I
am
staying
at
the
Sheraton
from
Nov
27
to
Dec
3rd
because
it
is
close
to
the
facility
I
am
visiting.
The
best
part
is
the
service.
All
staff
have
been
universally
friendly,
attentive,
and
as
helpful
as
you
could
possibly
ask
for.
The
chef
in
the
onsite
restaurant,
Marcus,
is
a
hell
of
a
good
cook.
Ate
2
to
3
meals
a
day
in
the
restaurant
and
never
had
a
bad
meal.
Most
were
truly
great,
especially
his
steaks
and
being
from
Alberta,
I
know
a
good
steak.
Two
of
the
wait
staff
were
great,
Leny
and
Beata,
both
provided
friendly
and
quality
service.
The
hotel
is
on
the
flight
path
to
Pearson,
so
if
you
are
a
light
sleeper,
the
planes
passing
by
could
be
a
problem.
Didn't
bother
me
at
all,
but
others
might
want
ear
plugs.
The
other
annoyance
is
the
Corporate
policy
Sheraton
has
adopted,
where
they
don't
clean
your
room
except
every
6
days
unless
you
ask
specifically.
You
also
have
to
dump
your
own
garbage
cans
in
between.
It's
not
my
idea
of
a
4-star
full
service
hotel.
Getting
fresh
towels
from
Marguerita
in
housekeep
while
she
was
cleaning
the
other
rooms,
etc.
however,
wasn't
an
issue.
The
room
was
okay,
bed
fairly
comfortable,
but
the
head
end
of
both
beds
is
lower
than
the
foot.
Also,
the
bathroom
could
use
a
refit,
and
the
fan
does
not
work.
Had
to
get
maintenance
in
the
first
day
as
the
carbon
monoxide
detector
was
blinking
red.
About
half
the
usb
and
110
outlets
in
the
room
aren't
working
properly:
very
loose,
so
connection
and
charge
are
not
assured.
The
rating
is
thus
4
stars
overall
due
to
airplane
noise
and
lack
of
full
service
housekeeping
as
well
as
room
condition.
The
great
service
from
the
staff
made
a
huge
difference,
or
the
rating
would
have
been
a
3
overall.
