Horrible experience and no customer service given. Went for my 1 year anniversary. We had a room booked. When we got there the lady at the front told us they had a flood and the elevators were not working. We would need to take the stairs up and down from the 5th floor. I've had 5 surgeries on my ankle and stairs are not something I can do many of. We had booked a special room. We did not get any type of compensation. Also we should of been advised ahead of time.

Tried to book a night at this hotel in their wheelchair accessible room for a quadriplegic traveler. I was told that the accessible room was available for the night that I required it, but that even if I booked it that it wasn't guaranteed. They said that if the person who was in that room the night before decided to extend their stay that it would bump us and keep the existing person in their room. A standard room will not work for a quad, who requires a full roll in shower to clean himself. That is an absurd policy. If the room is available and we book it, then if the person decides last minute they want to stay, they should be moved to an available room. Seems like a discriminatory practice toward the disabled community. Disabled people have a hard enough time traveling as it is, you would think in 2022 it wouldn't be so hard to book a suitable hotel room. Seems so simple to me, available room? Great, book it and it's yours. Guess not! Clearly not something that you can expect from this hotel, sad really. Won't be considering it for future stays to Toronto.

STAY AWAY!!! I booked an Executive Suite online, but they offered me a small room in another hotel because the elevators were out of order and no rooms were available on the lower floors. What’s worse, no shuttle service was provided so I had to walk to the other hotel with my luggage at midnight. After my stay, I contacted the hotel for a refund of the price difference between the two rooms. I didn’t even ask for additional compensation. It took two weeks for the front desk supervisor, Radhika Puri Batra, to respond to my email and he simply refused my request for no reason. He believes it’s reasonable to charge me the price of the Executive suite but kick me to the cheapest room in the nearby hotel. Isn't it ridiculous? Again, if you wish to have a good sleep before/after a long trip, Hilton Garden and Hampton Inn are right next door. You will pay less and have less headache.

Hi for everyone. It was very bad experience for me and for my wife to stay in this hotel except bed. It was comfortable. But foods, hidden charge are important to prefer this facility. My suggestion is better to stay high stars hotels less than 3 and lower stars hotels. It is almost same price with hidden cost. Reservation price, check-out bill and final credit card charge all show different cost. Be careful. Thx

Perfectly adequate for an airport hotel with a free shuttle to/from the airport. Small pool and basic gym (2 running machines, cross-trainer and dumbbells) to help recover from the flight. Breakfast was ok, but I doubt anything was made fresh on site (unless you count warming up pre-prepared food). Can’t understand why all the plates, cups and cutlery at breakfast were disposable, with the knives barely fit for purpose. The amount of waste was/is staggering. Guess it comes down to profitability over sustainability hence 1 star.

staff are unhelpful and not accommodating. stayed here multiple times and most recent time was told i can’t do a cash deposit, even though i was allowed to do so every other visit here. manager could afford to lose the chip on her shoulder when speaking to guests. 2 separate visits i was charged a mystery fee, each time. i had to fight to get 1 of them back and am still in the process of getting the other back. advertised as easy check in but was incredibly complicated. other than this, the continental breakfast is really nice and it’s in a convenient spot to the airport. in-room coffee does not work and the request i made for extra towels and pillows was approved but i had to go down to the desk and ask again. the TV has netflix which was a nice touch.

Extremely convenient location for travellers and has a free airport shuttle service back and forth. The buffet breakfast was very good. Nice staff. The room was good and comfortable. If traveling and have to stay for a night, I'll prefer this hotel. Less expensive than other hotels around.

Jananan at the front desk was absolutely amazing. He helped us find a perfect room for our short airport stay, booked our complimentary shuttle and breakfast, and answered all of our questions. Staying at a hotel during a pandemic can be stressful, but Jananan’s calm and friendly personality made us feel super comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful service, Jananan!

Not worth the price. If it cost about a 20-30% less I would be more accepting of the flaws. However the room did not heat up the two days we were there, even after maintenance man came over, So had to stay in blankets the entire time. The buffet breakfast is not a buffet. The only hot options are previously frozen then reheated egg, sausages and potatoes and toast. Charged out of the wazoo for parking on top of the hotel not matching the description. The things I liked was the shuttle to the airport and the staff is nice

Had booked here for a business trip. Upon check in was advised (in a very rude way) that they had a flood and elevators were out of service and had to take stairs up to the 10th floor with all my luggage. Upon finally getting to my room the fire alarm was set off and would not turn off. Every time I would ask the front desk they would tell me there was nothing they could do…. Never booking here again . ** Also to add, rooms are super out dated, I’ve seen motels in better condition.

Good value airport hotel. Pros Rooms are nice and clean Shuttle runs every half hour Good price point Includes breakfast Cons They do have a restaurant on site, but it was not open for lunch, and unfortunately the nearest restaurants are about a 20 minute walk, so not really a convenient location. Service could be better as it took about 2 hours and about 4 phone calls to get a crib in the room, after the front desk told us it would take only 15 minutes

Good value for the money. No airport noise and a good breakfast. However, the AC in the room is noisy. Also, the mini fridge does not have a freezer.

Nice room, modern and clean. The "complimentary" breakfast was the worst I can remember ever having. The sausage patties were the consistency of leather, same with the eggs. What an insane display of single use plastics - even the paper coffee cups were wrapped in plastic! Horrible environmental footprint. If you like just cereal youd likely be OK. I ended up eating breakfast elsewhere.

Great stay. Breakfast was okay, washroom wasn’t very clean. But it was quiet and check in was quick. If you take the shuttle here, be aware that there are no restaurants, etc around.

The room was nice! The breakfast staff not very hospitable- closed everything up at 8:50 when it says 9. Wouldn’t give us a knife and watched my husband butter his toast with his figure! You pay $200 a night, we are on vacation and can’t even eat a descent breakfast!

Nice clean room. Comfortable beds. Pool and hot tub if you have time. Really good breakfast in the morning and shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes.

The room was a little dated, but the staff was great, free upgrade, great breakfast and shuttle was seamless. Would recommend for a long layover, very close to airport!

It's close to the Airport, casino, race track and 427. Excellent parking garage. There is a Lil pool and small weight room with treadmills. Complimentary breakfast that I did not try yet. Very clean place tho.

The hotel is a good choice for an overnight stay before or after a flight. The service is good, the rooms are a good size and clean, the pool has a suitable temperature and has towel service, and the breakfast included is acceptable. I give it four stars and not five because of the price and because an airport hotel should not charge for parking (25 cads).

First, the restaurant. Although the food yesterday was fine, the service was awful to the point of being funny. Our server was indifferent, and had obviously never worked in food service in her life. We were ignored for the first 15 minutes. On taking our order, it became immediately apparent that the meals are prepared exactly to recipe and never, ever customized – guessing offsite prep? We watched in amazement as our server's first attempt to pour a beer resulted in a full 6 inches of froth. Finally, I had to get up to go find us silverware and napkins, which you apparently have to ask for if you don't want to eat with your hands. The room was nice, though curtains wouldn't close all the way, and there was some noise due to being near the airport. Front desk staff were okay but uncertain how to do some things; a bit more training would be useful. All in all, we had a visit fairly typical of the profits-above-all Marriott chain.

I generally don't leave reviews on hotels, but in this case it's worth the time. My 3 year old son left his teddy bear in the room and we only realized it when we got home. We immediately contacted the hotel, they took note of the dates and the description of the bear and they said they would get in touch. We thought that this was the end, but they called us the next day informing that they had searched for him and had him with them. the hotel team set about tracking down the bear and calling us to let us know. This is true customer service from the front desk members to the cleaning people. Finally the bear is on his way home. I will definitely come back to the hotel.

As a moderately-priced Marriott near the airport it's a perfectly fine choice. The free wifi is ok for basic things but slow for streaming. Breakfast buffet area has decent choices and well-run. Shuttle service to airport was one-time and efficient.

Close to airport; free shuttle; very helpful and friendly staff! Room was decent, but some upgrades and finishing would elevate the stay. Recommended at this price point.

Not a pleasant experience during check-in. My family and I were staying overnight during a 12-hr layover in Toronto and upon arrival at the hotel we received rude customer service from a lady who was not even dealing with us directly; she was off to the side, micro-managing. We asked a simple question regarding bedding accommodations for our young children and she was snippy telling us that we had maxed out our sleeping arrangements for the room (we didn't know, we were told to ask at check-in for two cribs and they would see what they could do). The guy dealing with our check-in was actually being helpful and trying to explain in a more apologetic way. Once we arrived in our room there was garbage on the floor in the corner and no sheets for the crib in the room. We needed a quick and easy place to stay during our layover (great proximity to the airport) but the unnecessary treatment added to our travel stress. That lady was either having a bad night (as I watched her be rude to the person in front of us), or she is tired of being in customer service.

Excellent location if you want to be next to the airport. Rooms were smelly. Breakfast was good but could be better if they add more hot items to their menu.

Great room. Do not put your expectations on the sofa bed. Breakfast fast was breads, scrambled eggs, bacons and small sausage, taste just fine. Fairly price

We had a 3 day stay in this quarantine hotel. Room was clean! Stuff was really friendly especially the guy from Brazil!! The food was tasty, the portions were really big, we were able to order as many drinks as we wanted. I totally can recommend this hotel.

I had an otherwise pleasant stay that was marred by a few issues including persistent elevator problems, a very cold pool and no TV service on my check out date which did not really bother me but I could hear some guests who were annoyed about it. The hotel itself is nice, clean and comfortable, I had a basic 2 queen room and it was quite a spacious with room for a loveseat. Unfortunately my room had an old drip-style coffee maker so I didn't bother with it. The decor has the old Fairfield look of teal and gold which is loud and not the most appealing. Service was pleasant and courteous. The hotel is very close to the airport with excellent complimentary shuttle service every half hour. A basic breakfast buffet is included.

Hotel was flooded day of arrival. Both elevators out of order entire stay. No TV channels in hotel for 3 days. Refugee families housed on upper floors. Uneasy groups of bored people hanging around the property. Parking is free since gate is raised. Rooms were reasonably clean and hot water pressure on 2nd floor was decent. Soul less industrial area not walkable around the hotel area. Dark and sketchy at night. Free breakfast is absolutely lowest quality Marriott breakfast franchisees could serve. Forgettable and sad.

Very friendly services and reception. Spacious lobby and casual circumstance. Almost 24 hours free coffee with decaf option, also with free hot water so I can make my own beverage. I appreciate all these and enjoy the stay very much.

I might left a shirt and I called many times, no one answered the phone, I called at night, they answered very rudely and let me call in the morning , however, no one picked up the phone! Be careful to come this terrible hotel!

I booked this hotel for my sister. She was staying here during her 3 days quarantine, and they were amazing! Always available and pick up the phone immediately. Nice people and polite. I can say the quality of the food or their food schedule was not the best (4 meals of chicken, not much variety and if she wasn't ask for something different they would continue with chicken), but she was happy with their kindness and their great service. Thank you! :)

We were bumped from the hotel to another down the street. I was told there were simply full but there may have been more going on. The hotel down the street had great food and terrific service!!!

  • 4/5 Yuri Y. 2 years ago on Google
I stayed here for my 3 day quarantine. The customer service was quite good and attentive, never had any issues. The food was also good and different every day. I only wish the portions were bigger and that it was easier to go for a walk (which is allowed but I couldn’t understand the rules). The room itself was really nice with a nice TV.

Room service food was top notch! Hotel is a 5 min drive from the airport with a convenient shuttle service that was running every 1/2 hour.

  • 2/5 J J. 2 years ago on Google
Room was dated, had a weird smell and provided no disinfecting wipes at front desk to wipe off touch points. The place doesn’t look like it gets cleaned throughly often. Found some gross spills on the fridge and crumbs around the bed 🤢

A cozy place for short stays. Very close proximity to the airport and has necessary facilities for a short stay. A rent a car facility within or nearby would be a good advantage.

The spacious tub was clean! (a rareity in many hotels I've stayed in) as was the rest of the room. Despite the odd colour scheme, the king room was laid out nicely, with lots of space, a couch and desk, lots of phone charging plug ins, many lights and a clean tv remote control. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The free breakfast was quite good with hot fiods and items ( muffins, boiled eggs, fruit and juices) we could take along since we had to leave very early to the airport. The free airport shuttle was also great. Thanks!

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. They compare countless hotel sites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't regret it. Extremely convenient location for travellers and has a free airport shuttle service back and forth. The buffet breakfast was very good. Nice staff. The room was good and comfortable. If traveling and have to stay for a night, I'll prefer this hotel. Less expensive than other hotels around.

Very comfortable and clean. Close to everything including the airport. Plus a free airport shuttle every half an hour, complimentary service from the hotel. Breakfast was great too! And front desk staff were very accommodating. They answered every questions/inquiries we have. Kudos!👌

Very clean and well appointed rooms. We got a different room than what was originally booked via a third party website but their staff fixed it for us as soon as we asked. The in room jacuzzi tub wasn’t as big as expected but still a very nice feature.

Gangster hotel totally recommend. Being on the top floor made me feel like a queen. The evening/night staff are more than delightful and full of kindness! Pool was perfect, hot tub was a treat. Clean and fancy

Our room was spacious and modern and the location worked great as it was close to the arena we were at over the weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue was with getting out of the parking lot. The room key was supposed to open the gate, but often didn't.

Friendly service, fantastic shuttle service, clean ,large room. Great price and location . Would recommend and stay again. Lovely view from the 11th floor!! Currently their restaurant is not open so that was a disappointment but understandable with the restrictions just being lifted recently.

Incompetent shuttle service. Waited 30 min to be picked up from the airport at 4:00pm. Shuttle drove to our stop in front of us at 4:30, stopped for 5 seconds and drove away. I tried waving him down after stopping but that didn’t help. Called the hotel and they said they’d contact him. After travelling for 11 hours, I don’t have time for incompetent drivers. Next time I’ll hire my own shuttle/taxi. Won’t be coming back here.

Convenient to Pearson. Small room for the price. Tiny bathroom. At best it was functional. Breakfast was poor in selection and quality. Decent pool. Overall looked clean and well maintained. Courteous and professional staff. Work to be done to improve but have a decent base to start from.

The front desk staff was wonderful! Friendly, efficient and welcoming. The breakfast was hot and fresh and the location is perfect. I live in Canada and think this Hotel is a great welcome to anyone coming to Canada and needing a Hotel before or after a connecting flight or to stay while visiting Toronto.

  • 3/5 Brian W. 1 year ago on Google
Stayed for a quick overnight connecting flight. Lobby was clean and check in was quick. Room was in functional shape, but showed signs of wear. Airport shuttle picked up every 30 minutes and was on time. No major issues except for the feel of the room, definitely came off as an older hotel.

  • 1/5 Raj S. 1 year ago on Google
The staff was great, the people were really nice. My issue was more with hotel itself. It is in need of a complete renovation/facelift. I got upgraded to the top floor and while the space was great everything was just old/worn out. The location is great for the airport and the shuttle is extremely convenient, but the hotel is just - old.

  • 2/5 Brent H. 1 year ago on Google
This hotel is tired, poorly located and has few amenities. The location is only good if you’re looking for a bed near the airport, otherwise there are no restaurants nearby. The breakfast is adequate, but the seating is insufficient and the ambiance makes the high school cafeterias look swank. The staff was great and the rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. The decor however is beat up and gives off that motel 6 vibe.

Very bad service, no water to drink, no bell boy, no help desk, very poor customer service, I asked for the manager but he didn't bother to come out of office to talk to us. He is not fit for that hotel. About food! Breakfast was good I liked the service and the Chef ! A professional guy, I give 5stars for him and minus stars for the manager, I think he doesn't like Indian skin color. All staff's are afraid of him. I will never again visit this hotel and I will let everyone know about this bad customer service.

  • 4/5 Amy S. 1 year ago on Google
I staying in this hotel after a flight and took off the next day. The shuttle was quick and efficient, comes every half hour. The room was large and had a jacuzzi. The negatives is the rooms are outdated and the coffee machine did not work. The customer service, free breakfast and convenience made up for it. For a lower priced hotel, near the airport, it checks the boxes.

  • 5/5 Chris J. 1 year ago on Google
Good location to the airport, the breakfast is good lots of selection for a hotel. Scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, and then the rest you would expect at a hotel breakfast. Service at the front desk was good, they gave me information and times on the shuttle to the airport. There is a pool, and hot tub but we didn't use it, looks sufficient. The pool area was clean. Nice stay before getting on our flight.

  • 4/5 Susan M. 1 year ago on Google
Room was big, decent size fridge, microwave, coffee pot, couch, nice desk. Staff was very friendly. There is a pool, hot tub and gym. Also covered parking. Buffet breakfast was OK. Best for fruit, yogurt and toast. Great proximity to Congress Centre and airport.

  • 3/5 Trevor K. 1 year ago on Google
For a 3 star hotel our stay was satisfactory but not great. Bed was fairly good but the cae to the TV was broken and the TV didn't work. We called 2 different days to get it repaired bit was never fixed. The tap leaked badly, the microwave was missing a leg so wobbled around. Room was generally tired and needed some attention. Breakfast was satisfactory.
