Great value for the price! Bus driver was kind & friendly throughout the trip and pick up locations in Toronto were easy to access which made the entire experience the highlight of our vacation. Will go again!!

This trip was absolutely amazing, Adam our tour guide is too good to be true, he has so much patience, so much care for everyone, he makes you feel home. In my life, I have never seen someone so gentle and caring like Adam.

Glad I booked our Niagara tour with them, the shuttle came on time at the pickup point, tour guide was very nice and informative, we had 4 hrs to walk and explore around Niagara and on the way back we had plenty of fun stops such as floral clock, maple syrup tasting, whirlpool and etc. I was looking for days to find a tour that offers the most and I finally found the Queen Tour. Very satisfied & definitely recommend them!

Booking the trip through the website was really easy. They have quite a few pickup spots so you can choose the one closest to you however if you're unsure of which spot to pick you can email them after you book and they can tell you which pickup location is nearest to you. The day off the trip went seamlessly. The bus does arrive early however they do wait until the pickup time before leaving. The bus is nice and air conditioned and the seats were comfortable. We were accompanied by Tracy and she was wonderful. She had so much knowledge on the falls and it's many attractions. She's also very friendly and open to answer all your questions. We went to 3 places before heading to Niagra Falls: the Floral Clock, Whirlpools, and maple tasting. You have about 15 minutes during the maple tasting to browse the shop and buy maple syrup/souvenirs. After that Tracy took us to Niagra Falls and showed us where we needed to meet up at the end of the day and then we had free time. We had about 3 hours to do whatever we wanted. We had bought the boat tickets as well and they were definitely worth it! An amazing experience all around. Would definitely book again if I come back!

Kaleb did an awesome job! First of all, the different pick-up places were very helpful, the first one was very close to my place. Kaleb made sure to stay in his schedule but also left enough time for the other people of the group to join (although some didn't show up at all...). The ride was fun. I felt safe during the ride (Kaleb's a good driver) and he was very entertaining. He not only provided us with infos about the Niagara Falls, but in general he told a lot about Toronto (even how to pronounce it properly so no-one gets you're a tourist ^^), about Ontario and Canada in general. Pretty good was too, that we were still able to buy tickets for the attractions right at the Niagara Falls (I took the one Beyond the Falls- strongly recommend)- that's pretty useful for people unsure about they want it or not. We had enough time to explore on our own. On the way back, Kaleb made sure to tell more about the Niagara Falls and the location in general. I really appreciated the Maple syrup tasting- that was fun! Kaleb made sure to stop/ slow down in certain areas, so we could take pictures and enjoy the view. I'm glad I could spend this exceptional trip with King Kaleb!

Today we went to Niagara Falls with Queen Tour Niagara Falls Tour. It was an amazing experience! Everything worked perfectly and the Tour Guide (Adam) was very knowledgeable about the history of the place and also gave us great advice for having dinner in Toronto. We loved the burgers that he recommended us at THE PRIEST in Adelaide Av. We came all the way from Chile and we would love to come back and do the same tour with Adam 😊 Thank you for the great experience it exceeded my expectations!

Salavatore was our guide and he was great. Very positive and accommodating. The tour had enough stops to see everything but not be overwhelming. I recommend it!

Really good tour. Only eleven people on a mini bus so no overcrowding. Plenty of time to enjoy the Falls and no queue for boat trip as tickets distributed by the driver who was a really nice person. Recommended.

We took the day tour return from Toronto. There was one pickup location near our apartment so it was convenient. The guide brought us around to places and made it very comfortable for us. There were many shops that closed on Christmas day. But the guide was knowledgeable to bring us to places that were open. On the way back to the tour, he even bought us chocolate chip cookies for Christmas, which was a nice gesture. 10/10 will recommend queen tour again! Thanks so much for providing the tour.

Easy to access pick up and drop off points. The small group tours meant that we didn’t have to wait for a big group of people. We were able to make the most of our time at the falls doing many activities as they have pre purchased tickets.Our tour guide, Salvatore was very knowledgeable and most helpful. Thank you.

Don Salvatore was a great guide and driver. I was able to squeeze in 3 activities at the falls- I'd recommend doing the Fury and Journey quickly then heading to the power station tunnel tour and finishing off with the power station museum. If you decide to do this however, please have a good breakfast/pack snacks if you don't think you'll make it to lunch at Maple Leaf around 13:30/14:00.

Visiting Niagara Falls was a must for me during my visit to Toronto but with all the offers out there it was a bit difficult for me to decide which tour to take. In the end I am very happy to have chosen Queen Tour! The scheduled day was cloudy and with rain but the guide Kaleb was very responsible in his driving and kindly made every effort so that the participants made the best of our visit, as well as recommendations to take the best photos! I really liked that on our way to Niagara he told us about the history of Canada, it was very illustrative :)

Our tour guide Kaleb was amazing! Very entertaining and patient. Kaleb was extremely punctual, picking us up at exactly 7:55am just like the instructions said and was very welcoming. The drive from Toronto to Niagara was very long, but Kaleb made sure to talk to us throughout the whole trip and make stops at different spots so we can take a rest. At Niagara, Kaleb explained in detail the hows, wheres and whens and it was easy to get around. Kaleb even brought us right to the entrance of the boat ride. Overall, it was an amazing tour, we visited different areas, Maple Leaf, Wine Country, Clifton Hill. This tour was definitely worth it and Kaleb made it better! Even at the end, when my son left something on the bus, Kaleb noticed right away and stopped on time so we dont lose it. Kaleb is and amazing tour guide!

It was a great tour. Kaleb shared great interesting history information and explained how Niagara Falls has been eroding and how they are diverting water to stop that plus harvest the power from the water for electricity. Very enjoyable day.

Had a great full day Niagara Falls tour with Adam. Pick up was on time, lots of information on the ride and plenty of time at the falls. We had pre purchased the boat ride. Can recommend this tour!

The pickup was a little late directly in front of the hotel where I stayed. The ride was pleasant, but it took ages until we arrived at Niagara Falls, because we came several times in the traffic jam and also made 2-3 stops at monuments, these were in my opinion very unnecessary and a waste of time. Unfortunately I couldn't see and do everything at Niagara Falls as I had hoped, but all in all it was a nice day and the highlight was definitely the helicopter ride. Sometimes you couldn't really understand the guide and it was a lot too fast. It was not always clear where we were going or what we were doing and when he was going to pick us up from where. However, he did everything to book spontaneous attractions and drove you to the place. He was super friendly and helpful! I can definitely recommend the tour but would like to have a little more time for future tours.

This trip was worth every penny. The whole tour was very smooth and we were well-informed of what the tour is like. Kudos to our tour guide, Winston, who explained every detail about the sights heading to Niagara all while driving! I highly recommend this!

Pick up was on time and I thought the guide, Kaleb, was informative and cheerful. He gave us a good amount of information throughout the journey there. The actual experience at Niagara was cool and I appreciated the stop offs at viewing points and the Maple Syrup factory. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if we had the opportunity to do the cable car ride. It was a shame to miss out on that. Niagara Falls itself was fantastic and I think the tour could do with an extra hour because the group I was with only had time to do the Hornblower boat trip and get lunch, then a few photos before heading back to the minibus. That being said, the tour gave a good overview experience. A*

GREATEST TOUR EVER! Large part is that our tour guide, Adam, is the absolute Greatest Of All Time!!! Not only does he know everything you’ll need to know about Niagara and the journey to and from, he makes great jokes and is very engaging. There was much free time as well to explore and provide great fun facts. Adam is such a genuine, kind, and fun guy. Had a great time on vocation with this and wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you so much for the experience!

Our tour this day was with Kaleb! He was very enthusiastic and had a great sense of humour, he explained all the things that would be happening that day very well, when we (me and my mom) decided to go on an helicopter ride he even got a big discount for us which was so extremely nice of him!!

The tour itself is standard. There's a driver/guide (Kaleb, in my case) who was very kind and accommodating. The tour duration means there is little time to waste; it is just sufficient for making the boat trip and maybe one additional activity (helicopter ride, tour behind the falls, zipline, etc.) and eating something (but quickly). Then it's time to return. The route is well-planned, and they have scheduled stops at main attractions along the route and to use the restroom. This tour is not the best option to explore everything there is to see in the Niagara region since you are constantly reminded of the schedule.

Highly recommended tour. Hustle free to travel from downtown Toronto to Niagara Falls. The boat trip is a must-try which will give you a unique experience to view the Falls. The taste of maple syrup is also good and I like the maple syrup ice pop (which is also free). Tracy, the tour guide is very professional and has many stories to share.

The tour is ok it is actually just a bus transfer to the falls and driving around so the cost is actually a lot For what it really is. It would have been better to have a stop at the Niagara on the lake which is a more interesting town. The winery is ok. It is for large group so not the nicest.

Nathan was a fabulous guide! He informed us of all the places and excursions we should visit that helped maximize our tour time experience. He was quite knowledgeable of the history of all places we visited and I much appreciated his punctuality for getting us where we needed to be on time. I opted for the helicopter tour excursion instead of the boat ride so Nathan and Sam certainly accommodated for me. As a solo traveler amongst the rest of my tour group, they both treated me like family and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants a guide that has been doing this for many years, travelers who are tight on time in terms of taking a day trip to Niagara Falls (730-5pm), who want to avoid the large bus tours, and who may not be unsure of which excursions to do upfront. I very much enjoyed the wine tasting event at the end (it was such a treat!) and I appreciated that I was picked-up and dropped off at my hotel. Thank you Queen Tours for an experience I will never forget!

This tour was amazing. Driver was on time and very knowledgeable of the area. The falls were amazing. Had plenty of time to experience the falls, did the boat to the falls, check out the shops. Not enough time if you want to check out the town. Lots of cool attractions and restaurants

We had a great tour to Niagra falls, this is definitely a bucket list location! The tour was well organised and professional. I would have liked 30 or 45 minutes to wander Niagra on the Lake. It is such a well preserved and historic place.

This was a really good tour, it is not rushed so there is enough time to enjoy the falls. The drive through Niagara on the Lake was absolutely beautiful and the guide was on point

Very convenient pickup locations and times. We had great traffic so we arrived at the first stop a little before 10am. Kaleb was a nice, entertaining and engaging tour guide. He had lots of information to share. I wish we had just a little more free time at the falls. After the drop-off we had from 10:45-1:30 to explore the area. It felt a little rushed. Maybe an extra half hour would allow us to see one more attraction or enjoy a nicer meal. As for the attractions, I do not recommend Niagara's Fury. However, Journey Behind the Falls was cool and worth it.

If you are like me, thinking that you could potentially take public transit to Niagara Falls, get this tour and trust me you it will be worth it, you will see and hear things that you wouldn’t otherwise! A wonderful way to spend the day. Just enough time to do a couple of activities and see the sights. Kaleb, our driver, was engaging and informative. He kept us entertained by pointing out lots of interesting sights along the way. The mini bus was comfortable and clean. The tour guide has a wealth of information! Learnt a lot about Niagara and we were able to take a lot of pictures before other tourists flooded as we reached early! The trip was short and sweet and we were able to visit all the tourist places within a day!

The trip were great! We met the bus at pickup location on time and went to Niagara Falls listening to all informations about sightseeing, local stories, curiosities, weather, etc, from Salvatore, the best and more gentleman driver, who did our trip still better. The bus dropped us off in front of Niagara Falls, near Bridge, and we could walk until the top of water force, where it starts the falls. We chose for Journey behind the falls as an optional view and had wonderful time close to water! The view from Canada side is much better than American side because you can see the falls by front, it's amazing. Thank you so much for making our trip unforgettable!

I had a very interesting and wonderfull trip to Niagara Falls with my family. Kaleb was very polite, always on time and very helpfull person. Our two-hours drive from Toronto to Niagara and back went by suprisingly quickly. Thanks to Kaleb. We also had issue with tickets to the boat, but Queen Tour guys and Kaleb solved it for a second. I really enjoyed my experience with Queen Tour Niagara Falls Tours The driver/tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the Toronto/Niagara and this made the tour more enjoyable. We had just enough time to do some activities including the boat ride into the falls, as well as grab a quick bite. Overall a great experience, I wish we had even more time because there is a lot to see, but this tour is perfect for a one day experience.

A very well-organised trip: pick up from our hotel was on time, and despite the traffic the trip to and from Niagara were just about as scheduled. Despite not receiving the boat-trip e-tickets, Kaleb's instructions were clear and we had no trouble getting tickets onsite. Kaleb was a well-informed and entertaining guide who even managed to make the traffic interesting! My only criticism is that I found it hard to differentiate between the various tours when I was booking - I would have preferred to visit Niagara-on-the-Falls than the power station but never mind!

Amazing experience to see Niagara Falls. Best option to see from Toronto. Kaleb was a great driver and guide for the day. He was extremely knowledgeable about Toronto and Niagara Falls area. The traffic is terrible around Toronto and we were stuck on the highway for an extra hour but Kaleb ensured we still got 4 hours in Niagara Falls.
