Our dinner at Arizona was pathetic! First of all, we chose this place to have good food and play pool. To our surprise, they have stopped pool tables. The ambience was very dull, couldn’t hear the music at all. Well, this is not my first time to this place. When I had been earlier, I had enjoyed the vibe in here, but now it’s entirely different. We had ordered Chicken nachos, hot wings, calamari and drinks. The beer was diluted, we could barely taste the beer. Chicken nachos were for $24 for such a small amount and no chicken or cheese on it. Also our waitress forgot to add guacamole to it. Calamari was too oily and rubbery, we could not have it. For such a pricey dishes we expected a better service, but it was the worst.

Service was great! Server dealt great with our table, very pleasant. Food was terrible. Between 25 people there wasn’t one person who was happy. Rare steak is medium, veggies undercooked, potatoes good though. Pasta described as tasting like lotion. Red sauce tasted like straight out of a jar. Chicken fingers were tasty but only 3 small ones for $15 - no fries. Burger was burnt. Host (seemed like a manager) was very rude when entered. Told us it would be a long wait and wasn’t welcoming. Server apologized for long wait (didn’t bother us) and for a couple of meals that they over heard we didn’t like and brought some alternate meals. A+ to wait staff, D- to host and C to kitchen

EDIT: I called b/c they left me a msg on here. They proceeded to tell me I couldn't read and it was there servers fault that there menu did not indicate that 1/2 off wings were only available with alcohol. Yes you read that correctly, this was coming from a person claiming to be a owner. DIRTY, MISLEADING and NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY - DO NOT GO HERE - LOOK AT OTHER RECENT REVIEWS - They advertise 1/2 off wings with a purchase of a drink (as it says on the menu) on Mondays but they don’t tell you it MUST be a alcoholic drink. The menu only says a ‘drink’. This is incredibly misleading for non drinkers and people who want to bring their family here. - Wings start at $15 and alcoholic drinks start at $10. It isn’t even a deal when wings are 1/2 off, alcohol is more overly priced than The Keg, Lone Star and Moxies down the street. - Tables were not wiped down or cleaned. Still sticky and had cup marks. - Cheesy bread tasted like it was microwaved, the bread was soft and cheese barely melted - Server didn’t care to be nice or kind, just looked at the tip amount on the receipt and left, didn’t clean the table or fill up our drinks ever. - Wings were okay, not good or great. - Manager does not belong in this industry, lacks ability to deal with people. He was approaching tables that ordered wings and a pop, explained to them they don’t get the deal and ‘talked down’ to the customers. Made several tables feel unwelcome and upset. It’s evident the owners don’t care as they have yet to respond to any reviews posted on google.

So it was our first time at Arizona...and let me tell you ..I WOULD NEVER recommend it or go back...the only thing good, was the beer. First, the waitress was timid I asked her what was good or what she could recommend..she told us "no idea" . So we played it safe and got..Samosas (appetizers) Canadian burger with fries and Parmasean Chicken with mushrooms (I am still searching for the mushrooms) . The burger was tasteless no flavor whatsoever. My parmasean chicken was hard and burnt. The samosas were somewhat good..they weren't the best but better than the rest..First time in my life giving such low rating.

I loved the location, not too far from airport hotels. Steak was ok, not dry but needed salt and there was nothing on the table. Salad and cocktail were good. Staff are not very welcoming.

Been going to this place for a while now but this place seems to be losing its touch. The food was alright. I was a little surprised to see 2 different flavours of sauces on my plate. I think there may have been a mistake initially and it was somehow covered up. I was particularly disappointed with the service though. Our server for some reason wasn’t interested in in our table at all. It was almost like she had forgotten about us or something. Was it because there were not too many orders from table? Not sure, never happened in the past. One thing for sure, she was definitely happy paying extra attention to the people at this other table she was waiting on where she was also doing shots. Had to very much hunt her down so I could order a second round of beers in spite of there being no crowd at all. Sure she was great eye candy given her goods were popping out of the black top she had on but apart from that it felt like she was doing is a favour when she spoke with us. Of course I made sure my disappointment reflected in the tip (10% only).

Not the best option in the area. Weren't here after a long time of not coming and it's still the same. They have an outside seating area now which is nice. Good place for a drink, but the food isn't great. We had oysters and nachos. Oysters were smallish $2 each. The nachos were probably the safest looking nachos I've ever had. Not much cheese or protein. Don't think I'll be back.

This is a great place to watch sports and have a great lunch or dinner. I visited this and ordered Lamb Chops. It’s not cheap but the taste is so delicious. It’s worth every penny spent. The servers are great ladies. I enjoyed my dinner and watching sports in so many TV monitors. I had fun and will definitely come back.

It was our first time here as we were staying in a nearby hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by this lounge. Our service was prompt, flawless and friendly. The food was good and as expected. They have a delicious sausage appetizer and the oysters were reasonably priced and fresh. No complaints at all as we had a great experience and would return again.

Got the beef nachos with the beef chili with a side of guacamole. Good eats. Staff was friendly and more than willing to answer our questions. In fact, we discussed using the buses and how that might work best. They even made change for us. Very helpful. The decor and set up is attractive with lots of screens for sports and wood finish for that cozy feel. Loads of seating. Would recommend. Would like to try going for drinks with friends here.

These two stars for awesome hospitality, three for fries and Zero for pizza. The base of the pizza is the one that you can buy frozen from any store/ don’t expect the proper fresh baked dough pizza. It is simply topped with more toppings and served. Absolute waste of money. Fries are way delicious than any other place. Staff is super nice.I won’t go again

Great atmosphere with friendly staff. There's no seating at the bar but the TV's are on all walls with various sports on. The wings were awesome and so we're the spring rolls. Overall 5 stars to the team here. They did a great job. Will definitely recommend

Great time out for the game. Nice TV set up. Was crazy busy, and the server held up. Service was fast and effective. Everyone got meals and drinks. The atmosphere was amazing. The food was good, I had the steak and wasn't too impressed. I recommend the burger or a Buffalo chicken salad.

First time going here and it felt like a neighborhood bar/pub. Ordered a drink with friends and a pizza. Got the small Arizona Special, just no tomato and extra olives. For $13 it wasn't anything fancy but the mushrooms were huge and it tasted good for the price and size. Good selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Like my Jays mug glass as well. Music was awesome and mentioned it to our server Renea. Wish it was a little turned down, just a little. Not a fan of having to yell to talk is all. They need more clear signage for the bathrooms though. Totally walked into the Men's as there's nothing saying which is which. Found the woman's and there was just a piece of paper marking that one. Something a bit more noticeable would be helpful. Though I did makes some new friends as we laughed at my mistake.

I can’t even begin to give the restaurant a star. Went for dinner with 3 friends sat in a corner or the restaurant it was dark our waiter did not check on us ordered an appetizer of chicken nachos and it came way long after my friend ordered samosas which came before mine all of our food was either under cooked or way over cooked and when we expressed to our waiter she didn’t acknowledge or care to give a solution to our problems…. I’ve never experienced such bad service ever and just acknowledgement that no you didn’t make the food but you could at least apologize and try to rectify anything but she simply did not care.

I went to dinner last night. Overall, the food was okay, and it did require more seasoning. I ordered the stuffed chicken and wished it had a lot more stuffing. I am giving this review two stars because the mashed potatoes were very good. Food was more so on the expensive side for what it was. Unfortunately, one of the wait staff was very rude. I said hello to her and she made sure to acknowledge me by intentionally making eye contact with me. She then proceeded to also intentionally walk straight past me. I am in the hospitality industry as well and would never treat someone like this. Very weird behavior. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Came in for drinks with a group of friends but ended up staying for food because of the great service! Thank you Nikki for making our visit so enjoyable! Will definitely be coming back.

Dropped off my son and new daughter-in-law at the airport for their honeymoon trip , drove five minutes,and had a great half-price appetizer. Best nachos I’ve had for 10$!

Arrived Late from international travel and found this establishment open. Seated and served efficiently. Good selection of beers and we ordered Wings that were well prepared and tasted as they should.

A great meal. I had the crispy chicken on a bun. Nice atmosphere. Really hopping. My only complaint is there was no paper towel in the ladies washroom when I arrived. I let them know. And when we were getting ready to leave most of the washrooms had no paper. It's a pretty busy place so was kind of surprised it wasn't checked regularly

It has been a long time since I have been to Arizona's, the atmosphere was different, they have made some changes, it's nice to see there's a patio outside for the summer weather coming

A friend recommended this place to me because I love oysters. They are $1.25 every Tuesday and Wednesday but after 4pm. I came in the afternoon, so it was about $2 each. Not bad! I was impressed with the quality of the oysters. They tasted clean and fresh, and I wish I had more, but I’m just glad I was able to try this place. I will come back again. I also ordered their Tex-Mex fish tacos. It wasn’t anything mind-blowing, but it did its job. The decor is very casual. I liked the country/rock and roll music they played. It added to the experience because I felt like I was transported to another world…or maybe I was high on oysters. Overall, it was relaxing being there, especially since it wasn’t busy when I came. Service was pleasant. I could tell she tried to meet our needs, although she looked like she was mustering all she could to be enthusiastic; it didn’t seem like she genuinely wanted to be there, but A for effort lol

Great staff and food make this a must visit for anyone in the airport area. This establishment provides an outdoor covered patio enclosure that is adequate for all four seasons. Great for those looking to have a dine-in experience without being vaccine compliant. Enjoy

This is a Sports Bar that is a pure man-cave. Dark, dense furniture, booths and tables. We went there for a quick appetizer and drink. This Bar is definitely not scrimping on a full shot. It may have even been 1.5. We had the cauliflower bites. Think sweet and sour chicken balls, not so sweet. A little too much batter for my taste...Definitely not Keto. Service was good. All wait staff that we could see, were in their 20s (early) and female. Lots of business looking types and just regular hearty sports fans. We were there at about 1030-1130 pm.

Overall, not a bad. It took longer than usual for service, however it was getting better as the night continued. There was 6 of us in total. Three of us ordered steak and lamb chops from blue rare to medium rare. It was brought over cooked. Turned out to be dry and gritty. The wings are great... The servers were helpful and kind.... However those steaks .... Good thing my cousin had peppercorn sauce to take away the dryness where I didn't. Do not order the steak
