Note this is not the fanciest hotel you can stay at. The four star rating is for the staff and the price. The hotel is in a fairly good location relative to the airport and at have the cost of a number of other much more modernized hotels. The staff were super friendly up greeting and very helpful. The rooms are dated but they are clean and smell fine. The windows and walls are not insulated great, as airplane noise was a bit of a bother but nothing substantial. The fixtures in the bathroom were good but there was a bit of damage to the caulking in some areas which was not appealing. There is plenty of Entertainment near by and a shuttle to the airport. This place is much more value for money than any other hotel nearby.

We only crashed there for a few hours when a flight got delayed, but the staff were super helpful, the room was clean and had the standard amenities. It's old, and the hallways smelled like smoke, but the room was fine. Definitely worthwhile to get some sleep and a shower. And decent enough for budget-friendly trips! I'd stay again and recommend it for what it is. Thanks again to the staff who made my nightmare trip a bit more pleasant.

Good bang for the buck! The rooms are comfortable, a bit dated as others have mentioned, but definitely comfortable and clean. The mattresses are firm and pillows very fluffly/light. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful even under a lot of pressure. I totally appreciate their professionalism! I parked for $5/day with my stay, which is very reasonable because I used the FREE shuttle to access the airport and took the transit downtown. The transit costs $9 to get to union station and took about 15 minutes. The breakfast included is only pastries and muffins, but still a great place!

It is on a good location with Turtle Jacks and Keg within walking distance. Airport shuttle runs on half hour reservation is required at quarter past and quarter to. Rooms were nice, bathrooms dated. .like they use liquid soap dispensers. Coffee and tea and complimentary Danish, muffin. Noisy though took a while to fall asleep since could hear planes. Great price point, at least a hundred dollars less than most hotels and it was clean and for the 6 hours of sleep it was way better priced.

They have best rate for staying and parking until you return. The rooms were clean and modern. However having said that, one of beds was horrendous. Far from its sell by date. While the other was great. I had very difficult time sleeping. With only 4 hours sleep, I started of my vacation a little cranky Their parking last night was horrendous. Waited 35 minutes for someone to unlock the gate in the long term parking.

I was very impressed! There was a young man working the front desk last night and I regret that I forget his name, but he was so friendly and helpful! He got me checked in quickly. Room is as clean as any of the other airport hotels I’ve stayed at (Crowne plaza, etc). Nice comfy bed with a big fluffy duvet! The bathroom was clean. Free pastries for breakfast and free shuttle to airport is a really nice touch. They had the fireplace going in the lobby at breakfast time. The hotel is older but they have certainly made efforts to bring it up to date. I would stay here again and would recommend it, especially given the price.

First time stay. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bonus, being able to pay with debit and a cash deposit, as I don't have a credit card, and not being treated like a weirdo because of it. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Unfortunately I didn't have time to use any of the amenities, so I can't comment on them but I would definitely stay there again.

While the staff seemed friendly I ended up being woken up at 3 am by loud neighbours and the front desk just kept saying they couldn't hear anything and thus doing nothing. I checked out early and am not overly happy with my experience. The room is clean, the beds are alright, but the soundproofing is horrid. Definitely paying the extra $40 to be in a better hotel next time.

Our stay here exceeded our expectations! The goal was to be close to the airport and have a place to park our car for 2 weeks. We were offered special pricing through Trip Central that was very reasonable. Most hotel rooms in this category feel like they are just wiped down between guests rather than receiving an actual cleaning. This was not the case here! We watched one member of the staff thoroughly clean the lobby as if he was cleaning for a very picky client. Although it is by no means a luxury hotel, everything in our room was well-maintained and held to that same standard of cleanliness. We found the staff accommodating and very friendly. We were allowed to check in early and change our booking to a room that was more preferable. Coffee/tea was available in the Lobby 24 hours. Basic pastries were available syarting at 3am for those with early flights. We were able to use the pool and fitness facility at the Marriott next door and our shuttle to the airport left every half hour. We will definitely stay here again.

I was actually impressed with how clean this place was. Considering the price, the rooms were actually really well kept and the place was very clean. You do have to pay for parking which I did not quite understand nor knew that I was going to have to for less then an 8 hour stay just to be near the airport. Either way, I am actually impressed with the rooms for a lower budget hotel and will be staying again when needing to wake up early for the airport.

Reasonably priced place for a night stay, one of the only place that allows two week parking for vacation stays. Has a very small, offering for "breakfast" - tiny muffins, croissants and pastries, coffee/ tea. Friendly staff upon check in/ out. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, lots of available pillows, only has cable, thus limited television, but has free wifi available with stay. Would return- in fact, we stay here every time we go on vacation, also have a shuttle that takes you to your terminal and picks you up upon return home, remember to tip your driver, he lifts your luggage and arranges it safely on the bus.

Though it's an older hotel, the price was great, it was very clean, front desk staff were very polite and professional. They are available at front desk 24 hours a day. Airport pick up and drop off was great and on time. I would highly recommend this hotel, for a budget hotel

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The manager and staff were frindely and accommodating. My room had a fridge, microwave, condition, iron and a table for ironing. The bed, blankets and bath were clean and well-cared of. There was also a free shuttle from/to the airport. Moreover, free coffee and some pastries were provided 24 hours at the main hall. This was a very good and highly better hotel than I expected given its fairly lower price compared to other nearby hotels. It is recommended.
