The worst experience I ever have had. I had a horrible night at this hotel on April 18th. Poor room hygiene, bad smell, bugs crawling on the bed, and bug carcasses. I slept very uncomfortable all night, afraid of bugs crawling into my ears. So I wanted to give them a feedback when I checked out ( note that I didn't ask for any compensation or want any compensation from them), but their response is unacceptable. They ignore our feedback. Their customer services definitely need to improve. I have stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I write a bad review because I don’t want others have a bad experience like us. I give them two stars because I hope they will improve their room services as well as their customer service. I understand all business is struggling due to the pandemic but maintaining a clean and hygienic environment is the key to keep a hotel opens. Be aware and spend your money somewhere else.

Breakfast is not included, you have to pay for a voucher. I asked the waitress if I could get a takeout container for half of an omelette and the bacon that I couldn't finish, and the waitress said "no, you can't take out the food". I pointed to another table that did get a takeout container, and she said people with kids are allowed to take it out. So you're telling me that Marriott International, with a revenue of 13.86 BILLION dollars in 2021, would rather throw out the food than for me to take it to my room and eat it later? After I spent my money on it. I find this disgusting and disappointing. Is the leftover food going to a shelter? No. Is it going with the guests that are paying for the experience? No. They rather dump thousands of dollars in the garbage. The actions of multi-billion dollar corporations are the very reason that we still have a Global Hunger Crisis in the world.

Stayed here due to a long layover. We stayed in a king-bed room. The bed was reasonably comfortable and we didn't hear any late night noise. The room (and hotel in general) could use an update or two (or ten). The carpet was clean but had a noticeable stain, the bathroom is adequate but old fixtures, etc. Considering it's close to the airport and has a complimentary shuttle, it's a good deal. If we were staying any longer than a few nights, I would chose a different hotel.

When we checked in, we were greeted with a friendly welcome from Mark. He explained everything about the property and while having a nice conversation as he checked us in. The hotel is clean and looks like it was renovated recently. Our room was well appointed with a fridge, coffee maker, lots of lighting and very comfortable. Even though the hotel is under the path of a runway for the airport (we were on the 7th floor out of 8 floors), we could not hear any airplane noise. They have a nice pool and restaurant available. Parking overnight is a bit steep at $28 per night. If you like to go for nature walks, there is a trail close by that goes along a stream behind the hotel.

For anyone searching for a quarantine hotel, read my review. I was looking to book a 3 day quarantine hotel for my wife and researched all the hotels that were in the approved list. After all the research and price comparison, I decided to go with Sheraton hotel since they had the best reviews. I initially called to tell them that I am looking to book for my wife for the 3 day quarantine and they were super pleasant to speak with so I decided right away that I would choose this hotel. The day my wife arrived, the shuttle arrived on time and my wife reached the hotel with no issues. She was checked in by Anna who was amazing and she had answered many of my calls and questions prior to my wife's arrival. Since the lunch time had passed, she was nice enough to offer snacks and whatever my wife wanted from their mini store for no extra cost. The results arrived after 12 hours and I went to pick up my wife later at night where I was checked out by Abdul and Nasewar(night staff) who were super amazing and very pleasant to deal with. Thank you Abdul for your amazing customer service. This hotel really exceeded my expectation and their entire staff made this whole experience super comfortable for me and my wife. If management is reading this, please know that I am super grateful for your hospitality and will definitely recommend everyone I know to your hotel. Thank you again. This was a memorable stay for us.

I am staying at the Sheraton from Nov 27 to Dec 3rd because it is close to the facility I am visiting. The best part is the service. All staff have been universally friendly, attentive, and as helpful as you could possibly ask for. The chef in the onsite restaurant, Marcus, is a hell of a good cook. Ate 2 to 3 meals a day in the restaurant and never had a bad meal. Most were truly great, especially his steaks and being from Alberta, I know a good steak. Two of the wait staff were great, Leny and Beata, both provided friendly and quality service. The hotel is on the flight path to Pearson, so if you are a light sleeper, the planes passing by could be a problem. Didn't bother me at all, but others might want ear plugs. The other annoyance is the Corporate policy Sheraton has adopted, where they don't clean your room except every 6 days unless you ask specifically. You also have to dump your own garbage cans in between. It's not my idea of a 4-star full service hotel. Getting fresh towels from Marguerita in housekeep while she was cleaning the other rooms, etc. however, wasn't an issue. The room was okay, bed fairly comfortable, but the head end of both beds is lower than the foot. Also, the bathroom could use a refit, and the fan does not work. Had to get maintenance in the first day as the carbon monoxide detector was blinking red. About half the usb and 110 outlets in the room aren't working properly: very loose, so connection and charge are not assured. The rating is thus 4 stars overall due to airplane noise and lack of full service housekeeping as well as room condition. The great service from the staff made a huge difference, or the rating would have been a 3 overall.

Worst customer service. The guy didn’t listen at all at front desk. He gave hard time to the Uber delivery person and wouldn’t open the elevator access for food delivery even though he waited over 10 minutes getting the food cold. customer he was helping told him they will wait and let him up but he ignored the customer as well and customer told the delivery person he tried his best but he’s not listening. He got the middle finger on the way out by the delivery guy and was well deserved. When customer says I’ll wait they should listen to the customer and not ignore everyone

This is, by far, the worst hotel ever. Save your money and choose another one. There is a pool limit but you can't make a reservation so you must go check all the time and if you have kids forget it!! At one point they call us saying that we can come to the pool, we went to the reception but surprise: the pool was full. The breakfast is bad, the rooms are very outdated, they say it's a 4 stars hotel but I stayed in 3 stars hotels better than this one.

I really liked this hotel. Great amenities in the room, I stayed there for a work function, unfortunately I was unable to obtain pictures of the conference room or restaurant. The event was very well serviced, catered and taken care of. The food quality was very good. The organization of the staff as well. The staff members very friendly, the accommodated us with late check outs helping us have more time to get ready and catch our flights on time while attending the event. The day we arrived, we were very early and they kindly accommodated an early quick check in 🥳 I am glad the company I work for, chose this hotel this time around. The bar had a great screen were we could enjoy the game that evening. I really liked this hotel 🙂

This is the dirtiest hotel that I have ever stayed in! The carpet in the room looked dated and dirty, but was horrified when the bottom of my white socks looked visibly dirty after a few hours in the room (see photo)! I reported this to the front desk staff and requested new towels (we couldn't stand using the towels for more than a day) and for the carpet to be cleaned, but it wasn't. I complained again and someone showed up the next day to clean the room while we were out, but they only made the bed and refreshed the towels--the carpet wasn't cleaned. To make matters worse, I noticed bubbles (see picture) in one of the coffee cups when I tried to get some water to make coffee! Upon further examination, the cup looked used (see pictures) and slimy--perhaps laced with soap! I am not sure if any of our things or not anything else in the room was tempered with, but we left the hotel knowing that we will NEVER stay at this or any other Sheraton hotel ever again!!!!

Great location very close to the airport which is very handy. Rooms are spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. Front desk staff is professional, friendly and welcoming. This hotel is perfect for events, conference and corporate meetings. They have a shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes to and from the airport. The gym was great, and so was the swimming pool. I would recommend this hotel and I will be back to stay here next time I am in the GTA.

I've stayed at multiple hotels in my life and I must say this specific Sheraton was hands-down the best hotel I've ever been to not just in Toronto Canada but in all over the world and I know that sounds very over selling but I truly mean that. The staff there is one-of-a-kind they really care about their guests and do whatever they can to make sure you have the best stay. I was lucky to receive the best customer service I've ever had by one of the representatives named Simone, she definitely is qualified to run that hotel if not the whole entire sheraton chain! I highly urge anyone that's coming to the city whether that be for vacation business or even just to get a break and you live in the city this hotel you'll definitely have the stay of your life!

I stayed here for my anniversary and was not disappointed. The room was pretty standard, it was clean and fairly updated. We were on the top floor and had a great view of the planes landing. The Marriott has an app that can be used for a mobile key to get into your room, to check in and out, as well as order things like room service and toiletries. We used it to ask for some things and it was at our door within 15 minutes or so. We ordered a crème brulée from room service and again, it came very quickly from the restaurant downstairs and was delicious! Great place for our little staycation, close to a number of restaurants, and the rooms are clean and up to date.

Decent hotel and convenient location if you’re transiting through YYZ airport. Nothing fancy but the prices are fair for what is offered here. It’s close to the airport which can lead to some aircraft noise but the evenings were surprisingly quiet. The restaurant for dinner was OK but overpriced given the portions. Service was great though. I’d recommend the breakfast buffet - it had plenty of options and the quality was much better than the dinner. Again, great service at breakfast. The pool facility is very dated and could use a refresh. No hot tub unfortunately. The gym was great - lots of equipment to choose from and most of it looked brand new. Overall, a decent stay.

I had an enjoyable stay at the Sheraton Pearson Toronto Airport Hotel! Firstly, the pillows and comforters were comfortable. Having a good night's rest is crucial when travelling, and it's always great when hotels can provide that extra level of comfort. Additionally, the soft mattress and good cushion added to my overall comfort during my stay. The hotel shuttle service was convenient for us. Having a reliable and frequent shuttle service can greatly ease the stress of travelling, especially when it comes to catching a flight the next day. The fact that the shuttle comes every 30 minutes is definitely a plus! Overall, the Sheraton Pearson Toronto Airport Hotel was a great choice for my stay.

Excellent service, wonderful staff. They go out of their way to assist and meet your needs. There's a shuttle service to and from the airport. The shuttle drivers go out of their way to assist with luggage and are eager to assist with any inquiry. Overall, excellent service

My wife and I had to book a last minute hotel room for a night. This Sheraton was reasonably priced for a last minute booking. The staff were super friendly. The room service and on site restaurant, were great food quality for a reasonable price.

I stayed at the Sheraton Airport for nearly 2 weeks and this staff is top notch! Anisa, Anna, Kathleen,Brenda,Miles and Martin at the front counter were helpful in accommodating my crew especially since we had to make last minute reservations and extensions. Club lounge access was another highlight of our stay, Cindy who oversees the breakfast in the morning up there always had a big beautiful smile when we walked in the room, attentive and fun to talk to. 10/10 service and newly renovated floors makes this hotel the place to stay! Overall the hotel staff and newly renovated rooms will have us coming back when working in the GTA! Thank you guys!

Buying trip. 3 very busy days but felt completely at ease at the hotel. The only complaint I have and it's with all hotels is they only provide one chair in most rooms. My husband or myself always has to sit on an uncomfortable office chair or the bed. If there's 2 queens or a king , it's probably two people. Get rid of the desk and put in two chairs

While I had high expectations for a top-class service and maintenance at Sheraton, my recent experience during the Canada Day long weekend fell short of what I had hoped for. I believe there are areas that could be improved to enhance guest satisfaction. During check-in on the morning of my first day, I felt that the front office person's response to my queries lacked the warmth and welcoming demeanor that I usually associate with premium hotels. It would be wonderful if they could work on creating a more positive first impression for guests. In my room, I encountered an issue with the bathroom tub being clogged, which resulted in water not flowing properly during my shower. This was quite discomforting, and I believe regular maintenance checks could prevent such inconveniences for guests in the future. Furthermore, there was a small miscommunication with the room service attendant, who, unfortunately, didn't provide service after my bath due to a prior misunderstanding. Improved communication between staff members and guests could prevent such occurrences and ensure a seamless experience for everyone. Additionally, I noticed that one of the elevators was out of service during my stay, which made the hotel feel less like the luxurious Sheraton that I had envisioned. In conclusion, I believe that addressing these aspects and taking steps to improve guest experiences will help elevate Sheraton's reputation and provide a more comfortable and enjoyable stay for future guests.

Stayed here for a park and fly. The rooms are awesome and the staff was helpful. We used the gym which had a good selection of equipment. The treadmill with a screen was my favorite. The pool area is great for a quick little swim. Super close to the airport and the shuttle was perfect. Highly recommend.

Really easy to find after leaving the airport. Nice enough hotel. Couple of complaints. -staff gave us the wrong kind of room (we had booked through expedia and paid a little extra for an upgrade.) -parking is $28 a day. I know for a fact other hotels in the area don't charge that and have similarly priced rooms. -the room was nice but had a massive stain on the carpet that was very uncharacteristic. I will look elsewhere next time we are in Toronto.

The room is pretty standard - mini fridge, TV, safe, spacious bed and a small couch. The inside of the hotel is a little outdated. The room I stayed in was on the 6th floor with a view of the airport. In the bathroom there was ceiling damage and the mirror that didn't light up all the way around - but these were minor issues. Overall it's a good place to stay overnight as it's close to the airport. There's overnight parking fees for vehicles.

Nice hotel, located close to the airport, clean, with friendly staff. We used the free shuttle to get to and from the airport. The rooms are slightly dated but other than that it's excellent. There's a large pool, no jacuzzi unfortunately however.

We had a great stay here over the Thanksgiving weekend. The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. The beds were so cozy. The shower was clean and good pressure. Friendly check in and nice front desk people. Good selection in the pantry. We also had the breakfast and it was excellent. Good selection and friendly people. We had omelets as well as fresh fruit and charcuterie.

Was booked in here by flight operator due to missed flight connection. There was nothing not to like. Staff and customer service exceptional. Nothing was an issue even late in to the evening. A quality hotel that gave two manky travellers hospitality above and beyond. If I were staying in Toronto on purpose I would likely stay here. Restuarant was busy but well staffed and quality of food was right up there. I did not think the prices were excessive - very reasonable actually. Thank you for making us welcome: short notice, no luggage and scruffy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and efficiency by the courteous staff at the front desk. Check-in was a breeze, and they ensured I had all the information I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was well-appointed and offered a peaceful oasis after a long day of travel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room amenities were modern and convenient, with everything I needed right at my fingertips. The Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre's location is ideal for travellers, especially those with early or late flights. The proximity to the airport made my journey seamless, and I appreciated the convenience of the shuttle service. Moreover, the conference facilities were well-maintained and equipped, making it an excellent choice for business travellers. My stay at the Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre was outstanding. The combination of friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and convenience to the airport truly made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto, whether for business or leisure.

My recent stay was great thanks to the staff, food, and cozy accommodations. But, I'll be honest, there was a tiny hiccup that initially caught us off guard. We were super excited to hop onto the complimentary shuttle when we arrived. But here's the kicker: we ended up waiting for almost an hour before it finally showed up. Now, we had chosen this hotel primarily because of the shuttle service, only to find out it's managed by a third-party company. That explained the delays and the struggles the hotel faced in trying to get a hold of them when we called to check on the shuttle's whereabouts. But hey, life's full of surprises, right? And this one just happened to be at 2 am and after a long flight. But here's the silver lining: the folks working at the hotel were very kind. They managed to turn our frowns upside down and oh my goodness, the food! The hotel's brunch was to die for. Our room was clean and spacious enough to stretch out and relax without feeling cramped. With just a bit of tweaking in the shuttle coordination, this hotel could easily become a go-to spot for travellers seeking a comfortable stay with all the amenities near the airport.

I was there for a day conference so i did not need to stay in a room. The staff I did interact with were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for travellers looking to stay close to the airport. If you love watching planes land all you have to do is stand outside and look up to see the planes just before they touch down in Pearson.

  • 5/5 Dani L. 7 months ago on Google
It was my first time staying at this hotel, I'll definitely be back. I was there for a conference, the rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, they answered all questions with ease. Whenever we had a problem they quickly fixed it.

I was charged at two different Sheraton locations on the same night and I will not be refunded after trying to cancel one of the reservations prior to my check in date. I was told the reservation was cancelled and that I would only be charged at the international airport location. I would like my money back for the other room. This is exactly why I prefer Air B&B. Hotels are too big to care about one little customer. This is the first time I have booked a hotel in years and this is an unfriendly reminder of why it’s been so long.

Worst customer experience. The front desk lady was rude and condescending (night shift). She continued to berate when I already moved myself from the situation and lined up with a different front desk worker. My friend had to tell her to stop and move on. Other people in line told her she was rude over the phone and others told her to understand the situation. She popped off and told everyone to go home. It was so unprofessional and very disappointing when we’ve been waiting at the airport for 5hrs and starving.

  • 1/5 Craig B. 2 years ago on Google
Room was okay. The bathrooms definitely could use the upgrade the rest of the room has already had. Unfortunately my vehicle had an attempted break in while parked in their lot. The hotel seemed to not care about this and 4 days later I still haven't even heard back from them after filing an incident report. Do not park and fly here!!!

  • 4/5 Linda S. 2 years ago on Google
Comfortable room, good service and decent food, except the rice (it was like rubber). The room was clean but shower handle bar has a layer of dirt, dont think it ever gets scrubbed. The room had a nice TV, phone with free local calls, coffee and tea, complementary shampoo, soup, conditioner etc, a nice view (swimming pool and airport run way side), and it was generally comfortable. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

We stayed 3 nights for our mandatory hotel quarantine. Super friendly staff and freshly prepared meals prepared in the hotel. Meals were healthy, and included options for organic, lactose free, gluten-free. We had the option to walk out for fresh air twice a day. Really happy we selected the Sheraton for our stay.

  • 5/5 Trevor R. 2 years ago on Google
I can echo all the 5 star reviews here. Staff are friendly and attentive, rooms are really nice. Beds are comfortable and food is great. I've spent many nights in quarantine hotels and this was the most pleasant experience yet. For an airport hotel, as well, it is really good. Quiet, pleasant location and good wifi. I look forward to returning again after the pandemic.

The facilities including the gym and pool were amazing. The workers however, were not to say the least. During my entire stay here (which was just shy of a week) I only encountered 2 nice front desk workers who didn’t respond in annoyed and bothered tones when I went up to ask a question. All in all, the service was quite bad but facilities and the hotel itself was nice!

We were on a long layover in Toronto with a toddler. We had zero sleep the night before and hardly any on our early morning flight. They have day-rates, shuttle to and from airport, restaurants on site and a breakfast option which includes breakfast. for the price of club passes, airport food, etc. this was an excellent option. Fitness center and indoor pool were available but we didn’t use. Aneesa at the front desk was very friendly and helpful both on the chat feature on the Bonvoy app and in person. She was SO sweet and even made sure we had a room far from the elevator so we could nap without even asking. Highly recommend for any weary lay-over. Definitely beats being stuck in Toronto Pearson for any given time.

  • 4/5 Cory Ter S. 2 years ago on Google
Excellent hotel, good rooms and very solid service. Stay here usually before a trip out of Pearson as there is a complementary airport shuttle, and they allow longer term parking of your vehicle while you're away.

  • 4/5 Puppy C. 2 years ago on Google
Would give 3.8 stars if I could. Service is very nice. They were out of king bedrooms so they gave us another room and waved our parking fees. The wifi is included and is good for a hotel (around 25 Mbps)The price is also very reasonable and their gym is excellent. However, for that price, breakfast and parking (28$/day) are not included, the rooms are pretty old/dark and the planes fly right above this hotel so if you're a light sleeper like me, go somewhere else. I'd try another hotel next time I go to Toronto, but this hotel is still fine if you're in a rush to find one close to the airport or if you're a heavy sleeper.

Why does it say "Pet Friendly" if its only "Dog Friendly" , I have a small cat. Edit: Thanks for Response Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel. I indeed called the hotel and an agent told me "only dogs", I called again following day and was told by another agent that cats were accepted too. Unfortunately I was still confused/unsure and booked elsewhere just to be safe. Hope to stay with you in another opportunity.

Amazing as always. I stay here everything I visit Toronto. Also, I fly alot and they are close to airport. Favorably priced and they have a fly and park. Shuttle prompt, clean and warm. Try it once and you are hooked. My husband ended up in the hospital as soon as we landed at Pearson. They let me just go literally hour to hour and I had the room as long as I needed it.

We stayed overnight in Club Level room. The room was great, with really nice amenities like full size bathroom products, Pelegríno waters, nice linens etc. The customer service was incredible from Tori at the front desk. 10/10

Check in experience was good but the customer service at the front desk was bad. Bed was comfortable and water pressure was good but Wifi didn’t work in our room. The food from Olio restaurant was mediocre. I don’t recommend this place.

The hotel's team of staff were very courteous with every interaction. Positive attitudes from the front desk, catering team to banquet hall assistance and room care personnel certainly complimented the business function.

We were put up here by Air Canada due to being bumped off or flight home from Lisbon. The room was perfect lacking nothing, bed was very comfortable, and the restaurant was great for a late light meal with excellent service. Free shuttle to YYZ and wakeup service. Friendly professional and effecient at the check-in desk. Highly recommend.

A coworker and I had been camping at a company event, but we decided that it was not for us. We booked a last minute room here, and we were so grateful for the creature comforts. We slept well in the comfortable beds. It's an older hotel that could use a little love, but it wasn't in bad shape per se. The bathroom, showers specifically could use maintenance/better cleaning; but I find that is the case with most hotels. The shuttle to the airport was a major benefit.

  • 3/5 funmilayo A. 2 years ago on Google
I like the airport Shuttle and the cleanliness of the hotel room. The staff are courteous but not all of them smiles. They look so serious especially the staff at the conference banquet dinner. I wish the room's thermostat can be regulated to warm up a little. The room was cold and front desk staff said thermostat auto adjust itself, so I had to get extra blanket to keep me warm for my entire stay. I was not offered a space heater. I wonder how cold it will be in December winter. There was no available microwave for my room so I could not warm my food. I wish there is hot tub by the pool though. I travel a lot and I have been to different hotels. I feel with what they charge per night, this hotel should be able to have a nice hot tub for relaxation, good thermostat and a microwave for each room. I've paid less for hotel rooms that has them.

This is the second time we stay in this hotel. The room was very clean & spacious. The bath soap & shampoo dispensers were empty, but the maid immediately gave us new ones. The front desk personnel could have been a little nicer. They may have been having a bad day. I recommend this hotel.

My favourite hotel to book for meetings or if needing to stay close to the airport with family. Large cozy rooms, friendly staff who help with all your needs (even playing Santa on Christmas Eve). For Business events, I've not had any issues and during the event if we needed something, they were quick to accommodate.

Very loud party for there during my stay, running up and down corridors, going to each other’s rooms, laughing and loud talking all night and up to 4am before I got a couple of hours sleep, they were even hanging about the lobby being obnoxiously loud, poor attempt by front of house staff to quiet them down don’t think they cared. More like a glorified airport motel than a Sheraton. However all other staff were great including cleaning, restaurant/bar staff.

Tired old hotel. Room was spacious, but restaurant food was only okay, small and old ironing board, shuttle drivers certainly not friendly, and quite the complex elevator system... my coffee maker didn't work, and there was no cream anyways. I was put there when Air Canada cancelled my flight, but wouldn't choose to stay there.

I had a great stay at this pet friendly hotel. I brought my well behaved and friendly dog with me and the hotel staff never blinked. I love sheratons for that reason. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, and it was a great location for my needs. They recognized my bonvoy status at check in and I also parked for free. Would definitely return.

We were here for 2nts for a work conference and arrived late after a long flight and wait for the airport shuttle. We went to the hotel restaurant and an amazing woman named Johanna took amazing care of our large group. We started with 6 people and ended up with probably over 20 people and she didn't bat an eye! She got all the food orders in and kept our drinks replenished while we waited. The food was fabulous 👌 for an airport hotel. On the last night our conference was over early so we headed for the lounge to have food etc before heading to the airport. She recognized our rowdy group and came over to say hello even though we weren't in her section. Hugs all around! 🥰 Highly recommend the hotel as the beds are super comfy and hotel staff are great! Don't forget to have Johanna serve you in the restaurant!!!!!

Went for an off-site, rooms were fine, some rooms had issues with heating and it was hard to get the right temperature. The location is just a few minutes from the airport. Not many options around like groceries or eateries. Couple restaurants one inside and one right next to hotel. Conference rooms were good size, they have several of them depending on the group size. The food was fresh and varied and service personnel were friendly and cooperative.

I have been lucky enough to attend to a couple of conferences hosted at this Sheraton. In addition to spacious rooms, a lovely pool, many amenities, conference rooms and an excellent on-location restaurant, this hotel boasts an amazing staff. Special shout outs to the manager Kathleen, Natori, Simone, Lourdes, Dolores (the best bartender in the banquet department) who were especially helpful, kind, patient, understanding and enthusiastic. I am sincerely grateful for their accommodation and help with answering all questions and even remembering me when I returned! A+ Would recommend 100%- you won’t be disappointed.
