of a fairytale. Whether you're envisioning a grand celebration or an intimate gathering, this venue has a range of stunning spaces to choose from. Absolutely! Would stay here again, fantastic service from check in to check out. I apologize I can't remember his name if it was Marcus? or Maurice? He was extremely professional, took very good care of us. Our family stayed on 16th floor, great view. You can see the little airport there too which the kids that was neat. Also highly recommend the pool upstairs, is very cold outside but the water was warm. We've been to other outdoor pools that haven't kept the water as hot as they do, kudos! They do a great job. Would be awesome to have a hot tub up there, but I was able to use the shower they have, throw it on hot and get warmed up after the chily temps.

Rated 4 stars, and not 5 because there is a $50 fee/hr for the tennis court! I must say, THIS HOTEL SMELLS AMAZING. Very clean and the 28th rooftop heated pool was nice, during a -15 winter night. Thank you Francesco at the tennis concierge for your services, 5 stars to you ⭐️

My family of 13 (6 children) were looking forward to this one night getaway. Hotel X was pitched to us as a “resort like” experience by the reservations team. My sister in laws and I had called to confirm that the amenities would in fact be available to us as we were booking for Christmas Eve; after confirming numerous times we made our reservations. Upon arrival (3pm check-in) we had realized how badly we were deceived. The entire hotel shut down at 5pm except for the “heated pool” which wasn’t really heated. We basically spent all that money to sit in a hotel room separately. We would’ve much rather stayed home or rented a cottage for less. Front desk had 0 compassion and asked us to call in the morning to speak with the director, we called in the morning and were told that the director wouldn’t be in till the following week. After all that disappointment we endured, the director called me after 4 days and offered me nothing! No compensation whatsoever, not even an invite for us to stay there again and get the full experience; NOTHING. Such a shame, this is THE worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with any hotel in Toronto.

From the moment I arrived, Ruben's warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for my stay. He went above and beyond by providing me with a fantastic recommendation to celebrate my special day at the rooftop restaurant. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring everything was perfect made all the difference. The evening at the rooftop restaurant was nothing short of magical. The ambiance, the food, and the service were outstanding. It was the perfect way to celebrate my special occasion, and I couldn't have asked for a better recommendation from Ruben. I genuinely appreciate the exceptional service I received during my stay at Hotel X.

My friends and I are residents of Toronto and came to this hotel for a 1 night stay for the experience and a night out. From the moment we got to the hotel our experience was horrible. Many things went wrong. One of our friends arrived later in the evening and we had left instructions at the front desk to provide a room key for her (we left a name as well). The front desk staff completely ignored our instructions and called the room disrupting our sleep as we were resting before our night out. Part of the experience of this hotel is the rooftop. There is a 2 hour limit and we have to book our time slots. When we went up to the rooftop there were limited lounge chairs that were taken or "saved" by people and we were told at that point that it was first come first serve. We ended up sitting on hard chairs for 1.5 hours. Once we finally got to lounge chair we were asked to leave as our time was up. Good luck in finding a comfortable chair!!! When we first entered our hotel room it was freezing. We turned the Air conditioning down a little bit. At this point, we tried to have a nap, but as stated above the front desk called the room and disrupted our sleep. We all got up and started getting ready for the evening. We noticed that it was getting warm in the room so we increased the air conditioning thinking it will kick in and the room will get cooler throughout the evening/night. Unfortunately, this did not happen. We went out and came back around 4am/5am and the room was still hot but at that time in the AM we just went to sleep as we were tired and didn't think to contact the front desk as we didn't think anything was wrong at that point, however, it was a horrible sleep and the room just kept getting hotter. Shortly after we called the front desk to let them know that we felt the AC was not working. They sent a maintenance guy and even he walked in saying it was really hot. The maintenance guy checked and confirmed that the AC was not working and in fact, there was a part missing or he didn't have the part they needed to fix the AC. When we called the front desk to let them know they kept hanging up the phone on us. We tried calling at least 5 times. Each time, they hung up. We went to speak to the staff at the front desk to ask for some reasonable compensation, but instead we were met with staff that was argumentative, unapologetic and unwilling to provide reasonable compensation. One would think that spending over $600 a night at this hotel you would receive better service than what we got. All we got left with is being hot and bothered!!! I highly DO NOT recommend staying at this hotel. Kiran

I had a really amazing stay of 6 days. A beautiful view, lovely tub and comfortable as heck beds. I loved the coffee in the morning. The staff were so welcoming and pleasant! While this is a truly stunning hotel, with a lovely (outdoor) pool and bar. I didn’t agree with Drake that’s it’s a 5 star, there wasn’t any late night room service for working late or those that party.

I live in the USA and I was looking for the best hotel in Canada to stay and there is no doubt that I chose the best place! It was my first time in Toronto and I was delighted with the service. Starting from the moment you arrive at the hotel and Ruben the bellman greets you with a lovely smile, very friendly and attentive to everything I needed during my stay. Always with the best attitude! The hotel is very luxurious and neat, I was surprised with the amenities. The front desk are very friendly and professional. Definitely Hotel X is a perfect complement to plan your vacations.

I recently stayed at this fantastic 4.5-star hotel and was impressed. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the service was extraordinary. The unbeatable location added convenience to my trip. Although parking wasn't free and more food options would have been nice, I loved the rooftop pool and gym facilities. Highly recommended for a luxurious stay.

Good location good rooms but the service is awful. French guy at the reception desk needs to lower his attitude. Service in restaurant is absolutely terrible. These staff are not equipped to work in a five star hotel. If you’re going to spend $700 a night at a hotel and up there are plenty of other hotels that won’t treat you like you’re a burden in Toronto, I suggest you go there.

I was at the NYE party event for Hotel X and first and foremost Vito Cristiano is amazing! I have to say, he went above and beyond. I don’t give 5 stars lightly. Even with an issue his response was, what can I do not not later as later it makes no difference and did he deliver. From a very poor rating to the best, we had a lovely experience and night, the server Quincy was amazing! he did his best and Vito just made sure no matter what my party was looked after. I would come back and back again. The food, music, drinks everything consider was fantastic! I am so glad we booked and had our night for NYE here! Can not recommend enough and most importantly please give Vito a raise!

My stay was very nice at Hotel X! So conveniently located near the center of Toronto. So clean and classy! I had a lovely corner room with a view of the harbour, giving me a lovely view of the sunset. Front desk and room service was so helpful and prompt with support. Hotel X drivers, they seemed to know when I wanted a quiet drive or a chat, which was really nice. John was the person who helped me with my booking and expertly suggested better accommodations per my needs, he even took the time to tell me all about the nearest attractions, the hotel amenities, and assisted with booking a massage at the spa (the staff at the spa are so sweet and friendly too, definitely go check it out).

I absolutely love this place. Came this past week for a pool day through resort pass and had breakfast at the rose restaurant prior to heading up. We only eat Halal so I really appreciated the choices, pancakes and omelette dish 10/10. The lady with the hand tattoo was an absolute sweetheart, I wish I remembered her name. Also, the pool area was very clean and staff frequently visited to maintain it. After visiting this past week, I booked a weekend stay here for my partner’s birthday. One of the best hotels we’ve visited in the city.

We had a wonderful time staying in the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable with great views of the lake. We enjoyed the restaurant and the art gallery. The concierge was very hospitable especially Ruben the bellboy who was especially helpful and friendly to answer our questions and went out of his way to help us manage all our luggage. I hope all your staff will be as helpful as Ruben. We look forward to our next visit.

I chose this hotel as the destination for my birthday celebration, enticed by the allure of its beautiful rooms, the captivating ambiance of the entire hotel, and the promise of a rejuvenating spa experience. The aesthetic and accommodations were truly exceptional, painting a picture of luxury. Regrettably, this experience was marred by a disheartening contrast in the service and treatment I received. Despite the establishment's prestigious reputation, I was left questioning how such behavior could be tolerated. Throughout my stay, I couldn't help but notice the blatant difference in treatment. The front desk and staff seemed to view my presence through a distorted lens of age, exhibiting a lack of respect and even rudeness, a sentiment I found deeply disconcerting. Considering the hefty price tag of $500 for the night, I expected a universal standard of respect and good service, regardless of age. Instead, I felt an inexplicable sense of envy directed at me. This experience has left such a bitter taste that I have decided to never return. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone under the age of 30, as it appears they are subjected to treatment far from the hospitality one would expect from an establishment of this caliber.

The views from the hotel were exceptional. Samson, helped us to our room and was gracious and efficient. The young lady working at Cafe X was also amazing. She even remembered my order the next morning! Their valet process was quite good and we took advantage of their QR code to request the car be brought up. Having a Nespresso in the room was also a nice touch.

My family enjoyed 3 days at Hotel X as a winter staycation and barely left the hotel because there was so much to do on property. We could have easily stayed a week. A much needed escape from the winter doldrums. There are few properties that offer a complete all season resort experience at this level of service for all ages to enjoy. From the outdoor heated swimming pool, golf simulator, tennis courts, state of the art gym, screening room, to Roses restaurant (brunch was outstanding and they have one of the best burgers in town) and the spa which was absolutely dreamy, this is the place. The team at Hotel X are outstanding and truly care, which was evident in every exchange with us, our kids and even our puppy! They checked in on us, sent us thoughtful amenities and personal touches throughout our stay that made us feel at home and truly made this a 5 star experience. Housekeeping team were incredible (the entire hotel is spotless) and front office team so helpful and welcoming. Thankful to have had a relaxing and fun vacation without having to get on a plane!

Our stay was unfortunately less relaxing and romantic than we anticipated. We traveled out of the country to visit a city we always wanted to visit, and thought we would treat ourselves to a 5 star hotel. However, during our booking process it was never mentioned that a race car race was going to be taking up the entire hotel surroundings, making leaving the hotel a hassle and hearing each other speak on the rooftop pool almost impossible. If an event like this is scheduled to occur guests booking should be aware that not only will the experience be compromised, but the price will be nearly double as well!

My parent and I had such a great experience staying in this hotel. We came from BC and went to a friend’s weeding . First person we talked was Ruben. He is just the best welcoming us with a warm and a friendly smile. He was answering all the questions with timeframe and he even was extra cautious with our luggages. The hotel was clean and tidy with a nice view and amenities.

The Prime Grill was very underwhelming. For a place that was supposed to be high end, it did not deliver. Online, they list a separate breakfast and lunch menu . However, when we got there, it was a combined breakfast and lunch menu. The food was not that great. My breakfast sandwich was only slightly better than a McDonald's breakfast sandwich. I would recommend that Hotel X provide their staff with masks that stay in place and cover the nose and mouth. Two stars because the decor was very nice.

This place was absolutely lovely. The service was amazing and the staff was so responsive and helpful to requests. If you have a chance to do breakfast or brunch at the Rose restaurant, order the pancakes - they were amazing. The rooftop pool is beautiful with a view of the skyline. There is a hot yoga studio that you can use anytime, either by yourself or sign up for classes. Will definitely be back.

The actual hotel is beautiful. The location , lobby, and amenities are all top notch. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The roses restaurant was also really great (try the pancakes). This review gets three stars though because the service at the pool, and roof top bar is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I understand that both facilities had just reopened when we used them so there is expected to be some bumps along the way. But even with that in mind the staff at both were unprepared and unprofessional. There was a large group of us spending a weekend here and all of us left feeling very disappointed in the service staff. Actual hotel was lovely tho!

This to me is quite similar to a 5-Star hotel! The staff here are amazing, this place is super fancy, extremely clean and there is so much to do! The bar is fantastic with a nice deck view. The rooms are bigger than anticipated and the rooftop pool is something you totally wouldn’t expect! I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone!

I have stayed at this hotel several times and I have never been disappointed. I returned home yesterday from a girl's weekend trip and we once again really enjoyed ourselves at Hotel X. The hotel was immaculate and we enjoyed the proximity to the Budweiser Stage. We also used the spa for a facial (AMAZING.) I recommend the Imperial Face Sculpt. Heavenly. Whatever scent they pump into the lobby of the Hotel X is divine. I should have inquired about purchasing the scent.

Let me begin by saying my overall stay was amazing. The hotel was just as I expected and read about online. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room itself was beautiful and clean! I purchased a package for a celebration and from the initial communication to the presentation it was a wonderful experience. I would stay at Hotel X again for sure. The rating is a result of the end of my stay after checking out. I received a call from the concierge asking if I could come by the lobby to process my security deposit refund of several hundred dollars due to using a debit card. Mind you this was 1.5 hrs after checkout time at 12. The keycards to the room were returned to the desk at checkout time but there was no communication asking to present the card to process the deposit refund. This wasn’t communicated as the process when we first checked in either. The concierge said the refund would be issued back onto my debit card tomorrow. Not that I had to come back in person when checking out to receive it…. By the time they reached out to me I was already back in my area which is an almost an hour drive from the hotel. In this case it’s not a huge deal for me to come back some time this week to process my refund but it’s quite an inconvenience. How would this be handled if I had come from another province or country? This sort of miscommunication does not reflect professionally. As a guest of the hotel I hope they can take steps in the future to ensure that guests are made fully aware of their processes.

I recently stayed at Hotel X for a 12 day span for work and I was very pleased with my stay. Food was exceptional and rooms/beds were very nice and comfortable. It’s difficult being at a hotel for 12 days but all the staff were very friendly and made the long stay easier. The 2 staff that really stood out and went above and beyond were Sabrina at the front desk and Starr at Rosa’s restaurant. Both were great in their own ways and hotel X is lucky to have both. If you’re staying at hotel X I recommend dealing with those 2 staff.

Hotel X wowed me! I tried booking a more boutique hotel for my boyfriends birthday and it was terrible, so we were scrambling last minute to find an alternative place to stay. I booked Hotel X on whim, which was the best decision. When you first walk in, you are greeted by a gorgeous, expansive lobby that smells amazing, and are met by smiling front desk staff. The check in process was seamless and we got placed in a gorgeous, clean corner room overlooking the water - the epitome of luxury! Shortly after we arrived in the room, our bags got brought up to us, along with chocolate covered strawberries for the birthday boy. These small touches really elevate the experience compared to a regular hotel. The rooms are quiet, the beds are comfy, the washrooms are clean - every detail is perfection. Highly recommend staying at Hotel X!

One of the best stays at a hotel at any price. I’ve stayed at other high end hotels and the service and amenities are not even close. Cucina Rosa was our go to restaurant and for dinner tonight I had the lobster roll. The best lobster roll I’ve ever had and I’ve been all over the east coast having my fill of lobster rolls along the way. I highly recommend this hotel and this restaurant in particular.

Spectacular! This was a work trip that felt like a personal one because of the incredible hospitality. Can’t miss the pool, gym and rooftop restaurant. Fariyal and her team go above and beyond. My new favourite hotel in Toronto.

I can't rate the service because my sister checked us in while I waited in the car. Beautiful hotel, and we really didn't see everything it had to offer. This hotel has golf simulator rooms! Best thing is that it is across the street from Budweiser Stage, so we were only a short walk to and from the room to the concert. Very handy. Be careful driving in the area though. Saw a few accidents before and after the concert. People shouldn't stop to load or unload on the side of Lakeshore Rd. The venue needs a kiss and ride to be safer. I also like the idea of needing a room key to use the elevator. 😁 The pic is the view from our room. Wicked!

Our stay at Hotel X Was fabulous! It’s such a beautiful location, right in the middle of everything. I would like to say a special thank you to the lady who checked us in and Andray the bell guy who helped me with my luggages. He went above and beyond. I admired the excellent service provided at this hotel. So far this is one of the top 3 best Hotel in Ontario. Without bias, I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks to the entire team!!

Our setup crew for the Toronto int’l Boast show stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved their stay, rooms were super super clean, bed, pillows and bedding were top notch. Service was professional and extremely courteous. Restaurants were great, however one was closed early on Mondays and Tuesdays which posed a bit of a problem when your stay starts Sunday night.

Went my Christmas party was close by so I decided to stay there. The rooms are perfection. The bed was warm and cozy. Everything was perfect. Courtesy Tesla to our destination was lovely. The driver was nice and very accommodating. Will definitely go back again.

This hotel was perfect for our trip. We were attending a concert for a friend's birthday at Budweiser Stage, which is right across the street. The rooftop pool was outstanding and the view from our room was one of the best I have seen in the city. The staff and service was top notch. I will absolutely return to this hotel.

I love this hotel! First impression is from the wonderful staff, starting at the front door Andre welcomed us with a warm smile and upbeat disposition. The location is perfect is you are attending a concert just across the street at the Budweiser stadium…and last but not least, the rooms are very clean and modern. Great vibe overall including the bar at night with a great DJ and staff there again was terrific.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The food was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Especially I really thankful to Ruben (bellman) Latino guy… He helped us a lot!

Was here for Work training. Had the opportunity of experiencing this hotel for the first time. Even though my stay was 2 night and very brief I can say that Hotel X is an accommodation I will come back to. Long story short the rooms, service and people were excellent there. Very clean, tidy and organized. Thank you again for the great experience!

Such an impressive place! I had no idea there was a place like this in Toronto, a hotel that's basically a destination in itself. The views from the rooftop are so impressive, and a different vantage point than you get from almost anywhere in the city--I bet it's even more impressive in the warmer weather when you can spend some time out there. I've never seen a hotel with such an impressive athletic facility, and this is the industry I'm in so I'm not easily impressed on that front. The service level from the whole front desk/reception team was top-notch, but I have to give a special mention to Ruben, who's even more helpful than he is handsome and charming.

Such a beautiful hotel, and not even a 5 minute walk to Budweiser Stage. We stayed here for a concert and are so glad we didn’t have to worry about rides or getting through traffic- just a quick walk and you’re back to the hotel. Room service was delicious & open until 2:30AM. Multiple amenities, a little expensive, but you get what you pay for!

Stayed at Hotel X for my birthday and it was a great experience. The hotel was beautiful to begin with, and had such a pleasant time and great service with the help of Andray. He was very helpful with assisting us with our bags and giving recommendations on the hotel services and our things nearby. I plan on staying there again in the future.

Great experience. Came for a couple of nights for a conference. I was so impressed by this hotel. From the service, food, location, facilities, views, and so much more. So much to do at the hotel that you don't need to leave it and can enjoy everything it has to offer. King corner suite room was fabulous with great views and extremely spacious

I have recently went to Hotel X for drinks and this Hotel bar provided an exceptional view of the Toronto skyline. The bar is located on the 28th floor. We got to go out on the balcony and were able to take photos of the skyline. Cocktails here are also top notch! There is a nice ambiance here and there was live music later in the evening. Looking forward to making my return to Hotel X in near future.

My son and I tagged along for my husband's work trip, and it was great! The hotel was really nice with great staff and a wonderful view. They also had a Tesla shuttle available to take you within 5 km of the hotel at no additional cost we were grateful for. Having a crib available for our son was great and it was a real sweet touch having a rubber ducky and other bath accessories for him in the crib once we arrived.

Have stayed at the hotel a couple times a year since it opened as a very special treat and it used to be great. Yes it’s gorgeous looking however I wouldn’t call it luxury. My card wasn’t working at check in even though I prepaid in full in March for an August trip. They refunded my credit card then Had to pay debit for the whole thing and then add 300 deposit on top which they promised would be refunded. After I checked out and everything and already gone home which is over 100km away they hasn’t given me my deposit. I had to repeatedly contact them and email them. They told me to come back there to get it! They then asked for a void cheque to be emailed. Then after several days it finally showed up. Not because they told me with an update but I had to keep checking my account. Then after all that they deducted 35 for parking! None of this is luxury. I’ve stayed at a motel with easier service. Also the fancy pool is so intensely chlorinated it turned my daughters tshirt a completely different colour. The walls in the pool were super slimy too. I’m truly heartbroken by this experience as it was a super treat for us to go.

Always such a great vibe from the moment I valet my car, the reception, the staff is incredibly inviting, made me feel extremely welcomed. I loved that! Made my experience there start off on the right foot. Then the rooftop bar with that view just takes it to the next level. The patio is extremely unique in the city as it boasts a great view of the lake as well as the entire city. I love it! I’ve been there several times and I’m even interested in getting my tennis membership there, I heard they have several indoor courts! Can’t wait to go back there! Thank you 🙏🏽

Beautiful hotel from the design and decor inside to the phenomenal views of the city sky line and lake front. The staff were very welcoming. The gentlemen in valet parking were very friendly. Attended a wedding here in the new fort hall and princes' gates ballroom were lovely.

Had the pleasure of visiting summerhouse with a couple clients, was delighted from the service start to finish especially rite from the get go of the welcoming hostess I believe it was Daniela, she was very happy to find us a spot swiftly and gave us all the details to the protocols would definitely be back

This hotel is absolutely FABULOUS! Worth every dollar we payed for it! The staff is so helpful, kind, caring! Especially Michele, she made my stay even better with her gestures and kindness! The room with the view is breathtaking and the rest of the amenities is just perfect! Tennis couts are huge, they even have squash and basketball little courts! What can I say, everything you need for your super active and relaxing vacation! They have so many impressive amenities that you won't need to leave the hotel! And of course the area is just perfect if you are looking for walks along the water, this location has a pretty long walking area! We are so lucky to have this hotel in Toronto! Thank you Hotel X!!! Can't wait to come back:)))

Amazing last minute stay! Saw an f22 raptor jet practicing for the airshow while eating yummy sliders on rooftop pool deck. Daughter was happy to have private screening of a Disney movie to return to room and find helium balloons with hanging toy waiting for her. Very creative. Well done!!

The view, the view, the view! Incredible sunset on the city scape and a fantastic sunrise to greet you in the morning! Literally felt like sleeping in the clouds on that king bed, draped in plush linens! Shout out to Steven @ concierge - we appreciate you 😉, Michelle and staff @ Rose Cocina restaurant...have to admit I was skeptical about the food but good lord...the service and the food were AMAZING! They delighted my wife on her birthday and made her feel super special. Even if you live in the city, you have to make time to visit at least once...its worth the stay!

Did not stay at this hotel. I was waiting with friends for a concert at the Budweiser stage and this hotel bar on the 29th floor had amazing views and was close by! While your sipping on your drinks you can see planes land and take off. No draft just canned beer and really good mixed drinks. DJ was awesome and so was the service. Try their pizza with a touch of honey it was different and tasty. Definitely going back!!

We had booked a few floors for our Re/Max top performers. The staff was super accommodating and made the entire process, a breeze. The rooms were clean, views are incredible. The valet staff was super cool too, same with room service. I didn’t get to meet Henry but hopefully next time!

Until now the best hotel in Toronto, Amazing employees I really have to thank each one of them for their great services from the porter to the manger. The hotel is in great location where you can reach anywhere in a blink of eye The view is lovely. I would give them five stars if the housekeeping satisfied me as the first day I entered the hotel ( after extending my stay they started to forget to keep the essentials in the room and that was the only complain that I have about the hotel). Everything else was amazing.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel X, we had excellent service from check-in, booking the amenities and the restaurant to check out. We encountered a small order issue at one of the restaurants which was immediately and professionally resolved. All the staff we encountered were friendly and approachable. We really enjoyed Roses restaurant the best- food was flavourful and cocktails were great too. We will come back to stay at this hotel or at the very least have a brunch at Roses.

I must say I had an amazing time. The views from my room were breathtaking, the room was quiet and gave a resort-like feel. I appreciate how clean everything was, the minute I checked in and observed that, I felt at ease. I particularly enjoyed the art gallery room and the roof top outlets. A few people that stood out were, Sky - made sure that whatever bar I was at that I was taken care of and my glass was always full😋, Darren - what a character/such a funny guy, Jada - So pleasant and cheerful, Zoe and David - amazing bartender with a great sense of humor, all from the 27, 28 & 29 floor. Jacob did an amazing job from pre-arrival to check-in and continued to follow up throughout my stay. Not just as a friend but as a professional hotel leader. The valets were very accommodating, they allowed me/my friend to park out front amidst all the craziness over the weekend that saw the hotel becoming extremely busy however they found me a spot for the short time so I could go change and enjoyed the festivities around the hotel.

Wow! Just wow! Beautiful room, gorgeous view (Billy Bishop runway and Lake Ontario). Modern, lots of plugs! Fridges in rooms Service was 10 stars!! Every single employee went out of their way, everyone was friendly and so helpful. It was about a 30 min walk along the water to Roger's Center. Only advice ...you can definitely hear the concerts from Ontario Place/Budweiser Stage in a room facing the venues. Didn't bother me, but others may want to check concert schedules and request a room on the opposite side of the building if expecting a quiter night.

We stayed at the hotel ex about a week ago, after we checked in he wanted to go enjoy the pool for the afternoon, they told us we have maximum of two hours around the the pool after that we have to leave to allow other guest to take our spot . I never heard of this before !! we sat on a chairs outside the pool area waiting to order a drink, no one came to help us so I decided to go to the bar to order a drink, there was three bartenders and four servers standing around socializing non of them was interesting in helping, the whole time we kept going to the bar to get our own drinks, around 5 o’clock the pool sergeant came and start to ask people to leave. At this point we decided to leave our spot for someone at the pool to continue enjoying their afternoon instead of getting kicked out, horrible Hotel horrible service never go back again.

3 hours ago on Google My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our luxurious stay at Hotel X. It is located in a prime location and feels as though you are staying at a resort!! We cannot say enough about the tennis courts, gym, and heated rooftop pool. The customer service provided by all staff is impeccable with shout outs to Robert and Pedro! We highly recommend a one or multi-night stay whether you are looking for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city or staying in the T dot for the first time. Cheers 🥂

Beautiful hotel! The customer service is fantastic as well as the rooms. Nothing but good things to say about hotel X. One major thing there is their Gurlane spa…. Wow, absolutely incredible. I got a massage while my wife got their facial, we both left extremely happy with the experience. Definitely recommend.

Hotel X allows you to feel like you’re at resort within all the amenities and culture of a big city. The rooftop pool is incredible (and warm!), they treated my kids with absolute delight, the staff were amazing, we loved hitting Cafe X every morning, and the gym is awesome; everything seems to flow seamlessly from day to day (we stayed for 5). We had a great time renting the screening room and watching a Disney movie (they even provided popcorn for the kids). Just an absolute wonderful experience overall and we highly recommended.

What a fantastic experience! The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff was very friendly, and they were very accommodating. The location is great with plenty to do, and everything is within a short driving distance - such as the Eaton Shopping Center. It was our 17th wedding anniversary, and not only did they acknowledge it, making us feel special, but they sent up chocolate covered strawberries to our suite. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Toronto area and desire a hotel that is a cut above the rest.

Extremely beautiful hotel and service is top notch. Central location if you are visiting Toronto. Great views from the roof top bar. Gym is like no other as big as professional Gyms has all equipment you would ever need. There are 3 restaurant on the property food is delicious.

This place is one of my favorites in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't regret it. Amazing service by Andray, our bellhop. He brought smiles and lots of positive energy to start our stay. Great location for runners and nature lovers, right next by trillium park and the water. Great amenities and all the modern luxury needed for a memorable stay.

Our favourite stay-cation spot. Really close to everything but far enough away that you get a bit of peace going for a walk or run on Lakeshore. The gym and pool are my favourite parts of the hotel. Service is good but a little slow at times and cleaning isn't great. Even with that, I still overall say this hotel is worth every penny.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel X. The room was very comfortable, clean and the scent of the hotel is gorgeous. I appreciated the attentive staff, especially Andrey who always seemed to be by the door and remembered us by name. The rooftop pool is a great feature and the hotel is well located. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this beautiful hotel.

Hotel X is one of my favorite wedding venues in the city. There are so many different event spaces within the facility that provide lots of options for couples. The team at Hotel X is amazing to work with. Navigating wedding planning for clients during COVID has been challenging enough and the team at Hotel X had made it stressless for my clients. I had worked with Daniel for two weddings two weeks in a row, each with its own challenges. Daniel was very responsive and attentive to both clients. He was also very resourceful supporting the vendors on site on the day of the wedding. Both clients are very happy with the wedding and we made a great team

What a beautiful hotel. Rooms are excellent and staff are awesome. You have to check out the incredible activity area that spans the whole floor and include golf simulator, tennis court, basketball, workout area and gym. Only reason not a full on 5 star is location from downtown and the late check-out policy is below industry standards. I was looking to check out after my lunch meeting and wasn't accommodated even though plenty of room vacancies.

This is a lovely hotel. The biggest plus is the staff service and hospitality. We were immediately greeted and made to feel welcome. Andray is particular was so nice and helpful! Only things to be aware of - it’s the exhibition area so it’s close to soccer stadium and event areas but you need to travel to downtown area. Feels a little off beaten path but beautiful lake view. Also as of this writing - gift shop is closed. FYI.

Amazing hotel..very very clean. Superb views. Sub par service ! However .. noise from street is very very loud.. windows that do open didn't seal. Not best if you want a quiet, peaceful sleep.. this was a major concern and reason for us not returning the 2nd and 3rd nights. Also.. the in room entertainment was extremely disappointing for us. .. just some basic cable.. you must have ur phone to cast.. couldn't order a movie or anything.. But that only matters if you wish to be entertained in the room. .. basic cable was all we got.. we left the hotel after this And checked in elsewhere

We came to Hotel X to celebrate our best friend Bachelorette party and the hotel was a pleasant to stay at. We had so much fun at the pool and restaurants and the staff was amazing especially Andray who was so kind and help my friends and I with our luggage! Would recommend coming here and I will come back again !

Unbelievable hotel, the cleanliness was exceptional, and the service was extraordinary. My visit was truly amazing, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Ruben, the Bellman. From the moment I arrived, Ruben, the Bellman, went above and beyond to make my stay special. He not only assisted with directions and luggage but also provided extremely helpful local insights that greatly enhanced my stay. The gym was well-equipped, and I appreciated being able to maintain my fitness routine. The dining experience was equally impressive. The restaurant offered a diverse menu with delectable dishes that catered to a range of tastes. But Ruben's attention to detail and dedication to ensuring everything was perfect made all the difference, I look forward to my next visit.
