Sheraton, your Four Points, WOOF. After checking in and being here for less than one hour, I can already say this is easily one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed in. The rooms are dark dungeons equip with the ever so nostalgic popcorn ceiling, airplanes taking off make less noise than the AC unit in the room does, they don’t clean your room daily, and don’t even bother arriving off your flight hungry in the afternoon. Spoiler alert. The kitchen isn’t open for lunch. Also living for how dingy everything else is. Great lobby though! Gets you excited for a relaxing stay, all to learn you’re in a dump. Given the price spent per night on these rooms, I would expect far better than a bathroom fan CAKED in dust on the wall. Ps, Sheraton. 1986 called, they want their room phones back. ☎️

I am a +50 night a year Marriott bonvoy user. I typically love their stay and the overall cleanliness of their hotels. This is most likely the worst hotel I have stayed at in the last 3 years. The rooms are outdated and they painted over all the defect on the walls. Furniture looks like they came out of a motel. If this was the only issue, I would of given additional Star but no. Every corner of the room was full of dust. Crust was on the the wall shower bottle one of them had a nice curly hair attached to it. There was some sort of white discharge on my headboard. The floor was dusty and greasy. The lamps were broken and I had to do magic to keep it from tipping over. It just looks like it was my aunt with one arm that did the repairs in the room and my blind uncle that was responsible for the cleaning. I did complain the the front desk and they changed me to another similar room that was just a bit cleaner. For the price and chance to get free parking I would suggest anyone to book another hotel.

Great airport hotel. Reliable shuttle from both Terminal 1 and 3 of Pearson. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very, very comfortable bed. Every staff member I spoke with was kind and helpful. Well stocked breakfast (for a fee). Would definitely stay here again.

Can I go lower. I wish. Not worthy of the Sheraton brand. Rooms... bed like plywood.. pilows absolutely useless.. HVAC system was louder than the jets taking off... decor very dated ... bathroom shower tiles all cracked The hotel itself was like dressing up the outside when the internal was terrible. Acoustics of the room were terrible. The shower from either side room where like i was joining them. Large group present on the floor was incredibly loud even after asking for the doors to be not slammed. Service. A manager will call you later is not problem sloving. I would have been better off sleeping in an airport chair.

There are some good things: bed is nice, room is big, tv is good, price is not bad, pool and gym are nice. But there are bad things: shuttle is unpredictable, no food on site between 11am and 4pm, nothing around - a bit of a walk to find the nearest food provider, bathrooms are old. But the reason I probably would not stay here again is the door slamming! The door ms are INCREDIBLY LOUD and the staff slam them all day. Literally. I tried to work when I was here and it was very difficult. Also trying to sleep off jet lag during the day. And the slamming continues into the night thanks to the customers. I cannot believe they don’t install simple pads to cushion the shutting. Horrible.

Awesome location, super close to the airport. The lobby was beautiful and the front desk team was friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and efficient. The pool and fitness area is open 24 hours which is a super rare find. The hot tub was hot but not too hot, the pool was a little on the chilly side but overall clean and was hot busy when we went. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was nicely decorated. Love the double blinds where you can completely black out the room for sleeping which may be helpful if you needed to sleep during the day. Will stay here again.

We stayed here because our Flight was cancelled and it was the closest to the airport to fly out the next day. You can read that 3-star review on Flair Airlines. As for this hotel, I would not recommend it to anyone. The front desk staff were pleasant. Our room was large and not an upgraded room so it was older decor which is fine but the carpets could use a professional cleaning. The blankets on the bed were stained and starchy. The curtains were dusty. There was a fridge and smart TV. The bathroom was clean. The pool was empty. The restaurant only had evening service on a weekday so there was no lunch available for us. We went for dinner and it was incredibly dirty. The seats had crumbs, greasy fingerprints like a small child sat before us and in between the seats were food crumbs, a pen and garbage. The prices were quite high ($19 for a garden salad) but the food was good. The service was pleasant but we sat for a while after we were done waiting for the bill. We were checked on once. The next morning they only offered a breakfast buffet (no menu). Overcooked bacon and sausage (or day-old?) and no eggs left so they said they would bring us some. They brought undercooked scrambled eggs that had a funny texture to them (maybe the kind that pour from a container rather than fresh?). The continental foods looked good (fruit, muffins, bagels etc) but besides the fruit, no vegan options and very few gluten-free options. The coffee tasted burnt and acidic. We were not checked on. We waited a long time for the shuttle and when he finally arrived he sped through the front entrance at a dangerous speed, jumped out of that shuttle and into the one that had been sitting out front. It was clear he was late for this shift. The ride was unnerving as he sped and passed other cars on the road to the airport (which was no passing and only 40km/hr speed limit). I am thankful for the vouchers we had because I would not say the value of this hotel was worth the experience. The pictures on their website over exaggerate the beauty of this hotel. I would not stay here again.

I have been staying at the Four Points on and off since December of 2021. The rooms have been updated in the recent past. The beds are comfy, the TV is large, the internet is good and the heat/cool equipment is newer and very effective. The windows are large to let in lots of natural light with good blackout drapes as well. A real added benefit is that the hotel is a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from Terminal 3. They do have a shuttle but that part of the arrivals can be a real zoo so I always walk to the hotel but use the shuttle to get back to the airport. Every single person I have interacted with at the front desk or the restaurant have been very friendly and efficient. The restaurant menu is just the right size and every dish I have had has been good enough, not amazing but certainly far from some of the airport hotel food I have consumed in my life.

Got stuck at Toronto airport again! This was the hotel book for me (not by Air Canada, to them a 16 lay over from Montreal is reasonable). My stay here was only a few hours but it was a nice sleep and shower so I’ll say it’s a pretty good hotel. Staff friendly and helpful and the shuttle was excellent.

Stayed here just overnight on a layover to Caribbean. Very close to the airport with easily accessible shuttle service. The rooms were well appointed. Very comfortable bed and nice pillows are always a welcome feature for me when traveling. The rooms were very well equipped even though I wasn’t needing that - dishwasher, kitchenette etc. Looks like a great place to stay as a base if you’re in Toronto. Highly recommended.

This hotel was OK. It served its purpose as a close place to sleep for the night during a layover. Rooms are "updated" by painting over previous damage. The bathroom has a sliding door that doesn't lock. The rooms are on the smaller side and are generally clean overall but they don't go the extra step to ever clean behind the furniture or the AC unit as both were extremely dusty. The TV was good and you acces Netflix etc from it. The pool area had no towels, and clearly hadn't been cleaned or checked on in a long time. The hot tub was warm at best and the jets didn't work. The front desk was able to accommodate a late check-out request due to a flight delay and that was nice. I wouldn't choose to stay here unless necessary but it was good for what i needed it for.

Went to the lounge/restaurant while waiting to pick someone up at the airport. Lounge was clean, bright and had comfortable tables and chairs. Edward served us and was very pleasant and food and drinks were brought to us quickly. Later we ordered a meal to go from Zara at the bar. She was extremely pleasant and fast to take order even though the bar and lounge were super busy!! Lots of stranded travellers due to NS weather event. Zara invited me to sit if I didn’t want to keep standing and offered a glass of water while I wait. Very friendly and super at her job! Keep her happy Four Points and your customers will be happier for the experience.

You book this hotel to be close to the airport and to use their shuttle service. You wait in a line to get on the shuttle and it’s a small van. They told me i should just walk to Terminal 3 with a 1 year old. Don’t waste your time here. We paid for an uber instead.

Do not stay. Shuttle service is laughable. 5 am First bus was full, only runs half hour so we waited for next one were an hour from hotel to airport! Almost missed our flight. Upon return we waited an hour to get picked up. The drivers are super helpful but management needs a new system. Stay away! Hotel rooms kept us up all night. Planes overhead are so loud. Lovely staff but terrible experience.

Resto and front desk staff were amazing. I found my room small and I did not like how the bathroom has no vent, no door, no lock and we could hear the people in the hallway talking from the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. Location was alright, close to the airport and about 20 min from downtown. The staff really was the highlight of our stay.

This is a great discovery for a new place to stay in Toronto. So convenient and right across the street from the airport. You can walk to the airport and be inside in under 10 minutes. So easy!! The price is right too. I had a wonderful room, very clean and the staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome. I had a beer in the bar and had wonderful service. The entire hotel is very clean and easy to navigate. Nice view of the airport even at night. I will be back.

We booked a park sleep fly with our stay at the end of our trip. Supposed to be free shuttle pick up when returning! They did not answer when we called the number given several times! We finally took a cab! Arrived at the hotel to find the water shut off so no toilets or showers! Restaurant was closed and bar was closing however the kind bartender found the chef and we were able to get two wonderful chicken caeser salads! We had been traveling all day so needed to eat! After some discussion they knocked the price of the cab off of our bill and comped us breakfast! We won't stay at this hotel again! Rooms were old and out dated bathrooms not nice and with no water we couldn't use them anyway! An unpleasant experience at best saved by spectacular kitchen and bar staff!

Flight was delayed by 4 hours but Antoine the shuttle driver kicked off this amazing experience making sure I got to the hotel as quick as possible. Super friendly and made the trip that much more enjoyable. Clean rooms, pretty sound proof. Great service overall

Booked two rooms for my parents and they loved the stay here. Monica at the front desk was very helpful. She went out of her way to assist my parents and I truly appreciate her assistance. This hotel will definitely be my recommendation if I’m ever in the Toronto area or know someone who is.

Its close to airport. Has shuttle service from YYZ airport. Staff is super helpful. You can keep your luggage there after you checkout. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only problem I had was that there is non existent sound barrier between the corridor and adjacent walls are too thin. Very difficult to get good sleep with someone banging doors in next room continuously through night.

Great experience during our one night stay. Robert at the front desk was especially helpful, offering to check us in well before the check in time and booking a last minute tour to Niagara Falls which picked us up within 10-15 minutes of us deciding we wanted to go. Rooms were nice and they provided us with a few bottles of water on request at no charge.

Had a great stay here! Our room was quiet and clean, and the wifi worked great. I think the breakfast reviews are outdated because we thought the food was good. They had soy and oat milk, oatmeal, cereal, and gluten free options like fresh fruit, potatoes, eggs and deli meat. The airport shuttle was great and picked us up at midnight.

Rooms were a little older with dated carpet. Generally comfortable stay but minus a star for the expensive hotel breakfast that was terrible. Almost everything was dried up and hard. Hard pancakes, sausages, dry bacon. On site parking was also pricey at $28 per night. Use their free shuttle instead!

Special thank you to Aakash for looking after me. I'm not physically able to lift and he saw to it that I was able to get my belongings in and out on my arrival and departure in a timely manner. Also, the front staff were always available within my 3-day stay. They were quick to pick up the phone and support me. They easily accommodated my room location preference and late check-out. I chose to stay here as it is the closest hotel to The International Centre and my conference had a group rate available.

I would not stay there ever again. At 6:15 am leaving the hotel, stepped on feces in the elevator. They put the sign up afterwards, but it was not being cleaned for a few hrs. Talked to the front desk about it as it was all over our shoes and luggage. This is exactly what the man at the front desk said “ It is not our fault, we put the sign up when we were notified” He was rude and offensive. I felt disgusted, undervalued as a customer. I did not know four points by Sheraton had such low standards. Great customer service. Would never stay there again.

Airport Shuttle: Never on time and sometimes doesn’t come. You need to call and remind them. They say every 30 minutes on the hour (from the hotel). It takes the shuttle 5-10 mins to get to the pickup. Luggage Storage: An old storage room with scrap furniture and paint cans everywhere….not professional. Room: Tiny washroom. Only 1 bottle of water. Location: If you want to stay near the airport it’s fine, but nothing walking distance for food. The restaurant at the hotel is meh at best.

People should be aware that the bathrooms have no fan for ventilation. So when you step in the room there is mold like smell that can be concerning. Everyone in our party woke up with a sore throat. Another thing people should be aware of that is not advertise or mention on their website is that none of the bathrooms in the hotel have a lock on the bathroom door. The odd thing is that the sliding door doesn't close properly. So when we went to front desk asking for any room with proper doors for bathroom, even upgrades that we were willing to pay. But front desk advised us that no were no rooms in the hotel that had locked bathroom doors. Please consider this when coming to visit with other people. It is very awkward having an open bathroom door to your shared beds.

Great Hotel! The service here is very nice and staffs were all friendly and patient. Furthermore, the pool here is open for 24 hours so you can come and enjoy the spa during midnight if you need to take an early flight and don't wanna fall asleep.

This is my go- to hotel when in Toronto for work. Have stayed at many hotels, none have quite a feeling like this one. Remarkable service every time, friendly staff, sparkling clean throughout, this hotel goes above and beyond for their guests. Always a pleasure to stay here. Not to mention walking distance from the Terminal. Highly recommend!

Not really to the standards I would normally expect from a Four Points. Nothing actually wrong with it however it was disappointing in so much as the bathroom was minimally equipped, the heating system was loud and intermittent waking me up more than once. Check-in was slow, the shuttle was later than our scheduled departure etc. Sll this likely would be fine under normal circumstances but this is an airport hotel and really should be catering to those like us with an late arrival and early departure. Wouldn't be my first choice if passing through YYZ again.

Had dinner in the moments dining room. Lalita was our wait staff and was exceptional! Polite efficient and so accommodating. Dinner came out quick, was hot and delicious, Lalita always circled back to see if we needed anything else throughout our meal. Front desk staff was very polite and friendly as well, we will be returning

Room and restaurant were very good. Everything including parking is an extra charge - had problems getting out of the parking lot - didn't use employer's credit card for the room - probably post pandemic jitters.

Absolutely loved the stay. The hotel is spanking new and has a nice bar in the lobby. Pool and hot tub area was great, rooms were well stocked, everything worked and there was ample parking. We were a large group and the person checking us in mentioned something about having to negotiate in and out privileges for parking which was odd, but not taking any stars off for it as long as it is mentioned in the booking conditions and this is somewhat understandable for a hotel so close to the airport.

Probably the worst experience we've ever had with a hotel near the airport. We chose this hotel because of the on site parking and shuttle service. We normally stay at the Hilton Garden Inn or Hilton Airport, but this place was 20 bucks cheaper, and since we were booking 3 rooms, we thought we'd give it a try. We will not be back. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra 20 bucks and go to the Hilton Garden Inn, we've been staying there for years and have never had a problem. No complaints with the rooms, they were good, or the staff who were very apologetic. In the morning we waited and waited, and no shuttle, we noticed a mini van coming and going and people being put in taxis, so we finally asked, as there had been no communication by the front desk team and we were clearly 6 people with luggage waiting for the shuttle. Apparently the shuttle was broke down, so they were using a mini van. These things happen, we understood so we waited, were a bit late getting to the airport but made it ok. On arrival back from our vacation, I called the hotel from the airport to confirm shuttle pick up and where to wait... they said nothing about the shuttle still not being in service! We waited for a half hour in the cold, along with about 20 other people, as other hotel shuttles came and went. Finally... the mini van shows up..same one from the week before, they can only carry 6 people and there's 20 people waiting!!! He takes people that got there well after we did, and left the rest of the people waiting in the cold snowy weather! I called the hotel again, spoke to the manager on duty and asked if they could send a taxi or something because there were lots of people waiting and he could only fit 6 at a time in the mini van. They refused to pay for a taxi so we ended up getting tired of waiting and piled 8 people unsafely into a 6 person mini van just to get out of the cold. This was in total an hour waiting outside at the airport in the cold snowy weather, and would have been longer had we not just piled in! I'm not sure how, one week later they still had no shuttle. They have other hotels they could partner with, or rent a larger vehicle until your shuttle is repaired. This shows an absolute disregard for customers time and comfort! We will not be back. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra 20 bucks and go to the Hilton Garden Inn, we've been staying there for years and have never had a problem.

My expectations were low. A bed, a bath, good airport connection. All true, but not worth a review with 5 stars. The hotel is not a designer hotel, for sure. But here we go: Very nice and service driven staff: in the restaurant, at the reception, for the breakfast. 3+1 Airport driving service, fair prices, great breakfast, really good restaurant, stable and fast wifi, nicely equipped fitness room 3+2=5 Do not expect a outstanding hotel experience. This is still an airport hotel. I enjoyed the great staff Team and this is, why there are 5 stars!

The rooms and location near the airport were as expected nice. The service however is what truly set our stay apart from other hotels on our trip. Edward in particular was most hospitable and helped us to feel almost at home on our trip. Highly recommended.

Make sure you don’t get a room too close to the elevator. So noisy there was no way I would have been able to sleep. Luckily I was able to switch rooms as I had checked in early. Front desk staff was helpful with this. But make sure you don’t waste any money eating in the restaurant. Absolutely zero love or care put into the overpriced meal I had there. Just awful.

During the big holiday debacle with airports me and my mom were separated and I had to quickly find a safe and comfy affordable place for me and my babies ( 2 under 2) for the night. The customer service was great from start to finish. We were able to get a shuttle from airport to hotel, the rooms were clean and breakfast amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Top notch service. I arrived at the airport and called the number for the shuttle. I was at terminal 3, so I had to go to C41. The shuttle showed up on time and Anton was a cool guy. It was just a short drive, and he gave me some tips on how to save money while I was in Toronto. At Check-in, I requested a room that faced toward the airport and the girl who checked me in fulfilled my request. Overall, this was an outstanding experience.

As an Ambassador Elite guest for several years I’ve seen mor Marriott hotels than the average traveler. This hotel is 2 stars at best. Lobby is very nice and restaurant is ok. The rooms are a “blast from the past”. Very outdated, we had furniture and head boards from the 70’s and not by design. It’s like they tried to update the rooms and totally failed. Barn doors for bathroom doors but still have the old steel frames. Rooms are small. Had to argue with the representative checking me in for additional water. She said “ I’ll give you one more” I wanted two and one of the benefits as an elite member is free water. This hotel is only good if you are totally out of luck of finding another near by. I’m sure it’s the not worst on the strip but definitely close to the bottom. I hate it when marketing loads up the web with staged pictures misleading the guests. 3 stars at best

We recently held a business conference, taking up the two main meeting rooms on the main level. Juliana was the Executive Meeting manager. This was dropped in her lap two weeks before the event. The way she pulled together the meeting space, furnishings and catering was miraculous. As problems came up they were dealt with and solved in an expedient, efficient manor. Dominic was the service person assigned to our rooms. When we decided we needed an additional 10 draped tables. It was no big deal. Within minutes, he had the equipment set up in the room the way we wanted it. He began everyday saying good morning and was there anything that we needed. He couldn't do enough for us. We found the front desk staff to be very curt and unco-operative. It really seemed that the only word that they knew how to say was "NO" We will definitively be back.

A very average hotel. The toilet ran all night. The bathroom is so small you basically feel like you climbing over the toilet the whole Time. The lighting was brilliantly white and just not a great space or well appointed. Bed was at least comfortable.

I was able to get a room at last minute here for a reasonable price. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. I took their airport shuttle to the airport in the morning at 4:30am.

GREAT service... But attention to details is missing and frustrating. Service: the receptionist was adorable, the barman was experienced , fun and very nice too. The bad: The lamp next to my bed is not working, the conditioner dispenser was empty and I only realized that while already on the shower. The TV turned off out of nowhere lol Overall I'd give it 4.5/5 but we can't.

[x-post with Expedia] My friend and I stayed here to attend a convention at the Toronto Congress Center down the road. It's an extremely convenient location as it is a short drive straight down the road. Although it literally looks straight into the airport across the road, we were not bothered at all by the noise of any planes. Our room came with free parking included as a perk, which was great because it is usually $28/day according to the sign. The property is extremely clean and large. We were not expecting our room to be as big as it was for what we paid, but we were pleasantly surprised. This hotel shares a parking lot/building with another hotel, so we were kind of confused when we showed up, but just keep that in mind and you'll be fine! The staff were very kind and extremely polite during the check-in and check-out process. We were woken up one day by housekeeping going around the floor, but that is a fault of the thinness of walls rather than the staff themselves doing their job. We were not able to hear other rooms, but we could hear what was going on in the hallway. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay and would consider staying here again next year for the same convention!

I’ve stayed here a few times over the last few months. My stays have been consistently great. The front desk team is so friendly, kind, helpful, and patient. They are so accommodating to guest requests. The restaurant staff is also super friendly and provide prompt, professional service. There is an airport shuttle — But who needs a shuttle when T3 is a five minute walk across the street!??! The four stars is only because the rooms are a little dated. Don’t get me wrong though, they are comfortable and clean. And that’s what is important. Great hotel!

  • 3/5 Ryan P. 1 year ago on Google
It's a low-tier Marriott property near the airport, so there's really no surprise about what you're getting. You probably wouldn't come here of your own accord - it's for short layovers or delayed flights. But, it's clean and serves its purpose. But what's with the barn-style bathroom door? It functions as a primitive modesty rectangle, leaving nothing to the imagination. If you're sharing the room with others to save some cash, you may find yourself using the lobby bathroom to get some privacy.

This room had bedbugs that I woke up to with my body on fire. I flicked the black bedbug off of my foot. This is supposed to be an accessible room, and yet there is no way to get from the bed to the bathroom, particularly in a wheelchair because there’s not enough room to pass between the furniture, between the couch and the desk to get to the bathroom. The blind would not close, so the city lights are in your eyes. I was very disappointed with the situation I faced in this hotel. I Thought I was being booked at a Sheraton, and it was a huge disappointment to be booked in this bedbug infested, dingy, with very dirty carpets, low class hotel. It smelt like fumigation chemicals. A nice accessible bathroom with no door to the bedroom. Good food in the resteraunt.
