Waited for an hour at pick-up point to get pick-up at all. Then another 1,5 hour at another pick-up place. Bringing us home wasn't great either, because they had to bring some people to the airport first. The service you get is just a taxi to niagra falls. Sure the driver was nice, but paying this and just waiting so long is not good.

Transit takes upwards of 4 hours to get from Toronto to the falls through the GO train, GO bus, and WeGo bus. When you transfer from Go to WeGo, a different pass is required which costs 10 dollars for a day pass which can be purchased at the office the bus arrives at with cash only. The falls themselves are gorgeous though coming at peak tourist season means you will be surrounded by crowds.

It is always fun to visit Niagara Falls. The zip lining is fun. The cruise is worths to have a try. Wished there’s bit more of the fine dining with a great view.

Loved it. Went as a child now brining the kids here. At night is the best the falls light up, so cool.

Very informative tour guide. Entertaining trip. Would suggest if even if you can drive yourself due to the extra amount of information given by the guides.

Beautiful and wonderful experience

I left from the Toronto bus station and the bus left us in the best place to visit the waterfalls and there are good restaurants, shops and a very large square

WOW, What a great tour to Niagara Falls. Wasn't really sure what to expect, however it was AMAZING. The Falls is spectacular! We loved the planning and how the tour guide kept it flowing. Some of the people on the tour were late and the guide kept us entertained. We actually like it as we got more one on one time to ask questions and to get to know the guide better. The Guide-ANDREE was a true professional. He has a great sense of humor and knows how to handle the guests. Thank you for a great trip!

Bus was nice and clean. Tour guide was very sweet and made sure that we were well taken care of and comfy. Loved the town on the lake and the wine tasting was quick, but i understand as its a tasting not a wine tour. overall Great value for the price.

What a tremendous Place. Whoever come to Canada they must visit this place. This is truly amazing View of nature.

Nice tour to Niagara Falls. Picked me and my friend up from the hotel at the Toronto airport. The tour guide got us a discount of the helicopter which was great. We took lots of pictures.The bus had wifi so we were happy to be able to post pictures all day because it was so cold to stay outside. Driver was very nice.

Great place, beautiful, great restaurants and tour is amazing. Worth it the tour. A little tip, is better when don't rain. The tour by boat is a great choice, but when rain, it's hard the see the Niagra.

Weather wasn't on our side, but we were well informed by the customer service gal. We had the option to switch to a better date, but we were flying to Vancouver the next day. Niagara Falls was nice, and the guide was very pleasant. Great day out.

What an exciting adventure to Niagara Falls. The bus was fairly new, and kept warm by the driver. The tour guide was nice, she had a great personality. If you go in winter, prepare yourself for the bitter cold! The falls was beautifully lit up at night. Overall great trip.

Great tour company. We were looking at a few other tours. This one stood out for us at the chap on the phone seemed very enthusiastic and didn't pressure us to buy. Bus was new, clean and comfortable. We had a good guide too.

I just LOVE LOVE bus tours. It is a great way for me to meet other travellers from all over the world. I am a native aussie an you wouldn't believe the amount of aussies on the tour. It was great conversations and it becomes a small world after all! The tour director was good, he had been to Australia before so really made for great conversation. The falls was nice, but nothing like Victoria falls! Looking forward to meeting some more aussies here in Canada. AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE!!! rest of the bus: Oi Oi Oi!!! :)

Fun & Exciting Trip. Our Host was Natahan, and he was a real Gentleman. always made sure we watched our step, and offered umbrellas for the Rain! The falls look out point was great, as was the village. Didn't try the wines, but the other couples said it was good.
