I understand that this is a 2 star hotel but basic necessities like wifi and clean sanitation is not part of the package. The bathroom was filthy. The hair dryer had dust all over it, and the tub had black marks? The wifi did not work. Period. Why advertise something that is not there? The building is so old and rundown. The staff were friendly but my checkout was 11am and I had a knock on my door at 1030am. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. On top of that, nobody works at reception after midnight and I was trying to enter the lobby but my card did not work. Luckily a tenant was there to open it for me and had he not be there I would’ve been locked out. Whoever owns this place, get your stuff together and stop being stingy. It’s pathetic.

Not worth over $100/night πŸ˜’πŸ˜’ First issue, majority of those staying were unsavy people. Broke down vehicles all over the property. Pool IS NOT operational and definitely not kept up. My room was disgusting and also unkept... Crumbling walls, peeling paint on balcony ceiling, no fitted sheet on the bed, dirty doors, and a disgusting inoperable coffee machine. BS cable-lile almost no channels. See pictures...

Do not even think to book a room in this hotel. The worst hotel which i stayed in my life ever. bad smell in the room, no wi-fi , dust and bugs everywhere... i booked for 12 nights but i could stayed only 3 nights. Last night a mouse entered to my room. This hotel need to be renovated immediatley. Government should close the hotel. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with this hotel.

We had to book something at the border or we were going to be refused entry. Booked this place since it was relatively cheap and very close to home. The guy who checked in was great, but one guy threatened that he will call the police against us if we leave our suite because we are in quarantine. We were treated as if we were sick and were very infectious. Threatened they will sue us for the cost of any fines they get for breaking quarantine, etc etc... After speaking with the public health officer on their check in call, he said none of what the guy claimed is their responsibility. They should not be the one enforcing rules on when and how, when, and where we could go. It is public health's responsibility, not theirs. Public health agreed we should move to a different location since this place is NOT A VIABLE PLACE TO STAY IN FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD. Rooms were cold (thanks giant sliding doors that never lets heat stay in the room), never got a microwave they promised, lame single croissant breakfast, and unfriendly service. Do not book this place if you are looking to quarantine, heck maybe not for anything at all. For a little more, there's monumentally better places to stay at short term, or for quarantine. Don't go this sketchy place. They treat you like some freeloader, instead of a guest. Oh and their internet sucks... You definitely won't be able to do anything beyond looking at news... Not even browse facebook.

So i usually review hotels very properly. This hotel is disgusting. It smells like weed and smoke (even tho it's non smoking room, clearly isn't. There's so many stains on the carpet (which seems very old). If you see carefully there's mold around everywhere and i also found a condom on the floor. They don't clean the place. The hotel itself is broken and damaged and old. You can get another hotel room worth the same price that's way better. I will add pictures soon. The bathroom is just super ghetto and old. Even the drawer, couch, beds, tv, lamp, etc. everything is in bad condition. Don't go here cause this is in fact a one star hotel in reality. Good luck with your stay in Toronto :)

The rooms smell like weed, as well as the bed sheets. The whole hotel is very outdated and not clean. I would definitely not recommend sleeping in this hotel because it just isn’t pleasant. I also noticed that the walls had mold on them. The carpet was old with an odor and the furniture was very old and falling apart. Everything seemed to be discolored. To whoever runs this apartment you need to renovate and clean these rooms very soon because they are in need of it.

Terrible place for the price! Extremely dirty, common areas such as hallways, stairs, walkways, etc are absolutely filthy. Hallways and room had a weird smell, shower had no proper water pressure whatsoever, room wasn't up to standard and it was a dump. There were stains all over the carpet, chairs and all over. Definitely not appropriate for a family with kids or even a couple. Most of the staff is not very courteous or helpful and they need some training in customer service and should learn how to be more hospitable and accommodating. Overall a bad experience and I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I love this hotel, they are the only hotel out there with smocking rooms so if you book here, take that into account, there will be some smoke smells. I won't lie, the hotel is dated, but it has a nice vintage vibe to it. Keep in mind this is not a 5 star hotel, it is clean, the rooms are big, you can smoke, they have a pool, continental breakfast is included and the price is decent, I will definetly return. Just as an observation: if you are going to have smoking rooms try to split them in half instead of mixing them with the non smoking rooms so that non smokers doesn't complain because of the smells (smokers won't complain believe me). Also id like to give kudos to the staff specially the cleaning ladies, they were very kind and did a great job.

Wish the sheets and room was cleaner, didn't feel super comfortable here. Also took a bit of time to contact the desk due to some issues connecting to the satellite from my room for some reason due to some interference.

Rooms are clean and neat. But the whole building and corridors need good renovation.

Our room was nice, had a jacuzzi tubπŸ‘πŸ» The room was clean and bed comfortable. Decent price, stayed for two nights. Only issue was the AC unit didn't work the greatest, could have been cooler. The patio door a little hard to open. Staff very friendly, would come againπŸ™‚

This is no longer a hotel it is an adult shelter home! They need to update it on Google that this has changed to a shelter and not Knights inn hotel!
