Great place! Very clean and staff are kind and helpful!! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only complaints I have are: I wish there were microwaves in the rooms, you have to go to the front lobby if you want to heat up your food. I wish there was an elevator, if you’re staying on the second floor you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs.

We had a very clean room. The bed was so comfortable. The convenience of restaurants on site. The staff especially (Ziva) was so amazing. Called to confirm our room, she booked us right away for our shuttle to the airport. Was so friendly and helpful. Counter staff when we arrived also good. Why I didn’t give it a 5. Our bags had to be Carried up by stairs. Our room was in the second floor. For us not a problem, but for elderly couples who checked in just after us, they struggled. Excellent place to stay. Will be back.

Great location for a short lay-over. Free airport shuttle every half hour, staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean but a little dated. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Restaurant and lounge on site, continental breakfast included in the lobby.

We wanted something of a transit hotel after travelling for almost 24 hours and this place was great! We wanted no frills bit really a hot shower and a decent bed to sleep in. The staff were very friendly and it was great to greeted with canadian hospitality. Our flight was delayed and we came after breakfast and the host offered to have breakfast cooked for us. We declined and she still managed to score us some yummy pastries and apple juice. It was a great start to a 4 week holiday

The best thing about this hotel is the location obviously. The rest is okay, but could be better. Shuttle was good, when you can get it. We called the front desk numerous times from the airport, with no answer, but were lucky enough to see it picking up others. The room was alright, just a few small things; the door slammed shut, there was a spiderweb on the ceiling above the bed, the tub was tiny, and there was no view or natural light as there was only 1 small window. But all in all, for the price and location, it was okay for a one night stay, but probably not for much longer.

We selected this airport hotel as a quick resting spot before our early morning flight. It's literally across the street from the airport, a 15 minute walk from the arrivals gate (terminal 3 I believe). The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was basic and a bit cramped, but certainly met our needs and was clean. The parking lot could use some love as there were a number of pot holes, but overall not a concern. We upgraded to a park-n-fly and were able to leave our car in their lot for the duration of our trip for a reasonable rate. We took the shuttle service to the airport to catch our flight, we were happy it was a sign-up-for-a-seat instead of a first-come-first-serve scenario for the shuttle. When we returned from our trip, we walked right out of the airport and down the street to our car, which was fine in the lot. Whenever I have an early flight to catch, I will always come back to this hotel, if nothing else than for the convenience!

The room was clean and adequate, free breakfast begins at 6:30 am and not a second earlier hence if you need to take shuttle to the airport for an earlier flight, you're out of luck 😕 No provisions are made for patrons to have a bagged breakfast to bring with you. The restaurant is diner type, food is good, they charge your room at check in and not at check out??? Very bizarre. Overall not a bad place to spend the night, affordable.

We had 2 overnight stops and chose this hotel. There is a second floor and no elevator. The first night we walked into our room and it hadn't been clean. We thought someone might still be in the room. They gave us another room. The second layover we got a room on the first floor. It was clean at least until I showered and something black fell out from the shower curtain. Without my glasses I couldn't tell that it was a big knotted chunk of dark hair. This is an old hotel, definitely needs some work. They have a hotel shuttle which was a challenge to get from the airport. The second night we were told to be at S3 terminal one and he would pull in a couple minutes. 20 minutes later he pulled up by the R doors and started yelling for anyone going to the hotel. He wasn't very friendly. The shuttle is in rough shape too. The morning breakfast that came with our stay was actually really good. The food options in the evening are limited to pizza and pub.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received from the front desk. Extremely nice and courteous. The room is very clean and nicely decorated. We got the park and fly package for a wonderful price. Unfortunately our flight is too early and we’re missing the free breakfast. What more could you ask for?

The receptionist was far more interested in texting on her phone than serving me. I was early, but before I could even ask she rudely told me the rooms were not ready until 4 and I would have to wait. The bartender in the pub could teach her a lesson in customer service. He was great. The location is good for the airport but not much else My room was actually decent, the breakfast was as expected, but service was miserable.

Great value here, 5 minute shuttle to the airport. Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Not the most up to date hotel, again a great value!! The attached bar actually has some craft beers also!! Will be using again & recommending.

This is a friendly, welcoming hotel with all the basics that you need before or after a flight. It’s very close to the airport and has regular free shuttles. It’s family and dog friendly and has plenty of parking 😁. It’s definitely one of the most reasonably priced hotels in the area.

Great place. Easy location to the airport. Most of all the front desk staff were very very polite and constantly smiling. The restaurant food was excellent and staff was great. The bar was excellent service and great staff. We have stayed at many hotels in t.o. when flying and this one is the best. This is also my first time ever writing a review. Thought we should share our enjoyment. 😀thanks Quality Inn

I looked at some ratings, saying it was a 2 star hotel, so I was a little nervous when my company booked me a room. However, it is definitely a 3 star in my opinion. The room was clean, sound proofing was adequate, staff was friendly. It was on par with other 3 star hotels I've stayed at lately.

A great overnight stay during a 5 day trip. Staff were helpful. Rooms were good. Pub and food were excellent. Service was great. Bartenders were personable and made the experience memorable. I left a 30% tip at the end of the night because of the staff and service that I received. I will definitely stay again.

The rooms were unpleasant. Looked run down.the bathroom was the only decent part. Needs renovation. For the price ,its not bad.i loved little pizza shop in the lounge area. the worst prat was the noise from the room beside us kept my 1 year old up all night.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a week, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. One of the standout features was its prime location, just a 10-minute walk from Terminal 3 of the airport. This proximity proved incredibly convenient, especially when I needed to catch the UP Train for a direct journey to Downtown Toronto. Being able to reach the airport quickly and easily made my travel experience so much smoother. Alongside this excellent location, the hotel also boasted a small bar with a friendly staff, a sit-in/takeaway restaurant serving a mouthwatering chicken shawarma poutine, and even a convenient convenience store on-site. The staff, including the cleaning team, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ensuring that my needs were met without being intrusive. With its strategic location near the airport and the seamless access it provided to transportation, this hotel truly stood out as a top choice for both convenience and comfort. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

My go to airport hotel. Location can't be beat. The convenience of the shuttle, free breakfast and the Pearson Pub in the evenings keeps me coming back. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and efficient, check in and check out are always painless.

Don't let the older building fool you to what's inside. The place is beautiful clean, the staff are fantastic, the rooms are very clean and the breakfast is delicious. We were greeted so warmly by the desk clerks. There directions to places was spot on. The lobby, stairway, hallway and room were spotless. The breakfast were the best turkey sausages I've tasted, with eggs and several other choices. What a convenient location. I would highly recommend this place as we really enjoy the Quality Inns where ever we go.

We only stayed one night but were able to use their “Park - Sleep - Fly” for the whole week for an extremely reasonable rate ! My car was in the same condition as when I dropped it off which is super important to me, so we were happy to see the safety of the parking lot was there. A little tough to find parking but thankfully we got there a little early and we’re able to snag a good spot. They called us for wake up when asked and the girls at the front desk were delightful and courteous to us. The room was surprisingly quiet for the location and we had no troubles falling or staying asleep. Shuttle service was on time and prompt. Thank you to everyone at Quality Inn ! We will definitely be back for our next vacation.

The woman at the front desk was amazing. Very helpful and friendly. She answered all our questions. The restaurant attached to the hotel had a very good menu with large portions, and the people behind the counter were cheerful. We didn't use the pub, so I can't comment on it.

I found the service second to none. The ladies at the front desk are awesome. What makes them so good at what they do is how they treat everyone as if they're going to be the only guest that'll ever visit the hotel. For example, when I parked in the area of the shuttle, a staff member called me to have me move my vehicle. Once I got to the lobby, they thanked me for helping out and the enthusiasm they showed in thanking me was excellent. I'd definitely come back to this facility for my next visit.

Its a good rate for the park, sleep and fly. However we did not feel the room was clean. Luckily we were not there all night. The hotel is old and needs renovating. The shuttle service was good and on time.

Very disappointing. I've stayed here in the past, 2 years ago and it was good. But this time I noticed it went drastically downhill. Firstly, I booked a room with 2 double beds, my room only had one double bed. No alarm clock either. The walls and ceiling are paper thin, may as well have been separated by a curtain! I never got any sleep because you hear everything - voices, others TV'S, footsteps, slamming doors. I also asked for a wake up call. Good thing I set my own alarm just in case because they never called. The front counter clerk in the morning was extremely abrupt - but maybe he is tired about all the complaints because I'm sure I'm not alone in my concerns. The only positives: it's close to the airport, the bed is comfortable (just don't count on getting any sleep), and it's a good price. But maybe paying a little more to stay elsewhere would be worth it.

Unfortunately the parking lot at this property is not secure and our vehicle was vandalized during our stay. At my insistence, the hotel gave me a full refund which was used to fix our vehicle damage. Hotel was clean but in need of updates. Super close to airport. Won’t stay here again.

Pillows and mattress needs to be updated, very uncomfortable. Hot water also did not work in our shower during our stay, maintenance personnel never came once called. Hotel shuttle also is not on demand as advertised. Had to pay for a cab to get back to hotel from airport after trip. Also, parking spots were limited in the parking lot and not well maintained ( lot was not plowed). Breakfast is was also a disappointment, it consisted of a mini fridge with juice boxes and yogurt in the lobby, and was only to be opened during breakfast hours.

Friendly staff. Good cleanliness and safety. The only issue we had was that the heater/air conditioner in our room never fully turned on or fully off. It would kick on and kick off throughout the night. It made a lot of noise so it's not ideal right next to your bed.

Staff were friendly, rooms clean and a decent size. There was always fresh coffee in the lobby and each disposable cup was individually wrapped to help prevent the spread of any germs. Pricing for 1 night and 10 days of parking plus shuttle to the airport was by far the cheapest in the area

Continental breakfast??? Really? Shuttle service from airport to hotel was not good drove right by us. But coming to airport this morning woman was great! Excellent bartender last night...very polite and gave excellent service. Shower faucet not a posi temp so if anyone else showers or flushes a toilet you get scalded.

Friendly check in staff - room was clean (love the new tile in the bathroom!) bed was super comfy, pillows were dreamy! Shuttle was quick! Lots of long term parking! If you’re looking for a lot of extras this isn’t the place. It’s amazing for a short overnight stop before a flight. PS if you bring your dog, great, but; please keep it from barking every time a fly farts.
