Very convenient location to CN Tower and walking distance to many attractions. Clean and friendly staff. Pool was nice and rooms were very spacious.

The hotel was Awesome! Hotel was very clean and fresh smelling, the front desk staff was accommodating to your needs. The room was very clean, spacious and in a great location for food, site seeing, with a 24 hour grocery store a half a block away. The hotel brought a peace of mind. The breakfast was good, fresh and hot. Can get a little busy but the hostess got a table for us saved while we stood to get food. They had a bar and the bartender was cool. Housekeeping was great and courteous. I definitely would recommend the hotel and will stay again.

Have stayed here on numerous occasions, and really like this hotel. First of all, there are one of few Marriott hotels who actually upgrade me without me even having to ask, which is nice (and should be expected) as a Platinum Elite member. Their 2-bedroom suites are nice and spacious, which is great for a small family. The location on Wellington is great - you are close to *everything*, including shopping, restaurants, entertainment venues, and green space (parks). It's been a while since I've been in downtown Toronto (due to COVID), but I hope to return later this year, and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great experience, just one problem. The pool was nice, breakfast amazing. However, the housekeeping lady kept knocking on my door even if I had the sign to avoid being disturb, which was very annoying. I mean what's the point then if this person can not respect privacy? She also said she couldn't comeback later because it was a hassle to carry all the stuff? 🙄 sorry, but I am paying to enjoy my stay, not to please you. Apart from that, the rest of the staff were nice people.

I originally gave this 5 stars. Until today when my wife had gotten a 250 charge (July 8th) for no reason. Id like a phone call and an answer. and a glitch just ain't cutting it. We have another show in 6 weeks. I'm unsure if we're going to stay here again because of this. I'll change my review once this is rectified, and my wife is contacted by a manager, but it is very unprofessional, to say the least. The fact that we have to call back to ensure this is dealt with puts a sour taste in my mouth.

Emailed days before our arrival that the city was shutting off their water. Refused to offer solutions or relocation. Rude customer service. Kept saying it wasn't their fault the city was shutting water off off instead of working on a satisfactory solution. Disappointed in how it was handled and canceled our stay as we require water at the hotel when we pay and stay. Awful slcustomer service. Really ruined my image of Marriott brand.

The Residence Inn is in a prime location that's hard to beat and the staff is on top of things. There are small thoughtful things that I found unique to this hotel - the bedside clock has two faces for outward and sideways display so it can be read from the living area or the bed. There is plenty of space in the room and the views (at least from my room) are fantastic. My room was clean and had everything I needed in it (except a clothesline). There is a car service which comes in very handy to the airport! However, there are some things that make this less than great: the AC is noisy enough to wake you up, the rooms are in bad need of updating, you can hear conversations your neighbors are having in their rooms, there is no clothesline/clothing drying rack, and the microwave has scorched everything I've put in it. Overall, if you get a good price on this hotel, it's likely worth it since there really isn't anything bad about it on the whole. However, if the price is near what others are within a few blocks, I'd perhaps consider those. I happened to get a great rate on this Residence Inn so I don't feel like it was a bad value, so your feeling about it might depend entirely on what you spend.

Stayed two nights in the one bedroom suite. Spacious and clean. Kitchenette was a nice plus, with all utilities. Worth the price but prices can fluctuate depending on the time of year/season. Hotel is well situated and is walk-distancing from numerous attractions. Hot breakfast is included - it isn’t a top notch but definitely better than average hotel breakfasts. Staff is really friendly and efficient.

Unfortunately the views of the CN Tower are blocked by a building, but that’s ok. The free breakfast is really good, but has a huge line. If you most of the rooms are pretty big and the pool is nice and warm, and the spa is pretty good too. One of the big downsides is the parking. They don’t have any free parking for customers, only a valet service that costs $57 a day to park, forcing you to park away from the hotel and pay for it yourself.

The hotel itself was awesome! We had a great room and the complimentary breakfast was nice in the morning, however, the STAFF WAS TERRIBLE! We were greeted at the front desk by a lady who almost ruined our entire stay. I gave her my CC for the security deposit and without even telling me where my money was going or what she was doing, she refunded my original payment method and charged it to the CC I gave her. This CC was a business card and wasn’t supposed to have that much money on it. This wouldn’t have occurred if she would’ve asked me or told me what she was doing. We then needed an additional card to put a new security deposit on it. And long behold, after the weekend I come to find they charged me a different rate (more expensive) than from when I booked. She was rude and didn’t seem to care that I was upset by the situation. Worst experience ever with hotel staff.

This was literally an overnight stay, but there are plans to visit again. We were in town to attend a party, so I was looking for a hotel close to the party location. The hotel is beautiful and close to a number of restaurants. I was surprised to see only 2 elevators, but hey I'm typically a "taking the stairs" kind of person. This is an attractive extended stay and I've stayed a lot of extended stays. There's a decent size kitchenette, area for eating, good size bathroom, and comfy bed. This room was designed for visitors to feel at home.

Very nice hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and very large. Even had a kitchenette with a full fridge and two burner stove top. Will definitely recommend and come again when needed. They have complementary breakfast in the morning which is really nice cause not a lot of places have that anymore. Overall was a great stay at an affordable price

For a budget-level Marriott this is a good option. Agree with previous reviewers that it's dated, but not in a bad way -just not ultra modern. Kitchenette suites are reasonably appointed, and I thought that the included breakfast was pretty good compared to other residence inns. Staff friendly, small nice touches when cleaning room, etc.

Super convenient location and the buffet breakfast was awesome. Family-friendly - I loved the fact that the rooms come with a kitchenette with stove as it allowed me to prepare meals for my baby. The king studio was also spacious; we stayed for 25 nights and was able to fit in a playpen where I could safely leave my baby while doing some work or preparing her meals. Staff were also helpful and courteous. The maintenance staff came every single day to tidy up our room. Would really love to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful experience at the Residence Inn. There is a door man when you enter the hotel. Check in and out went smoothly. Our room was upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. The kitchen, living area, bathroom and bedroom were clean. There is a safe in the room and there were 2 tvs. A buffet breakfast is included in your stay. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very happy with this hotel. Its the small things that count. Three very fast elevators. Easy check in. Room clean. Breakfast was complimentary. Had Gluten-free toast for our son who has celiac disease. I was even able to have To Go Box to take Breakfast to my room. Guys at the front door were amazing. Arranged all our trips and car rides as needed. This hotel has a little market with everything from snacks, medicine, to dog food. Valentine's Day, they had put out a pretty little table filled with treats for us. Our son was really excited to scoop up the chocolates and red heart jelly beans into his heart little baggie. I would definitely come here again.

I've never had a better service experience in any other hotel. All the staff here will go out of their way to make you feel at home. The cleaning staff is excellent, breakfast is delicious, amenities are great, valet is efficient and people at the desk are super helpful. I could not recommend this place more !!!

Good clean hotel, nice pool and hot tub, gets a little crowded at certain times but staff clean it well. Decent little gym, a nice area in Toronto to stay and lots of things to do within walking distance. Breakfast was good but try to come early to avoid the lines. Room keycard required to use elevator giving yourself a little more security while staying there. Rooms are a little outdated but in time they will probably get renovated adding USB outlets and other smart devices.

This property is located in the heart of downtown and just walking distance from the CN tower and many other attractions. Rooms are spacious with option for in suite cooking.Staffs were courteous and helpful. However, restaurant gets bit crowded on weekends during breakfast hours. Overall we had a great stay and would surely recommend stay in this hotel.

The hotel is located centrally in the Entertainment district in Downtown Toronto. Walkable to CN tower, Marina etc. Loads of activity in the evening hours. Hotel is right next to an Indian restaurant called Aanch. Our stay coincided with a water disruption by the city which was a huge inconvenience and the hotel did not do anything to make it comfortable for the guests except for informing them...no bottle water or adjusted breakfast timing. Breakfast was pretty ordinary and the breakfast area was too crowded with people bumping into each other. The room we got was decent but the pull out bed was a joke with almost a thin sheet for a mattress on it. It was extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend anyone getting a room with pull out bed there. Overall it is a decent place

Excellent place to stay in the Entertainment district of Toronto. Rooms and service are top notch. Hot breakfast is included. Quality may vary by day but reasonable for free. Got the 16th floor facing the electrical grid view (see pics) but ok.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful establishment and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff's kindness and willingness to accommodate truly stood out. Due to a Blue Jays game, the valet parking was understandably full, but the valet staff went above and beyond to find a spot for us, even though we arrived late and had a child with us. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort was truly appreciated. The breakfast buffet, while not extraordinary, exceeded my expectations. What truly sets it apart is that all guests are entitled to a complimentary breakfast. Not only that, but the hotel's flexible policy allows you to take your breakfast up to your room, letting you savor your meal on your own time. This level of consideration for guests' preferences was a pleasant surprise. The cleanliness of the facilities was impeccable, and the cleaning staff were an absolute delight. Their politeness and friendliness added to the overall positive atmosphere of the stay. It's evident that the staff take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. The kind staff, exceptional service, and thoughtful amenities truly make it a standout choice. I will certainly be returning on my next visit to the area. Five stars without a doubt!

I come to Toronto regularly for work. The Marriott Residence Inn is my preferred hotel. Many of the amenities of being at home. The hotel is very clean and everyone who works there is friendly and personable. I am vegan and sometimes prefer to prepare my own meals so the fridge and kitchenette are nice. The complementary breakfast is not bad. The dining area on the main floor usually has ample room. I often times take my breakfast up to my room for peace and quiet. The dining table in the room is big enough to both have your breakfast and work with a laptop and mouse. The weight room is fairly small and basic. A couple of treadmills, some free weights and a nautilus machine. The pool is a nice size for families. Call my last trip there. I was a bit shocked by the room price, which was more than double what I had normally paid. I guess there must’ve been a festival or an event taking place in the city at the time. Toronto international film festival I believe. All in all it’s an excellent hotel. Especially for families.

I travel to Toronto every two weeks and stay at many different hotels downtown. This is the first time I'm leaving a 1-star review. The manager who worked around 6 pm on August 31st has no customer service skills. I understand the staff might be new and need some training, so I wanted to speak to the manager. Very quickly, I could see that the problem was him. I won't stay here again.

  • 5/5 Kim Y. 2 years ago on Google
What a lovely hotel. Rooms are large and having a kitchenette in downtown Toronto is wonderful. I clued breakfast was plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit pricey but having in and out privileges was a bonus. Convenient location and lots of fun areas within walking distance. Recommend.

Comfortable stay and accountable Duty Manager. Update: The duty manager, Souvik Guha, has taken full accountability and gone above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and, most importantly, clean and sanitary. He also took action to ensure we had an upgraded room after the secondary room we moved into had some heating / electrical smell, and the AC wouldn't turn on. Although this secondary issue was likely mechanical in nature, the manager apologized and made sure we had help moving to a new room. Souvik Guha took action and accountability for this unfortunate series of events. As a result, I updated this review accordingly. Important lesson learned from this is to always do a thorough check just to make sure the room was properly maintained before your stay. Although it's likely a rare occurrence that a room isn't properly maintained, I hope the staff will be extra diligent in the future to avoid risky, unsanitary conditions for myself and future visitors. As a reference, I have left the original review below. If my future stay at this hotel yields a sanitary and better experience, I plan to leave an additional positive review. Original review for reference: Rating: 1 Star Blood soiled bedding! Beware!! Beware of this hotel if you are looking to travel through or stay in Toronto. For $200 plus a night, the room should be well maintained and clean at the very least. The worst part is that the bed linen had blood on the underside. It is extremely unsanitary and horrifying to discover. Thankfully, I examined the bed after finding small black specs on the surface blanket. The secondary couch bed had no covers, sheets, or blankets. Not even a protective cover. They leave a nice note next to the pillows saying, "Rest Assured... we are committed to high levels of cleanliness which means you are assured of clean and well-maintained suites." This is the most disgraceful and disgusting experience I have ever had, and I have stayed at lower rated and less expensive hotels that were way more clean and maintained. Other reviews mentioned the atrocious parking situation and suffice to say it's still a problem.

Experience here is awesome with very friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Very clean rooms. Just one suggestion about drinking water, hotel should provide drinking water bottles.

The room was clean, with a little kitchen with all the necessary items for cooking (utensils, cups, glasses, pots, toaster, corkscrew and drainer). The employees were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was also great.

Check out my YouTube review. Link below. I stayed for 2 nights. November 4th and 5th 2023. I enjoyed my stay. My room was a bit outdated. But still fancy and nice. I stayed in the Harrison suite (one bedroom) The hotel staff was polite and easy to talk to. Parking is a bit expensive. 22-level hotel. Pool, Hot tub, 24-hour gym, business center. Complimentary buffet breakfast. I was happy with the Breakfast. I was allowed an extra guest to stay in my room with no problems. They told me they wanted me to be happy. And it worked. The staff is super friendly, Check-in and Check-out made easy! It really did feel like we lived there. There is secure parking. The suits have a full sized fridge/freezer with utilities and a stove and dishwasher. The breakfast was pretty good to, it is buffet style. Definitely would come back!

Really great location right downtown! Rooms are spacious and well equipped, and the rest of the hotel facilities are also nice. Breakfast gets a bit crowded and could do more with fresh fruit options, but otherwise solid. Plenty of commercial lots nearby so really no need to pay for the valet parking they offer.

Stayed here for a week and had an enjoyable experience. Very clean, the decor is a little outdated but for the price you really can’t complain. Complementary breakfast was nice however if you wait too long there’s no more tables left.

Stayed here for a business trip. The first room I was given had a plumbing problem and the bathroom smelled like urine. I requested another room before even unpacking. The second room smelled fine, but the bed was in bad need of replacement and was sunken in towards the center. Additionally, I was woken up multiple times throughout my three nights by other doors opening and closing and a very loud plumbing system. I had to put earplugs in. None of this was due to overly loud guests, the hotel just makes a lot of noise. Lastly, the gym felt like a sauna and was incredibly hot and humid being next to the pool with no ventilation or fans. Service was great, but I wouldn't stay here again.

I'm surprised this hotel would receive anything more than THREE starts. The rooms and amenities are outdated. The 'free' breakfast is a joke, as the dining area is tiny and can't accommodate the hotel - just bad planning all around. As a long time Marriott Rewards customer, I would suggest staying elsewhere.

  • 4/5 Libi M. 2 years ago on Google
Nice & pet friendly Hotel. Good location, big rooms, nice team, and limited breakfast. The hotel is not new, but still is very warm. According to Covid restrictions, the pool & gym were close. The breakfast was with limited menu, and you'll choose from the menu, then eat it in your room. In the room you'll find fridge, microwave, dining table, office table and sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is everything you may need for cooking. All the cutlery (forks, knives, spoons) coffee machines and etc. Parking is available (24 hours) in the hotel for 30$ (tax included) with multiple entrance during the day.

I had never stayed here before until recently but I will definitely be back. I was in a studio king and the layout is perfect. A good size kithenette but its a full fridge and dishwasher. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Hot breakfast served to go for now in the lobby had a great selection.

The most important factor of a hotel is its sleeping quarters. One should be able to sleep in order to enjoy his vacation or business. Unfortunately, for 3 nights, my family and I were unable to sleep due to the poor mattress condition were you could feel the springs poking your body, the pillow so used they have no life left and the blackout curtain don't close properly letting all the light from outside in. If they can purchase new mattresses, pillows and blackout curtains, the hotel would be great! The staff is welcoming and helpful, the breakfast is tasty and have an amazing variety, the amenities such as the pool and workout room are clean and useful and the hotel location is amazing! I implore the management to update the sleeping arrangements and let their client enjoy their stay to the fullest.

I enjoyed my stay here. Only draw back is the number of elevators for guest use was just 2 and there were lots of guest! Besides that, it was a good hotel to stay at. Breakfast was good as well.

4 night stay. Overall very impressed, but there were some small issues. Issues--- 1. Housekeeping is only twice a week or so. We requested it after 2 days in the room without housekeeping, because garbage starts to pile up. They never came. We had to request it again later that night when we came back. I don't understand why they had to remove daily housekeeping at the price I'm paying for the room (over 300 a night). 2. The eggs in the free breakfast were bland. Yes, hotel eggs are horrible in general but usually you can stomach it every once in a while- not 4 mornings in a row though. 3. One of the three elevators were down. 4. Hot tub was drained. 5. Valet parking only, which fills up at night. Found better self-parking behind the hotel! 6. On-site restaurant was closed. Only thing available was food delivery, and even those guys don't want to bring it to your door because there's no parking. I suppose I can't blame them there; better than nothing! The good--- 1. We got a room with a door separating the bedroom from the living room. Excellent if you've got more guests or kids. 2. Tvs in both rooms, with a good selection of channels. 3. Kitchenette with all you need for a few days, utensils included. No food obviously. 4. Quiet rooms, didn't hear anyone else. 5. Large, spacious rooms, at least the one we got. 6. Pool was nice. Again, overall we had a very good stay, but they could do better, especially at the premium price they're charging.

A home away from home! SO much nicer than a basic hotel room!! I love that we can bring and make our own food there! We have some food allergies and specific ways of eating, so eating out is not an option for us! The valet parking guys by the front door are so nice too!!!

An amazing hotel. Perfect location, lovely free breakfast, friendly staff and they have a pool, hot tub and gym. The best part was they had full kitchens in the room. Probably one of the best hotels I have ever been to. No complaints!!!

Staff was super helpful and kind, they let us know everything and we’re quick to help when we needed something. The room was nice and spacious, the kitchen was a bonus and I slept better in the bed there than I do at home! Enjoyed the buffet and liked the slight varieties between days. The location is perfect for what we were doing. We will definitely be staying here again!

Location is great. Walkable to CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, and Rogers Centre. Hotel is a little run down inside; could do with some updates. Staff was fine. Hostess for the breakfast buffet was always very friendly and nice. The breakfast buffet wasn't great and didn't have a whole lot of variety over the 3 days we were there, but it's free so I can't complain too much. Not the best but not the worst hotel. Can't beat the location for the price. Overall, I would recommend.

Room was nice. Ridiculous that they charge $3.50 for a single bottle of water they leave in your room. Called the front desk 6 times in 30 min intervals our first night because the kids had no blankets for the pull out couch. No one ever ever answered. My daughter was at the pool and went to the desk and asked for blankets and they brought us towels instead (??). They need to hire more front staff or something. No bell hop which is not convenient especially given the location of the hotel. Valet was nice, quick & efficient. Wouldn’t stay here again. Breakfast is a mad house with a very small space.

We had a wonderful experience! We truly enjoyed Randolph from the bar with his warm welcoming personality and his great suggestions!! He truly made our trip very special and memorable. I had a comfortable, relaxing stay on a very busy trip. My room was spacious and well appointed with a full sized refrigerator, 2 burner cook top, microwave oven, dishwasher, 4 piece dining set, flatware, etc. Dining table for two, desk and a large washroom with a separate dressing area. I took advantage of the free breakfast and coffee every morning, allowing me to better plan my busy days. Regretfully, my busy schedule did not afford me time to check out the pool area nor the gym. Staff are great, helpful and friendly. The snacks and drinks in hotel are expectedly expensive, however close proximity to convenience stores made it easy to stock up on snacks and large bottles of water and keep my food budget on track.

Stayed here 4 nights for work. It’s a nice hotel for business travelers. Breakfast is hearty with good options between hot food, fruits, etc. WiFi is adequate (better than most hotels), there’s a desk, and nice sized table in the suite. Not fancy, but well cared for. Would definitely recommend.

Only a couple blocks away from the Rogers Centre. Perfect place to stay for the Blue Jays game. Pool/ hot tub were very nice. The hot breakfast in morning was probably one of the best I've seen for a complimentary service. Strongly recommend!!

I stayed here for a month and found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. The standard of hygiene was extremely high. The facilities are quite good and kitchenette is an add on. Although the breakfast was the same for almost a month, that is something only those who stay for an extended period of time would notice. However, breakfast consisted of very healthy and fresh foods.

Stayed from Friday- Sunday. Booked a king suite, which was simply amazing. Nice size couch that had a pull out bed. Full size kitchen, dish washer, cups, plates, pans and pots, and forks and knifes!! Amazing. Went out Saturday afternoon and came back to our bed made and garbage taken out. Thank you house keeping! Our stay has been amazing!

Good for kids, big rooms! I found I couldn’t sleep in the queen bed as it was too sunken in and it hurt my back. Restaurant serves snacks and drinks- good for a quick meal but not much variety. At the time, the restaurant was just re-opening following lockdown and served me some old browned / moody veggies. I Sent it back without issue, but made me wonder if all the food was old…? 😂 Wonderful host named Randolph (who is also a magician) was a highlight for my kids! Breakfast consistently good, coffee consistently not good! Lol.

Pros : location and room. Cons : Breakfast was a pain in the neck: I waited in line for 01:00 h to be seated and more 20 min to grab my food ; there are a small room where the food is served and the food is basic, no cheese, only slice bread. We saw a girl fainting. We took our breakfast outside the hotel. Front desk and house keeping was very good. I definitely don’t recommend!

While staying here, one night coming home from dinner, a staff member harassed my partner and I for smoking cannabis outside the hotel (on public property) in an aggressive way that left my partner in tears. (She had a medical prescription.) It was hands down one of the most disgusting encounters I've ever had with staff at a hotel. I complained to the duty manager, I asked if we'd broken any laws (we don't live in Canada) and she said no. It's clear this unhinged individual was out to express his prejudice and decided to persecute us. I then filed an incident report to the duty manager the next day and that didn't get anywhere either. Clearly, no one at the hotel cared. Apart from the casual harassment, our stay was okay. We didn't have hot water in our room and had to move. The rooms were musty, the pool area dank as, and the breakfast felt cheap. (Also, good luck with the logistical nightmare if you have a big group.) This is the cheapest place on the block for a reason, I highly recommend you stay literally anywhere else.

Remember to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. This website will compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I have been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be disappointed. Beautiful hotel, great location(especially if going to any Blue Jays games). Service was so friendly and you never see a continental breakfast like that in the city. I’ll be back!!

3 1/2 stars. Good location. We had a large room with separate bed area. Only downside to the room is that the sleeper sofa was extremely uncomfortable but we only stayed a night so it was manageable. Could not handle that for much longer than a night. Room was clean. Service was great. Friendly staff.

Great location. Union station, Harbour Front, etc all within 10-15 mins of walk. There’s a store round the corner open 24/7. Rooms are pretty basic. We asked for slippers and we’re told that the hotel doesn’t keep any. Similar for other small stuff which we have found to be pretty standard for hotels I’ve stayed in. Breakfast is nice but tends to get boring if you’re a long stay guest.

My daughter and I were there 1 night on a Friday to attend a concert. I was upgraded to a suite without asking which was awesome. I did find a cheaper price once I booked the room online and was told the way I booked was no changes, so I found that frustrating. Also the have valet parking which is not visible, as I had to drive around the block and finally went to the front door only to be told it was full. We didn’t eat anything there (slept in). My daughter had a drink at the bar, and being only 22 wasn’t sure what she wanted, but the bartender had her pegged perfectly. Made her a fabulous drink. Overall nice stay!

The front desk staff was very rude, almost like we were bothering them when we were checking in. We then paid the $55 for Valet parking and they tried to tell us the lot was full. After much discussion and debate they agreed to find us a spot (because we'd already paid) The breakfast line was crazy, (not their fault) But when breakfast ended they put the coffee away also. Guests were not happy. Rooms are dated and could use a good coat of paint. The only good part was the location.

We stayed for one night in connecting king studio rooms. We were impressed with the size, layout, cleanliness of the room and the amenities. The location is great for theatres and CN tower/Rogers centre. The breakfast was wonderful and we appreciated being able to take our breakfast back to our room on china plates and real cutlery. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next stay.

DO not stay here. I was here in the middle of the hot summer with AC unit that did not work properly. Had to call twice to get maintenance to come up and look at it. They were not able to fix it and did not seem surprised that it didn't work. A week after checkout I I let the hotel know this via email they sent asking for feedback. Within hours I got a reply that was extremely apologetic and listed several things the hotel had done to address it, including not only completely fixing the unit but also retraining the maintenance staff and implementing a new rigorous maintenance schedule. Really?! In such a short time? I don't buy it. Retraining staff and implementing new schedules take more time, especially if they are going to be done well. And the apologies seem insincere given how little the staff seemed to care while I was actually there. Frankly, that reply seemed more like it was designed to appease someone's ego that actually respond to a problem. In my experience this hotel is being staffed by people who do not genuinely care about customer service, so I do not recommend staying here.
