The building is pretty dated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very old. I had stains on my bed sheets and holes. The carpet wasn’t cleaned either. When it comes to cleanliness I wouldn’t score the hotel high for that. Even the shower curtain was stained. It does the job but don’t think I would stay there again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Westin Toronto Airport, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location of the hotel is perfect for travelers, as it's conveniently situated near the airport. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring a seamless arrival experience. The room I stayed in was absolutely delightful. It was spacious, elegantly furnished, and immaculately clean. The heavenly bed provided the utmost comfort, and the room amenities, including the flat-screen TV and minibar, added convenience to my stay. The large windows offered great views and allowed natural light to fill the room. The hotel facilities were outstanding. The fitness center was well-equipped with state-of-the-art exercise machines and had everything I needed for a good workout. The indoor pool and spa area were a haven of relaxation, offering a tranquil retreat after a long day. Dining at The Westin Toronto Airport was a culinary delight. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide range of options to suit every palate. What truly impressed me during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were attentive, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a memorable stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests I had, their professionalism and genuine care stood out. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness and safety was also evident. I appreciated the adherence to hygiene protocols and the well-maintained common areas. It gave me peace of mind during my stay. I highly recommend The Westin Toronto Airport to anyone visiting the area. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent amenities, and impeccable service make it a top choice. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel will exceed your expectations. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Toronto.

All of the potential is there, but some things are so sorely lacking it’s difficult to overlook. The shuttle service was top notch there and back. The personnel at the desk were excellent at check in. Concierge? Non-existent. Service industry skills in the restaurant? Also non-existent. I used to work in the service industry so I have a different lens, but this would be a -2 stars out of 5 if it were mathematically possible. The beds were a 3 out of 5 for comfort. The hallways feel a bit tired. The fee for late check out was more than what I paid for the night, but I can understand that.

Make absolutely certain you get the earplugs from the front desk when you check in. The doors opening and closing is quite disturbing. Didn't actually sleep even though the hotel is quite nice and almost all the staff interactions were good or better. It's unfortunate they can't mitigate the sounds of the doors and the parties in the hotel. Otherwise it would have been a great experience.

Second time stay. It’s a good but old property. Spacious room but lacking basic electronic convenience such as USB connection. Comfortable bed. AC is noisy every time it turns on. The room feels so dry even though temperature was set at 20C as I came in. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choices. One employee behind the wall of egg station kept coughing… All staff were friendly especially Rohan who went far and beyond. Frances was making sure I am well taken care off.

Rooms don't have Air Conditioning. I called to the front desk and asked why the system does not have a "cool" mode. Guest services replied the rooms don't have that function and asked if a fan would do. A fan will not cool down a room. On top of this. The only comforter is a heavy weight filled. So hot room, heavy duvet, and no way to cool down the room. Awesome.... Only hotel ever that does not have AC. I also inquired what time the shuttle departs to the airport. The response was every hour and half hour. I arrive at 1150, waited 20 minutes. The shuttle driver decided to take lunch. Avoid.

Westin meets my expectations as a 4* hotel (in Western standards). The Marriott app is functional and it helps with the check in and check out process. The common areas are pretty nice and modern with different settings and services (from restaurant to kiosk and Starbucks). The room itself is kinda outdated with a loud and old a/c interfering w our sleep and boring decoration. However, our room's view is photogenic. Airport shuttle is on time and valuable. Staff are pretty professional and welcoming.

Love this place Rohan the breakfast waiter is super friendly. The bartender makes the best recommendations. I can’t forget the waitress and the customer service at the front desk check-in. These woman took care of me to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you again, and this Hotel is highly recommended. Friendly service and worth the one night stay. We did not use the shuttle, but it takes you to airport 20 minutes and you can take the train onto the city. ❤️❤️😊😊

After a mix up with the booking the check in process was longer than I cared for but understandable. The check out however was long enough to make me miss my ride to the airport. An adequate stay were it not for the over inflated prices ranging from the food to the room itself. Would have been happier staying at a budget hotel. In the end it was just a room and was not worth the price they ask. Walls are thin so if you’re looking for a good night sleep before a long flight home be sure to ask for a room with no neighbors. They did offer me a coffee for my troubles, but I don’t drink coffee :(

Th good: Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The bad: the AC in my room was locked and set to HEAT mode. I was unable to change it to COOL mode and therefore I had a restless evening in a very very warm. They advertise a 24 hour gym yet it’s only available after 7:00 am. As a flight crew, I woke up at 4am to get my workout in before heading off to work. After having had my coffee and not being able to access the gym, which has a sign posted on the door that says “24 hour access”, I find out from the gentleman at the front desk, it’s not 24 hours. So I sat, in my warm room for 3 hours until it was time to head to work…

I find all these airport hotels too pricey for what they are in comparison to many airport hotels internationally but the service was great and that breakfast buffet was fantastic. The pool deep end is 4 ft or so but I get it. As for the elevator wait times though....ughhhh. Front staff very cordial for the most part. One person was a touch challenging over my parking privileges which should not have been questioned but it got sorted out. One last thing though...my tv had a wecoming screen but seeing a pride parade was not wat I want to see when I walk in my room. Be what you want and choose but don't have that on the tv when you enter. Choose content that s nature or calming and neutral. A nice hotel overall considering.

Clean, close to airport. Frustrating gym policy with respect to COVID. Although I understand the need to reserve times and limit attendance in the gym, I asked if I could use the gym immediately, and despite having no one signed in at that time, made me wait an hour to the next time slot. I think reasonableness and common sense could be applied in some cases.

Staying here and have a 4am wake up along with 7 others, and all of us were placed in rooms directly above an event space with a work party going on. The front desk KNEW we had an early wake up call, yet they still put us in these rooms when there were plenty of available rooms on higher floors. Rather than asking the event to lower the volume slightly, they want us all to move rooms when they could have foreseen this in the first place, and when we were all already tucked in bed trying to get sleep before our early wake up call. The incredible lack of foresight combined with the inaction to appropriately address this issue for folks who are at this hotel so frequently is astonishing. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

I love our experience here. The room was amazing! The shower is glorious. You just want to bury yourself in the luscious bed. But, what made our stay special was the servers. For dinner our server was Joy (He is East Indian, I believe). What an absolute delight he was. He made our dinner experience so beautiful. For breakfast, we had Francis (she is Latina, I believe). I absolutely adore her. What an incredible soul!!! Thank you so much for making our stay special. We will definitely be back! Paul and Rockel

Always have the best time in that hotel. Amazing customer service great room no carpet very spacious as well. Check in desk is an absolute delight. Will always be one of my favourite hotels!! The only thing the heater is very loud but I’m sure it’s fixable therefore it’s still a 5 star for me!

Terrible service. The hotel could invest in more reception desks it takes forever to get check in, out or ask for anything. There is a q to reception whole day (not all in a q are check in). Hotel has no breakfast included and the buffet is pricey. Only service that is great is cleaning-friendly, quick and rooms are clean. I had problems with loud guests it took the staff over 30 min to come and talk to these people middle of the night. Definitely you can find better hotel near the airport

Lost a point for the 7:15am housekeeping knock at the door. We're partially to blame as we didn't put out the 'do not disturb' sign, but we didn't expect housekeeping to come by that early. And then, when she couldn't come in, she started vacuuming the corridor outside our room. 🙄 Other than that, the room was very nice. Breakfast was delicious, the chef and servers were very pleasant.

Good hotel. Nice lobby and nice restaurant/lounge. Beds are comfy but only queens. Not sure if there was a 2 king option. There seemed to be very little air movement in the rooms which was odd. Always seemed stuffy. But nice rooms overall. Would stay again.

Warm welcome and great stay right from the airport pickup. We value our rest and sleep so wonderful mattress, pillows and linens were very appreciated. Obviously amazing leadership with great service and high quality offerings.

The hotel is fine apart from the air quality. The lavender scent as soon as you walk in slaps you in the face, but you forget about the smell immediately because it is so strong that you start to taste it shortly after. It is strongest during checkout and check in time. The air in the rooms is stale. I started feeling nauseous about a day in and tried going into the car just to test out whether it is me. Nausea was gone within minutes. I would avoid it in the future. I am not normally sensitive to the air quality, so if this is something that normally bothers you....good luck!

Bought parking through a 3rd party in January for late March. I called the day before and was told to bring in the confirmation and no problem. Showed up the next morning and was told if I wanted to park I need to give them and additional $150 because we don't deal with that company any longer. I was like shocked at first but said I already paid for it. The manager then told me good luck finding parking before your flight this time of the morning. I agreed to pay and as he was taking 10 minutes to put the payment thru the shuttle left. I asked if they were coming back and was told yes but the shuttles priority is for Westin guests and good luck. I have stayed at a lot of Marriott properties and never treated so poorly. Glad they chose $150 over me never staying at a Marriott brand hotel again. Sent the Marriott an email outlining concerns and was basically handed off back to the hotel and told to beat it. Hence this review and me pursuing complaints with the city and Better Business Bureau.

Nice hotel, comfy beds, friendly staff. The only downside is main menu is very expensive at restaurant and hasn’t changed in TWO years. Usually restaurant is pretty empty. Worth checking out the restaurants Element and especially the Sheraton on Dixon that are busy with hotel patrons and have delicious food. This will keep patrons eating at your hotel rather than going nextdoor. I have eaten at the Westin restaurant and ordered room service and can only vouch for the burger being the best thing on the menu. Time to mix it up and maybe have some nice music/ sports on tv and a better/ affordable menu.

Great hotel that's very close to the airport. They have an airport shuttle which was great. The room was fine, the view was good too, you can see the CN Tower from afar and this hotel got lots of amenities too and it was pretty close to my destination too which was the Toronto Congress Centre, I definitely enjoyed my stay over the weekend

Close to the Pearson airport, this hotel has a black shuttle with chairs and seatbelts for easy transition. I had a 2-double bed room with lovely modern and peaceful artwork, a love seat, small ottoman, a large full length mirror across from the closet, and a nice small bathroom. The bathroom had a rain shower head, multi-use shampoo, conditioner and body wash on the shower wall, a plug-in hairdryer, and a small hand soap bar and lotion. The soaps are herbal, so those with allergies may want to bring their own. I attended an event, and the food was delicious and varied. There is a pool and gym on the 3rd floor, but I did not use them. Maybe next time.

We had a cancelled flight and the airline put us up here for the night. It was an easy check in process, staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was large and the bed super comfy! We were there for a 5hr sleep then back to the airport! It was great for to have a comfy bed to sleep in after a long day of traveling.

Stayed with my friends in hotel location is great, but the room service was poor, i don’t know whom they sent for the room service, A guy in a black T shirt made my room hell, drop the bag of garbage inside the room made it hell , a lot smell inside, did not answered to my question i asked. Worst service given by the guy in hotel. Disappoint and dis-satisfied Last year i visit was a great staff and recommend it to my friends and we had a anniversary party there, because of bad room service I won’t recommend it to anyone.

A nice place to spend the night after a flight cancellation. We were picked up near baggage claim by the hotel shuttle. Had a few drinks and some dinner then up to the room for the night. The room was clean, comfortable and modern. The return shuttle to the airport was packed every time and a bit slow to return - just leave 30 minutes before you planned and all will be well.

We went here with a group of friends, and everything worked out great 👍. From the nice service to the clean rooms and a great location if you're traveling or have something specific in the area. We loved watching the planes continually taking off and landing 👌. It was a free show 🤣 . Thanks for the amazing time, and we'll be back 💯.

The beds are so unbelievably uncomfortable, the pillows are either too soft or lumpy. My work colleague complained of the same issues. There are much better hotel options in the area.

The Westin Toronto Airport has friendly staff and a great location, however it's in need of some serious upgrades. Entering the lobby they hotel looks fresh and need but it's a deception. When you head upstairs to your rooms your greeted with dark dingy hallways and smelly old carpets. The rooms have had some recent upgrades and are clean, however the rugs that are on the laminate flooring are old and smelly. The front counter staff are polite however the check in process time is quite long. If your driving be prepared to pay $30 a night for parking. The hotel WiFi is free but extremely slow and refreshes your browser constantly. CTN News give the staff 5 stars but the hotel itself only 3 stars.

An older establishment but does the job right. This is not gunna be your ultra fancy Westin experience that you find at other large cities, however I found the rooms to be clean and well furnished. The location and the 24/7 airport shuttle are very convenient for travelers.

Extremely disappointed in this hotel, it’s ok, but it’s definitely not a good representation of other Westin hotels around the world such as Sydney where I am a native, and it’s definitely not worthy of its four star status. As far as it’s lobby and décor, that’s it’s nicest area, the rooms are adequate but not worth the room fees. Close to the airport which is a plus, there is also shuttle pick up available. The surrounding area to the hotel is absolutely filthy with litter strewn negligently across the sidewalks and roads, of course this is not the responsibility of the hotel but it just made for a disappointing stay when venturing out to the nearby casino or lunch elsewhere. All in all this part of Canada with its unfriendly, no personality cab drivers and low customer service was a bad introduction to Canada. Perhaps the political and financial struggles in Canada have negatively impacted on its hospitality industry, let’s hope it turns around for future tourists. ~mpowerusleeza~

Pros: airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes, shampoo smells great, staff was accommodating. Cons: hotel was dirty. It appears clean but my guess is that the turnover is too quick for the hotel to manage. The first room we were given was not cleaned…unmade bed, dirty towels. Gross. Hotel accommodated with a new room (obviously couldn’t stay in the original room) but the next one had tiny black hairs in the bathtub. Also Gross. I cleaned it myself. For the price point (and website claims about “cleanliness”) expectations were not met and I would not stay at this hotel again. I would also encourage others to check out some of the many other hotel options surrounding the airport.

Renovated and comfortable. Dated layout. Arrived at 5pm and room was not ready?? Waited another 15 minutes. Departure: reserved shuttle but air crew got on first and they have a policy not to mix passengers with crew. What is the point of reserving?? No attempt to “make things right”. Competition is fierce: stay somewhere else.

Clean room, well appointed, they had everything - shampoo/conditioner, soaps, everything a weary traveler needs. Bed was very comfortable and I slept solid - I don't often sleep well in strange places, but the bed was so comfortable I was out as soon as I hit the pillow. Quiet room, couldn't even hear much traffic noise. My arrival and exit was outside of the restaurant hours so I could not comment. The attendant at the small Starbucks in the lounge area was unfriendly and flat out rude. Shuttle service to and from the airport was reliable, efficient, and fast.

I last stayed here a few years ago. It wasn't bad, but not great either. The hotel has made some nice upgrades and renovated. My room way very nice. The service at the front desk was quick, efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Booked in at the Westin for a quick sleep before heading to Niagara falls. We got in our room and there were hairs in the shower, counters unwiped but since we were only there to sleep we didn't mention it. At 420 am a large group of drunk people got off the elevator and proceeded to party in the hallway. After a half hour I finally called the front desk and they had told me there were multiple calls and they had the police coming and hung up on me. Half hour later there was still screaming in the halls and I called down again. The same man answered and said he knew, and hung up. Half hour later the yelling was still happening and I called again. Once again the man was rude, and said he would come up and never did. At 620 am (2 hours of screaming in the halls) I called in tears begging to move, or get earplugs or anything so we could get some sleep. Again the man was rude and offered no solutions. In the morning we spoke to the manager and she said sorry, but there was nothing she could do but offer us one of 4 drinks from their 'starbucks' when I brought up how we had missed breakfast since we were kept up all night she again apologized and offered no solutions. This was the worst stay I've had at a hotel. To cater to drunk disorderly guests and keep an entire floor up is unacceptable.

Clean, great value for your dollar, accessible to all restaurants around the airport. Highly recommend for clients and out of town guests travelling through to Toronto. They have complimentary shuttle service to the airport.

  • 1/5 T M. 2 years ago on Google
This was a sub par Westin. Walls were paper thin. Could hear complete conversations occurring in both rooms on either side. And they were speaking at normal loudness. On top of that, the bathroom sink leaked pretty substantially every time it was turned off and there was a broken piece of the metal soap holder in the shower that could have easily scraped or pierced someone. Come on, Westin. You're better than this.

I would to say that the staff is wonderful at this hotel. Especially a gentleman named Parth. Very helpful! Location is one of the best if you wanna be closer to the airport! Easy exit/access to the highway. I guess because of the pandemic, room cleaning is not the best. It leaves a lot to be desired. However, the staff is very professional and ready to help. Will definitely come back.

Hotel room is decent. Few restaurants within walking distance from hotel, Subway just next to the hotel. The chicken wings that I ordered from the hotel restaurant was alright, the sauces could be improved. There's a microwave next to Starbucks at the lobby area, so if one needs to heat up meal, it can be done easily. Overall ok stay for just 1 night.

Our flight was cancelled and we had to make a last minute reservation, we were pleasantly surprised because the hotel was great, room was very nice and clean. The lobby is actually quite nice and the service was great! We ordered Uber eats to the hotel, which was a nice treat after a full day of travelling. Only issue we had was the shuttle took a while to collect us and was not available when we needed to leave, I wish they would have given us a schedule of the shuttle at check in so definitely ask.

You would have to travel downtown and jump up a star to beat the experience this hotel offers . Highly motivated staff , super clean and spacious rooms . Had a small problem and Guest Services manager Yashua was all over it . A class act that will do whatever it takes to make your experience perfect . My 16 year old son had a burger in the restaurant and proclaimed “best ever “ can’t beat that .

After check-in we sat down at the restaurant's restaurant for dinner. I ordered a glass of wine and watched as the server poured from a bottle other than the label ordered. He set it down at our table without saying anything, and when asked, finally admitted to pouring the wrong one. He explained that they didn't have the one ordered so he chose another one.... I made sure to check the allergic restriction on my food order 3 times after that. We asked for our bill several times and left thinking it may have been the server's first time. The party down the hall at 12am wasn't appreciated given that we had an early flight. After seeing the milk frother employed for my coffee ordered with milk and sugar in the lobby, we left the hotel generally wondering if anyone was qualified to work there.

Satisfactory experience. Certainly not the best hotel experience. Close to the airport and major highways. Good lobby bar with many restaurants nearby. Staff are friendly but no room service. They only clean your room if requested because of “covid”. That was a first foe me.

Very nice hotel. We stayed one night in between flights. The staff were super helpful and nice (this is why I gave it 4 starts), they had shuttles from the airport and back and it’s a few minutes drive from the airport. The main floor is looking fresh, they had nice breakfast and a Starbucks. All the other floors looking out of date. I took star as the room wasn’t clean. The room itself looked nice but we had hair on the shower walls, lots of dust on the floor. When we told the staff in the morning they gave us Starbucks as companions so that was nice of them. If I’ll be back is because of the super friendly staff.

Great location very close to the airport and restaurants. We were able to walk next door for a very nice dinner. It only took us 5 minutes travel to the airport. The hotel has a nice central bar area to meet up with coworkers.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your stay. They compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you won't be disappointed. Stayed for a work conference. Great hotel, very friendly staff, clean, accomidating. Food we had in the hotel was delicious. Had a great stay here. Great for airport shuttles, park n fly, and for business events. Highly recommend.

I'm only going with the negative here to start. Bathroom sink didn't drain, grout in the shower was dirty, pillows were so fluffy they didn't have any substance, bed like concrete. They charge $28/night to park your car in their surface lot. I tried to take a coffee in a paper cup down to the pool to watch my kids swim and security was on me in under a minute kicking me out.... So welcoming. It's not like it was in a glass container. Breakfast is $30/person in the lobby. I didn't deal with the front desk but I'm told they were efficient and friendly. They sell coffee in the lobby in the AM Overall this place is slightly more expensive than the 10 other hotels within view. I wouldn't stay here again.

Decent hotel and dedicated late night staff..we got in late and were happy to catch the free shuttle..Restaurant was still open at 10 pm, one server, but he was a pro covering both the bar and restaurant. Lobby and room were nice, however we only were on property for a few hours before catching our morning flight so not much else to report on. Decent hamburger and fries though...

  • 2/5 Bence 1 year ago on Google
Staff was nice, but our room didn’t have any soap, door wouldn’t close properly, and the windows wouldn’t even open so we had to resort to blasting AC instead. Without AC, it was like a sauna in there. Bathroom was very clean and looked nice (other than the soap missing). I asked the staff if I could get someone to check out my room because the toilet wasn’t flushing properly, and I asked if I could get a plunger for me to just do it myself because it was already late and I didn’t want to cause a huge problem. Staff didn’t know what a Plunger was! Okay… They never gave me anything to help with the toilet problem.

I wake up early in the morning to go to the airport, and they tackled a random restaurant charge that wasn't ours and wouldn't remove it until the manager would be there later. I had chatted immediately over the app about it. Reminded them again at check-out. We had a plane to catch so we leave at 8 am and can't spend the day there waiting for the manager to show up. I received a folio later that day that is still wrong, and another one the next morning that is wrong again. I contact Marriott about it, which reports having contacted the hotel and that they would respond back within 5 days. I waited the full 5 days and they did not respond anything. Careful if staying at this hotel, they may add charges to your stay and then refuse to remove them. As a Titanium member, I expect better. Clearly, the management of this property does not care at all. On top of that issue, when we arrived to the room, the room keys we were given did not work. Luckily, the mobile key from the app worked fine. We took care of it when we came back fro dinner at The Keg nearby, which is within walkable distance. The bedside table lamps were unplugged when we arrived in the room, which was odd. Aside from that, the room was nice. Too bad the management tainted the experience by firmly refusing to acknowledge its $80 mistake, forcing me to proceed with a credit card charge back.

Lovely looking hotel, but it's the finishing that always kills me. Lovely looking room and then the light switch and plug in the bathroom are off kilter, instead of the tiles around the tub fitting nicely they have used caulking to fill in the gaps. There is a bar in the shower which is very helpful, but the tub is a step over so not accessible for someone who needs a bit of help. And a hand shower would be so much nicer, instead of a typical shower head that doesn't reach the important parts. Overall a nice hotel, but not great. And the parking is atrocious, unclear where to go, gates everywhere...some clear signage would be really helpful.

It's ideally a decent hotel. Lobby is gorgeous and rooms are nice. The location is ideal for stop overs as it is about a 5 minute ride from the airport and provides free airport shuttle service. The only downside for me was my issue with a house keeper who gave me attitude because I didn't left my room soon enough for her to clean it. She also didn't clean well as she only made the bed and didn't wipe off counter tops or dressers as dirt was still present. I requested a new house keeper due to the unnecessary attitude but they sent the same lady. Other than that issue I enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately I only have videos of the hotel but here's a picture of the bathroom.

All staff friendly, professional, obviously happy to provide great customer services. Shuffle bus drivers, check-in lady, restaurant waitresses…smiles, welcoming, which is just what we wanted after travelling 11 hours on plane. Room lovely, restaurant food tasty, bed so comfy. Loved our stay. Compliments to management for hiring, training great staff and providing pleasant environment for customers.

Front staff was very friendly! We required an extra bed and they accommodated quickly. Giving the 3 star for that reason! Dislikes: Bathroom door barely closed, and you heard everything through out the room. Our room wasn’t stocked when we arrived, we had to ask the front desk for soap. Air conditioning was on full blast but still felt so warm in the room. Security guard followed us and stared us down- not intimidating but plain annoying. Due to him we didn’t feel as welcomed as we should have.

Rooms are 3/5 in terms of style and comfort. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. But… The excuse of being low staff can only go so far. Cleaning crew and repairs need better training and supervision. Woman hair was on the bathtub wall. I had to change room twice because of faulty heating system. I would avoid this hotel in the future.

Overall pleasant stay - recommend for a weekend trip looking to explore Toronto/ Niagara Falls. Stayed here Fri to Sunday as a central location close to the airport, Toronto and Niagara Falls/ Niagara on the late, nice hotel. Rooms were clean and large - some offer views of the airport. Parking is expensive but not out of the norm for an airport hotel. Overall, will return on my trip.

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. This web site will compare thousands of hotel sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you choose this place you definitely won't be disappointed. Great hotel right by Pearson. Buffet breakfast is one of best I've had while travelling. Rooms are nice and clean and the staff are very friendly. Have stayed there many times in the past and finally decided to leave a review after a particularly great stay.

Beautiful reception area, smells amazing as soon as you walk in. There's a 24 hour Starbucks open in the lobby as well right beside reception. Elevators are bouncy which is just fun for me. Got a room with two double beds, fine with me as I'm here for work and I fit any size bed. Love how the rooms aren't carpeted, feels a little fancier and more like a home. There is an area rug between the two bed though which is nice. Single serve coffee machine in room and it makes big cups of coffee too. Love that! Modern TV with access to sync up your Netflix. Bathroom entry way has a big floor to ceiling mirror and a standard size closet. Bathroom is small but adequate, love the added vanity double sided magnifying mirror to use when applying makeup. I always sit in the big chair in any room to enjoy my coffee and this set it beautiful. Material isn't soft or plush, wish it was but the chair was nice and big so I was able to curl up into it easily. The foot rest is on wheels which I love, super easy to move around on the laminate floor. Big window to let in light though my view was mostly of the rooftop and the highway but that doesn't bother me.
