Pros: The front desk were friendly and the hotel lobby is pleasant. Lots of restaurant options to choose from. The free airport shuttle was prompt and efficient. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Cons: our room smelt musty (HVAC must be old) and the cleanliness of the bathroom was not great. I reported this to the front desk and they responded appropriately and apologetically

I stayed here for 3 nights and very satisfied with my choice. From the lobby to the room i noticed it is well maintained and managed hotel. Super clean, perfect location 5 minutes drive to the airport, very close to 401, lots of amenities inside the hotel, good restaurants nearby, swimming pool, gym, and other amenities. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Reception staff are professional and quick to check you in and out. There is a $15/night fee for parking. Lot 41 social bar and table inside the hotel has good foods and drinks, open only evenings. Orchid cafe inside the hotel opens for breakfast. Having a Starbucks inside by the lobby is a big bonus.

Unfortunately I had a less than desirable stay at this hotel. The morning after I checked in I noticed that my shower was covered in clumps or large black hair. I went down to the front desk and asked them to have housekeeping clean my bathroom. I was heading to meetings and would be back late afternoon. I arrived back at the hotel to find that the room had not been cleaned. I then went back down to the front desk and asked them again to send someone up to clean the room. I was heading to a meeting and dinner and wouldn't be back until late that night. At this point the very nice hotel staff apologized profusely and gave me some points which I am appreciative of. However, when I arrived back that night my room was untouched. I finally got some Kleenex and cleaned it up myself. The morning of checkout I went to the desk to complain and was told a manager wasn't on staff and they would call me to make it right. That was 3 days ago, and I haven't heard from anyone. This is a nice hotel but it doesn't mean much if you don't have a clean room to stay in.

This hotel is a nightmare! Book this hotel thru Costco travel cause it seemed convenient being near the airport. The hotel in an industrial work area. There’s really no view of anything. The roads are really bumpy getting to the hotel and out to do activities. The lobby is okay, I will give them that with a Starbucks being in the hotel. The rooms are average basic. The worst part is the billing part. If you’re staying here make sure they give you a hard copy of your receipt. I’ve been charged twice by this hotel and my trip was in this past July 2023. They won’t refund my money back and it’s been an ongoing battle with my credit card. So do yourself a favor and spend a few extra bucks an get a different hotel or somewhere that cheap that you trust. Will never book delta hotels again! I never would’ve expected this from a Marriott branch hotel.

Stayed 1 night here for a park and fly. Parked 15 nights at hotel, good value for the park and fly deal. There is a lot of parking in the well lit lot. The staff were friendly and roo.s wee nice. There are a lot of choices for places to eat near hotel, that are easy walking distance. The planes fly right over the hotel, but we want to be close to the airport.

Nice and comfortable. But i wish room service did not come knock on my door right after 8am. I shouldn't need to hang the do not disturb tab if I'm planning to check out by 9am, but i shouldn't have someone knocking at my door at 8 am either.

I love this hotel I stayed there for the first time yesterday and I want to stay there all the time now. The location is good its close to Toronto Pearson international airport the room was the best it was nice big and cozy the beds where big and really comfortable the tv was big the bathroom was nice the shower even had a soap dispenser with shampoo conditioner and body wash. The window in my room was nice and big and the lobby was nice too. Overall I would definitely stay here and recommended you to stay there I will definitely be staying there again.

The hotel was clean and service was good. The breakfast buffet had an okay variety of food but basically all you needed to start your day. You could also order off a menu for breakfast. The restaurant only opened at 6:30am. Our only issue was that we used the shuttle to get to the airport, which was no issue but when we arrived back after 12:30 pm... No shuttle picked us up. We waited from 12:50am to 1:30am with no shuttle. All the other hotel shuttles came numerous times. Finally, one of the other hotel shuttles was kind enough to drop us at the Delta hotel. The Delta's shuttle was supposed to run until 2am. Only this hotels shuttle did not come. Very disappointed to come home from a late flight and not get picked up

Just what we were looking for. Pool is warm and it’s huge! Hot tub is really warm! Rooms are a little smaller than we thought but clean and 2 queen beds. A fridge and coffee maker. Huge bathroom and lots of spa soaps and lotions. Son is happy with the exercise equipment. And we are excited to try out Ginkos Japanese restaurant onsite

Get your earplugs. ((they have complimentary ones in the Bathroom)). The planes fly over your room every 5 minutes or so. It wasn't too bad at night as I had a Fan App on my phone--which was turned on. The restaurant in the hotel is brutal. Menu limited, not kid friendly. Food overcooked. But hey, we needed a place to lay our head, and our car to be parked safely for the week. They provided that. Almost missed our shuttle though as it was packed to the brim and could not take any other persons..... I would take the shuttle before your "actual" shuttle time to be safe. 7/730am are super busy times, and the airport is nuts!

We stayed here recently while visiting a family member in Toronto. The location is very convenient, and with their deals, the price for the rooms is quite good. The proximity to the airport shouldn't be a problem unless you are a very light sleeper, and even then, ear plugs are provided complimentary to the stay. The room we had was clean and comfortable. The common areas were also nice and especially spacious. We did not try the lounge, cafe or restaurant on site.

Not the best view out the of my room. It looks out on to a very busy road. However, they provide ear plugs. I suppose when you stay at an airport hotel it's to be expected. Otherwise, I enjoyed the stay and had a fairly good meeting experience.

Great customer service, very accommodating. Superb lounge below, also excellent service. Convention centre and G Force Car Rental steps from the elevator. It’s a one stop shop, clean, smells good. Bathroom could have used some love, that’s my minimal item of note…. It was still an awesome stay.

The security guard, Julius, is one of the most kind, professional, and easy-to-work-with fellas I've ever met. He did a great job at an event that took place this weekend. I was impressed with how well he worked given the size of the event and some of the matters that took place. I hope he is recognized for his great work at the establishment.

Went for a work conference. Very organized and helpful staff. Very clean, modern comfortable rooms. Some people complained that the airplanes landing at the airport (it's directly under the flight path of one of the airport runways) kept them awake at night. I didn't hear it. The rooms come with earplugs to help block the noise.

We recently stayed with our hockey team. The hotel was very accommodating. The pool and hot were great, lots of space! The on-site restaurants were fantastic. The rooms were not huge but great value. The planes didn’t bother us. Staff were great!

Had a great experience at this hotel. Lots of restaurants to choose from.. had a Starbucks which was priced higher than usual locations, which was a little frustrating. Food and service were great! The front desk was excellent, and the rooms were awesome. Very comfy bed with proper pillows, enjoyed the free water bottles every day as well. Perfect location for me.

The start of our stay was a little rough as we got in late and half way through my sleep was woken up by someone else who was checked into the same room. So that was startling/scary. The front desk was able to correct this apologized and the rest of my stay was great.

We stayed there for two nights with our group in religious events, overall good location bear the airport, rooms are not typical hotel which are usually spacious, hotel need some upgrades for sure. Overall good hotel to stay. Some front desk staff having attitude issue, they need to learn better communication skills to know how to handle guests issue while they stayed in hotel.

Excellent location. Everyone was very nice and friendly. VIP Lounge was humble but had all the water and snacks that you would want. The breakfast buffet was worth it.

I just want to say what incredible staff you have..I just lost my mom and I'm on my way home. I started to cry at the front desk and sweet wonderful Olivia held my hand and showed me a huge amount of compassion!! Thankyou so much!! That's one truly incredible employee you have there as well as everyone else!! Everyone was so wonderful...Thank-you for making a difficult trip a bit better. Thankyou from the bottom of my Heart Olivia!!

  • 4/5 Sarah R. 8 months ago on Google
Great facilities at the hotel, rooms are good size. Olivia and Nash on the reception are the best ever! They really made my stay, thank you guys! You can get the shuttle to the airport when you want so you can get the train downtown, very quick and easy, CAN$12.30 pp each way. (To get the shuttle from the airport, in Terminal 1, follow Hotel Shuttle signs, and go to door R and wait there. In Terminal 3, follow Hotel Shuttle signs, once outside you see the blue numbers on the wall, go to number 41 and wait there) Gave it 4 stars because the WiFi is terrible, kept dropping every couple of minutes!

Had an unexpected layover and booked last minute. Airport shuttle runs frequently. Front desk staff were very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Several places to eat within walking distance. Not always easy traveling alone but felt very safe at this location.

We would not return. Our room was dirty: shower had soap scum on the shelf, dust on coffee maker, literal crumbs on the floor near the desk. We also had no hot water at all. We didn’t notice these things until we were putting our daughter to bed as we just put our stuff down and left when we got there so I couldn’t call to switch rooms as she needed to sleep. We booked the park and fly package so we could park there and use the shuttle yet once we got there discovered we could not use the shuttle as there was no seatbelts for our infant to use in her car seat, so I had to spend an extra 100$ on Ubers. Waste of money and very disappointing stay.

The hotel carpet and shower looks used and outdated. I don't think it's quality of a 3 star hotel. Maybe 2.5. Front desk service is amazing and the location isn't the worst. If you are a light sleeper, be careful because you are literally on the flight path. 2 restaurants attached to the hotel and also a fully functional starbucks is definitely a plus.

Hotel seems nice, bed were sinked. They need to change. Also they charge you parking fee which is completely unnecessary for the area. Area does not require a paid parking at all. Just trying to make money from everything.

  • 3/5 Kendall R. 9 months ago on Google
Rooms are nice, clean, spacious. Bathroom is clean and neat. The problem is that it is in the flight path of planes coming into YYZ. I was on the 9th floor (don’t know if that really matters) but I could’ve sworn the planes were landing in bed beside me. I had jet lag so I crashed early and they didn’t wake me up, but if you are a light sleeper I do not recommend.

I’d say this hotel was mediocre. The room service was questionable as they’d come in barely knocking while we were in the room, would forget to leave towels, and we also believe they might’ve taken one of our chargers because it was completely gone. On the other hand, the breakfast was good and the location was convenient since it was 15 minutes from the airport and near a Starbucks.

This hotel is just ok. If you need a night or two close to the airport for a reasonable enough price. The cons: - The rooms are dated and a tad bit small especially for 2 or more. - it is super close to the airport so you hear planes landing all night and early in the morning. Pros: - staff is courteous - checkin is quick and easy - good location; close to airport and other amenities

The hotel is located directly across from the Convention Center and just minutes away from the Toronto Airport. Shuttle & Parking - The hotel does offer airport shuttle service (call to confirm hours) and some limited service to nearby places (car rental, other hotels, etc.). They do have onsite parking for $20-$25 per night (May vary depending on Bonvoy Status). The lot is in the rear (you can access the hotel from a rear entrance) and is gated. We took a star off of Service for the Shuttle Driver. Our first driver, almost seemed like he demanded a tip. During our ride back to the airport another shuttle driver never even left his seat to unload passengers. Check in - Was very smooth. Our flight arrived very early, so with our Bonvoy status, we were able to check in early and hit the ground touring. Because there were many large parties attending conventions, we did not get a room upgrade. But we were okay with just checking in early and dropping our bags. Rooms - We reserved the 2 queen bed room, but was hoping for an upgrade to the 2 queen bed suite. Having a daughter that is currently flying planes, the room was perfect as it overlooked the runway. The room was basic, 2 beds, desk, refrigerator, closet, bathroom. We took one star off because the bathroom had no ventilation. After showering, the bathrooms would stay steamy, thus making the floors slippery. I e had to leave the bathroom door open. Unless you request, not all rooms have a microwave. We were fortunate enough to have a great Housekeeper (Gita), that kept our room clean and new and fresh towels daily. Amenities- The hotel has a few restaurants. Orchid Cafe for breakfast, offers a buffet and a la carte menu. See attached Menu. Our waiter Kazi was awesome and engaging. The Ginko Japanese restaurant offer Japanese cuisine- Menu attached. Lot 41 is their Bar/restaurant that offers quick food - Menu attached. Beware, as one night we were told the menu was limited. And, we noticed a difference in options when ordering room service and going to the restaurant. The do have a pool, exercise facility, onsite car rental, Starbucks in the lobby, Gift Shop/store, ATMs, baggage hold area, and Currency Exchange (As with most places they have their fees….. Banks give the best rates). Getting around. I highly encourage anyone coming into to town to rent a car. On our first day we tried the Uber thing and with traffic, we paid more in one day of Uber, then for a 3 day car rental. May have been peak season or the holiday, but getting into/out of the city was crazy. With the car, it allowed us to see more, Niagara Falls, CN Tower, Waterfront, etc. ****Please note that this hotel is in the line of arriving planes. You will hear planes ✈️ flying in, so much so that our room even had ear plugs.

Nice place, great service, friendly staff. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. You may get some airplane noise because you're close to the airport. As an aviation geek, I loved it. Not a fan of the parking, but the staff was fair when the gates didn't work.

A little loud sometimes when planes flying by but once I was sleeping was not a problem. Comfy beds, good shower, downstairs restaurant for food. Handy airport shuttle.

This location is close to the airport and the team at reception was warm friendly and inviting. We had a reservation problem which was our fault and the star player Ashar Syed went out of his way to make the necessary amends to accommodate us. He is an absolute professional who embodies the concept of customer service. He certainly made a great first impression for his company and himself. The restaurant experience was great as well when Thas, our server was always there with a smile asking if we needed refills and if everything was ok. The overall experience was amazing. Please give these guys some raises.

If there was more than 5 stars, I would give it to them. Delta Toronto Airport Hotel is an exemplary haven for travelers seeking a seamless blend of comfort and convenience. Every stay feels like you are returning home. The Orchid Café's breakfast selection is a delightful treat, offering a diverse range of delectable food options. Fitness center is well-equipped gym, while the expansive swimming pool stands out with its generous size. The indulgent whirlpool proves to be a haven for unwinding and easing tired muscles. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. It create a soothing ambiance that makes you feel right at home. Delta Toronto Airport Hotel experience makes it your first choice for frequent visits and an unforgettable stay experience.

Was there for a conference recently, and the check-in was fast and easy. The room was comfortable. One complaint would be the common washrooms throughout the hotel. They (one in particular) had an awful sewer like smell, which at times could be smelled when approaching them. The soap dispeners were empty, and some taps did not work or the sink was plugged.

  • 1/5 Michael K. 6 months ago on Google
The condition of the rooms here is totally unacceptable for the price this hotel is charging. Peeling wall paper, water stains everywhere, crazy amounts of dust building up, plumbing backed up, damaged carpets and tiles, etc. After I brought it to the attention of the staff I got moved to another room with the same problems, and I had the impression they were just going to give my original room to the next guest without trying to fix the issues.

Super great hotel. Helpful staff and has great restaurants. It really should be a four star hotel instead of 3 star. I totally enjoyed my stay. Would love to come back again!!!!

  • 4/5 Jean-Elie M. 5 months ago on Google
Very nice hotel. The employees are very professional and welcoming. The conference center was functional and vast. Just one detail to be improved: the ventilation system for the room needs to be cleaned. Once the heating system was on, my dust allergy came on too. Otherwise a very good stay.

I stayed here for a conference. Great staff, super friendly all over the hotel. Rooms are a little loud due to the airport being by but it sure is convenient when you need to get to the hotel on time. Room decor and upkeep is dated, rusty metal, frayed rugs and my windows had stains from something. Over all, it’s a good airport hotel, very convenient and has a few chain restaurants nearby. Restaurant food was great. Fast elevators!

The Delta hotel is on the flight path of one of the runways at Pearson international airport and you will see aircraft flying over all the time. However the sound is dampened quite a lot and you probably will not hear the planes at all inside the hotel. It is fascinating seeing lots of commercial aircraft in flight. As for the hotel, the rooms are good size, clean and the conference rooms are comfortable and can accommodate lots of people. I liked being at this hotel and I think you will too.

  • 1/5 Megan R. 3 months ago on Google • 5 reviews New
Stayed for a conference and sad to say the location means endless planes flying over low until the early hours lead to a complete lack of sleep. The complimentary ear plugs did not help at all. Rooms are basic and efficient but a little dated, felt like I was in a coat closet. The member of staff at the front desk was not very cheery when I checked in. He didn’t seem to know any answers to simple questions like cost for valet vs self park, and just generally wasn’t very welcome. I didn’t make note of his name but recall he was younger with longer curly hair tied back in a pony tail. Sadly I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for an airport hotel. The cost was too high for the quality and value.

  • 1/5 Laura M. 2 years ago on Google
The rooms are extremely loud, there is street racing every night on the road it’s on. The shuttles don’t run all night. They also don’t run on the pick up schedule they promise. There are many homeless people wandering the lobby as well. Staff are all very nice but it’s just not worth the cost of the room.

The stars are for the excellent customer service I had in this hotel. Cheerful and helpful staff. Nash at the front desk was extremely helpful and responsive to solve my issue. Very polite and and always smiling. The hotel is lucky yo have him. This is what customer service and hospitality is all about. As well Anthony who welcomes the visitors at the front door, is proactive. He approaches people asking them how he can offer help and lead them to where they need to go. A big thank you for those two ideal staff. The hotel is clean generally and rooms are pretty well sized, located in a very good location if you seek to be near the airport. Other than the restaurants in the hotel, there is a full serviced Starbucks in the lobby. Parking is not free and charges $18/day. As well there is a gift shop in the main floor that sells souvineers and other amenities including drinks. One thing worthy to mention is that the hotel is very close to the airport, so don’t expect to have quiet nights or mornings, as the noise of the planes taking off or landing is very loud sometimes and nay disturb your sleep.

I stayed one night, on the 12th floor in a Queen Guest Room on a Wednesday night. I did have to book an upgraded room in order to have a small fridge. The location is convenient for getting on and off the 427. The hotel is close to the airport. The trade-off is that there is nothing to "do" in the area other than a few restaurants. The Good: the room was clean - I have no complaints there. The bed linens were nice and they seemed to have different types of pillows on the bed, presumably so that you could pick the type you like. There was very little noise from other rooms or the hallway. There was lots of parking available and it was very convenient to be able to pay for it upon check-in. The Bad: the main floor where the pool, gym and some other amenities are looks very worn out and out of date. The bathroom was tiny! I'm a short person and when I sat on the toilet, one leg was touching the counter and the other was touching the tub. Finally, while it said on their website that staff were continuing to wear masks in public spaces, I didn't see anyone wearing a mask. Certainly not a place that I would recommend for a vacation or quick getaway, but if you are traveling and need a convenient place to spend the night before or after your trip, this fits the bill.

  • 4/5 Carlie M. 1 year ago on Google
Hotel was great!!! The lobby appearance was nice and clean.. Room was a double Queen suite perfect for our family of four. Beds were comfy and so were pillows. Hotel is right in the flight path so you will be an abundance of airplanes, which made our youngest very excited.. It gets quite at night and barley hear them at night not enough to ruin your sleep. Pool and hot were nice but need a little upgrade but no issues… Great location not far from all Toronto activities… Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Drove over 400 miles from NY to Canada with family for the first time for a short vacation, only to be recieved by a rude black male customer service guy on June 17, 2022 @ 0730 hours. I had paid for Thursday through Sunday, although I knew I would arrive on Friday morning, considering hotel check in tines. I notified the hotel of my eta, and upon arrival the receptionist boldly told me the only room available was on the second floor, and that I could take it or leave. Hearing unfathomable speech after 7 hours on the road was very unwelcoming and hostile. Bear in mind, I am also a colored skin person, so I do not intend to be prejudice. The same receptionist extended same unwelcoming speech to a middle eastern lady who was in front of me. He will surely drag the hotels name to the mud, and should face a disciplinary action. I am a law enforcement officer in a hospital in NY, and understand customer service. Cameras don't lie. Management should review the Cameras at the said date and time and decide if they should keep him. Although, I hate to say this, he don't deserve that job. Perhaps when bills pile up after losing a job, he will understand that consumers sustain a business when the business observes and embraces continuous quality improvement.

I was there last weekend for an award ceremony. The young lady was very attentive and knowledgeable about the hotel, places to eat, car rental locations and down to earth friendly... If I was to return to that area I would stay there. The room was clean and I ask for extra warm blankets which showed up in no time. That front desk young lady( Deana) should get a raise.

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any hotel. This website will compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of my favorites in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you choose this place you won't be let down. Staff is friendly and inviting. Nibala is so professional and made our stay enjoyable. Go see V. In Lot 41. He was so much fun. Super location, clean and food is A-1. The planes are no bother at all, barely heard them....but they do supply ear plugs if needed

Firstly I must say that the Lobby and entrance were beautiful and spacious, But my stay here was one of the worst I have ever had. from the front staff wanting me to trick me to pay extra for the room, and when I didn't, then I was given a room that smelt like it has never been looked at for a long time and the air in the room was bad. I had to crank the AC and left it open for a while before I could stay in it. But it got worse as I wasn't able to sleep all night as my body kept itching me only to find out the next morning that the SHEETS wear really DIRTY.. like it has never been properly washed for months and I have picture proof of it so they cant denial it

Hotel was nice, mostly clean (there were some stains in the carpet that were a bit offputtting but the room itself was generally very clean) and surprisingly quiet for the location. Service was underwhelming, we were greeted with a "hi" and it was awkward silences and 1 line sentences for the check in process. Nothing was mentioned about amenities or hours for them or anything, and no information in the room about any amenities either. We wanted to go swimming but had no idea how to go about it and so just didn't go. Was ok in general but service needs to be a bit better.

My husband and I had this hotel booked for us when we came in from our honeymoon. It was such a nice gesture but by the time we were able to get a hotel shuttle it was 4:30am and it wasn’t worth it anymore. They don’t tell you that their shuttles stop running from 2-4am where many other hotels have shuttles 24/7 so we were stuck at the airport for 2 hours. After a long time of waiting we were given a small room with a double bed that was very small for two. Pretty disappointing considering the price point.

Clean, quiet room. Love the fact that they have a little convenience store in the lobby AND a Starbucks! My only complaint is that the washrooms are Tiny! Given that's my only complaint, I would stay here again!

I stayed in the hotel for almost two weeks to complete my travel quarantine. The hotel has been renovated but looks good and is well maintained. The room was also spacious and clean upon arrival. The bathroom however was very small and the drain got clogged in our unit which was promptly corrected. The front of the house and the staff are very respectful and professional so props up to them. The big issue that I had while living here was that one of my parcels left outside the room was attempted to be stolen but after realizing its a medical sample was kept back. Upon complaining to the hotel management I was told that the IT team will check and advise. Next day I hear back from the management that there are no cameras and anybody can waltz into the hotel. When I asked who would be responsible and there wasn't even an apology given. That safety gap can lead to a big issue someday. I will not return back here.

Do yourself a great favor and avoid this hotel like it is the plague. (Primarily front desk staff) will lie right to your face about any subject that benefits them. They are vindictive, petty and spiteful and will refuse to do anything more than what they required to do by the minimum standards of service. This is how they treat a Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Elite Member (the highest tier guest). Only reason why it even got 2 stars is thanks to the great cleaning staff and comfortable bed. You'd get better service from a Crack hotel in the middle of a ghetto somewhere.

The bed was comfortable.. That's it! Hotel is gouging customers with the "Security Deposit" of $200 for 12 hour stay and 3 to 5 days to credit it. Yet they had a prepaid room. Hogwash. Foreign owners are using $ for a week. No facilities open at 9 pm... Convenience store charges 0.75 cents per transaction for cash or debit. Thieves.! Be warned

We booked a wedding block here and the service was exceptional! The representative Malvika was a pleasure to work with. All our wedding guests were satisfied! We got our room upgraded also by surprise and we were treated so respectfully. On the wedding day even we had an issue with finding a place to store our wedding cake and the hotel was so very kind to have let us use their fridge. Delta is the very best!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel where the experience was elevated to new heights, thanks to the exceptional hotel manager, Vishal. From the moment I arrived until the day of departure, Vishal's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel like a valued guest. Vishal's commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in every aspect of my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met and that I had a memorable trip. Vishal's attentiveness was truly commendable. The hotel itself was a haven of comfort and elegance, but it was Vishal's personal touch that made all the difference. He took the time to engage with guests, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere that fostered a sense of community among travelers. His genuine interest in making our stay exceptional was evident, and he effortlessly anticipated our needs, leaving no stone unturned. The overall satisfaction of my trip was beyond my expectations, largely due to Vishal's dedication and exceptional hospitality. His friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile for guests made the hotel feel like a home away from home. I left the hotel with a deep sense of gratitude and a longing to return.

Loved our stay! Parking was easy and convenient, front desk was nice and accommodating, room was beautiful, clean and bed/pillows so comfy. We had a corner room with a king and loved all the windows. Great location.

It was surprisingly quiet in spite of its close proximity to the airport. I had some small complaints, but nothing worth mentioning. We had a good stay. I would highly suggest though bringing your own toiletries! The hair conditioner only makes hair more tangled and unmanageable!

Nice clean room that had an ironing board, soaps, body lotion. Enjoyed my stay and would return provided the price was good. A colleague tried to book after me and the rate was too high for them.

Nice hotel at a very convenient place near the airport and convention centre. Rooms and clean and well maintained. Place will need to be booked well in advanced on weekends if there is an event going on at the Toronto Congress centre across the street. There is ample parking at the back. Inside has many halls for certain events as well.

Make sure to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking your room. This website will compare hundreds of booking web sites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't be let down. Was very impressed by the overall look of the hotel and all the amenities it offers. The rooms were very clean and perfect for a couple. You can hear a lot of plane noises as it is by the airport but over all very good experience I would recommend

The rooms were good and it was great to be able to park for a week while we were away. My only complaint is the room service. A trainee with a broken finger was trying to open a bottle of wine while his boss watched for easily 5 minutes. We are Covid cautious, and didn't really want them both in our room to begin with, then all the huffing and puffing to get the bottle open added to our dismay. After he opened it finally, ( with us suggesting his supervisor help him!), he tried to put the cork back in the bottle!! No, just no. Train him before he comes to the room please.

This is an older property that has been remodeled in the last few years. The lobby is well laid out with lots of soft seating spread throughout a large area. There is also a full service Starbucks inside the hotel. There are several restaurants including a breakfast specific option and a restaurant/bar. The food is what you would expect from a Marriott property. Nothing special but adequate for three meals a day. The staff is very good and housekeeping is efficient. I stayed for a conference which was conveniently located across the street. The airport shuttle is helpful and runs just about 24 hours a day.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Small but modern rooms. House keeping did a good job every day keeping room clean and tidy. Good little convenience store on location. Plenty of parking. Good location to get to many GTA spots. Pool wasn't clean, water was murky in all areas including hot tub, didn't stay long in pool due to this.

Cozy rooms with amazingly comfy beds, large work space and TSN/Fox on a wall screen. The pool was long enough for some lengths and separate kid area. I enjoyed a soak in the hot tub and did some weights in the gym. We enjoyed a beautiful New York steak and wine - so delicious with a gourmet flair in a chill pub feel. Hope to go back soon!

Slightly outdated hotel. Staff were excellent, especially on the Marriott Bonvoy app chat function. I really appreciated all of the support before check in and during the stay. Great to have a Starbucks in the lobby- pool was old but nice to have, and the whirlpool is functional despite the closure listed on website. Breakfast was expensive and very basic- very big discrepancy between what is listed on the menu and what you will actually recieve. Restaurant manager was very understanding of this criticism and remedied the issue. I still would not eat breakfast here again. Bed was very soft and the gift shop is fantastic.

This hotel is located just close to the airport. It has a shuttle. The room was clean and well lighted. The oy down is that there is no microwave. There is a restaurant and a coffee shop including a Starbucks on site. The carpet in the hall way might need some renovation but overall the hotel is fine and will meet you needs. There is a complimentary parking and breakfast which is just perfect

Staff were very friendly and helpful good selection of breakfast on offer, rooms were very basic compared to back home in Ireland bathroom was very small, nice and close to the airport and to Union station,a bit noisy with planes flying directly over the hotel all the time. A big thanks to Anthony at reception who went out of his way to help us with our travels to the CN tower and to Niagara falls very welcoming man at the front of house. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

A nice, big hotel. Seems a bit dated and you have to walk through the convention area to get to the pool. The rooms, while smaller, do have all the amenities required for a room and are comfortable. Be aware the hotel is on the landing path of aircraft at Pearson. Ear plugs are supplied

  • 5/5 Sandy 1 year ago on Google
The rooms are comfortable and functional! The trucks driving by are quite noisy at night, but the hotel provides ear plugs to use if you're sensitive to noises. The bed is very comfortable, and the towels are fluffy. I very much enjoyed the stay here. They have a free shuttle between the airport and the hotel, and operates every 30 minutes.

Despite a fantastic breakfast staff and service, one of our party had several items taken from their room during room service. Management was informed and seemed inconvenienced. He said he would look into it and twice said he would call me with results or finality. He didn't at all. We've been staying at this hotel due to proximity for a decade or more. We'll definitely be looking elsewhere from now on based on their handling of the situation.
